Abstract
发明公开了一种纤维板制作工艺,该纤维板包括两个化纤表层和一个混合中间层,其中该纤维板制作工艺包括以下步骤:S1、中间层加工;S2、中间层原料存储;S3、中间层原料初次混合;S4、中间层原料初次处理;S5、中间层原料二次混合;S6、中间层原料二次梳理;S7、表面层处理;S8、表面层梳理;S9、表面层成型;S10、半成品合成;S11、高温加工;S12、低温冷却;S13、成品完成。该纤维板制作工艺,通过采用利用天然椰棕和低熔点聚酯纤维的特性,经过一系列工艺生产成型,成为具有较好弹性和耐久性能的床垫芯材。生产后的纤维板为三层结构,通过不同的规格比例从而形成不同的工艺,生产出不同特点的产品,满足市场不同的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维板加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种纤维板制作工艺。
背景技术
纤维板又名密度板,是以木质纤维或其他植物素纤维为原料,施加脲醛树脂或其他适用的胶粘剂制成的人造板。制造过程中可以施加胶粘剂和(或)添加剂。纤维板具有材质均匀、纵横强度差小、不易开裂等优点,用途广泛。纤维板的缺点是背面有网纹,造成板材两面表面积不等,吸湿后因产生膨胀力差异而使板材翘曲变形;硬质板材表面坚硬,钉钉困难,耐水性差。干法纤维板虽然避免了某些缺点,但成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种纤维板制作工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
1.一种纤维板制作工艺,该纤维板包括两个化纤表层和一个混合中间层,其中该纤维板制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、中间层加工:先选取成色较好以及符合规格的椰棕原料和化纤原料,并且分别放进相对应的开松机,然后进行开松步骤,开松完成后,等待下一步骤;
S2、中间层原料存储:将开松完成后的椰棕原料和化纤原料分别 放入相对应的椰棕储棉箱和化纤储棉箱,放置完成后,等待下一步骤;
S3、中间层原料初次混合:将分别放置在椰棕储棉箱的椰棕原料和化纤储棉箱的化纤原料抽取出,然后放入混合搅拌机,进行充分混合,混合完成后等待下一步骤;
S4、中间层原料初次处理:将混合后的椰棕原料和化纤原料抽取出,然后放入梳理机进行初次梳理,当梳理完成后,等待下一步骤;
S5、中间层原料二次混合:将初次梳理完成后的椰棕原料和化纤原料,再次抽送至搅拌混料机,并且按照一定比例调节椰棕原料和化纤原料的所占比重,当调配完成后,等待下一步骤;
S6、中间层原料二次梳理:将按照一定比例调配好的椰棕原料和化纤原料,放入锡林梳理机进行再次的梳理,完成混合中间层的成型,完成后,将成型后的中间层送入针刺机,按照所需产品规格进行针刺处理,并且将经过针刺处理后的中间层通过高温热压辊进行定型处理,进行二次定型步骤,等待下一步骤;
S7、表面层处理:先选取成色较好的化纤材料,送入开松机进行开松处理,完成后,等待下一步骤;
S8、表面层梳理:将开松后的化纤原料,放入锡林梳理机进行梳理成型,梳理成型完成后,等待下一步骤;
S9、表面层成型:将梳理成型后的化纤原料铺设成网层,然后将化纤网层送入针刺机,并且安装所需规格进行针刺处理,进行表面层的成型,表面层成型后,将已经经过针刺后的表面层加入烘箱进行高温处理,待其自然冷却后,按照所需规格进行裁切,完成后,等待下 一步骤;
S10、半成品合成:将针刺成型后的化纤表面层分别铺设在中间层的两侧面,并且铺网组合成为三层结构,等待下一步骤;
S11、高温加工:将合成后的表面层和中间层,放入烘箱进行高温加工,其中加温时间和温度可根据不同规格进行选择,高温加工后,等待下一步骤;
S12、低温冷却:将刚经过烘箱高温加工的混合后的中间层和表面层,通过冷却辊进行冷却,并且通过冷水冷却进行定型,定型完成后,等待下一步骤;
S13、成品完成;将经过冷水定型后的半成品,按照所需规格进行裁切,裁切成型后,完成成品。
优选的,所述步骤S7、S8和S9与步骤S1、S2、S3、S4、S5和S6为同步进行步骤。
优选的,所述S6和S9步骤的针刺机所采用的刺针为三角无纺刺针。
本发明提供的一种纤维板制作工艺,具有以下优点:该纤维板制作工艺,通过采用利用天然椰棕和低熔点聚酯纤维的特性,经过一系列工艺生产成型,成为具有较好弹性和耐久性能的床垫芯材。生产后的纤维板为三层结构,通过不同的规格比例从而形成不同的工艺,生产出不同特点的产品,满足市场不同的需求。

具体实施方式如下:
一种纤维板制作工艺,该纤维板包括两个化纤表层和一个混合中间层,其中该纤维板制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、中间层加工:先选取成色较好以及符合规格的椰棕原料和化纤原料,并且分别放进相对应的开松机,然后进行开松步骤,开松完成后,等待下一步骤;
S2、中间层原料存储:将开松完成后的椰棕原料和化纤原料分别放入相对应的椰棕储棉箱和化纤储棉箱,放置完成后,等待下一步骤;
S3、中间层原料初次混合:将分别放置在椰棕储棉箱的椰棕原料和化纤储棉箱的化纤原料抽取出,然后放入混合搅拌机,进行充分混合,混合完成后等待下一步骤;
S4、中间层原料初次处理:将混合后的椰棕原料和化纤原料抽取出,然后放入梳理机进行初次梳理,当梳理完成后,等待下一步骤;
S5、中间层原料二次混合:将初次梳理完成后的椰棕原料和化纤原料,再次抽送至搅拌混料机,并且按照一定比例调节椰棕原料和化纤原料的所占比重,当调配完成后,等待下一步骤;
S6、中间层原料二次梳理:将按照一定比例调配好的椰棕原料和化纤原料,放入锡林梳理机进行再次的梳理,完成混合中间层的成型,完成后,将成型后的中间层送入针刺机,按照所需产品规格进行针刺处理,并且将经过针刺处理后的中间层通过高温热压辊进行定型处理,进行二次定型步骤,等待下一步骤;

所述S6和S9步骤的针刺机所采用的刺针为三角无纺刺针。

Claims (3)
1.一种纤维板制作工艺,其特征在于:该纤维板包括两个化纤表层和一个混合中间层,其中该纤维板制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、中间层加工:先选取成色较好以及符合规格的椰棕原料和化纤原料,并且分别放进相对应的开松机,然后进行开松步骤,开松完成后,等待下一步骤;
S2、中间层原料存储:将开松完成后的椰棕原料和化纤原料分别放入相对应的椰棕储棉箱和化纤储棉箱,放置完成后,等待下一步骤;
S3、中间层原料初次混合:将分别放置在椰棕储棉箱的椰棕原料和化纤储棉箱的化纤原料抽取出,然后放入混合搅拌机,进行充分混合,混合完成后等待下一步骤;
S4、中间层原料初次处理:将混合后的椰棕原料和化纤原料抽取出,然后放入梳理机进行初次梳理,当梳理完成后,等待下一步骤;
S5、中间层原料二次混合:将初次梳理完成后的椰棕原料和化纤原料,再次抽送至搅拌混料机,并且按照一定比例调节椰棕原料和化纤原料的所占比重,当调配完成后,等待下一步骤;
S6、中间层原料二次梳理:将按照一定比例调配好的椰棕原料和化纤原料,放入锡林梳理机进行再次的梳理,完成混合中间层的成型,完成后,将成型后的中间层送入针刺机,按照所需产品规格进行针刺处理,并且将经过针刺处理后的中间层通过高温热压辊进行定型处理,进行二次定型步骤,等待下一步骤;
