Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗静电无胶棉,包括:上下依次层叠设置的抗静电纤维、热熔复合纤维以及涤纶纤维层,所述各组分的质量百分比为不锈钢纤维15%-25%,热熔复合纤维15%-20%,涤纶纤维55%-70%。本发明的抗静电无胶棉通过添加抗静电功能纤维,使该无胶棉不仅具有抗静电作用,还有导电作用,可有效卸载电荷,使得喷胶棉的抗静电效果非常好,可把静电减少到可以忽略的程度,减少面料吸尘,提高服装的舒适性,手感柔软,人体穿着舒适透气性好,且防静电性能优异、纺织无需专门设备,加工简便,服装款式不限;能够任意染色,产品本身无环境危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及无胶棉的加工工艺改进领域,具体为一种抗静电无胶棉及其制备方法。
背景技术
无胶棉非常松软,无需喷胶、无异味,对人体无刺激,用料优于喷胶棉,是喷胶棉替代产品。具有强度好、耐洗涤、弹性好、手感好、柔软、滑爽、保暖性好、环保等特点。它蓬松柔软,平整挺括,是各类冬装、床上用品、家庭用品的理想填充材料。然而现有的多数无胶棉作为冬装填充物,经过长时间的使用,由于人体潮气没有及时排出致使棉体容易滋生细菌,尤其对一些抵抗能力弱的婴幼儿或孕妇使用时,容易引起皮肤过敏现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有抗静电功能的无胶棉的制备方法。该无胶棉不仅具有抗静电作用,还有导电作用,可有效卸载电荷,可把静电减少到可以忽略的程度,减少面料吸尘,手感柔软,人体穿着舒适透气性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗静电无胶棉,包括:上下依次层叠设置的抗静电纤维、热熔复合纤维层以及涤纶纤维层。
上述抗静电无胶棉的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)将具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维原料,采用熔融纺丝,纺丝机温度为230-240℃,将熔融丝线冷却、牵伸、定型后制得抗静电纤维;
(2)按质量百分比取抗静电纤维15%-25%,热熔复合纤维15%-20%,涤纶纤维55%-70%由上及下依次层叠铺放,经开松机开松,并依次通过梳理、铺网、热定型、烘箱烘燥、压辊、成卷等工序,其中烘箱的加热方式为双层电加热,温度控制为170-180℃,时间15-20秒,制得所述抗静电无胶棉。
所述具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维的组分和质量百分比为:聚氧乙烯二胺45-55%;聚吡咯35-40%;氯化钙3-8%;铝锆酸酯偶联剂2-5%;聚丙烯酸钠分散剂0.5-1.2%。
本发明的技术效果:
(1)本发明的抗静电无胶棉通过添加抗静电功能纤维,使得该无胶棉具有不仅具有抗静电作用,还有导电作用,可有效卸载电荷,使得喷胶棉的防静电效果非常好,可把静电减少到可以忽略的程度,减少面料吸尘,提高服装的舒适性,手感柔软,人体穿着舒适透气性好,且防静电性能优异、纺织无需专门设备,加工简便,服装款式不限;能够任意染色,产品本身无环境危害;
(2)生产工艺上烘箱设备采用双层电加热烘箱,比以往用油、煤加热环保经济,无胶棉棉体受热更加均匀,不存在加热死角,热能利用率高。经测试比较,该烘箱的费用成本比以往油、煤加热方式节省50%以上,同时生产环境得到大幅度改善,解决废导热油、锅炉对环境的影响,利于实现清洁生产,节约资源,真正实现环保、经济低功耗工业生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的抗静电无胶棉,包括: 上下依次层叠设置的抗静电纤维、热熔复合纤维层以及涤纶纤维层,所述各组分的质量百分比为抗静电纤维20%,热熔复合纤维15%,涤纶纤维65%。
上述抗静电无胶棉的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)将具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维原料,采用熔融纺丝,纺丝机温度为230℃,将熔融丝线冷却、牵伸、定型后制得抗静电纤维。其中具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维的组分和质量百分比为:聚氧乙烯二胺50%;聚吡咯40%;氯化钙5%;铝锆酸酯偶联剂4%;聚丙烯酸钠分散剂1%;
(2)按质量百分比取抗静电纤维20%,热熔复合纤维15%,涤纶纤维65%由上及下依次层叠铺放,经开松机开松,并依次通过梳理、铺网、热定型、烘箱烘燥、压辊、成卷等工序,其中烘箱的加热方式为双层电加热,温度控制为170℃,时间15秒,制得所述抗静电无胶棉。
实施例2
本实施例的抗静电无胶棉,包括: 上下依次层叠设置的抗静电纤维、热熔复合纤维层以及涤纶纤维层,所述各组分的质量百分比为抗静电纤维25%,热熔复合纤维20%,涤纶纤维55%。
上述抗静电无胶棉的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)将具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维原料,采用熔融纺丝,纺丝机温度为240℃,将熔融丝线冷却、牵伸、定型后制得抗静电纤维。其中具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维的组分和质量百分比为:聚氧乙烯二胺55%;聚吡咯35%;氯化钙4.2%;铝锆酸酯偶联剂5%;聚丙烯酸钠分散剂0.8%;
(2)按质量百分比取抗静电纤维25%,热熔复合纤维20%,涤纶纤维55%由上及下依次层叠铺放,经开松机开松,并依次通过梳理、铺网、热定型、烘箱烘燥、压辊、成卷等工序,其中烘箱的加热方式为双层电加热,温度控制为180℃,时间20秒,制得所述抗静电无胶棉。

1. 一种抗静电无胶棉,其特征在于包括:上层抗静电纤维层、中间层热熔复合纤维层以及下层涤纶纤维层。
2. 一种抗静电无胶棉的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)将具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维原料,采用熔融纺丝,纺丝机温度为230-240℃,将熔融丝线冷却、牵伸、定型后制得抗静电纤维;
(2)按质量百分比取抗静电纤维15%-25%,热熔复合纤维15%-20%,涤纶纤维55%-70%由上及下依次层叠铺放,经开松机开松,并依次通过梳理、铺网、热定型、烘箱烘燥、压辊、成卷等工序,其中烘箱的加热方式为双层电加热,温度控制为170-180℃,时间15-20秒,制得所述抗静电无胶棉。
3. 如权利要求1所述的抗静电无胶棉,其特征在于:所述具有抗静电功能的不锈钢纤维的组分和质量百分比为:聚氧乙烯二胺45-55%;聚吡咯35-40%;氯化钙3-8%;铝锆酸酯偶联剂2-5%;聚丙烯酸钠分散剂0.5-1.2%。
