本发明公开了一种棉麻面料的染整加工工艺,它包括以下步骤,前处理:把面料放入染缸内,加入除油剂AP 1‑6克/升、聚乙烯蜡1‑4克/升和聚丙二醇1‑4克/升,浴比控制在1:10‑14,升温至85℃,保温20‑35分钟;酸洗:前处理结束后进行降温处理,排尽染缸中水后水重新进水并加入1‑3克/升的冰醋酸,当升温至至55℃时,进行洗布20‑30分钟。该棉麻面料的染整加工工艺染色效果好,使得面料具有麻的质感。

本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,是一种棉麻面料的染整加工工艺。
背景技术:
现有棉麻面料的染整加工后面料表面经常会出现色差和色花,另外,其手感一般是柔软,平滑为主,无法在布面上呈现颗粒感。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种染色效果好,具有麻的质感的棉麻面料的染整加工工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种棉麻面料的染整加工工艺,它包括以下步骤,
前处理:把面料放入染缸内,加入除油剂AP 1-6克/升、聚乙烯蜡1-4克/ 升和聚丙二醇1-4克/升,浴比控制在1:10-14,升温至85℃,保温20-35分钟;
酸洗:前处理结束后进行降温处理,排尽染缸中水后水重新进水并加入1-3 克/升的冰醋酸,当升温至至55℃时,进行洗布20-30分钟;
染色:加入冰醋酸1-3克/升、除油剂AP 1-4克/升、匀染剂2-5克/升和多功能乳化剂DY-8509 1-5克/升,浴比控制在1:8~11T-TSKO2,升温至80℃,保温2-6分钟,继续以3℃/分钟的速率升温至100-110℃,保温10-18分钟,保温结束后,降温至常温,增加面料收缩率,排尽染缸中水后,水洗两道,重新进水并加入片碱2-6克/升和保险粉1-5克/升,加入片碱使面料纤维打开,形成独特的面料风格,升温至65-80℃后处理保温15-40分钟使布面产生褶皱感以及匀染效果,避免产生色花和色差现象;保温结束后排尽染缸中水后,水洗两道,重新进水并加入冰醋酸1-3克/升,升温至60-80℃,然后保温30-40分钟;保温结束后降温至45℃,排水后轧水;
定型:定型温度180-190℃,定型温度比普通面料高的目的是使面料收缩更充分。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过染整工艺的改进,利用前处理和酸洗对面料进行染色前的清洗处理,便于上色,减少染色后的色差和色花,染色的过程中进行面料纤维的打开和降温收缩,得到独特的产品风格,面料手感更偏向于仿麻棉效果,布面呈现颗粒感。

一种棉麻面料的染整加工工艺,它包括以下步骤,

1.一种棉麻面料的染整加工工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤,
前处理:把面料放入染缸内,加入除油剂AP 1-6克/升、聚乙烯蜡1-4克/升和聚丙二醇1-4克/升,浴比控制在1:10-14,升温至85℃,保温20-35分钟;
酸洗:前处理结束后进行降温处理,排尽染缸中水后水重新进水并加入1-3克/升的冰醋酸,当升温至至55℃时,进行洗布20-30分钟;
