Abstract

本发明提出了一种复合型地毯及其制备方法,地毯包括橡胶层、基布层和羊绒层,橡胶层上设有基布层、基布层上表面设有羊绒层,基布层为蜂窝网状结构,羊绒层为羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维编织而成,羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维的比例为:70~90:15~25:5~10,橡胶层为聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶注塑成型。本发明提出的毛毯结构合理,通过羊绒层、基布层和橡胶层的结构,具有优异的装饰作用,同时,具有良好的透气效果以及抗静电作用,降低了灰尘的吸附,减少了细菌的滋生,而且,本制备方法简单,合理,在保证毛毯的成型质量的同时,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。

一种复合型地毯及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及地毯制备技术领域,具体涉及一种复合型地毯及其制备方法。
背景技术
地毯,是以棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料,经手工或机械工艺进行编结、栽绒或纺织而成的地面铺敷物。它是世界范围内具有悠久历史传统的工艺美术品类之一。覆盖于住宅、宾馆、体育馆、展览厅、车辆、船舶、飞机等的地面,有减少噪声、隔热和装饰效果。
随着人们水平的不断提高和现代科技的不断发展,地毯已经不局限于装饰品,它兼具美观和实用功能,但地毯在给人们的生活带来舒适和欢娱的同时,也给人们的身体健康带来了一定的隐患。由于地毯面积大、重量重,因此不方便经常更换清洗,这样就导致了地毯很容易成为细菌和螨虫的寄居地。当室内的温度达到这些细菌孳生的理想温度和湿度时就会导致室内环境的污染,影响人体健康。由于地毯材料容易产生静电,就易吸附灰尘,更容易滋生细菌。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理,美观,具有抗静电效果,同时制作方法简单,效率高的复合型地毯及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种复合型地毯,包括橡胶层、基布层和羊绒层,所述橡胶层上设有基布层、所述基布层上表面设有羊绒层,所述基布层为蜂窝网状结构,所述羊绒层为羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维编织而成,所述羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维的比例为:70~90:15~25:5~10,所述橡胶层为聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶注塑成型。
一种复合型地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维按预设比例称取,然后对其进行开松、混合均匀,得到混合纤维,将混合纤维通过料箱输送至梳理机,经过梳理得到单根程度高的纤维网,再通过交叉铺网机形成均匀的纤网,再经过预针刺工序固结形成羊绒层;
b、将蜂窝网状结构的基布层和步骤a所编织的羊绒层之间加入聚乙烯聚酰胺聚乙烯复合膜,通过压机式加热台进行加热,加热温度控制在150~180℃,压力控制在8Mpa~15Mpa,加热0.8~1.5min,加热完成后压力不变,进行水冷却,至到温度下降到20~25℃,停止加热;
c、将聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶按比例称取,然后加热熔融混合形成熔融混合物,将所述熔融混合物挤出片材,再将形成的片材与步骤b所得到的坯毯通过加热、模压、成型及可得到所需地毯。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶的比例为:1:0.8~1.2。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的毛毯结构合理,通过羊绒层、基布层和橡胶层的结构,具有优异的装饰作用,同时,具有良好的透气效果以及抗静电作用,降低了灰尘的吸附,减少了细菌的滋生,而且,本制备方法简单,合理,在保证毛毯的成型质量的同时,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地说明。
实施例1
一种复合型地毯,包括橡胶层、基布层和羊绒层,所述橡胶层上设有基布层、所述基布层上表面设有羊绒层,所述基布层为蜂窝网状结构,所述羊绒层为羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维编织而成,所述羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维的比例为:70:15:5,所述橡胶层为聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶注塑成型。
一种复合型地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维按预设比例称取,然后对其进行开松、混合均匀,得到混合纤维,将混合纤维通过料箱输送至梳理机,经过梳理得到单根程度高的纤维网,再通过交叉铺网机形成均匀的纤网,再经过预针刺工序固结形成羊绒层;

c、将聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶按比例称取,然后加热熔融混合形成熔融混合物,将所述熔融混合物挤出片材,再将形成的片材与步骤b所得到的坯毯通过加热、模压、成型及可得到所需地毯。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶的比例为:1:0.8。
实施例2
一种复合型地毯,包括橡胶层、基布层和羊绒层,所述橡胶层上设有基布层、所述基布层上表面设有羊绒层,所述基布层为蜂窝网状结构,所述羊绒层为羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维编织而成,所述羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维的比例为:80:18:8,所述橡胶层为聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶注塑成型。
一种复合型地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维按预设比例称取,然后对其进行开松、混合均匀,得到混合纤维,将混合纤维通过料箱输送至梳理机,经过梳理得到单根程度高的纤维网,再通过交叉铺网机形成均匀的纤网,再经过预针刺工序固结形成羊绒层;
b、将蜂窝网状结构的基布层和步骤a所编织的羊绒层之间加入聚乙烯聚酰胺聚乙烯复合膜,通过压机式加热台进行加热,加热温度控制在160℃,压力控制在12Mpa,加热1min,加热完成后压力不变,进行水冷却,至到温度下降到22℃,停止加热;
c、将聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶按比例称取,然后加热熔融混合形成熔融混合物,将所述熔融混合物挤出片材,再将形成的片材与步骤b所得到的坯毯通过加热、模压、成型及可得到所需地毯。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶的比例为:1:1。
实施例3
一种复合型地毯,包括橡胶层、基布层和羊绒层,所述橡胶层上设有基布层、所述基布层上表面设有羊绒层,所述基布层为蜂窝网状结构,所述羊绒层为羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维编织而成,所述羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维的比例为: 90: 25: 10,所述橡胶层为聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶注塑成型。
一种复合型地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维按预设比例称取,然后对其进行开松、混合均匀,得到混合纤维,将混合纤维通过料箱输送至梳理机,经过梳理得到单根程度高的纤维网,再通过交叉铺网机形成均匀的纤网,再经过预针刺工序固结形成羊绒层;
b、将蜂窝网状结构的基布层和步骤a所编织的羊绒层之间加入聚乙烯聚酰胺聚乙烯复合膜,通过压机式加热台进行加热,加热温度控制在180℃,压力控制在15Mpa,加热1.5min,加热完成后压力不变,进行水冷却,至到温度下降到25℃,停止加热;
c、将聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶按比例称取,然后加热熔融混合形成熔融混合物,将所述熔融混合物挤出片材,再将形成的片材与步骤b所得到的坯毯通过加热、模压、成型及可得到所需地毯。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶的比例为:1: 1.2。
本发明提出的毛毯结构合理,通过羊绒层、基布层和橡胶层的结构,具有优异的装饰作用,同时,具有良好的透气效果以及抗静电作用,降低了灰尘的吸附,减少了细菌的滋生,而且,本制备方法简单,合理,在保证毛毯的成型质量的同时,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。

Claims (3)

1.一种复合型地毯,其特征在于:包括橡胶层、基布层和羊绒层,所述橡胶层上设有基布层、所述基布层上表面设有羊绒层,所述基布层为蜂窝网状结构,所述羊绒层为羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维编织而成,所述羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维的比例为:70~90:15~25:5~10,所述橡胶层为聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶注塑成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复合型地毯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、将羊毛纤维、聚酯纤维和导电纤维按预设比例称取,然后对其进行开松、混合均匀,得到混合纤维,将混合纤维通过料箱输送至梳理机,经过梳理得到单根程度高的纤维网,再通过交叉铺网机形成均匀的纤网,再经过预针刺工序固结形成羊绒层;
b、将蜂窝网状结构的基布层和步骤a所编织的羊绒层之间加入聚乙烯聚酰胺聚乙烯复合膜,通过压机式加热台进行加热,加热温度控制在150~180℃,压力控制在8Mpa~15Mpa,加热0.8~1.5min,加热完成后压力不变,进行水冷却,至到温度下降到20~25℃,停止加热;
c、将聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶按比例称取,然后加热熔融混合形成熔融混合物,将所述熔融混合物挤出片材,再将形成的片材与步骤b所得到的坯毯通过加热、模压、成型及可得到所需地毯。
3.根据要求1或2所述一种复合型地毯,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶的比例为:1:0.8~1.2。
