本发明涉及喷涂装置领域,具体为一种容器内壁油漆喷涂装置。
背景技术
大多数金属质的容器在进行使用时都会对其内壁和外壁进行喷涂隔离层,以防止金属生锈和增加容器的美观。
现阶段,在对容器内壁进行喷涂时,由于受到容器壁的限制,不仅造成喷涂较为困难,而且不能高效全面对容器内壁进行喷涂,在喷涂完成后还不能及时将喷涂物进行烘干,容易被剐蹭。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种容器内壁油漆喷涂装置,克服不能高效全面对容器内壁进行喷涂和不能及时烘干等问题,提高喷涂的效率和全面性和增加及时烘干功能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明的一种容器内壁油漆喷涂装置,包括底座,所述底座内左端设有传动腔,所述底座内上端设有储料腔,所述传动腔内设有为装置提供动力的传动机构,所述储料腔内设有喷涂油漆的喷涂机构,所述底座内上端还设有将容器旋转的旋转机构;
所述喷涂机构包括位于所述储料腔下侧的从动腔,所述从动腔上下腔壁贯穿设有上端伸入所述储料腔内的齿条,所述齿条上端面固定设有位于所述储料腔内的活塞板,所述活塞板下端面固定设有两根下端与所述储料腔下腔壁连接的复位弹簧,所述活塞板下端面还固定连接有拉绳和绳索,所述底座上端面固定设有接触块,所述接触块内设有连通所述储料腔的通孔,所述接触块内左右两端均设有开口向上的升降腔,所述升降腔内设有可在腔内上下滑动的升降块,所述升降块下端面固定设有下端与所述升降腔下腔壁连接的压力弹簧,右侧的所述升降块下端面固定连接有所述拉绳一端,两个所述升降块上端面均固定设有一个连接杆,两个所述连接杆上端面固定设有同一个喷涂块,所述喷涂块内设有左端和右端连通外界空间的出料管道,所述出料管道两端均固定设有喷口,所述出料管道中间的下腔壁固定设有下端连通所述储料腔的软管,所述储料腔左端的上腔壁设有连通外界空间的进料口,所述进料口内设有电磁开关,所述储料腔内装有喷涂物料。

本发明的有益效果 :该发明结构简单,操作便捷,可适用于多种口径的容器内壁的喷涂,在对容器内壁进行喷涂时,采用旋转以及自动升降对容器内壁进行喷涂,提高了喷涂的效率,在喷涂完毕后可自动对内壁进行烘干,加快喷涂物的附着效率。

烘干完毕后,关闭电机20,活塞板11在自身重力和两根复位弹簧13的拉力下向下运动复位,绳索19和拉绳12松弛,喷涂块37失去拉绳12的拉力作用在两根压力弹簧54的弹力作用下向上运动复位,滑动块64失去绳索19的拉力在两根伸缩弹簧62的拉力作用下向上运动复位。

1.一种容器内壁油漆喷涂装置,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座内左端设有传动腔,所述底座内上端设有储料腔,所述传动腔内设有为装置提供动力的传动机构,所述储料腔内设有喷涂油漆的喷涂机构,所述底座内上端还设有将容器旋转的旋转机构;所述喷涂机构包括位于所述储料腔下侧的从动腔,所述从动腔上下腔壁贯穿设有上端伸入所述储料腔内的齿条,所述齿条上端面固定设有位于所述储料腔内的活塞板,所述活塞板下端面固定设有两根下端与所述储料腔下腔壁连接的复位弹簧,所述活塞板下端面还固定连接有拉绳和绳索,所述底座上端面固定设有接触块,所述接触块内设有连通所述储料腔的通孔,所述接触块内左右两端均设有开口向上的升降腔,所述升降腔内设有可在腔内上下滑动的升降块,所述升降块下端面固定设有下端与所述升降腔下腔壁连接的压力弹簧,右侧的所述升降块下端面固定连接有所述拉绳一端,两个所述升降块上端面均固定设有一个连接杆,两个所述连接杆上端面固定设有同一个喷涂块,所述喷涂块内设有左端和右端连通外界空间的出料管道,所述出料管道两端均固定设有喷口,所述出料管道中间的下腔壁固定设有下端连通所述储料腔的软管,所述储料腔左端的上腔壁设有连通外界空间的进料口,所述进料口内设有电磁开关,所述储料腔内装有喷涂物料;所述旋转机构包括位于所述底座内上端且开口向上的环形腔,所述环形腔内设有可在腔内转动的旋转环,所述传动腔下腔壁转动设有上端伸入所述环形腔左端的转动轴,所述转动轴上端设有与所述旋转环外壁啮合连接的旋转齿轮,所述旋转环上端面固定设有四个等距分布的连接块,四个所述连接块上端面均固定设有固定块,所述固定块内设有开口向上的移动腔,所述移动腔内均设有可在腔内左右移动的移动块,所述移动块右端面固定设有右端与所述移动腔右腔壁连接的压缩弹簧,所述移动块上端面固定设有卡块,四个所述卡块内可固定同一个容器;所述传动机构固定在所述传动腔右端下腔壁的电机,所述电机上端动力连接有旋转轴,所述旋转轴从下之上依次设有第一锥齿轮、中间齿轮和主动带轮,所述传动腔右腔壁转动设有右端伸入所述从动腔内的转杆,所述转杆右端设有与所述齿条前端面啮合连接的转动齿轮,所述转杆左端设有与所述第一锥齿轮啮合连接的第二锥齿轮,所述转动轴上端设有位于所述传动腔内的从动带轮,所述从动带轮与所述主动带轮之间设有皮带转动连接,所述传动腔上侧设有风扇腔,所述风扇腔下腔壁转动设有下端伸入所述传动腔内的风扇轴,所述风扇轴下端键连接有滑动齿轮,所述滑动齿轮内设有开口向下的滑动腔,所述滑动腔内设有可在腔内左右滑动的滑动块,所述滑动块下端面固定连接有所述绳索一端,所述风扇轴下端还设有转动盘,所述转动盘下端面固定设有两根下端与所述滑动齿轮上端面连接的伸缩弹簧,所述风扇轴上端设有位于所述风扇腔内的两片扇叶,所述风扇腔下腔壁外接有进气口,是进气口内固定设有加热器;两根所述伸缩弹簧的拉力大于所述滑动齿轮在所述风扇轴上滑动时受到的摩擦力和所述滑动齿轮的重力之和;两根所述压力弹簧的弹力大于所述升降块在所述升降腔内滑动时受到的摩擦力和所述喷涂块的重力之和。
