本发明公开一种化纤面砖及其制造方法,包括涤纶和亚麻,所述涤纶与亚麻之间通过设置化纤热熔粘结棉固定连接,所述涤纶每1立方厘米的重量为10g。本发明结构简单合理、成本较低、工艺简单、能够广泛运用,本发明不易变形,有一定的回弹力,不仅能够铺设在地面上作为地毯使用,而且能够装饰在墙壁上具备软包的效果,同时具备较好的隔音效果;本发明开启了利用化纤材料用于装潢的先河,本发明生产能耗较低,且生产过程无污染,且使用后可回收利用,避免产生大量建筑垃圾,是绿色环保产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种化纤面砖及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对居住条件的要求也随之提高,人均住房面积不断扩大,随之而来的是对建筑材料的需求不断增加,而传统瓷砖除了用于装饰外,没有其他的作用,功能单一,使用的范围具有一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种化纤面砖及其制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种化纤面砖,其创新点在于:包括涤纶和亚麻,所述涤纶与亚麻之间通过设置化纤热熔粘结棉固定连接,所述涤纶每1立方厘米的重量为10g。
还包括一种该化纤面砖的制造方法,其创新点在于,依次包括搅拌、铺网、粘结和压制成型,具体步骤如下:
搅拌:将化纤热熔粘结棉与涤纶通过搅拌器均匀混合,形成涤纶混合物,将化纤热熔粘结棉与亚麻通过搅拌器均匀混合,形成亚麻混合物;
铺网:将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物分别通过梳理机进行梳理,梳理完成后分层铺网,并将亚麻混合物放置在最上层,并通过压辊将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物固定;
粘结:将固定好的涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物放入烘箱中加热至180℃,使化纤热熔粘结棉熔化,熔化后,使得化纤热熔粘结棉之间、化纤热熔粘结棉与涤纶之间、化纤热熔粘结棉与亚麻之间产生粘结;
压制成型:粘结后,将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物压制成型,并通过风机冷却,冷却后形成化纤面砖。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:
本发明结构简单合理、成本较低、工艺简单、能够广泛运用,本发明不易变形,有一定的回弹力,不仅能够铺设在地面上作为地毯使用,而且能够装饰在墙壁上具备软包的效果,同时具备较好的隔音效果;本发明开启了利用化纤材料用于装潢的先河,本发明生产能耗较低,且生产过程无污染,且使用后可回收利用,避免产生大量建筑垃圾,是绿色环保产品;本发明可广泛用于宾馆、医院、幼儿园、养老院、写字楼和家庭,用于地面和墙面的铺设,同时本发明表面具有很好的防滑功能,能够有效的避免老人、小孩走路摔倒时受到伤害。

实施例
一种化纤面砖,包括涤纶1和亚麻2,但不仅限于亚麻,还包括竹炭纤维、阻燃纤维、抗菌防螨纤维等功能纤维,涤纶1与亚麻2之间通过设置化纤热熔粘结棉3固定连接,涤纶每1立方厘米的重量为10g。
还包括一种该化纤面砖的制造方法,依次包括搅拌、铺网、粘结和压制成型,具体步骤如下:
搅拌:将化纤热熔粘结棉与涤纶通过搅拌器均匀混合,形成涤纶混合物,将化纤热熔粘结棉与亚麻通过搅拌器均匀混合,形成亚麻混合物;
铺网:将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物分别通过梳理机进行梳理,梳理完成后分层铺网,并将亚麻混合物放置在最上层,并通过压辊将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物固定;
粘结:将固定好的涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物放入烘箱中加热至180℃,使化纤热熔粘结棉熔化,熔化后,使得化纤热熔粘结棉之间、化纤热熔粘结棉与涤纶之间、化纤热熔粘结棉与亚麻之间产生粘结;
压制成型:粘结后,将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物压制成型,并通过风机冷却,冷却后形成化纤面砖。

1.一种化纤面砖,其特征在于:包括涤纶和亚麻,所述涤纶与亚麻之间通过设置化纤热熔粘结棉固定连接,所述涤纶每1立方厘米的重量为10g。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述化纤面砖的制造方法,其特征在于,依次包括搅拌、铺网、粘结和压制成型,具体步骤如下:
搅拌:将化纤热熔粘结棉与涤纶通过搅拌器均匀混合,形成涤纶混合物,将化纤热熔粘结棉与亚麻通过搅拌器均匀混合,形成亚麻混合物;
铺网:将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物分别通过梳理机进行梳理,梳理完成后分层铺网,并将亚麻混合物放置在最上层,并通过压辊将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物固定;
粘结:将固定好的涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物放入烘箱中加热至180℃,使化纤热熔粘结棉熔化,熔化后,使得化纤热熔粘结棉之间、化纤热熔粘结棉与涤纶之间、化纤热熔粘结棉与亚麻之间产生粘结;
压制成型:粘结后,将涤纶混合物和亚麻混合物压制成型,并通过风机冷却,冷却后形成化纤面砖。
