Abstract

根据下述专利文献1公知有如下一种技术:在形成于蓄电池壳体的底壁的凹部设有利用开闭阀进行开闭的排水口及水传感器,当水传感器检测到有水浸入蓄电池壳体的内部时,利用开闭阀打开排水口而将水向蓄电池壳体的外部排出。

发明要解决的课题
然而,上述以往的技术中的蓄电池壳体是通过对钢板进行冲压成形而构成的,因此,当要对蓄电池壳体赋予用于将水向排水口、水传感器引导的形状时,部件个数会增加、或冲压成形模具的构造会复杂化,从而存在导致成本上升的可能性。本发明是鉴于前述的情况而完成的,其目的在于,能够在不增加部件个数的前提下简单地构成具有水检测及水排出功能的蓄电池壳体。

为了达成上述目的,根据技术方案1所记载的发明,提出一种电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其在金属压力铸造制的蓄电池壳体的内部收容有多个蓄电池模块,该电动车辆的蓄电池封装体的特征在于,所述蓄电池壳体具备将内部的水向外部排出的放泄孔和配置在所述放泄孔的附近的水检测部件,所述蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面的至少一部分趋向所述放泄孔向下倾斜。

根据技术方案1的结构,电动车辆的蓄电池封装体在金属压力铸造制的蓄电池壳体的内部收容有多个蓄电池模块。蓄电池壳体具备将内部的水向外部排出的放泄孔和配置在放泄孔的附近的水检测部件,蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面的至少一部分趋向放泄孔向下倾斜,因此,不仅能够不增加部件个数地在压力铸造时容易地成形蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面的向下倾斜,而且能够将浸入到蓄电池壳体的内部的水顺畅地朝向放泄孔引导,能够利用水检测部件可靠地进行检测并且将水从放泄孔迅速排出。
另外,根据技术方案2的结构,电动车辆的蓄电池封装体在金属压力铸造制的蓄电池壳体的内部收容有多个蓄电池模块。蓄电池壳体具备将内部的水向外部排出的放泄孔和配置在放泄孔的附近的水检测部件,放泄孔设置于在蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面形成的朝下凹陷的凹部,因此,不仅能够不增加部件个数地在压力铸造时容易地成形蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面的凹部,而且能够将浸入到蓄电池壳体的内部的水顺畅地朝向凹部引导,能够利用水检测部件可靠地进行检测并且将水从放泄孔迅速排出。
另外,根据技术方案3的结构,蓄电池壳体的内部被一体形成的梁部分隔成两个蓄电池室,在各个蓄电池室设置放泄孔及水检测部件,因此能够无障碍地利用两个蓄电池室双方进行浸水的检测及排水。
另外,根据技术方案4的结构,梁部沿车宽方向延伸,放泄孔及水检测部件配置在蓄电池壳体的车宽方向中央部,因此一边利用梁部来提高蓄电池封装体的耐侧面碰撞性能,一边将积存在蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面的水从车宽方向两侧向车宽方向中央部聚集,由此能够实现更加可靠的浸水的检测及更加顺畅的排水。
另外,根据技术方案5的结构,蓄电池壳体具备形成于壳体底壁与固定在壳体底壁的下表面的盖构件之间的水套,放泄孔配置于在俯视时不与水套重叠的位置,因此能够使放泄孔不与水套干涉地容易地形成放泄孔。
另外,根据技术方案6的结构,蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面具备沿着水套的周围的一部分向下方凹陷的槽部,槽部向放泄孔延伸,因此,能够将积存在蓄电池壳体的壳体底壁上表面的水沿着槽部引导,并从放泄孔更加顺畅地排出。
另外,根据技术方案7的结构,从多个蓄电池模块延伸的电力线沿前后方向配置于在蓄电池壳体的车宽方向中央部形成在左右的蓄电池模块之间的空间,将水检测部件连接于电气配件的连接线在所述空间与电力线捆束在一起,因此能够有效地利用在左右的蓄电池模块之间形成的空间,能够紧凑地配置电力线及连接线。

具体实施方式
以下,基于图1~图7对本发明的实施方式进行说明。需要说明的是,本说明书中的前后方向、左右方向(车宽方向)及上下方向是以就座于驾驶员座的乘客为基准进行定义的。
如图1及图2所示,在前轮驱动的插电式混合动力车辆的车身前部搭载有驱动前轮的电动马达11、驱动对蓄电池进行充电的发电机的发动机12、以及具备对电动马达11的驱动进行控制的逆变器的动力驱动单元13。在地板14的下表面配置有沿前后方向延伸的左右一对地板框架15和在车宽方向上将左右的地板框架15连接起来的地板横梁16,在上述的地板框架15及地板横梁16的下表面固定有构成向电动马达11供电的蓄电池封装体17的外部轮廓的蓄电池壳体18。
如图7所示,蓄电池壳体18是通过将朝上开放的金属(铝)压力铸造制的壳体主体31和朝下开放的金属(铝)压力铸造制的罩32在它们的外周部利用多个螺栓33在上下方向上结合起来而构成的。在壳体主体31的底部搭载有8个蓄电池模块34,在其上部配置有蓄电池控制装置、接线台、电池单元电压传感器等电气配件35。
较浅的容器状的壳体主体31具备:大致平坦的壳体底壁31a;从壳体底壁31a的外周立起的壳体前壁31b、壳体后壁31c及左右的壳体侧壁31d;以及将左右的壳体侧壁31d在车宽方向上连接起来的横梁31e。构成本发明的梁部的横梁31e是从壳体底壁31a立起的多个肋的集合体,但其构造是任意的。利用横梁31e将壳体主体31的内部分隔成前部蓄电池室31f及后部蓄电池室31g,在前部蓄电池室31f配置有4个蓄电池模块34,在后部蓄电池室31g配置有4个蓄电池模块34。
如图3及图4所示,壳体主体31的壳体底壁31a隔着车身中心线L的左半部向右下倾斜,右半部向左下倾斜。即,壳体主体31的壳体底壁31a的车宽方向截面以车身中心线L处的位置变得最低的方式呈V字状形成(参照图3)。壳体底壁31a的倾斜角是使积存在壳体底壁31a的水向车身中心线L侧聚集所需要的微小的角度,在实施方式中为例如1.08°。因此,壳体主体31的前部蓄电池室31f及后部蓄电池室31g在车身中心线L上壳体底壁31a变得最低的位置处分别具备凹部31h。
在面临凹部31h的、壳体前壁31b及壳体后壁31c的下部分别形成有用于将积存在前部蓄电池室31f及后部蓄电池室31g的水排出的放泄孔31i,这些放泄孔31i由放泄螺栓36封闭。而且,在放泄孔31i的附近的壳体底壁31a上设置有构成本发明的水检测部件的接地检测连接器37。
接地检测连接器37是用于检测蓄电池模块34的正极端子与蓄电池模块34的负极端子被接地了的壳体主体31之间的电短路(接地)并发出警报的构件,对蓄电池封装体17的高电压部及低电压部间施加矩形波电压,基于返回波形的振幅测定其阻抗的变化,从而检测接地。能够利用接地检测连接器37来检测向蓄电池壳体18的浸水的理由是,当因浸水而导致蓄电池封装体17的高电压部及低电压部导通时成为接地状态。
如图5所示,从各蓄电池模块34延伸的电力线38捆束在一起,该电力线38经过隔着车身中心线L配置在两侧的左右的蓄电池模块34之间,并与配置在蓄电池模块34的上方的电气配件35(接线台)连接。另外,从前后的接地检测连接器37延伸的两条连接线40与所述电力线38捆束在一起并与电气配件35(蓄电池控制部件)连接。
如图4~图7所示,在壳体主体31的壳体底壁31a形成有朝上凹陷的锯齿形状的水套上壁31j,在水套上壁31j的前端形成有冷却水供给口31k,在水套上壁31j的后端形成有冷却水排出口31m,在凹部31h的车宽方向两端形成有3个连通部31n(参照图4)。而且,通过利用多个螺栓47将盖构件41固定在壳体底壁31a的下表面,由此在水套上壁31j的下表面及盖构件41的上表面间形成沿车宽方向延伸的4列水套42。在上下方向视角下,放泄孔31i形成在不与水套42重叠的位置。
构成各蓄电池模块34的底壁的下板43隔着传热构件48载置在划分出水套42的壳体主体31的水套上壁31j的上表面,其四角利用4个螺栓44进行固定。构成各水套42的缘部的水套上壁31j的前缘部及后缘部成为厚壁部,在该厚壁部的上表面形成有趋向壳体底壁31a的凹部31h在车宽方向上向下倾斜地延伸的断续的槽部31o。
如图1及图2所示,如此构成的蓄电池壳体20在使形成于罩32的沿车宽方向延伸的凹部32a从下方嵌合于地板横梁16的状态下,利用从下向上贯穿其中央部的两个螺栓45紧固连结于地板横梁16的下表面,利用分别从下向上贯穿其左右两侧部的各两个螺栓46紧固连结于地板框架15的下表面。
接着,对具备上述结构的本发明的实施方式的作用进行说明。
在有水浸入蓄电池壳体18的内部时,由于壳体主体31的壳体底壁31a从车宽方向外侧趋向车宽方向中央向下倾斜,因此,该水随着倾斜而向壳体主体31的车宽方向中央的凹部31h聚集,从而利用接地检测连接器37进行检测,由此发出通知发生接地的警报。其结果是,能够取下壳体主体31的放泄螺栓36,使放泄孔31i开放,从而将积存的水迅速向壳体主体31的外部排出。
由于壳体主体31是金属压力铸造制的,因此能够在不增加部件个数的前提下在压力铸造时容易地成形壳体主体31的壳体底壁31a的向下倾斜。另外,为了提高耐侧面碰撞性能而在壳体主体31形成有沿车宽方向延伸的横梁31e,壳体主体31的内部被分割成前部蓄电池室31f及后部蓄电池室31g,因此,若仅在前部蓄电池室31f及后部蓄电池室31g中的一方的蓄电池室设有接地检测连接器37,则在另一方的蓄电池室浸水时有可能无法检测,根据本实施方式,通过在前部蓄电池室31f及后部蓄电池室31g双方设置接地检测连接器37及放泄孔31i,由此能够实现可靠的水检测及水排出。
此时,在壳体主体31的壳体底壁31a的上表面形成有以沿着水套42的前后缘的厚壁部的上表面的方式沿车宽方向延伸的断续的槽部31o,由此,能够将积存在壳体底壁31a的水沿着槽部31o高效地向在车宽方向中央的凹部31h形成的放泄孔31i引导。
另外,横梁31e沿车宽方向延伸,接地检测连接器37及放泄孔31i配置在壳体主体31的车宽方向中央部,因此在壳体主体31的壳体底壁31a的上表面积存的水能够以最短距离向凹部31h集合,能够实现更加可靠的水检测及更加顺畅的排水。
另外,在壳体主体31的底部设有水套42,因此,若要在水套42的上方设置朝下延伸的放泄孔31i,则该放泄孔31i有可能与水套42干涉。然而,根据本实施方式,放泄孔31i配置于在俯视时不与水套42重叠的位置,因此能够使放泄孔31i不与水套42干涉地容易地形成放泄孔31i。
此外,从多个蓄电池模块34延伸的电力线38沿前后方向配置于在蓄电池壳体18的车宽方向中央部形成在左右的蓄电池模块34之间的空间,且将接地检测连接器37连接于电气配件35的连接线40在所述空间与电力线38捆束在一起,因此能够有效地利用在左右的蓄电池模块34间形成的空间,能够紧凑地配置电力线38及连接线40。
以上,说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明在不脱离其主旨的范围内能够进行各种设计变更。
例如,在实施方式中,将接地检测连接器37作为水检测部件来利用,但也可以设置专用的水检测部件。
另外,在实施方式中,壳体底壁31a的上表面的整体趋向放泄孔31i或凹部31h向下倾斜,但也可以是,仅壳体底壁31a的上表面的放泄孔31i或凹部31h的周围的一部分向下倾斜。
Claims (7)
1.一种电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其在金属压力铸造制的蓄电池壳体(18)的内部收容有多个蓄电池模块(34),该蓄电池封装体固定于所述电动车辆的地板的下表面,
该电动车辆的蓄电池封装体的特征在于,
所述蓄电池壳体(18)具备将内部的水向外部排出的放泄孔(31i)和配置在所述放泄孔(31i)的附近的水检测部件(37),所述蓄电池壳体(18)的壳体底壁(31a)上表面的至少一部分趋向所述放泄孔(31i)向下倾斜,
在所述壳体底壁(31a)上表面变得最低的位置处分别具备凹部(31h),
所述放泄孔(31i)形成在面临所述凹部(31h)的所述蓄电池壳体(18)的沿上下方向延伸的壁面的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其特征在于,
所述蓄电池壳体(18)具备水套(42),所述水套(42)形成于所述壳体底壁(31a)与固定在所述壳体底壁(31a)的下表面的盖构件(41)之间,所述放泄孔(31i)配置于在俯视时不与所述水套(42)重叠的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其特征在于,
所述蓄电池壳体(18)的壳体底壁(31a)上表面具备沿着所述水套(42)的周围的一部分向下方凹陷的槽部(31o),所述槽部(31o)向所述放泄孔(31i)延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其特征在于,
从所述多个蓄电池模块(34)延伸的电力线(38)沿前后方向配置于在所述蓄电池壳体(18)的车宽方向中央部形成在左右的所述蓄电池模块(34)之间的空间,将所述水检测部件(37)连接于电气配件(35)的连接线(40)在所述空间与所述电力线(38)捆束在一起。
5.一种电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其在金属压力铸造制的蓄电池壳体(18)的内部收容有多个蓄电池模块(34),该蓄电池封装体固定于所述电动车辆的地板的下表面,
该电动车辆的蓄电池封装体的特征在于,
所述蓄电池壳体(18)具备将内部的水向外部排出的放泄孔(31i)和配置在所述放泄孔(31i)的附近的水检测部件(37),所述放泄孔(31i)设置于在所述蓄电池壳体(18)的壳体底壁(31a)上表面形成的朝下凹陷的凹部(31h),
所述放泄孔(31i)形成在面临所述凹部(31h)的所述蓄电池壳体(18)的沿上下方向延伸的壁面的下部。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其特征在于,
所述蓄电池壳体(18)的内部被一体形成的梁部(31e)分隔成两个蓄电池室(31f、31g),在各个所述蓄电池室(31f、31g)设置所述放泄孔(31i)及所述水检测部件(37)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动车辆的蓄电池封装体,其特征在于,
所述梁部(31e)沿车宽方向延伸,所述放泄孔(31i)及所述水检测部件(37)配置在所述蓄电池壳体(18)的车宽方向中央部。
