2017年8月6日刊登在《新英格兰医学杂志》周刊上的研究在长达25年(1980年至2015年)的时间里对195个国家的人口展开了调查。研究表明,全球人口中因肥胖而罹患心血管疾病、糖尿.病或各种癌.症并致死的比例正在不断上升。研究指出,2015年全球约400万人因超重或肥胖问题死亡,其中近40%发生在超重人群。研究显示,1980年以来超过70个国家的肥胖率增加一倍,最令人担忧的发现是中国、巴西、印度尼西亚等发展中国家的青少年肥胖率增加了两倍,这意味着青少年糖尿.病、高血.压和慢性肾.病等一系列疾病的发病率增加。2015年全球有22亿人受超重或肥胖问题困扰,其中1.08亿儿童和超过6亿成年人属于肥胖人群,即5%的儿童和12%的成年人肥胖。在全球人口最多的20个国家中,青少年肥胖率最高的是美国,接近13%,最低的是孟加拉国,约1.2%;成年人肥胖率最高的是埃及,约35%,最低的是越南,约1.6%;肥胖儿童数量最多的是中国和印度,分别达到1530万人和1440万人;肥胖成年人数量最多的是美国和中国,分别达到7940万人和5730万人。
减肥属于以减少人体过度的脂肪、体重为目的的行为方式。指运用药物、饮食、运动、中医经络,心理疗法来达到减少身体脂肪堆积的一种现象,设法纠正肥胖者异常反应造成的不当行为,即用行为科学分析肥胖者摄食行为的特征和运动类型,以此为基础,合理修正导致肥胖的行动。所有减肥方法均是直接或间接围绕热量为中心,有效指标为减少热量,健康指标为保护基础代谢,持续指标为食欲控制中的饱腹感和满足感。减肥方法主要有减肥药、手术减肥、中医减肥等许多新的方法和产品。如《一种中草药减肥保健品》(中国专利申请号CN201610913860.3),由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:海澡10份,番泻叶8份,山楂10份,兼菔子10份,蝼蛄6g份,茯苓皮10份,西洋参10份,牛滕10份,苍术10g份,大黄5份;制备方法是:先将海澡、番泻叶、山楂、兼菔子、茯苓皮、牛膝、苍术和大黄混合加入5倍量的水浸泡,浸泡时间120分钟,然后用武火煮开后,再用文火慢慢熬至浓缩颜色为浅黄色为度,将药液过滤后在药液中加入磨成细粉的西洋参、茯苓皮和蝼蛄辅料,退火焖干后,再将药物研磨成过120目细筛的细粉末,即得到成品。《中草药减肥溶脂油及其制备方法》(中国专利申请号CN201110228693.6),它以金银花、荷叶、山楂、决明子、蕃泻叶、火麻仁、莱菔子、陈皮、何首乌、甘草、枳壳、瓜拿那、月见草、红花、生姜、花椒、野山椒、玉米须、田七、桑叶、桑葚、枸杞、党参、大黄、当归、独活、丹参、山药、姜黄、大血藤、艾叶、鹿茸、人参、地肤子、甘蓝、蓖麻子、覆盆子、白术、黄连、泽泻、白芍药、萝卜皮、芒硝、黄芪、续随子、牵牛、大戟、麻黄为原料粉碎后,与橄榄油混合加温煎煮后,滤去残渣即可,使用时将其均匀涂抹在需要减肥溶脂的部位,反复按摩至皮肤发热。《一种减肥酵素的制备方法》(中国专利申请号CN201710793651.4),取水、蛋白胨、氯化钠、琼脂混合均匀、高温灭菌制作固体培养基;将酵母菌接种培养基斜面得斜面菌种;取水、蛋白胨、氯化钠、琼脂,混合均匀,高温灭菌制作液体培养液;将斜面菌种转至培养液中,培养制备得酵母发酵液。取苹果、番茄、柑橘幼果、提子、柠檬加入NaCl溶液浸泡,浸泡后的原料清洗,再将原料切成片烘干,取烘干物;将烘干物放置中草药液中浸泡过滤得滤渣;将滤渣、NaC03溶液、海藻酸进行搅拌,混合均匀加热后冷却至室温,得混合滤渣,再向混合滤渣中加入菌液进行发酵得发酵液;将发酵液进行真空冷冻干燥,即得减肥酵素。本发明的有益效果是:脱脂效果更好,营养更高。《一种植物减肥酵素及其制备方法》(中国专利申请号CN201610414990.2),一种植物减肥酵素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料经筛选后粉碎,与水混合,加入红糖、白糖、苹果醋、蛋白酶,混匀后密闭发酵3-6个月;发酵完成后进行固液分离,得到的第一发酵液进行纯化,得到第一产物,发酵残渣进行二次发酵,得到第二发酵液纯化,得到第二产物;第一产物与所述第二产物混合即得植物减肥酵素;其中,原料为具有减肥功效的五色食物。本发明提供的一种植物减肥酵素的制备方法,制备简单,成本低廉,得到的植物减肥酵素主要是由氨基酸组成的具有特殊生物活性的物质,它能综合调理人体,调良养优,使人体更加健康的同时达到很好的减肥效果,产品安全性高。《一种减肥酵素及其制备方法》(中国专利申请号CN201510963691.X),其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)各种原料按比例制备和前处理;(2)处理后的原料经过安琪高糖酵母菌的有氧发酵;(3)酵母菌发酵后经过醋酸菌的有氧发酵;(4)醋酸菌发酵后经过益生菌的厌氧发酵;(5)益生菌发酵后经过低温后酵处理,并过滤获得最终的酵素产品。通过上述方法所生产的产品具有淡淡醋香味和口感酸甜,脂肪酶活力不低于1046U/ml,约氏乳杆菌活菌数不低于6.8x108,减肥效果显著。《一种水果美容、减肥酵素的制备方法》(中国专利申请号CN201410198543.9),准备含糖分多的水果40份,含维生素C多的水果20份,含脂肪分解酶多的水果40份;用清水冲洗水果加臭氧灭菌30分钟,自然晾干;用低转速粉碎机粉碎晾干的水果至成浆;再向果浆中注入5份-7份的酒酵母粉,同时加入8份的白糖,然后将果浆放入发酵罐中进行发酵。制得的水果酵素原液具有较好的美容、减肥效果,且没有副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种通过根霉菌、红曲米菌复合发酵后,能提高原有植物的功效,以达到润肠通便、减肥降脂的效果,且可长期服用的一种减肥中草。
药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法
本发明目的的实施方式为,一种减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)净选原料;
2)原料提取,将净选、处理后的决明子10-20克、火麻仁10-20克、罗汉果10-20克、荷叶8-15克、茯苓8-15克、山楂8-15克、郁李仁6-12克置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量10-25%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
本发明采用决明子、火麻仁、罗汉果、荷叶、茯苓、山楂、郁李仁为营养液培养基,以根霉菌和红曲米菌复合发酵为转化工具,采用传统深层液态发酵工艺,能降解原料中的有毒有害物,形成新的活性成分,释放出其中的营养物素,在发酵过程中产生糖化酶、蛋白酶等有效成分,保留原有活性物质,提高了原有植物的功效,安全无毒,所得饮品为纯天然发酵后的代谢产物,能够达到润肠通便、减肥降脂的效果。
具体实施方式
本发明采用决明子、火麻仁、罗汉果、荷叶、茯苓、山楂、郁李仁为原料,加水浸泡、煎煮,煎煮液低温真空减压浓缩,灭菌、过滤,滤液为营养液;营养液置于提取罐中,加红糖混合均匀得培养液;培养液置发酵罐内冷却,接种根霉菌、红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
本发明采用根霉菌和红曲米菌种复合发酵,根霉菌、红曲米菌为市售产品。红曲米能产生红色素,是各种无毒染色食物及饮料加色剂,是我国传统的一种对人体身心有益而无害的健康食品。根霉在糖化过程中还能产生少量的有机酸(如乳酸)。决明子、火麻仁、罗汉果、荷叶、茯苓、山楂、郁李仁经根霉菌和红曲米菌复合发酵,在厌氧环境条件下,能产生糖化酶;所得饮品为纯天然发酵后的代谢产物,不含任何防腐剂,安全无毒,能够达到润肠通便、减肥降脂的效果。
下面用具体实施例详述本发明。
实施例1:
1)净选原料,剔除次品、劣品、不地道品种;为了确保产品质量,将净选的合格优质原料,根据产品的不同用途,按照中药炮制规范,采用不同方法进行精制。
2)原料提取,称取决明子20克、火麻仁20克、罗汉果20克、荷叶15克、茯苓15克、山楂15克、郁李仁12克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量25%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例2:同实施例1,不同的是:
2)原料提取,称取决明子18克、火麻仁18克、罗汉果18克、荷叶13克、茯苓13克、山楂13克、郁李仁10克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的8倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量20%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例3:同实施例1,不同的是,
2)原料提取,称取决明子15克、火麻仁15克、罗汉果15克、荷叶13克、茯苓13克、山楂13克、郁李仁8克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的8倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量15%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例4:同实施例1,不同的是,
2)原料提取,称取决明子12克、火麻仁12克、罗汉果12克、荷叶10克、茯苓10克、山楂10克、郁李仁8克,置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的8倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量10%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
实施例5:同实施例1,不同的是:

Claims (2)
1.一种减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
1)净选原料;
2)原料提取,将净选、处理后的决明子10-20克、火麻仁10-20克、罗汉果10-20克、荷叶8-15克、茯苓8-15克、山楂8-15克、郁李仁6-12克置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50分钟后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1∶8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至55℃-60℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min;
3)将步骤2)的提取液置于带盖陶瓷缸内,加其质量10-25%的红糖混合105℃高温灭菌40分钟,过滤,滤液即为营养液;
4)将步骤3)所得的培养液置发酵罐内冷却至30-32℃,接种3-5g根霉菌、8-10g红曲米菌种,后密封发酵3-5个月,发酵温度为35-37℃,即得减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥中草药植物复合酵素饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)净选原料是将决明子、火麻仁、罗汉果、荷叶、茯苓、山楂、郁李仁筛选、除杂后全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6小时。
