The bag moving assembly is arranged on the rotating plate 202 through a bag moving assembly plate 205, the bag moving assembly plate 205 is fixedly connected with the rotating plate 202, two bag moving assemblies are arranged at included angles, and each bag moving assembly comprises a linear cylinder 206, a bag moving assembly plate 207, a first clamping pair, a second clamping pair, a first sliding rod 208, a second sliding rod 209, a first clamping cylinder 210 and a second clamping cylinder 211; the cylinder body of the linear cylinder 206 is fixedly connected with the pack transferring assembly plate 205; the first holding clamp pair and the second holding clamp pair have the same structure, and each holding clamp pair comprises a left clamping plate 212 and a right clamping plate 213, the end parts of the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate are provided with second sliding blocks 214, the upper ends of the two second sliding blocks 214 of the first holding clamp pair are in sliding fit with the first sliding rod 208, the upper ends of the two second sliding blocks 214 of the second holding clamp pair are in sliding fit with the second sliding rod 209, a first connecting plate 215 is arranged between the second sliding blocks 214 of the left clamping plate 212 of the first holding clamp pair and the second sliding blocks 214 of the left clamping plate 212 of the second holding clamp pair, and a second connecting plate 216 is arranged between the second sliding blocks 214 of the right clamping plate 213 of the second holding clamp pair; the first clamping cylinder 210 and the second clamping cylinder 211 are fixedly connected with the ladle mounting plate 207; the output end of the first clamping cylinder 210 is provided with a third slide bar 217, a second slide block 214 of a left clamping plate 212 of the first clamping pair is fixedly connected with the third slide bar 217, and a second slide block 214 of a right clamping plate 213 of the first clamping pair is in sliding fit with the third slide bar 217; the output end of the second clamping cylinder 211 is provided with a fourth slide bar 218, a second slide block 214 of a right clamping plate 213 of the second clamping pair is fixedly connected with the fourth slide bar 218, and a second slide block 214 of a left clamping plate 212 of the second clamping pair is in sliding fit with the fourth slide bar 218; the first push plate 219 and the second push plate 220 are fixedly connected to the ladle mounting plate, the first push plate is positioned between the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate of the first holding clamp pair, and the second push plate is positioned between the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate of the second holding clamp pair; two guide rods are fixed on the bag moving mounting plate 207, and guide sleeves matched with the guide rods are arranged on the bag moving mounting plate; the moving mounting plate 207 is provided with a fixing plate, and the cylinder bodies of the first holding cylinder 210 and the second holding cylinder 211 are respectively and fixedly connected with the fixing plate.
Referring to fig. 13-16, collar capping station 300 includes a collar capping equipment rack, a secondary punching device, a collar device, and a capping device.
The collar device comprises a third slide rail 301, a collar motor 302, a collar mechanism, a necking mechanism and a flanging mechanism 308; the third slide rail 301 and the collar motor 302 are fixedly connected with the collar capping equipment frame.
The lantern ring mechanism comprises a lantern ring support 303, a lantern ring telescopic cylinder 304 and a lantern ring pneumatic clamping jaw 305, wherein the lantern ring support 303 is in sliding connection with a third sliding rail 301, a piston rod of the lantern ring telescopic cylinder 304 is fixedly connected with the lantern ring support 303, the lantern ring pneumatic clamping jaw 305 is fixedly connected with the lantern ring support 303, and an arc clamping plate is fixedly connected on the clamping jaw of the lantern ring pneumatic clamping jaw 305.
The necking mechanism is positioned at the outer side of the flanging mechanism and comprises a necking bracket 306, a necking telescopic cylinder 307 and a necking assembly; the lantern ring motor 302 is in screw transmission with the necking bracket 306, a guide rod is arranged on the necking bracket 306, and the necking bracket 306 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail; the cylinder body of the necking telescopic cylinder 307 is fixedly connected with the necking bracket 306, a piston rod of the necking telescopic cylinder 307 is provided with a lifting plate 309, and the lifting plate 309 is provided with a guide sleeve matched with the guide rod; the necking assembly comprises a lifting disc 310, necking claws 311, a reset ring 312 and a necking assembly disc 313, wherein the lifting disc 310 is fixedly connected with a lifting plate 309, and a transmission roller 314 is arranged below the lifting disc 310; a tension spring (not shown) is arranged between the upper end of the necking claw 311 and the reset ring 312, a driving arm 315 contacted with a driving roller 314 is arranged at the upper part of the necking claw 311, the necking claw 311 is movably connected with a necking assembly disc 313 through a shaft, and two states of expanding and retracting the necking claw are simultaneously shown in fig. 15; the necking assembly disk 313 and the reset ring 312 are fixedly connected with the necking bracket 306; the flanging mechanism comprises a flanging telescopic cylinder, a flanging assembly plate, a bowl head and a plurality of flanging claws, wherein the cylinder body of the flanging telescopic cylinder and the flanging assembly plate are fixedly connected with the necking bracket, the flanging telescopic cylinder is positioned at the inner side of the reset ring, the bowl head is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the flanging telescopic cylinder, a pressing block is arranged at the lower end of the flanging claw, and the bowl head is used for driving the flanging claws to open outwards and retract inwards; the necking assembly and flanging mechanism 308 are two groups arranged on two sides of the lifting plate 309.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: in a charging station, a bag taking mechanism is used for sucking a fungus bag and then placing a material bag placing platform, a bag opening assembly is used for sucking the fungus bag, then overturning for 90 degrees, the upper end of the fungus bag is opened, a bag lifting mechanism on the periphery side of a rotating disc is moved to cover the fungus bag on the outer side of a sleeve, a material bag holding mechanism is used for clamping the upper end of the material bag on the outer side of the sleeve, the fungus bag moves to the charging station along with the rotating disc, at the moment, the fungus bag is clamped by a clamping plate of a material height adjusting mechanism, a lower end charging mechanism is used for quantitatively charging, the clamping plate of the material height adjusting mechanism is opened, fungus materials in the fungus bag fall into the bottom of the fungus bag, a punching mechanism is used for punching and compacting the fungus bag, and the fungus bag after punching is moved to the position of a switching mechanism along with the rotating disc; the bag moving station moves two fungus bags to the conveyor line bodies at the two sides of the bag moving station in a left-right alternating mode. And the fungus bag enters a collar capping station to carry out collar and capping operation, and finally enters a framing station to carry out framing.
