技术领域
本发明属于家居用品领域,尤其涉及一种竹纤维加热地毯。
背景技术
随着现代生活水平的提高,对家居装修的舒适性、时尚性、环保性等要求也越来越高。家装中地毯的利用率占了很大一部分。地毯具有保暖调节的功能,大面积地铺垫地毯可以减少室内通过地面散失的热量,阻断地面寒气的侵袭,使人感到温暖舒适。同时具有吸音功能,地毯的丰厚质地与毛绒簇立的表面具备良好的吸音效果,并能适当降低噪声影响,以及舒适功能,由于地毯为富有弹性纤维的织物,有丰满、厚实、松软的质地,所以在上面行走时会产生较好的回弹力,感觉舒适柔软。地毯同时兼具审美功能,质地丰满,外观华美的地毯铺设后地面能显得端庄富丽,获得极好的装饰效果。地毯的种类很多,有羊毛地毯、化纤地毯、皮质地毯、橡胶地毯、自然纤维地毯等等。各自具有自己的特性和优点。
竹纤维是从自然生长的竹子中提取出来的纤维素纤维,是继棉、麻、毛、丝后的第五大自然纤维,竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性,具有天然抗菌、除臭和抗紫外线功能。竹纤维包括天然竹原纤维、竹浆纤维、竹炭纤维等,可用于服装面料、床单、窗帘等的制作。
碳纤维(carbonfiber,简称CF),是一种含碳量在95%以上的高强度、高模量纤维的新型纤维材料,是由片状石墨微晶等有机纤维沿纤维轴向方向堆砌而成,经碳化及石墨化处理而得到的微晶石墨材料。碳纤维具有比重小,强度大,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,在国防军工和民用方面都是重要材料。它不仅具有碳材料的固有本征特性,又兼备纺织纤维的柔软可加工性,是新一代增强纤维。
目前的地毯生产中,采用碳纤维作为加热地毯以及采用竹纤维作为透气防翘地毯的应用较多,但其应用领域较窄,且还没有将其结合起来,得到兼具两者优点的地毯。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种竹纤维加热地毯,兼具透气、保暖、节能、安全性好的效果。
本发明完整的技术方案包括:
一种竹纤维加热地毯,其特征在于,包括从下向上依次连接的防水阻燃层、加热层、保温层、抗菌透气层;
其中所述的加热层包括带功率调节功能的加热器、感温点、电导线、基布和温控器,所述的基布包括编织在其内的多根碳纤维,碳纤维的两端分别连接电导线,并与加热器构成闭合回路,所述的感温点有多个,在基布内以密排六方方式排布并分别连接温控器,温控器同时连接加热器并且可调节加热器的功率。
优选的,所述温控器具有温度设定模块,能够根据设定的温度控制加热器以恒定功率对加热层进行加热,同时根据感温点采集的温度进行调节,当各处感温点的最低温度低于设定温度2-5℃时停止恒定功率加热,进入变功率保温模式。
优选的,所述的变功率保温模式是指,加热器的功率以正弦波形或矩形波形式变化,其中波谷处加热器的功率为零。
优选的,所述的保温层包括相变保温材料。
优选的,所述的抗菌透气层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱采用竹纤维制成,纬纱采用亚麻纤维制成,经纱密度为400—520根/100cm,纬纱密度为300—420根/100cm,厚度为4-8mm,抗菌透气层上还均布有透气孔,各个透气孔内均填充有多孔活性炭颗粒。
优选的,所述的防水阻燃层为石棉布。
优选的,所述的温控器采用液晶显示屏,触摸式温度调节。
优选的,所述的感温点为热电偶。
本发明相对于现有技术的优点在于:具有防水阻燃、加热、保温、透气等多种功能,并且加热过程实现自动控制,由于加热过程和温度反馈有一定的滞后性,所以设定为感温点的最低温度低于设定温度2-5℃时停止恒定功率加热,加热丝剩下的余热会将温度自动加热到设定温度,同时在保温模式下,加热器的功率以正弦波形或矩形波形式变化,既保温,又能保证节能,加热器采用碳纤维,相比普通的电阻丝既高效又安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
一种竹纤维加热地毯,包括从下向上依次连接的石棉布层1,起到防水阻燃的作用,提高了使用的安全性,石棉布层上设有加热层2,该加热层的边缘处设有带功率调节功能的加热器和温控器,温控器连接加热器,加热层的基布内编织有碳纤维,碳纤维两端分别通过导线连接加热器,基布内同时还分布有多个热电偶,以类似石墨晶体的密排六方结构进行分布,并连接到温控器上,温控器上有液晶屏,通过触摸该液晶屏可以调用温度设定模块,温度设定好后,加热器以恒定功率对加热层进行加热,同时热电偶采集的温度数据反馈到温控器,当各处感温点的最低温度低于设定温度2℃时,加热功率开始变化,以矩形波的方式,加热1-2min,随后停止加热1-2min,随后再次加热,如此反复,以此保证地毯的温度保持恒定。
加热层3上有保温层,保温层内有六水氧化钙、三水醋酸钠、有机醇等相变保温材料。可以有效的将加热层的温度进一步恒定化,并且在停止加热后,继续保温很长时间,起到了环保节能效果。保温层上设有抗菌透气层4,所述的抗菌透气层和保温层之间通过子母带、系扣、按扣,粘结等方式连接,并可以将透气层拆卸清洗,所述的抗菌透气层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,经纱采用竹纤维制成,纬纱采用亚麻纤维制成,经纱密度为400—520根/100cm,纬纱密度为300—420根/100cm,厚度为4-8mm,抗菌透气层上还均布有透气孔,各个透气孔内均填充有多孔活性炭颗粒。
作为优选,抗菌透气层4上面还可以设有毛绒层,所述毛绒层由不同的绒毛块组成,所述的绒毛块可以为长绒毛块和短绒毛块,所述长绒毛长度为4~6mm,短绒毛长度为2~3mm,长绒毛和短绒毛可以做成不同的颜色或形状,底部具有吸附层,可以吸附在竹炭纤维层上并可以移出,这样可以利用不同的绒毛块组合成不同的形状、图案,如动物、字母等,增加美观并对儿童具有吸引力,同时绒毛可以有效的保护儿童不受伤害。

1.一种竹纤维加热地毯,其特征在于,包括从下向上依次连接的防水阻燃层、加热层、保温层、抗菌透气层;
其中所述的加热层包括带功率调节功能的加热器、感温点、电导线、基布和温控器,所述的基布包括编织在其内的多根碳纤维,碳纤维的两端分别连接电导线,并与加热器构成闭合回路,所述的感温点有多个,在基布内以密排六方方式排布并分别连接温控器,温控器同时连接加热器并且能调节加热器的功率。
2.权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述温控器具有温度设定模块,能够根据设定的温度控制加热器以恒定功率对加热层进行加热,同时根据感温点采集的温度进行调节,当各处感温点的最低温度低于设定温度2-5℃时停止恒定功率加热,进入变功率保温模式。
3.权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述的变功率保温模式是指,加热器的功率以正弦波形或矩形波形式变化,其中波谷处加热器的功率为零。
4.权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述的保温层包括相变保温材料。
