本发明提供一种带加热功能的纳米布料,包括快干层、保温防水层、加热层以及外接电源线,所述快干层下端设有加热层,所述加热层下端安装保温防水层,所述加热层右端安装外接电源线,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:可使布料上层吸湿透气性好,加热后可快速干燥,不易起皱,中层柔韧性好,制造成本低,无分层现象,重量轻盈,电热效率好,下层具有保温和防水功能。

技术领域
本发明是一种带加热功能的纳米布料,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料。包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布等各式布料。布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,现有布料只具有装饰功能,但是着生活水平、生活质量的提高,人们对布料提出各种功能性的要求,需开发一种集舒适和休闲为一体的布料。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种带加热功能的纳米布料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种带加热功能的纳米布料,包括快干层、保温防水层、加热层以及外接电源线,所述快干层下端设有加热层,所述加热层下端安装保温防水层,所述加热层右端安装外接电源线。
进一步地,所述快干层由阻燃腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维和亚麻纤维制成,且按7:1.6:1.4的比例混纺织而成,可使快干层具有吸湿透气性好,加热后可快速干燥,不易起皱。
进一步地,所述保温防水层由脱氧棉、聚酯纤维、黏胶纤维以及氨纶制成,且按3:2:1:1的比例混纺织而成,可使保温防水层具有保温功能,也具有高吸收性。
进一步地,所述加热层由石墨烯加热丝以及纺织丝线制成,与电极线通过经纬编织法所得的加热布料,以及复合在加热布料两面的高分子材料层,其特征在于,且石墨烯加热丝编入纺织丝线为纬线,并与纺织丝线为经线通过经纬进行编织,经线为2-17道纺织丝线之后编入一根石墨烯加热丝,所述加热层中编入两根电极线,且两根电极线与石墨烯加热丝进行电性连接,且两根电极线均与外接电源线进行电性连接。
进一步地,先将保温防水层按比例混纺织成半成品,然后将半成品平铺,并用蒸馏水和白醋混合而成的溶液进行熏制,然后将熏制后的半成品放入溶剂中进行浸泡半个小时,然后对浸泡半成品进行高温烘干,然后重复进行一次熏制、浸泡以及烘干步骤,然后将半成品上喷洒天然抗菌剂,完成后进行自然晾干,所述溶剂由聚丙烯酸酯、聚硅氧烷、聚氯乙烯以及橡胶按照1.1:0.9:1.1:0.5制备,因溶剂具有高防水性、高粘度和成膜性,能够充分包裹住纤维并填充编织间隙,进而形成防水膜,可使保温防水层具有防水功能。
进一步地,先将石墨烯加热丝以及纺织丝线混纺织成半成品,然后将半成品放入溶剂中进行浸泡半个小时,然后对浸泡半成品进行烘干,所述石墨烯加热丝的中心为金属线,石墨烯经超声分散方法制得的石墨烯分散液环绕的盘旋在金属线外壁上并固化干燥,所述溶剂由异氰酸酯、多元醇、二元醇、无卤阻燃母料以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯按照3.5:4.5:0.7:0.:0.5制备,采用石墨烯导热丝混纺纺织丝线制成加热层,所得加热层柔韧性好,制造成本低,无分层现象,重量轻盈,电热效率好。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种带加热功能的纳米布料,本发明通过添加快干层、保温防水层、加热层以及外接电源线,该设计可使布料上层吸湿透气性好,加热后可快速干燥,不易起皱,中层柔韧性好,制造成本低,无分层现象,重量轻盈,电热效率好,下层具有保温和防水功能。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种带加热功能的纳米布料,包括快干层11、保温防水层12、加热层13以及外接电源线14,快干层11下端设有加热层13,加热层13下端安装保温防水层12,加热层13右端安装外接电源线14。
作为本发明的一个实施例:快干层11由阻燃腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维和亚麻纤维制成,且按7:1.6:1.4的比例混纺织而成,可使快干层11具有吸湿透气性好,加热后可快速干燥,不易起皱。
作为本发明的一个实施例:保温防水层12由脱氧棉、聚酯纤维、黏胶纤维以及氨纶制成,且按3:2:1:1的比例混纺织而成,可使保温防水层12具有保温功能,也具有高吸收性。
作为本发明的一个实施例:加热层13由石墨烯加热丝以及纺织丝线制成,与电极线通过经纬编织法所得的加热布料,以及复合在加热布料两面的高分子材料层,其特征在于,且石墨烯加热丝编入纺织丝线为纬线,并与纺织丝线为经线通过经纬进行编织,经线为2-17道纺织丝线之后编入一根石墨烯加热丝,加热层13中编入两根电极线,且两根电极线与石墨烯加热丝进行电性连接,且两根电极线均与外接电源线14进行电性连接。

1.一种带加热功能的纳米布料,包括快干层、保温防水层、加热层以及外接电源线,其特征在于:所述快干层下端设有加热层,所述加热层下端安装保温防水层,所述加热层右端安装外接电源线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带加热功能的纳米布料,其特征在于:所述快干层由阻燃腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维和亚麻纤维制成,且按7:1.6:1.4的比例混纺织而成,可使快干层具有吸湿透气性好,加热后可快速干燥,不易起皱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带加热功能的纳米布料,其特征在于:所述保温防水层由脱氧棉、聚酯纤维、黏胶纤维以及氨纶制成,且按3:2:1:1的比例混纺织而成,可使保温防水层具有保温功能,也具有高吸收性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带加热功能的纳米布料,其特征在于:所述加热层由石墨烯加热丝以及纺织丝线制成,与电极线通过经纬编织法所得的加热布料,以及复合在加热布料两面的高分子材料层,其特征在于,且石墨烯加热丝编入纺织丝线为纬线,并与纺织丝线为经线通过经纬进行编织,经线为2-17道纺织丝线之后编入一根石墨烯加热丝,所述加热层中编入两根电极线,且两根电极线与石墨烯加热丝进行电性连接,且两根电极线均与外接电源线进行电性连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种带加热功能的纳米布料,其特征在于:先将保温防水层按比例混纺织成半成品,然后将半成品平铺,并用蒸馏水和白醋混合而成的溶液进行熏制,然后将熏制后的半成品放入溶剂中进行浸泡半个小时,然后对浸泡半成品进行高温烘干,然后重复进行一次熏制、浸泡以及烘干步骤,然后将半成品上喷洒天然抗菌剂,完成后进行自然晾干,所述溶剂由聚丙烯酸酯、聚硅氧烷、聚氯乙烯以及橡胶按照1.1:0.9:1.1:0.5制备,因溶剂具有高防水性、高粘度和成膜性,能够充分包裹住纤维并填充编织间隙,进而形成防水膜,可使保温防水层具有防水功能。
