To further illustrate the present invention, a specific embodiment of an automatic aluminum can packing mechanism will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the automatic aluminum can boxing mechanism comprises a fixed support 1, a positioning mechanism, a can conveying support 2, a translation support 3 and a can clamping mechanism 4, wherein the positioning mechanism is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side below the fixed support 1, the can conveying mechanism is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the fixed support 1 on one side of the positioning mechanism, a can conveying roller 5 is horizontally and rotatably connected to the fixed support 1 on the upper side of the positioning mechanism, a can conveying material belt 6 is horizontally wound on the can conveying roller 5, the can conveying support 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the upper side of the fixed support 1, and the translation support 3 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side above the can conveying support 2. As shown in fig. 6, the can clamping mechanism of the present invention comprises a can loading rotating plate 51, a can clamping cylinder 52, a can clamping rotating plate 53 and a lifting push plate 54, wherein the can loading rotating plate 51 is horizontally arranged at the lower side of an adjusting rotating shaft 47, the middle part of the upper side of the can loading rotating plate 51 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the adjusting rotating shaft 47, the two sides of the upper side of the can loading rotating plate 51 are respectively and vertically and downwardly fixedly provided with the can clamping cylinder 52, the lifting push plate 54 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the output end of the can clamping cylinder 52, the two sides of the lower side of the can loading rotating plate 51 are respectively and symmetrically provided with a plurality of can clamping rotating plates 53, the upper end of the can clamping rotating plate 53 is hinged to the lower side of the can loading rotating plate 51, a can clamping connecting rod 55 is arranged between the middle part of the can clamping rotating plate 53 and the lifting push plate 54, the two ends of.
