Example 4
Taking 4 parts by weight of citric acid, 8 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 3 parts by weight of madecassoside, 5 parts by weight of hamamelis virginiana extract, 25 parts by weight of carnosine and 55 parts by weight of maltitol for later use.

Example 5
Taking 8 parts by weight of citric acid, 0.1 part by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 0.5 part by weight of madecassoside, 5 parts by weight of hamamelis virginiana extract, 40 parts by weight of carnosine and 46.4 parts by weight of maltitol for later use.

0.1 part by weight of citric acid, 6 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 1 part by weight of madecassoside, 30 parts by weight of carnosine and 52.9 parts by weight of maltitol are taken for standby.
The madecassoside, the carnosine, the maltitol, the sodium bicarbonate and the citric acid are uniformly mixed after being frozen and dried in vacuum, and are tabletted under the pressure of 6kN to prepare the relieving and protecting tablet VI with the diameter of 3mm and the thickness of 1 mm.
The resulting tablets were tested for hardness, weight uniformity, disintegration time and dissolution time. The tablets showed an average weight of 58. + -. 3.68mg, a hardness of 44.13. + -. 2.26N, a disintegration time of 135. + -.6 s and a complete dissolution time in water of 183. + -.8 s, the specific results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 2
Taking 5 weight parts of madecassoside, 10 weight parts of hamamelis virginiana extract, 40 weight parts of carnosine and 40 weight parts of maltitol for later use.
The madecassoside, the witch hazel extract, the carnosine and the maltitol are uniformly mixed after being frozen and dried in vacuum, and are tabletted under the pressure of 4kN to prepare the relieving and protecting tablet VII with the diameter of 3mm and the thickness of 2 mm.

The tablets showed an average weight of 75. + -. 3.64mg, a hardness of 35.98. + -. 2.14N, a disintegration time of 840. + -.25 s and a complete dissolution time of 3360. + -.50 s in water, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 3
Taking 4 parts by weight of citric acid, 8 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 3 parts by weight of madecassoside, 5 parts by weight of hamamelis virginiana extract and 25 parts by weight of carnosine for later use.

The tablets showed an average weight of 62. + -. 2.48mg, a hardness of 51.32. + -. 1.52N, a disintegration time of 38. + -.5 s and a complete dissolution time of 25640. + -.240 s in water, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 4
Taking 1 weight part of citric acid, 4 weight parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5 weight parts of madecassoside, 10 weight parts of hamamelis virginiana extract, 60 weight parts of carnosine and 20 weight parts of maltitol for later use.
The madecassoside, the witch hazel extract, the carnosine, the maltitol, the sodium bicarbonate and the citric acid are uniformly mixed after being frozen and dried in vacuum, and are tabletted under the pressure of 4kN to form the soothing and repairing tablet IX with the diameter of 3mm and the thickness of 2 mm.
The resulting tablets were tested for hardness, weight uniformity, disintegration time and dissolution time. The tablets showed an average weight of 66. + -. 1.56mg, a hardness of 25.24. + -. 3.04N, a disintegration time of 278. + -.6 s and a complete dissolution time of 1275. + -.35 s in water, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 5
Taking 1 weight part of citric acid, 4 weight parts of sodium bicarbonate, 10 weight parts of hamamelis virginiana extract, 40 weight parts of carnosine and 40 weight parts of maltitol for later use.
Vacuum freeze drying Hamamelis virginiana extract, carnosine, maltitol, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, mixing, and tabletting under 4kN pressure to obtain soothing and protecting tablet X with diameter of 3mm and thickness of 2 mm.
The resulting tablets were tested for hardness, weight uniformity, disintegration time and dissolution time. The tablets showed an average weight of 79. + -. 1.82mg, a hardness of 39.28. + -. 2.53N, a disintegration time of 168. + -.8 s and a complete dissolution time in water of 292. + -.8 s, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, in comparison with comparative example 1, in comparative example 1 containing no Hamamelis virginiana extract, the time required for disintegration and dissolution was slightly longer than that of example 1.
Example 3 compares with comparative example 2, and comparative example 2 does not contain a bulking agent, is difficult to disintegrate, and is very difficult to dissolve.
Example 4 compares with comparative example 3, comparative example 3 does not contain maltitol as an adjuvant, and although it is easily disintegrated, it has a large hardness and requires a long dissolution time.
Example 3 compared to comparative example 4, the carnosine content in comparative example 4 was too high and not within the scope of the present invention, and the maltitol content of the adjuvant was too low and not within the scope of the present invention, the disintegration time was slightly prolonged and the dissolution time was too long.
Example 3 compares with comparative example 5, in comparative example 5, madecassoside is not contained, hardness is slightly increased, and dissolution and disintegration time is slightly prolonged.
Stability test
The soothing repair sheets I to V prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the soothing repair sheets VI to X prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5, each 40 sheets (10 sheets per serving) were packed in an aluminum blister pack and sealed, and stored in the following 4 environments to observe the breakage degree and molding stability of the tablets, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.
The samples were allowed to stand at 25 ℃ and 60% RH at ambient temperature for comparative testing.
Cold resistance test: the freezer was left for 10 days.
And (3) cold-hot circulation: -18 ℃, 25% RH; 25 ℃ at 60% RH; 40 ℃, 75% RH, 24h each for 5 cycles.
High-temperature acceleration: the test conditions were 50 ℃ plus or minus 1 ℃ and 25% RH plus or minus 5% RH for 1 month.

As can be seen from Table 2, the soothing repair sheets I to V prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the soothing repair sheets VI, VII, IX and X prepared in comparative examples 1, 2, 4 and 5 were able to maintain their shapes at respective temperatures and were excellent in stability.
However, in comparison with comparative example 3, in comparative example 3, maltitol containing no auxiliary material is inferior in stability at various temperatures, and is liable to be chipped, and thus cannot maintain the molding.
Test of soothing and repairing effects
The trial method for testing the human body skin patch is based on the following steps: technical Specifications for cosmetic safety (2015 edition).
The general test method comprises the following steps: selecting a proper patch test tester, selecting at least 30 qualified volunteers to test by a closed patch test method, and adding a test object, distilled water (deionized water) and a control sample into a square chamber of the patch test tester. The patch test tester added with the test object, the distilled water (deionized water) and the control sample is applied to the inner side of the forearm of the subject, the test object, the distilled water (deionized water) and the control sample are lightly pressed by hands to be uniformly applied on the skin for 24 hours, the skin reaction is observed according to the standard of the table 3 for 30min (after the indentation disappears), 24 hours and 48 hours after the patch test tester added with the test object, the distilled water (deionized water) and the control sample is removed, and the observation result is recorded.
According to the above general method, 33 qualified volunteers were selected to be tested, and the soothing conditioner sheets I to V prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the soothing conditioner sheets VI to X prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 were completely dissolved in a control sample (aqueous solution containing phenoxyethanol of 1.2% by mass and water-soluble menthol lactate of 0.2% by mass) in an amount of 3% by mass, respectively, to form a corresponding mixed solution, which was the test substance.
The patch test tester with the test substance, deionized water and the control sample was attached to the inner side of the forearm of the subject and removed after 24 hours, and the skin reaction was observed according to the standard of table 3 for 30 minutes, 24 hours and 48 hours after removing the patch test tester and the observation results were recorded.

As can be seen from the results of the human patch tests in tables 3 and 4, the control sample (aqueous solution containing 1.2% phenoxyethanol and 0.2% water-soluble menthol lactate) was very likely to cause adverse reactions on the skin. However, the soothing repair sheets I-V prepared in examples 1-5 and the soothing repair sheets VI-X prepared in comparative examples 1-5 both have instant soothing repair effects, and can effectively relieve the irritation of the control samples to the skin and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to the skin.
Examples 1-5 the soothing repair effects of the soothing repair sheets I-V prepared in examples 5, 1, 4, 2 to 3 were enhanced in order.
Example 1 in comparison to comparative example 1, which contained no hamamelis virginiana extract, had a less soothing and repairing effect than example 1, so that the number of adverse reactions observed at 3 different time points was slightly higher than that of example 1.
Example 3 in comparison to comparative example 2, although it did not contain citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, had a soothing and repairing effect comparable to example 3.
Example 4 compares to comparative example 3, comparative example 3 does not contain maltitol adjuvant, the soothing and repairing effect is slightly weaker than example 4 due to insufficient skin moisture retention, and the number of adverse reactions observed at 2 time points, 24h and 48h respectively, is slightly higher than example 4.
Compared with the comparative example 4, the content of carnosine in the comparative example 4 is too high, and although the number of adverse reaction examples observed at the time point of 0.5h is less than that of the example 3, namely, the soothing and repairing effect is stronger, the cost is undoubtedly more than that of the example 3.
Compared with the comparative example 5, in the comparative example 5, the madecassoside is not contained, and the number of adverse reaction examples observed at 3 different time points is higher than that of the example 3, namely, the soothing and repairing effect is much weaker. Meanwhile, in comparative example 5, compared with example 5, although the soothing effect was comparable at 0.5h, the number of adverse reactions observed at 2 time points of 24h and 48h was higher than that of example 5, i.e., the soothing and repairing effect was slightly weaker.

Claims (13)

1. A soothing and repairing composition is characterized by comprising a loosening agent, a soothing and repairing component and auxiliary materials; wherein the soothing and repairing ingredients comprise madecassoside, witch hazel extract and carnosine; based on the total mass of the soothing repair composition,
the addition amount of the loosening agent is 0.2-16%;
the addition amount of the madecassoside is 0.5-5%, the addition amount of the Hamamelis virginiana extract is 5-10%, and the addition amount of the carnosine is 20-40%;
the addition amount of the auxiliary materials is 40-65%;
the bulking agent comprises citric acid and sodium bicarbonate; the auxiliary material comprises maltitol.
2. A soothing servicing composition according to claim 1, characterized in that, based on the total mass of the soothing servicing composition,
the addition amount of the loosening agent is 0.5-16%;
the addition amount of the madecassoside is 1-5%, the addition amount of the Hamamelis virginiana extract is 5-9.5%, and the addition amount of the carnosine is 25-40%;
the addition amount of the auxiliary materials is 45-65%.
3. A soothing servicing composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the citric acid is added in an amount of 0.1-8% by weight of the total soothing servicing composition; the addition amount of the sodium bicarbonate is 0.1-8%.
4. A soothing servicing composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the citric acid is added in an amount of 0.5-8% by weight of the total soothing servicing composition; the addition amount of the sodium bicarbonate is 0.2-8%.
5. A soothing and repairing solid formulation comprising the soothing and repairing composition of any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. The soothing and repairing solid preparation according to claim 5, wherein the soothing and repairing solid preparation is a soothing and repairing tablet.
7. A soothing and repairing solid formulation according to claim 6, wherein the thickness of the soothing and repairing sheet is 1-4 mm; the weight of the soothing and repairing sheet is 1-500 mg.
8. A soothing and repairing solid formulation according to claim 7, wherein the thickness of the soothing and repairing sheet is 1-3 mm; the weight of the soothing and repairing tablet is 30-300 mg.
9. A soothing and repairing solid formulation according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the hardness of the soothing and repairing sheet is more than 24N.
10. A soothing and repairing solid formulation according to claim 9, wherein the hardness of the soothing and repairing sheet is 24.5-50 n.
11. A soothing and repairing solid formulation according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the soothing and repairing solid formulation is placed in water or a water-based cosmetic, and the disintegration time of the soothing and repairing solid formulation is less than 5 min.
12. The soothing and repairing solid formulation of claim 11, wherein the soothing and repairing solid formulation is placed in water or a water-based cosmetic, and the disintegration time of the soothing and repairing solid formulation is less than 4.5 min.
13. A method of preparing a soothing and repairing solid formulation as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 12, comprising the step of mixing the components of the soothing and repairing composition and then compression molding the mixture.
