本发明公开了一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,涉及服装面料技术领域,制备方法如下:1)利用多孔碳和硝酸铜制得多孔碳/铜纳米粒子;2)将多孔碳/铜纳米粒子压坯后进行煅烧得到预处理多孔碳/铜粉末;3)利用预处理多孔碳/铜粉末对咖啡碳纤维进行处理,得到预处理咖啡碳纤维;4)将咖啡碳纤维、蛋白纤维、氨纶纤维浸入水中,加入适量的柔软剂,取出后烘干定型,捻成丝线后进行纺织,即可获得功能型服装面料。该功能型服装面料具有优良的吸湿快干性,使得面料吸汗快、转移快,使得面料不粘身,从而提高了服装面料穿着舒适性。

背景技术
时下,健身、旅游、户外运动已成为年轻人的最爱,这就对了服装面料的功能型提出了更好的要求,即要具有吸湿、透气的特点,又要能够使吸收的水分迅速散发除去,同时又要求面料具有抑菌除臭的特性。传统的服装面料一般采用纯棉、纤维素纤维、涤纶等原料生产,采用纯棉、粘胶或其他纤维素纤维的衣服虽然吸汗,但也存在贮流湿气的问题,会在穿着是因为人体出汗而变得沉重,并粘贴在皮肤上,使微环境内相对湿度升高,并且干燥需要较长的时间,因而穿着不舒适。
目前咖啡碳纤维作为一种新产品和绿色环保理念正被推广,咖啡碳纤维是利用喝完咖啡后剩下的咖啡渣,经煅烧后制成晶体,再研磨成纳米粉体,加入涤纶纤维中,生产出的一种功能型纤维,其具有抑菌除臭、发散负离子和抗紫外线、蓄热保温、低碳环保的功能和特色。但是咖啡碳纤维的吸湿快干性一般,多采用与棉纤维、麻赛尔纤维等透气性优异的纤维混纺后才能实现良好的透气性。例如中国专利CN2012101036675公开了一种麻赛尔咖啡碳纤维针织面料及其制备方法,采用天然棉纤维、麻赛尔纤维以及咖啡碳纤维进行混纺的方法,得到具有较好亲肤性、抑菌防霉、吸湿快干、透气性和保温性俱佳的针织面料。该专利利用麻赛尔纤维具有较好的亲肤性、抑菌防霉、吸湿快干,具有较好的透气性和保温性,利用咖啡碳纤维具有卓越的消除异味的功能,通过混纺实现针织面料的优异性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,通过对咖啡碳纤维进行处理,使得咖啡碳纤维内部形成网络状结构,实现服装面料的透气速干。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,具体制备方法如下:
1)将羧基化多孔碳粉末加入到去离子水中,在300-400W下超声分散10-20min,得到浓度为80-140mg/100ml的羧基化多孔碳分散液,然后按照硝酸铜和羧基化多孔碳的摩尔比为1:2-3,将浓度为0.1-0.2mol/L的硝酸铜溶液加入到分散液中,使用浓度为0.1-0.2mol/L的氨水调节pH至9-10,然后按照反应体系总体积的3-6%,缓慢滴加浓度为0.2-0.3mol/L的硼氢化钠溶液,待滴加完成后,在150-200r/min下搅拌25-35min,然后放入磁力搅拌器中,在90-98℃下冷凝回流5-8h,待溶液冷却至室温,用蒸馏水、无水乙醇过滤洗涤,在50-60℃下真空干燥40-50h,即可获得羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子;利用多孔碳具有丰富的多级孔洞,硝酸铜作为铜源,经反应使得铜粒子可以吸附在多孔碳表面及孔洞中,从而形成多孔碳/铜纳米粒子;
2)将羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子填充在薄片层叠式模压装置的模腔中,通过加压装置对纳米颗粒施加80-130KN压力后拧紧压板,然后将压板放入工作气压为1.2-1.8atm的烧结炉中,先以180-220℃/h的升温速度加热至800-900℃,煅烧30-40min,再以280-300℃/h升温速度加热至1050-1100℃,继续煅烧20-30min,待烧结结束后,随炉冷却至室温,取出压坯后进行超微粉碎,得到粒径为5-10um的预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末;将羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子压模后进行高温煅烧,多孔碳表面及孔洞中的铜粒子在接触点附近熔融连接,形成烧结点,使得铜粒子之间相互连接,并且在多孔碳孔洞中形成穿插交联,而且由于在烧结过程中多孔碳/铜纳米粒子受到压制,从而使得多孔碳孔洞中由铜粒子相互连接形成的网状结构在三维空间中呈特殊分布,在外界压制力作用下,网状结构中相互连接的铜在XY平面呈随机的均匀分布,但是与Z轴夹角大量分布于90°附近,从而使得多孔碳/铜粉末内部形成独特的网状结构,该特殊形态的网状结构对流经其内部流体的流速具有显著的增强作用,并且多孔碳孔洞中由铜粒子连接形成的网状结构降低了多孔碳的孔隙率,使得流体的增强作用得到进一步的加强;
3)将10-20份预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末加入到40-60份浓度为3-7%的氯化钙溶液中,加入1-2份海藻酸钠,在300-400W下超声分散15-25min,得到悬浊液,然后将25-35份浓度为0.2-0.4g/ml的明胶溶液加入悬浊液中,继续超声分散10-15min得到浸渍液,然后在室温下将咖啡碳纤维浸入浸渍液中,按照浸渍液重量的5-8%,加入脂肪醇缩水甘油醚,在80-90℃下搅拌交联反应1-2h,然后将咖啡碳纤维取出,置于真空烘箱中,在50-60℃下烘干4-7h,得到预处理咖啡碳纤维;利用脂肪醇缩水甘油醚作为交联剂,预处理多孔碳/铜粉末含有的羧基与咖啡碳纤维中含有的端醇羟基进行交联,使得预处理多孔碳/铜粉末以化学键的形成牢固的固定的咖啡碳纤维表面,使得咖啡碳纤维对流经其表面流体的流速具有显著的增强作用,一方面可以加快空气在咖啡碳纤维内的流动,从而加快水分的蒸发,实现面料的速干,另一方面可以提高咖啡碳纤维的吸湿速率,实现快速吸汗,使得面料不粘身,提高穿着舒适性;
4)按照服装面料中各成分所占重量百分比,将15-20%预处理咖啡碳纤维、20-30%蛋白纤维、50-65%氨纶纤维浸入柔软剂浓度为20-35g/L水中,混合搅拌均匀,带液率为55-65%,取出后在180-200℃下定型时间15-25s,然后捻成丝线成为功能型服装面料的经线和纬线,然后按照所需织造的纹理进行纺织,即可获得功能型服装面料。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明提供的功能型服装面料,通过对咖啡碳纤维进行预处理,提高流体在咖啡碳纤维表面的流速得到增强,从而提高了面料中空气和水分的流速,加快了面料中水分的蒸发以及提高面料对汗液的吸汗速率,使得服装面料具有吸湿快干的特性,从而保证了面料的相对干爽,提高了服装面料穿着舒适性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方法对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,具体制备方法如下:
1)将羧基化多孔碳粉末加入到去离子水中,在300W下超声分散20min,得到浓度为80mg/100ml的羧基化多孔碳分散液,然后按照硝酸铜和羧基化多孔碳的摩尔比为1:2,将浓度为0.1mol/L的硝酸铜溶液加入到分散液中,使用浓度为0.1mol/L的氨水调节pH至9,然后按照反应体系总体积的3%,缓慢滴加浓度为0.2mol/L的硼氢化钠溶液,待滴加完成后,在150r/min下搅拌35min,然后放入磁力搅拌器中,在90℃下冷凝回流8h,待溶液冷却至室温,用蒸馏水、无水乙醇过滤洗涤,在50℃下真空干燥50h,即可获得羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子;
2)将羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子填充在薄片层叠式模压装置的模腔中,通过加压装置对纳米颗粒施加80KN压力后拧紧压板,然后将压板放入工作气压为1.2atm的烧结炉中,先以180℃/h的升温速度加热至800℃,煅烧40min,再以280℃/h升温速度加热至1050℃,继续煅烧30min,待烧结结束后,随炉冷却至室温,取出压坯后进行超微粉碎,得到粒径为5um的预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末;
3)将10份预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末加入到40份浓度为3%的氯化钙溶液中,加入1份海藻酸钠,在300W下超声分散25min,得到悬浊液,然后将25份浓度为0.2g/ml的明胶溶液加入悬浊液中,继续超声分散15min得到浸渍液,然后在室温下将咖啡碳纤维浸入浸渍液中,按照浸渍液重量的5%加入脂肪醇缩水甘油醚,在80℃下搅拌交联反应2h,然后将咖啡碳纤维取出,置于真空烘箱中,在50℃下烘干7h,得到预处理咖啡碳纤维;
4)按照服装面料中各成分所占重量百分比,将15%预处理咖啡碳纤维、20%蛋白纤维、65%氨纶纤维浸入柔软剂浓度为20g/L水中,混合搅拌均匀,带液率为55%,取出后在180℃下定型时间25s,然后捻成丝线成为功能型服装面料的经线和纬线,然后按照所需织造的纹理进行纺织,即可获得功能型服装面料。
将本实施例提供的服装面料裁剪成10cm×10cm的试样,在标准大气条件下,将10块面料试样分别在试验平台上压平至无褶皱,然后分别将 0.2ml水轻轻滴在试样上,滴管口距面料表面距离为1cm,记录水滴接触面料试样表面至完全扩散,所需时间为0.5s,然后将面料试样正常洗涤10次后晾干,重复上述试验,得到的时间为0.5s;采用同样的试样方法,将本实施例中选用的咖啡碳纤维未经处理,制得的面料进行滴水扩散试验,得到的结果为服装面料洗涤前,水滴扩散时间为2.1s,洗涤后扩散时间为4.2s;由此可见,本实施例提供的服装面料具有快速吸湿的特点。
将上述经过滴水扩散试验的面料试样自然平整的垂直悬挂于标准大气中,每隔5min对试样称取一次质量,直至连续两次称取质量的变化率不超过1%,经过计算,得到本实施例提供的服装面料试样,洗涤前的水分蒸发速度为0.26g/h,洗涤后的水分蒸发速度为0.24g/h;本实施例中选用的咖啡碳纤维未经处理而制得的服装面料,洗涤前的水分蒸发速度为0.05g/h,洗涤后的水分蒸发速度为0.03g/h;由此可见,本实施例提供的服装面料具有速干的特点。
实施例2
一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,具体制备方法如下:
1)将羧基化多孔碳粉末加入到去离子水中,在350W下超声分散15min,得到浓度为110mg/100ml的羧基化多孔碳分散液,然后按照硝酸铜和羧基化多孔碳的摩尔比为1:2.5,将浓度为0.1mol/L的硝酸铜溶液加入到分散液中,使用浓度为0.2mol/L的氨水调节pH至10,然后按照反应体系总体积的5%,缓慢滴加浓度为0.25mol/L的硼氢化钠溶液,待滴加完成后,在180r/min下搅拌30min,然后放入磁力搅拌器中,在95℃下冷凝回流7h,待溶液冷却至室温,用蒸馏水、无水乙醇过滤洗涤,在55℃下真空干燥45h,即可获得羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子;
2)将羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子填充在薄片层叠式模压装置的模腔中,通过加压装置对纳米颗粒施加105KN压力后拧紧压板,然后将压板放入工作气压为1.5atm的烧结炉中,先以200℃/h的升温速度加热至850℃,煅烧35min,再以290℃/h升温速度加热至1080℃,继续煅烧25min,待烧结结束后,随炉冷却至室温,取出压坯后进行超微粉碎,得到粒径为8um的预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末;
3)将15份预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末加入到50份浓度为5%的氯化钙溶液中,加入1.5份海藻酸钠,在350W下超声分散20min,得到悬浊液,然后将30份浓度为0.3g/ml的明胶溶液加入悬浊液中,继续超声分散12min得到浸渍液,然后在室温下将咖啡碳纤维浸入浸渍液中,按照浸渍液重量的7%加入脂肪醇缩水甘油醚,在85℃下搅拌交联反应1.5h,然后将咖啡碳纤维取出,置于真空烘箱中,在55℃下烘干5h,得到预处理咖啡碳纤维;
4)按照服装面料中各成分所占重量百分比,将18%预处理咖啡碳纤维、25%蛋白纤维、57%氨纶纤维浸入柔软剂浓度为30g/L水中,混合搅拌均匀,带液率为65%,取出后在190℃下定型时间20s,然后捻成丝线成为功能型服装面料的经线和纬线,然后按照所需织造的纹理进行纺织,即可获得功能型服装面料。
实施例3
一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,具体制备方法如下:
1)将羧基化多孔碳粉末加入到去离子水中,在400W下超声分散10min,得到浓度为140mg/100ml的羧基化多孔碳分散液,然后按照硝酸铜和羧基化多孔碳的摩尔比为1:3,将浓度为0.2mol/L的硝酸铜溶液加入到分散液中,使用浓度为0.2mol/L的氨水调节pH至10,然后按照反应体系总体积的6%,缓慢滴加浓度为0.3mol/L的硼氢化钠溶液,待滴加完成后,在200r/min下搅拌25min,然后放入磁力搅拌器中,在98℃下冷凝回流5h,待溶液冷却至室温,用蒸馏水、无水乙醇过滤洗涤,在60℃下真空干燥40h,即可获得羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子;
2)将羧基化多孔碳/铜纳米粒子填充在薄片层叠式模压装置的模腔中,通过加压装置对纳米颗粒施加130KN压力后拧紧压板,然后将压板放入工作气压为1.8atm的烧结炉中,先以220℃/h的升温速度加热至900℃,煅烧30min,再以300℃/h升温速度加热至1100℃,继续煅烧20min,待烧结结束后,随炉冷却至室温,取出压坯后进行超微粉碎,得到粒径为10um的预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末;
3)将20份预处理羧基化多孔碳/铜粉末加入到60份浓度为7%的氯化钙溶液中,加入2份海藻酸钠,在400W下超声分散15min,得到悬浊液,然后将35份浓度为0.4g/ml的明胶溶液加入悬浊液中,继续超声分散10min得到浸渍液,然后在室温下将咖啡碳纤维浸入浸渍液中,按照浸渍液重量的8%,加入脂肪醇缩水甘油醚,在90℃下搅拌交联反应1h,然后将咖啡碳纤维取出,置于真空烘箱中,在60℃下烘干4h,得到预处理咖啡碳纤维;
4)按照服装面料中各成分所占重量百分比,将20%预处理咖啡碳纤维、30%蛋白纤维、50%氨纶纤维浸入柔软剂浓度为35g/L水中,混合搅拌均匀,带液率为65%,取出后在200℃下定型时间15s,然后捻成丝线成为功能型服装面料的经线和纬线,然后按照所需织造的纹理进行纺织,即可获得功能型服装面料。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变换或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,其特征在于,具体制备方法如下:1)将多孔碳粉末加入到去离子水中,超声分散后得到多孔碳分散液,然后将硝酸铜溶液加入到分散液中,调节pH至9-10,然后缓慢滴加硼氢化钠溶液,待滴加完成后,继续搅拌25-35min,然后放入磁力搅拌器中,在90-98℃下冷凝回流5-8h,待溶液冷却至室温,用蒸馏水、无水乙醇过滤洗涤,经真空干燥,即可获得多孔碳/铜纳米粒子,所述多孔碳为羧基化多孔碳;所述超声分散的功率为300-400W,分散时间10-20min;所述多孔碳分散液的浓度为80-140mg/100ml;所述硝酸铜溶液浓度为0.1-0.2mol/L;所述硝酸铜和多孔碳的摩尔比为1:2-3;调节pH所用的氨水浓度为0.1-0.2mol/L;所述硼氢化钠溶液浓度为0.2-0.3mol/L,添加量为反应体系总体积的3-6%;搅拌转速150-200r/min;所述真空干燥的温度为50-60℃,干燥时间40-50h; 2)将多孔碳/铜纳米粒子填充在薄片层叠式模压装置的模腔中,通过加压装置对纳米颗粒施加一定的压力后拧紧压板,然后将压板放入烧结炉中进行高温煅烧处理,待烧结结束后,随炉冷却至室温,取出压坯后进行超微粉碎,得到预处理多孔碳/铜粉末; 3)将预处理多孔碳/铜粉末加入到氯化钙溶液中,加入适量的海藻酸钠,在300-400W下超声分散15-25min,得到悬浊液,然后将明胶溶液加入悬浊液中,继续超声分散10-15min得到浸渍液,然后在室温下将咖啡碳纤维浸入浸渍液中,加入脂肪醇缩水甘油醚,在80-90℃下搅拌交联反应1-2h,然后将咖啡碳纤维取出,置于真空烘箱中烘干,得到预处理咖啡碳纤维; 4)将预处理咖啡碳纤维、蛋白纤维、氨纶纤维浸入水中,加入适量的柔软剂,混合搅拌均匀,带液率为55-65%,取出后烘干定型,然后捻成丝线成为功能型服装面料的经线和纬线,然后按照所需织造的纹理进行纺织,即可获得功能型服装面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,其特征在于,制备步骤2)中,所述加压装置施加的压力为80-130KN;所述烧结炉中的工作气压为1.2-1.8atm;所述高温煅烧先以180-220℃/h的升温速度加热至800-900℃,煅烧30-40min,再以280-300℃/h升温速度加热至1050-1100℃,继续煅烧20-30min即可;所述多孔碳/铜粉末的粒径为5-10um。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,其特征在于,制备步骤3)中,所述预处理多孔碳/铜粉末、氯化钙溶液、海藻酸钠和明胶溶液的重量比为10-20:40-60:1-2:25-35;所述氯化钙溶液浓度为3-7%,明胶溶液的浓度为0.2-0.4g/ml;所述脂肪醇缩水甘油醚的添加量为浸渍液重量的5-8%;所述交联反应的搅拌转速为80-120r/min;所述烘箱温度为50-60℃,干燥4-7h。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用咖啡碳纤维制作功能型服装面料的方法,其特征在于,制备步骤4)中,所述面料中各成分所占重量百分比为:预处理咖啡碳纤维15-20%、蛋白纤维20-30%、氨纶纤维50-65%;所述柔软剂为非离子型柔软剂,在水中的浓度为20-35g/L;定型温度为180-200℃,定型时间15-25s。
