技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种保暖性强的服装针织面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,锦涤纺面料在时装市场上属于常规产品之一,锦涤纺面料一般经向采用锦纶丝,纬向采用涤纶丝交织而成,市场上一款锦涤人字斜纹面料成为混纺面料的后起之秀,更是人们喜爱的常规混纺面料之一,面料颜色的社会心理是总体上影响面料颜色的共性特征,但由于千差万别的消费者均要求有自己偏爱的独具特色的个性色彩,不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等,因此面料在色彩方面丰富多彩而各具面貌,但是现有的一种吸水性强的新型面料还存在一定的缺陷,比如:
1、市面上常见的针织面料通常由经纬编织而成,纱线间孔隙较大,制成衣物后保暖性不佳,不能满足消费者的使用需求;
2、以羊绒、羊毛纤维加棉纤维形成一种吸湿排汗功效的复合型面料,具有良好的吸湿排汗的效果,但是一旦出汗就免不了会有异味产生,传统的吸湿排汗面料不具备吸收异味的功效;
3、为了增加针织面料的保暖性能,需要增加面料的厚度,但是增加了面料的厚度之后,就会造成面料较为厚实且弹性较差,因此现有针织面料难以兼具保暖性能和弹力性能,并且现有的针织面料抗变形能力较差,在使用一段时间后,面料会产生变形,难以满足使用的需要。
所以我们提出了一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出保暖性不佳且不具备吸收异味的功效,同时抗变形能力较差,在使用一段时间后,面料会产生变形,难以满足使用的需要的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,包括防静电层、亲肤层和电热丝层,所述防静电层表面纺织有亲肤层,并且亲肤层下方与凸块相互安装,同时凸块表面设有绒毛,而且凸块设于防静电层内部,且凸块贯穿与防静电层,所述亲肤层另一面纺织有竹炭纤维层,并且竹炭纤维层另一端纺织有针织面料透气层,同时针织面料透气层内部设有多个透气孔,而且针织面料透气层另一端与电热丝层相互安装,所述电热丝层顶端设有弹力纤维针织层,同时弹力纤维针织层上下两端均设有棉絮纤维织条,而且弹力纤维针织层上方的棉絮纤维织条与棉纶布层固定安装,并且棉纶布层另一端纺织有防水层。
优选的,所述防静电层表面缠绕着多条防静电织条,并且防静电层设有的防静电织条与凸块交错设置。
亲肤层表面设有空腔,并且亲肤层表面空腔添加有羊绒、羊毛为主的保暖材料,并且亲肤层与竹炭纤维层进行紧密编织连接。
针织面料透气层与电热丝层连接方式为粘合连接,并且电热丝层为蜂窝网状结构。
弹力纤维针织层上下两端均设有棉絮纤维织条,并且弹力纤维针织层下端棉絮纤维织条设于针织面料透气层表面,而且弹力纤维针织层上端棉絮纤维织条与棉纶布层缝合连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该保暖性强的服装针织面料,增加面料的弹力性能,同时解决了保暖发热的问题,又解决的异味的吸收的问题,提升了织物整体的品质,适用范围得到扩大;
1.通过防静电层、亲肤层、凸块、绒毛和竹炭纤维层相互配合的结构,竹炭具有很强的吸附分解能力,能吸湿干燥、消臭抗菌并具有负离子穿透等性能,从而解决了保暖发热的问题,又解决的异味的吸收的问题,提升了织物整体的品质,适用范围得到扩大;
2.通过棉絮纤维织条、弹力纤维针织层和棉纶布层相互配合的结构,可以使针织面料透气层和棉纶布层可以有较多的回弹和压缩空间,增加面料的弹力性能。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,包括防静电层1、亲肤层2、凸块3、绒毛4、竹炭纤维层5、针织面料透气层6、透气孔7、电热丝层8、棉絮纤维织条9、弹力纤维针织层10、棉纶布层11和防水层12,其防静电层1表面纺织有亲肤层2,并且亲肤层2下方与凸块3相互安装,同时凸块3表面设有绒毛4,而且凸块3设于防静电层1内部,且凸块3贯穿与防静电层1,亲肤层2另一面纺织有竹炭纤维层5,并且竹炭纤维层5另一端纺织有针织面料透气层6,同时针织面料透气层6内部设有多个透气孔7,而且针织面料透气层6另一端与电热丝层8相互安装,电热丝层8顶端设有弹力纤维针织层10,同时弹力纤维针织层10上下两端均设有棉絮纤维织条9,而且弹力纤维针织层10上方的棉絮纤维织条9与棉纶布层11固定安装,并且棉纶布层11另一端纺织有防水层12。
本例中防静电层1表面缠绕着多条防静电织条,并且防静电层1设有的防静电织条与凸块3交错设置,从而可以使针织面料与人体进行接触时,防静电层1的防静电织条可以减少静电的产生;
亲肤层2表面设有空腔,并且亲肤层2表面空腔添加有羊绒、羊毛为主的保暖材料,并且亲肤层2与竹炭纤维层5进行紧密编织连接,从而可以通过亲肤层2设有的空腔,从而可以提高保暖效果,并且可以防止空腔内部进水导致羊绒、羊毛为主的保暖材料潮湿霉变,从而进一步保护了保暖材料。
针织面料透气层6与电热丝层8连接方式为粘合连接,并且电热丝层8为蜂窝网状结构,从而可以通过电热丝层8的工作,为针织面料内部提供热量,从而可以解决了保暖发热的问题。
弹力纤维针织层10上下两端均设有棉絮纤维织条9,并且弹力纤维针织层10下端棉絮纤维织条9设于针织面料透气层6表面,而且弹力纤维针织层10上端棉絮纤维织条9与棉纶布层11缝合连接,使针织面料透气层6和棉纶布层11可以有较多的回弹和压缩空间,增加织面料的弹力性能。
工作原理:使用本装置时,如图1-3,亲肤层2设有的凸块3上的绒毛4与人体接触,同时防静电层1可以使针织面料与人体进行接触时,防静电层1的防静电织条可以减少静电的产生,并且亲肤层2设有的空腔内部的保暖材料可以提高保暖效果,同时可以防止空腔内部的保暖材料潮湿霉变,从而保护了保暖材料。
接着,如图1-2,电热丝层8的工作,可以使热量从针织面料透气层6设有的透气孔7传递到亲肤层2,并且竹炭纤维层5可以解决的异味问题,提升了织物整体的品质,适用范围得到扩大。
并且,如图1-2和图4,针织面料抗变形时,使棉絮纤维织条9和弹力纤维针织层10可以进行回弹和压缩,从而增加棉纶布层11的弹力性能,并且棉纶布层11顶端的防水层12,可以防止雨水等将针织面料打湿。

1.一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,包括防静电层(1)、亲肤层(2)和电热丝层(8),其特征在于:所述防静电层(1)表面纺织有亲肤层(2),并且亲肤层(2)下方与凸块(3)相互安装,同时凸块(3)表面设有绒毛(4),而且凸块(3)设于防静电层(1)内部,且凸块(3)贯穿与防静电层(1),所述亲肤层(2)另一面纺织有竹炭纤维层(5),并且竹炭纤维层(5)另一端纺织有针织面料透气层(6),同时针织面料透气层(6)内部设有多个透气孔(7),而且针织面料透气层(6)另一端与电热丝层(8)相互安装,所述电热丝层(8)顶端设有弹力纤维针织层(10),同时弹力纤维针织层(10)上下两端均设有棉絮纤维织条(9),而且弹力纤维针织层(10)上方的棉絮纤维织条(9)与棉纶布层(11)固定安装,并且棉纶布层(11)另一端纺织有防水层(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,其特征在于:所述防静电层(1)表面缠绕着多条防静电织条,并且防静电层(1)设有的防静电织条与凸块(3)交错设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(2)表面设有空腔,并且亲肤层(2)表面空腔添加有羊绒、羊毛为主的保暖材料,并且亲肤层(2)与竹炭纤维层(5)进行紧密编织连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,其特征在于:所述针织面料透气层(6)与电热丝层(8)连接方式为粘合连接,并且电热丝层(8)为蜂窝网状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性强的服装针织面料,其特征在于:所述弹力纤维针织层(10)上下两端均设有棉絮纤维织条(9),并且弹力纤维针织层(10)下端棉絮纤维织条(9)设于针织面料透气层(6)表面,而且弹力纤维针织层(10)上端棉絮纤维织条(9)与棉纶布层(11)缝合连接。
