Abstract
本发明的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,此制备工艺不仅省时省力,提高了生产效率,同时,通过此制备工艺生产的涤纶丝具有良好的抗菌和透气性能,其中加入纳米银的涤纶丝,形成负离子性质的涤纶丝,降低细菌等附着性,细菌附着率为0,采用纳米银溶液对涤纶织物表面进行整理,使其表面吸附大量纳米银颗粒,使其具有抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等抑菌率达100%,经50次洗涤后对尘螨、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等抑菌率仍达99%以上,面纱选用含纳米银的涤纶丝,底纱选用氨纶丝,将其质量比例调整成5.5:4.5,质量减轻了15~50%,获得了更轻薄透气的涤纶面料。

技术领域
本发明属于新型纤维及复合材料制备技术,特别涉及一种抗菌透气性面料制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对产品功能及质量的意识不断提高,特别是面料的舒适性及抗菌性。涤纶面料因其服用性能良好深受人们的喜爱,被广泛应用于服装、装饰等纺织领域。但涤纶面料因其结构特点透气性较差具有闷热感,而且在加工和使用过程中极易附着微生物,甚至造成疾病的传播,影响人体的健康。
发明内容
发明目的为更好的生产抗菌透气性面料。
技术方案:一种抗菌透气性面料制备工艺:制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)把聚酯粒子和色母粒子送入搅拌机进行粉碎搅拌混料;
(2)把纳米银加入混合后的粒子料中,并置入螺杆挤压机进行热熔,并进行热熔体的挤出,将热熔体放入纺丝箱,通过计量泵进行纺丝,通过计量泵的增压喷丝,喷出单丝;
(3)将冷却后的单丝进行纺丝上油,通过卷绕上油,在干燥,牵引,冷却处理;
(4)将卷绕上油并干燥拉伸处理的单丝进行假捻处理,得到含有纳米银的负离子涤纶丝;
(5)将含有纳米银的负离子涤纶丝进行编制,并且将制成的涤纶织物表面用纳米银溶液进行整理,得到含有纳米银的涤纶丝织物;
(6)面料的面纱使用含有纳米银的涤纶丝织物,底纱选用氨纶丝,面纱和底纱在面料中的质量比为5.5:4.5,通过定型加热滚筒进行整平,得到抗菌透气性面料。
进一步,上述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,搅拌机的转速为每分钟1000转~1000转;搅拌时间为15分钟,螺杆挤压机的热熔温度为280℃。
进一步,上述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,计量泵的喷丝量为每分钟220g~240g。
进一步,上述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,卷绕速度为每分钟2400转到2600转。
进一步,上述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,聚酯粒子包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET) 、聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,此制备工艺不仅省时省力,提高了生产效率,同时,通过此制备工艺生产的涤纶丝具有良好的抗菌和透气性能,其中加入纳米银的涤纶丝,形成负离子性质的涤纶丝,降低细菌等附着性,细菌附着率为0,采用纳米银溶液对涤纶织物表面进行整理,使其表面吸附大量纳米银颗粒,使其具有抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等抑菌率达100%,经50次洗涤后对尘螨、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等抑菌率仍达99%以上,面纱选用含纳米银的涤纶丝,底纱选用氨纶丝,将其质量比例调整成5.5:4.5,质量减轻了15~50%,获得了更轻薄透气的涤纶面料。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1
一种抗菌透气性面料制备工艺:制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)把聚酯粒子和色母粒子送入搅拌机进行粉碎搅拌混料;
(2)把纳米银加入混合后的粒子料中,并置入螺杆挤压机进行热熔,并进行热熔体的挤出,将热熔体放入纺丝箱,通过计量泵进行纺丝,通过计量泵的增压喷丝,喷出单丝;
(3)将冷却后的单丝进行纺丝上油,通过卷绕上油,在干燥,牵引,冷却处理;
(4)将卷绕上油并干燥拉伸处理的单丝进行假捻处理,得到含有纳米银的负离子涤纶丝;
(5)将含有纳米银的负离子涤纶丝进行编制,并且将制成的涤纶织物表面用纳米银溶液进行整理,得到含有纳米银的涤纶丝织物;
(6)面料的面纱使用含有纳米银的涤纶丝织物,底纱选用氨纶丝,面纱和底纱在面料中的质量比为5.5:4.5,通过定型加热滚筒进行整平,得到抗菌透气性面料。
此外,搅拌机的转速为每分钟1000转~1000转;搅拌时间为15分钟,螺杆挤压机的热熔温度为280℃。
同时,计量泵的喷丝量为每分钟220g~240g。
另外,卷绕速度为每分钟2400转到2600转。
其中,聚酯粒子包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET) 、聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌透气性面料制备工艺:其特征在于:所述制备工艺包括如下步骤:
把聚酯粒子和色母粒子送入搅拌机进行粉碎搅拌混料;
把纳米银加入混合后的粒子料中,并置入螺杆挤压机进行热熔,并进行热熔体的挤出,将热熔体放入纺丝箱,通过计量泵进行纺丝,通过计量泵的增压喷丝,喷出单丝;
将冷却后的单丝进行纺丝上油,通过卷绕上油,在干燥,牵引,冷却处理;
将卷绕上油并干燥拉伸处理的单丝进行假捻处理,得到含有纳米银的负离子涤纶丝;
将含有纳米银的负离子涤纶丝进行编制,并且将制成的涤纶织物表面用纳米银溶液进行整理,得到含有纳米银的涤纶丝织物;
面料的面纱使用含有纳米银的涤纶丝织物,底纱选用氨纶丝,面纱和底纱在面料中的质量比为5.5:4.5,通过定型加热滚筒进行整平,得到抗菌透气性面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述搅拌机的转速为每分钟1000转~1000转;搅拌时间为15分钟,所述螺杆挤压机的热熔温度为280℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述计量泵的喷丝量为每分钟220g~240g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的卷绕速度为每分钟2400转到2600转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌透气性面料制备工艺,其特征在于:所述聚酯粒子包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET) 、聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇。
