本发明公开了一种蚊虫趋避组合物,所述的蚊虫趋避组合物主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:蒙古蒿0.1‑10份、八角茴香0.1‑10份、洋甘菊0.1‑10份、高良姜0.1‑10份,采用天然植物作为有效成分,驱蚊效果良好,且无毒,对皮肤无刺激感,气味友好,使用起来舒适性好;使用后无药效残留,容易降解,因而不会给环境造成污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及及日常生活用品,具体的涉及一种蚊虫趋避组合物。
背景技术
蚊虫是疟疾、丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎、登革热等疾病的传播媒介,蚊虫的叮咬不仅影响人们的工作、休息,更加威胁人类健康。目前防治蚊虫的主要办法是使用化学杀虫剂和蚊虫趋避剂。化学杀虫剂以杀灭蚊虫为目的,起效快,适于较大范围的使用,但是其易引起蚊虫抗药性和对环境的污染。蚊虫趋避剂通过作用于蚊虫触角上的传感器,从而干扰蚊虫寻找宿主,达到趋避蚊虫的作用,是重要的个人防蚊用品。目前研制出的驱避剂剂型主要有:气雾剂、脂质体、微胶囊、包结化合物等,其共有特征为通过有效趋避剂成分直接与皮肤接触,存在作用时间较短、用量大、经皮吸收较多、长期使用可引发皮炎等多种副作用;目前占用市场份额最多的为乙醇液剂,还存在易燃、易爆等安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的缺陷与不足,本发明提供一种温和的蚊虫趋避组合物,该蚊虫趋避组合物具有驱蚊效果良好,无毒,对皮肤无刺激感,气味友好,使用舒适性好的特点。
为了克服上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种蚊虫趋避组合物,所述的蚊虫趋避组合物主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:蒙古蒿0.1-10份、八角茴香0.1-10份、洋甘菊0.1-10份、高良姜0.1-10份。
在其中一些实施例中,所述的蚊虫趋避组合物主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:蒙古蒿8份、八角茴香6份、洋甘菊3份、高良姜5份。
本发明还提供一种蚊虫趋避组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)粉碎:按照上述重量份称取各原料,混合,烘干,粉碎成10-50目的混合粉末;(2)浸泡:将混合粉末用去离子水浸泡5-10小时;(3)超声萃取:然后采用频率为40kHZ的超声波处理10-15分钟,然后投入蒸馏釜中;(4)蒸馏:降低蒸馏釜内压力至50-100kPa,加热,至釜内料液沸腾,打开蒸馏釜的冷凝器,并在冷凝器中流通冷却水,收集蒸馏液;(5)将蒸馏液在室温下静置12-24小时,经陶瓷复合膜过滤,即得蚊虫趋避组合物。
在其中一些实施例中,步骤(2)中所述去离子水的添加量为混合粉末重量的5-10倍;
在其中一些实施例中,步骤(4)中所述蒸馏液的收集速度控制在5-10kg/小时;
在其中一些实施例中,步骤(5)中所述陶瓷复合膜的管孔径为100-200nm。
本发明提供的蚊虫趋避组合物可以作为蚊虫趋避剂应用在驱蚊产品中,所述的驱蚊产品可以为防蚊贴、蚊香、电热蚊香、驱蚊手环、驱蚊液等。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:本发明的蚊虫趋避组合物采用了天然植物作为有效成分,驱蚊效果良好,且无毒,对皮肤无刺激感,气味友好,使用起来舒适性好;使用后无药效残留,容易降解,因而不会给环境造成污染。本发明蚊虫趋避组合物的制备方法融合了浸泡、超声、蒸馏、静置、过滤等多种处理手段,同时采用特定参数的处理条件,所制得的复配提取物含有丰富活性成分,另外所制得的提取物质量稳定,不易析出沉淀物,外观透明澄清。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,对于未特别注明的工艺参数或条件,可参照常规技术进行。
本发明实施例所述的蒙古蒿Mongolian wormwood,菊科蒿属多年生草本,分布于中国东北、华北和西北各省区;朝鲜、日本、蒙古、俄罗斯也有分布。全草入药,作“艾,”(家艾)的代用品,有温经、止血、散寒、祛湿等作用。
本发明实施例所述的八角茴香为木兰科植物八角茴香 Illicium verum Hook. F. 的果实。又称大茴香,常绿灌木,初夏开花,果实为8-9个木蓇葖,轮生呈星芒状,香气浓烈,可作香料、佐料,供药用,具强烈香味,有驱虫、温中理气、健胃止呕、祛寒、兴奋神经等功效。
本发明实施例所述的洋甘菊为菊科植物母菊Matricaria recutita L.(M. chamomilla L.)的干燥头状花序。味甘、辛,微寒。药用功能:驱风解表,行气止痛,解痉。
本发明实施例所述的高良姜为姜科植物高良姜 Alpinia officinarum Hance 的根茎。味辛,性温。入脾、胃经。药用功能:温胃、祛风、散寒、行气、止痛。
实施例1
一种蚊虫趋避组合物,由下述的原料制备而成:
蒙古蒿0.1kg、八角茴香10 kg、洋甘菊0.1 kg、高良姜10 kg;
上述的蚊虫趋避组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)粉碎:按照上述重量份称取各原料,混合,烘干,粉碎成10目的混合粉末;(2)浸泡:将混合粉末用去离子水浸泡10小时,其中所述去离子水的添加量为混合粉末重量的5倍;(3)超声萃取:然后采用频率为40kHZ的超声波处理15分钟,然后投入蒸馏釜中;(4)蒸馏:降低蒸馏釜内压力至50kPa,加热,至釜内料液沸腾,打开蒸馏釜的冷凝器,并在冷凝器中流通冷却水,收集蒸馏液,其中所述蒸馏液的收集速度控制在10kg/小时;(5)将蒸馏液在室温下静置12小时,经管孔径为200nm陶瓷复合膜过滤,即得蚊虫趋避组合物。
实施例2
一种蚊虫趋避组合物,由下述的原料制备而成:
蒙古蒿10kg、八角茴香0.1 kg、洋甘菊10 kg、高良姜0.1 kg;
上述的蚊虫趋避组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)粉碎:按照上述重量份称取各原料,混合,烘干,粉碎成50目的混合粉末;(2)浸泡:将混合粉末用去离子水浸泡5小时,其中所述去离子水的添加量为混合粉末重量的10倍;(3)超声萃取:然后采用频率为40kHZ的超声波处理10分钟,然后投入蒸馏釜中;(4)蒸馏:降低蒸馏釜内压力至100kPa,加热,至釜内料液沸腾,打开蒸馏釜的冷凝器,并在冷凝器中流通冷却水,收集蒸馏液,其中所述蒸馏液的收集速度控制在5kg/小时;(5)将蒸馏液在室温下静置24小时,经管孔径为100nm陶瓷复合膜过滤,即得蚊虫趋避组合物。
实施例3
一种蚊虫趋避组合物,由下述的原料制备而成:
蒙古蒿8kg、八角茴香6 kg、洋甘菊3 kg、高良姜5 kg;
上述的蚊虫趋避组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)粉碎:按照上述重量份称取各原料,混合,烘干,粉碎成30目的混合粉末;(2)浸泡:将混合粉末用去离子水浸泡8小时,其中所述去离子水的添加量为混合粉末重量的7倍;(3)超声萃取:然后采用频率为40kHZ的超声波处理12分钟,然后投入蒸馏釜中;(4)蒸馏:降低蒸馏釜内压力至70kPa,加热,至釜内料液沸腾,打开蒸馏釜的冷凝器,并在冷凝器中流通冷却水,收集蒸馏液,其中所述蒸馏液的收集速度控制在8kg/小时;(5)将蒸馏液在室温下静置18小时,经管孔径为100nm陶瓷复合膜过滤,即得蚊虫趋避组合物。
实施例4
一种蚊虫趋避组合物,由下述的原料制备而成:
蒙古蒿8kg、八角茴香6 kg、洋甘菊3 kg、高良姜5 kg;
上述的蚊虫趋避组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将上述的原料粉碎,加入去离子水140kg,浸泡8小时,然后加热至沸腾,用500目滤布过滤,得滤液,即可。
实施例5 蚊虫趋避测试
对本发明所制得的蚊虫趋避组合物进行效果检测,以实施例1-4所制备的蚊虫趋避组合物为实验组1-4;以一款市售的防蚊水为对照组1;另外设置对照组2-5、空白组(蒸馏水);
其中对照组2与实施例3的区别在于,未添加蒙古蒿;
其中对照组3与实施例3的区别在于,未添加八角茴香;
其中对照组4与实施例3的区别在于,未添加洋甘菊;
其中对照组5与实施例3的区别在于,未添加高良姜;
具体测试方法如下:选取攻击实验合格、体质量(20±2)g的小鼠10只,分别固定于一长方形的鼠笼里,并全身喷洒上述的待测产品0.5ml,用吸蚊器分别吸取已保持饥饿状态12 h的白纹伊蚊100只,蚊虫碰触小白鼠的次数记为叮咬小鼠次数,时间为3h,使用影像设备进行全程录像,观察驱避效果。具体测试记录如下表1:

从表1可知,对比实施组1-4和对照组1-5、空白组的驱避效果可得出:蒙古蒿、八角茴香、洋甘菊、高良姜所制得的蚊虫驱避组合物,其可从整体起到蚊虫趋避的协同效果。对比实施组1-3和实施组4的驱避效果可得出:本发明的蚊虫驱避组合物制备工艺比普通煎煮法制得的产品效果更佳。

1.一种蚊虫趋避组合物,其特征在于,所述的蚊虫趋避组合物主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:蒙古蒿0.1-10份、八角茴香0.1-10份、洋甘菊0.1-10份、高良姜0.1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚊虫趋避组合物,其特征在于,所述的蚊虫趋避组合物主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:蒙古蒿8份、八角茴香6份、洋甘菊3份、高良姜5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蚊虫趋避组合物,其特征在于,所述蚊虫趋避组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)粉碎:按照上述重量份称取各原料,混合,烘干,粉碎成10-50目的混合粉末;(2)浸泡:将混合粉末用去离子水浸泡5-10小时;(3)超声萃取:然后采用频率为40kHZ的超声波处理10-15分钟,然后投入蒸馏釜中;(4)蒸馏:降低蒸馏釜内压力至50-100kPa,加热,至釜内料液沸腾,打开蒸馏釜的冷凝器,并在冷凝器中流通冷却水,收集蒸馏液;(5)将蒸馏液在室温下静置12-24小时,经陶瓷复合膜过滤,即得蚊虫趋避组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蚊虫趋避组合物,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述去离子水的添加量为混合粉末重量的5-10倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的蚊虫趋避组合物,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述蒸馏液的收集速度控制在5-10kg/小时。
6.根据权利要求3所述的蚊虫趋避组合物,其特征在于,中所述陶瓷复合膜的管孔径为100-200nm。
7.权利要求1或2所述蚊虫趋避组合物作为蚊虫趋避剂应用,所述的驱蚊产品为防蚊贴、蚊香、电热蚊香、驱蚊手环、驱蚊液。
