现流行保暖的绒类产品做一些休闲的,家居类的衣服,具有防风保暖效果,有普通的超细摇粒绒,粒子细结,比较有挺感,也有加氨纶的氨纶摇粒绒,此面料弹性好,回复性好,适合做些套头衫,但是由于加了氨纶面料的成本相对会高,造成经济成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鹭弹摇粒绒料的生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

步骤2:坯布染色,将步骤1中的坯布放置入染料温度为95摄氏度至99摄氏度的染缸中进染色,同时利用搅拌器对染缸进行同步搅拌,并利用加热器对染缸里的染料进行自然降温,当温度升至45摄氏度至50摄氏度时停止降温,并保温30-45分钟,保温完成后,让染缸内的染料自然冷却至室温,期间搅拌器不断搅拌,取出染色完成的染布;
步骤3:后处理上柔,将染色后的坯布放入水中,并在水中加入10-30g/L 的柔软剂和3-10g/L的起毛剂,利用搅拌器进行不断搅拌并将升温至40-50摄氏度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟;所述搅拌器的搅拌速率为30-60转/每分钟;然后利用轧车轧干,使得布面含水率均匀,轧干后用常温冷风对布面均匀吹扫,进一步减少含水率;
步骤4:拉毛处理,将步骤3中处理后的布料,利用拉毛机将表面的毛纱拉成毛绒状,使成为柔软绒面;

步骤2:坯布染色,将步骤1中的坯布放置入染料温度为95摄氏度至99摄氏度的染缸中进染色,同时利用搅拌器对染缸进行同步搅拌,并利用加热器对染缸里的染料进行自然降温,当温度升至45摄氏度至50摄氏度时停止降温,并保温30-45分钟,保温完成后,让染缸内的染料自然冷却至室温,期间搅拌器不断搅拌,取出染色完成的染布;
步骤3:后处理上柔,将染色后的坯布放入水中,并在水中加入10-30g/L的柔软剂和3-10g/L的起毛剂,利用搅拌器进行不断搅拌并将升温至40-50摄氏度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟;所述搅拌器的搅拌速率为30-60转/每分钟;然后利用轧车轧干,使得布面含水率均匀,轧干后用常温冷风对布面均匀吹扫,进一步减少含水率;
步骤4:拉毛处理,将步骤3中处理后的布料,利用拉毛机将表面的毛纱拉成毛绒状,使成为柔软绒面;
步骤5:梳毛处理,将步骤4中的处理后的布料放入自动梳毛机中进行梳毛处理,其中梳毛机转筒调至75-80转/min,进布速度调至25米/min,进布张力调至1.03N,左右梳毛刷调至25米/min,出布张力调至1.035N,落布张力调至1.4N,梳毛刷倾斜设置,梳毛刷与进布布面成45度夹角;
步骤6:剪毛处理,将步骤5中梳毛后的布料,利用剪毛机进行剪毛处理,其中剪毛机的剪毛方向与抓毛方向相同,进布布速调至17.8米/min,进布张力调至1.7N,出布速度调至18.3米/min,出布张力调至1.5N,落布张力调至1.38N,落布速度调至24.6米/min,剪毛圆刀压力调至8kg,剪毛圆刀转速调至1100转/min,剪毛圆刀与进布槽所形成的夹角调至为60°-70°,剪毛圆刀尖部与布面之间的距离设置为0.5cm-0.7cm;
步骤7:摇粒处理,将步骤6中完成剪毛后的面料,放入摇粒机中,将面料在顺时针和逆时针分别翻滚15-20分钟;
步骤8:定型处理,将步骤7中处理的面料放入热定型机中进行处理,温度控制在190-200℃,超喂20-25%,落布超喂4-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鹭弹摇粒绒料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中的坯布采用70%的75/144盛虹纱线和30%的鹭弹丝75/36厦门翔鹭制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鹭弹摇粒绒料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中柔软剂由以下原料组成,包括酯基季铵盐、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、单宁、乙醛水溶液、氯化镁、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物、PH调节剂、水,上述各原料的质量份数为:酯基季铵盐20-25份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮10-15份、单宁2-5份、乙醛水溶液1-3份、氯化镁1-2份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物2-5份、PH调节剂1-3份、水100-500份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鹭弹摇粒绒料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中的起毛剂采用78-88%的有机硅与12-22%的硅油混合制成。
