本发明公开了一种板蓝根床垫的加工工艺,包括原料处理与床垫加工,所述原料处理包括原料筛选、原料加工、原料混合、高温烘干与剪切成型,所述床垫加工包括多次叠加、热压成型与外套套接,所述原料筛选包括原料组成与选择,所述原料的组成包括板蓝根与羊毛,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明一种板蓝根床垫的加工工艺,在使用时,通过将板蓝根制造成为板蓝根纤维1,并通过板蓝根纤维与羊毛进行混合并生产为羊毛床垫,而板蓝根制造成为板蓝根纤维后其有效成分释放之间较长,同时具有具有明显的预防和抵抗病毒性感冒的功效以及良好的抑菌效果,使得板蓝根床垫满足了人们的需求的同时且可持续使用时间较长。

背景技术
随着科学技术的进步和人们生活水平的提高,人们对物质和精神生活的追求特别是着装观念也不断发生变化,人们将越来越多的注意力放在纺织品的舒适性和功能性上。
而传统的羊毛床垫只具有保暖功能,其在舒适性和功能性上并不能满足人们的需求,且申请号为ZL200510009713.5公开了一种乌拉草制作的保健床垫,他是将乌拉草经过熏蒸、热压和浸泡而成,达到了一定保健功能,但是只是通过熏蒸将乌拉草成分浸透至床垫内,其中的乌拉草成分可持续时间较短,在一段使用时间过后即会失效,同样不能满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,提供一种板蓝根床垫的加工工艺,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种板蓝根床垫的加工工艺,包括原料处理与床垫加工,所述原料处理包括原料筛选、原料加工、原料混合、高温烘干与剪切成型,所述床垫加工包括多次叠加、热压成型与外套套接。

具体的,本发明一种板蓝根床垫的加工工艺,在使用时,首先对原料进行筛选,并在筛选好后首先对板蓝根进行加工,将其加工为板蓝根纤维,并与羊毛进行掺杂,之后再对通过梳理机与针刺机对其进行梳理与预处理,使得板蓝根纤维与羊毛之间共同形成三维立体网状阵列的羊毛垫,之后再对羊毛垫依次进行烘干与剪切,使得羊毛垫形成规格大小不一的床垫内芯,并通过热压机对相同规格大小的多层床垫内芯进行热压,使得床垫内芯成型,之后将床垫外套套设在床垫内芯外部,床垫即加工完成。
