Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,包括:橡胶层、粘结层和基布层,橡胶层和基布层之间通过粘结层连接;橡胶层由聚丙烯、橡胶和蚊虫趋避剂注塑成型;蚊虫趋避剂由以下重量份的原料混合制得:八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊。制备方法为:(1)称取原料;(2)将蚊虫趋避剂粉碎过筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;(3)将聚丙烯、橡胶和蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层;(4)将橡胶层和基布层之间加入粘结层,然后加热,模压成型,即得。本发明将多种中药混合作为蚊虫趋避剂加入橡胶层中,在提高复层橡胶地毯韧性、耐冲击性和阻燃性的同时,达到了趋避蚊虫的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着教育体系的完善,各大学校内都建起了室内运动场,方便阴雨天进行体育锻炼。然而,在室内运动场的使用过程中有一个很严重的问题就是蚊虫的叮咬,特别是在每年夏季的午后,蚊虫数量较多,严重影响了人们对室内运动过程的体验和享受。因为随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊虫的种群和数量都大幅提高,日益威胁人类的健康,蚊虫除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰外,更严重的是传播多种疾病,我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等,危害极大。
目前,室内运动场的蚊虫防治方式大多为使用化学杀虫剂,但是长期地使用单一的化学杀虫剂已导致蚊虫产生了抗药性,同时严重污染环境,威胁人体健康,而且目前很多的杀虫剂是喷雾状的,稍不注意,就会喷到食物上,误食会中毒;另外,物理光诱灯等方法存在成本高、使用不便等问题。而化学趋避法是一种利用蚊虫对化学信号物质反应从而对其进行趋避的一项技术,由于具有高敏感性和高选择性,在化学生态中的应用范围越来越广。
室内运动场地毯的主要原料为橡胶,而橡胶散发的气味对蚊虫有引诱作用,所以室内橡胶运动场地蚊虫的种群和数量都比较高,而是用化学杀虫剂往往造成蚊虫的抗药性大幅增加,且大剂量使用会对环境和人群都造成危害。
因此,如何对橡胶地毯的原料和制备工艺进行改进,开发一种具有显著趋避蚊虫效果且绿色无害的橡胶地毯是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,包括:橡胶层、粘结层和基布层,橡胶层和基布层之间通过粘结层连接;
橡胶层由聚丙烯、橡胶和蚊虫趋避剂以(80~100)∶(80~120)∶(1~5)的重量比注塑成型;
蚊虫趋避剂由以下重量份的原料混合制得:八角茴香8~12份、藿香8~12份、樟脑5~8份、薄荷5~8份、驱蚊草3~5份、万寿菊3~5份和除虫菊3~5份。
本发明基于我国传统医学,参考现代中药药理研究,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份的协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下:
八角茴香,为木兰科植物八角茴香的果实,又称大茴香,香气浓烈,可作香料、佐料,供药用,具强烈香味,有驱虫、温中理气、健胃止呕、祛寒、兴奋神经等功效;
藿香,为唇形科草本植物广藿香或藿香的地上部份,其气芳香,能助中州清气,胜湿辟秽,有驱虫、化湿醒脾、辟秽和中等功效;
樟脑,为樟科樟属植物樟的根、干、枝、叶经蒸馏精制而成的颗粒状物,具有通关窍,利滞气,辟秽浊,杀虫止痒,消肿止痛之功效;
薄荷,具有特殊的芬芳香气,蚊虫闻之会眩晕,有清凉消炎止痒的功效;
驱蚊草,具有挥发性香气,可提取香叶天竺葵油,其主要成分为香叶醇、玫瑰醇、香茅醇、芳樟醇等,具有驱蚊功效;
万寿菊,有一定的冲鼻气味,蚊虫不敢接近,是一种特殊的优良天然驱虫剂;
除虫菊,花中含有除虫菌素,可使蚊虫中毒。
进一步,上述橡胶层的厚度为1~2cm,密度为500~800kg/m3。
进一步,上述粘结层的厚度为1~2mm。
进一步,上述基布层的厚度为2~3cm,密度为200~400kg/m3。
进一步,上述橡胶为三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、异丙橡胶中的任一种或几种的混合。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,本发明橡胶能进一步改善橡胶层的韧性和可塑性,进一步保证橡胶层与基布层复合后两者完全贴合,而且,橡胶加入量越多,韧性和可塑性越好,但定型效果越差,即尺寸与形状稳定性越差。
进一步,上述粘结层为阻燃粘结剂。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,本发明阻燃粘结剂在将橡胶层和基布层粘合在一起的同时,还提高了复层橡胶地毯的阻燃性。
进一步,上述基布层由聚酯纤维和人造草纤维以(20~60)∶(40~80)的重量比编织而成。
更进一步,上述人造草纤维是以聚乙烯、阻燃剂和染色剂为原料组成的自粘性复合纤维。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,本发明聚酯纤维和人造草纤维主要用于增强该成型地毯的耐冲击性和耐撕裂性,并起到粘合和复合加固的作用。
本发明还提供了上述用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯的重量比称取各原料;
(2)将八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊分别粉碎,过100~200目筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯、橡胶和步骤(2)所得蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热至200~300℃熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层;
(4)将步骤(3)所得橡胶层和基布层之间加入粘结层,然后加热,模压成型,即得用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯。
进一步,上述步骤(3)中,基布层的制备方法为:将聚酯纤维和人造草纤维进行开松后混合均匀,然后梳理形成均匀的纤网,固结,即得上述基布层。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、将多种中药混合作为蚊虫趋避剂加入橡胶层中,在提高复层橡胶地毯韧性、耐冲击性和阻燃性的同时,达到了趋避蚊虫的效果;
2、制备方法流程短、效率高、投资少、设备简单,特别适宜日新月异不断更新的小批量多品种以及复杂型面的多领域成型地毯的制造。

实施例1
如图1所示,用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,包括:橡胶层1、粘结层2和基布层3,橡胶层1和基布层3之间通过粘结层2连接;
橡胶层1由聚丙烯80kg、三元乙丙橡胶80kg和蚊虫趋避剂1kg注塑成型,厚度为1cm,密度为500kg/m3;
其中,每35kg蚊虫趋避剂中含有:八角茴香8kg、藿香8kg、樟脑5kg、薄荷5kg、驱蚊草3kg、万寿菊3kg和除虫菊3kg;
粘结层2为阻燃粘结剂,厚度为1mm;
基布层3由聚酯纤维20kg和人造草纤维40kg编织而成,厚度为2cm,密度为200kg/m3。
制备方法:
(1)按上述重量称取各原料;
(2)将八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊分别粉碎,过100目筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯、三元乙丙橡胶和步骤(2)所得蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热至200℃熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层1;

其中,每34kg蚊虫趋避剂中含有:八角茴香10kg、藿香10kg、樟脑6kg、薄荷6kg、驱蚊草4kg、万寿菊4kg和除虫菊4kg;
粘结层2为阻燃粘结剂,厚度为1mm;
基布层3由聚酯纤维20kg和人造草纤维60kg编织而成,厚度为2cm,密度为200kg/m3。
制备方法:
(1)按上述重量称取各原料;
(2)将八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊分别粉碎,过120目筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯、丁苯橡胶和步骤(2)所得蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热至220℃熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层1;
(4)将聚酯纤维和人造草纤维进行开松后混合均匀,然后梳理形成均匀的纤网,固结,得到基布层3;
(5)将步骤(3)所得橡胶层1和步骤(4)所得基布层3之间加入粘结层2,然后加热,模压成型,即得用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯。
实施例3
如图1所示,用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,包括:橡胶层1、粘结层2和基布层3,橡胶层1和基布层3之间通过粘结层2连接;
橡胶层1由聚丙烯100kg、三元乙丙橡胶80kg和蚊虫趋避剂3kg注塑成型,厚度为1.5cm,密度为600kg/m3;
其中,每34kg蚊虫趋避剂中含有:八角茴香10kg、藿香10kg、樟脑6kg、薄荷6kg、驱蚊草4kg、万寿菊4kg和除虫菊4kg;
粘结层2为阻燃粘结剂,厚度为2mm;
基布层3由聚酯纤维20kg和人造草纤维80kg编织而成,厚度为3cm,密度为300kg/m3。
制备方法:
(1)按上述重量称取各原料;
(2)将八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊分别粉碎,过150目筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯、三元乙丙橡胶和步骤(2)所得蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热至250℃熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层1;
(4)将聚酯纤维和人造草纤维进行开松后混合均匀,然后梳理形成均匀的纤网,固结,得到基布层3;
(5)将步骤(3)所得橡胶层1和步骤(4)所得基布层3之间加入粘结层2,然后加热,模压成型,即得用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯。
实施例4
如图1所示,用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,包括:橡胶层1、粘结层2和基布层3,橡胶层1和基布层3之间通过粘结层2连接;
橡胶层1由聚丙烯100kg、顺丁橡胶120kg和蚊虫趋避剂5kg注塑成型,厚度为2cm,密度为800kg/m3;
其中,每34kg蚊虫趋避剂中含有:八角茴香10kg、藿香10kg、樟脑6kg、薄荷6kg、驱蚊草4kg、万寿菊4kg和除虫菊4kg;
粘结层2为阻燃粘结剂,厚度为2mm;
基布层3由聚酯纤维60kg和人造草纤维40kg编织而成,厚度为3cm,密度为400kg/m3。
制备方法:
(1)按上述重量称取各原料;
(2)将八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊分别粉碎,过180目筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯、顺丁橡胶和步骤(2)所得蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热至280℃熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层1;
(4)将聚酯纤维和人造草纤维进行开松后混合均匀,然后梳理形成均匀的纤网,固结,得到基布层3;
(5)将步骤(3)所得橡胶层1和步骤(4)所得基布层3之间加入粘结层2,然后加热,模压成型,即得用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯。
实施例5
如图1所示,用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,包括:橡胶层1、粘结层2和基布层3,橡胶层1和基布层3之间通过粘结层2连接;
橡胶层1由聚丙烯80kg、异丙橡胶80kg和蚊虫趋避剂5kg注塑成型,厚度为2cm,密度为800kg/m3;
其中,每55kg蚊虫趋避剂中含有:八角茴香12kg、藿香12kg、樟脑8kg、薄荷8kg、驱蚊草5kg、万寿菊5kg和除虫菊5kg;
粘结层2为阻燃粘结剂,厚度为2mm;
基布层3由聚酯纤维60kg和人造草纤维80kg编织而成,厚度为3cm,密度为400kg/m3。
制备方法:
(1)按上述重量称取各原料;
(2)将八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊分别粉碎,过200目筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯、异丙橡胶和步骤(2)所得蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热至300℃熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层1;
(4)将聚酯纤维和人造草纤维进行开松后混合均匀,然后梳理形成均匀的纤网,固结,得到基布层3;
(5)将步骤(3)所得橡胶层1和步骤(4)所得基布层3之间加入粘结层2,然后加热,模压成型,即得用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯。
性能测试
在六个2平方米的实验空间,分别铺设实施例1-5制得的复层橡胶地毯,并设置空白对照,分别放入无外界蚊虫干扰的实验室内,分别释放50只蚊子、蚂蚁和地毯甲虫进行分类测试24小时后进行计数,检测数据见表1。

由表1可知,本发明复层橡胶地毯趋避蚊虫的效果明显,尤其对蚊子和地毯甲虫的驱避率可达100%。

1.一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,包括:橡胶层、粘结层和基布层,所述橡胶层和基布层之间通过粘结层连接;
所述橡胶层由聚丙烯、橡胶和蚊虫趋避剂以(80~100)∶(80~120)∶(1~5)的重量比注塑成型;
所述蚊虫趋避剂由以下重量份的原料混合制得:八角茴香8~12份、藿香8~12份、樟脑5~8份、薄荷5~8份、驱蚊草3~5份、万寿菊3~5份和除虫菊3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,所述橡胶层的厚度为1~2cm,密度为500~800kg/m3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,所述粘结层的厚度为1~2mm。

8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯,其特征在于,所述人造草纤维是以聚乙烯、阻燃剂和染色剂为原料组成的自粘性复合纤维。
9.一种用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1~8任一项所述用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯的重量比称取各原料;
(2)将八角茴香、藿香、樟脑、薄荷、驱蚊草、万寿菊和除虫菊分别粉碎,过100~200目筛,混合均匀,得到蚊虫趋避剂颗粒,备用;
(3)将聚丙烯、橡胶和步骤(2)所得蚊虫趋避剂颗粒混合,加热至200~300℃熔融后挤出片材,得到橡胶层;
(4)将步骤(3)所得橡胶层和基布层之间加入粘结层,然后加热,模压成型,即得所述用于趋避蚊虫的复层橡胶地毯。
