Abstract

本发明涉及一种无纺布用高阻隔抑菌阻隔涂层及其制备方法,该阻隔涂层为均匀涂布在无纺布层表面的单层构造,其阻隔涂料由如下重量份的组份组成:有机蒙脱土60‑80份,环氧树脂15‑25份,聚乙烯醇缩醛15‑25份,银粉1.2‑2.5份;进料段给料,混合均匀,升温加压的条件下生成热熔胶,将生成的热熔胶经同向自转双螺杆挤压形成胶膜,将胶膜通过涂布机涂覆到无纺布层的表面上,冷却即可。本发明阻隔涂层采用的阻隔涂料为有机蒙脱土、环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇缩醛和银粉,其中环氧树脂的粘结效果好,使制备得到的涂层不易脱落且涂布均匀,在阻隔涂层中添加银粉使其具备抑菌效果的同时还具有一定的美观性,拓宽了无纺布的应用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布及制备方法的技术领域,具体涉及一种无纺布用高阻隔抑菌阻隔涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等诸多优点。
无纺布没有经纬线,剪裁和缝纫都非常方便,而且质轻容易定型,深受手工爱好者的喜爱。因为它是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,只是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。非织造布突破了传统的纺织原理,并具有工艺流程短、生产速率快,产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点。
无纺布制品因色彩丰富、鲜艳明丽、时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方,图案和款式都多样,且质轻、环保、可循环再用,被国际公认为保护地球生态的环保产品。适用于农用薄膜、制鞋、制革、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、建材,家具等行业,及服装衬布,医疗卫生一次性手术衣,口罩,帽,床单,酒店一次性台布,美容,桑拿乃至当今时尚的礼品袋,精品袋,购物袋,广告袋等各个领域。
在现有技术中,熔喷、纺粘无纺布材料的阻隔性不能满足使用需求,且抑菌效果差,一定程度上限制了无纺布的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高阻隔性能的抑菌无纺布及其制备方法,解决了无纺布抑菌效果差以及阻隔性能不好的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种高阻隔性能的抑菌无纺布,包括无纺布层和均匀涂布在无纺布层表面的阻隔涂层,所述无纺布层的无纺布原料由如下重量份的组份组成:低密度聚乙烯50-60份,聚丙烯6-8份,聚异丁烯6-8份,增强改性剂10-15份;所述阻隔涂层的阻隔涂料由如下重量份的组份组成:有机蒙脱土60-80份,环氧树脂15-25份,聚乙烯醇缩醛15-25份,银粉1.2-2.5份。
抑菌无纺布包括无纺布层和均匀涂布在无纺布层表面的阻隔涂层,使其具备良好的阻隔性能,其中无纺布层的原料为低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯和增强改性剂,原料成本较低可以提供廉价的无纺布,且各原料加工成型性能优良,使成型之后的无纺布尺寸稳定,增强改性剂的加入,使无纺布在其延展性不受明显影响的情况下其强度得以提高,从而拓宽了无纺布的应用范围。
阻隔涂层采用的阻隔涂料为有机蒙脱土、环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇缩醛和银粉,其中环氧树脂的粘结效果好,使制备得到的涂层不易脱落且涂布均匀,在阻隔涂层中添加银粉使其具备抑菌效果的同时还具有一定的美观性,拓宽了无纺布的应用范围。
进一步优选地,所述无纺布层的无纺布原料由如下重量份的组份组成:低密度聚乙烯55份,聚丙烯8份,聚异丁烯8份,增强改性剂12份;所述阻隔涂层的阻隔涂料由如下重量份的组份组成:有机蒙脱土70份,环氧树脂20份,聚乙烯醇缩醛20份,银粉2.0份。
进一步地,所述增强改性剂为纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙或纳米硫酸钡。
进一步地,所述银粉的粒径为0.10-0.25mm。
上述高阻隔性能抑菌无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1制备无纺布层:按照重量份准备无纺布原料:低密度聚乙烯50-60份、聚丙烯6-8份、聚异丁烯6-8份和增强改性剂10-15份,将无纺布原料投入放入纺丝机,经热熔高压挤出、喷丝、风冷、拉伸、浸液、二次拉伸、烘干、切断,得到无纺布纤维,将无纺布纤维加入纤维开松机进行开松,采用纤维梳理机将上述开松后的无纺布纤维通过梳理,加工成均匀连续稳定的纤维,采用热风烘燥机利用稳定连续的高温热风气流对上述纤维进行持续加工,使得纤维中纤维的皮层通过热风熔融并相互粘接,制得无纺布层;
S2制备阻隔涂层:按照重量份准备:有机蒙脱土60-80份、环氧树脂15-25份、聚乙烯醇缩醛15-25份和银粉1.2-2.5份,进料段给料,混合均匀,升温加压的条件下生成热熔胶,将生成的热熔胶经同向自转双螺杆挤压形成胶膜,将胶膜通过涂布机涂覆到无纺布层的表面上,冷却,收卷制得高阻隔性能的抑菌无纺布。
本发明抑菌无纺布的制备方法简单,其中无纺布的制备过程中成型率高,残次品少,物料利用率高;阻隔涂层采用热熔胶涂布的方式制备得到,涂层均匀,粘结效果好。
进一步优选地,所述S1步骤中纤维梳理机的梳理线转速为1300-1500m/min;所述S1步骤中热风烘燥的温度为120-140℃,热风烘燥速度为150-180m/min。
进一步优选地,所述S2步骤中升温加压的温度为80-90℃,压力为0.5-1.5kg/cm2
本发明的有益效果是:
1.抑菌无纺布包括无纺布层和均匀涂布在无纺布层表面的阻隔涂层,使其具备良好的阻隔性能,其中无纺布层的原料为低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯和增强改性剂,原料成本较低可以提供廉价的无纺布,且各原料加工成型性能优良,使成型之后的无纺布尺寸稳定,增强改性剂的加入,使无纺布在其延展性不受明显影响的情况下使其强度得以提高,从而拓宽了无纺布的应用范围;
2.阻隔涂层采用的阻隔涂料为有机蒙脱土、环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇缩醛和银粉,其中环氧树脂的粘结效果好,使制备得到的涂层不易脱落且涂布均匀,在阻隔涂层中添加银粉使其具备抑菌效果的同时还具有一定的美观性,拓宽了无纺布的应用范围;

下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
一种高阻隔性能的抑菌无纺布,包括无纺布层和均匀涂布在无纺布层表面的阻隔涂层,所述无纺布层的无纺布原料由如下重量份的组份组成:低密度聚乙烯50-60份,聚丙烯6-8份,聚异丁烯6-8份,增强改性剂10-15份;所述阻隔涂层的阻隔涂料由如下重量份的组份组成:有机蒙脱土60-80份,环氧树脂15-25份,聚乙烯醇缩醛15-25份,银粉1.2-2.5份。
具体地,所述增强改性剂为纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙或纳米硫酸钡。
具体地,所述银粉的粒径为0.10-0.25mm。
上述高阻隔性能抑菌无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

实施例1-实施例6的具体制备方式如表1所示,其中实施例1-实施例4为本发明限定的技术参数,实施例5中不含有增强改性剂,实施例6中不设置阻隔涂层,其中实施例5-实施例6为本发明的对照实施例。

实施例1-实施例6制得的无纺布的具体性能参数如表2所示,其中实施例1-实施例4为本发明限定的技术参数,实施例5中不含有增强改性剂,实施例6中不设置阻隔涂层,其中实施例5-实施例6为本发明的对照实施例。
其中静水压采用静水压测试仪测试;
总需氧菌数是指胰酪大豆胨琼脂培养基平板在30℃培养3天上生长的总菌落数,样品量为10g;
大肠埃希菌数是指麦康凯液体培养基平板在35℃培养24h生长的总菌落数,样品量为10g;
沙门菌是在DHL琼脂平皿平板在37℃培养24h生长的总菌落数,样品量为10g。

从表2的数据中可以看出,实施例1-实施例4中添加增强改性剂,使得静水压明显提升,即表明无纺布的强度增加;实施例1-实施例5中设置了阻隔涂层,其抑菌效果明显提升;实施例1-实施例6的成型率高、残次品率低,表明制备过程中物料利用率高。

1.无纺布用高阻隔抑菌阻隔涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量份准备:有机蒙脱土60-80份、环氧树脂15-25份、聚乙烯醇缩醛15-25份和银粉1.2-2.5份,进料段给料,混合均匀,升温加压的条件下生成热熔胶,温度为80-90℃,压力为0.5-1.5kg/cm2,将生成的热熔胶经同向自转双螺杆挤压形成胶膜,将胶膜通过涂布机涂覆到无纺布层的表面上,冷却即可;
