本发明提供一种保健醋饮料,特别是提供一种降血脂保健醋饮料。该保健醋饮料有以下重量份的原料制备而成:原醋8‑10份、蓝莓提取物0.3‑0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖6.0‑8.0份、聚葡萄糖7‑8份、AK糖0.1‑0.2份、浓缩苹果汁2‑4份、果葡糖浆5.0‑6.0份、山梨糖醇3.0‑5.0份,纯净水8‑10份,防腐剂0.05‑0.10份。本发明的有益之处在于,具有很强的抗氧化功能,能够有效降低胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,具有较好的降血脂保健作用。

一种保健醋饮料
技术领域
本发明属于饮料技术领域,特别涉及一种保健醋饮料。
背景技术
目前国内醋饮料行业尚处于混乱期,行业领头羊天地壹号仅有11亿元左右的销售规模,因此各家厂商都具备较大的发展空间。虽然国内果醋生产企业数量近年来攀升显著,但真正符合标准的规模型企业也不过四五十家。大部分企业都是中小型企业,全行业收入过亿的公司不超过十家。在领军企业的培育下,目前广东、北京、山东、山西、河南等地已经形成了一定规模的醋饮消费市场,但同欧美日韩等发达国家相比仍然极不成熟。目前我国醋饮料使用的食醋量仅占全国食醋总产量的2%左右,而美国、加拿大、英国等发达国家占比都在10%以上。发达国家在食醋人均消费量上领先于我们,有相当一部分都是通过醋饮料(及其他衍生品)消费而产生的。历经两千多年的发展,食醋从传统酿造食品演变成现在流行的醋饮,这既是食醋产业科技进步的表现,也是饮料市场向保健功能方向发展的大势所趋。醋饮料是一个年轻产品,须找到真正的产品诉求点,才能迎合消费者的情感需求,为品牌增值奠下牢固的基础。相对而言,醋饮发展尚处在初步阶段,行业中缺乏强势领导领导品牌,无论经销商还是消费者对醋饮的认知度都不够,从某种角度讲,醋饮的一端是食醋的分流,一端是饮料的新枝,可普遍存在产品保健作用差,导致品牌定位模糊,市场销售不容乐观。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保健醋饮料,特别是提供一种降血脂保健醋饮料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的的方案为:保健醋饮料由原醋、蓝莓提取物、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖、AK糖、浓缩苹果汁、果葡糖浆、山梨糖醇及适量纯净水调配混合而成,各原料按下述重量份数组成:原醋8-10份、蓝莓提取物0.3-0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖6.0-8.0份、聚葡萄糖7-8份、AK糖0.1-0.2份、浓缩苹果汁2-4份、果葡糖浆5.0-6.0份、山梨糖醇3.0-5.0份,纯净水8-10份,防腐剂0.05-0.10份。
所述防腐剂为五味子酯甲和五味子醇甲的混合物或其中任意一种。五味子酯甲,CAS号:58546-56-8;五味子醇甲,CAS号:58546-54-6。
所述的五味子酯甲和五味子醇甲的混合物由40-60wt%的五味子酯甲和40-60wt%的五味子醇甲组成。
本发明的有益之处在于,保健醋有美姿养颜、软化血管、降低血脂、延缓疲劳的作用;蓝莓提取物主要成分为花青素,具有很强的抗氧化功能,能够有效降低胆固醇和甘油三酯水平;低聚异麦芽糖有上述许多优良的性质和保健生理功能,适合代替部分蔗糖;聚葡萄糖是一种具有保健功能性的食品组分,可以补充人体所需的水溶性膳食纤维,进入人体消化系统后,产生特殊的生理代谢功能,从而防治便秘,脂肪沉积。
本发明保健醋饮料,具有较好的降血脂保健作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1-4
实施例中:原醋,含醋酸4%。蓝莓提取物,含可溶性固形物90%以上,花色苷含量300mg/kg以上,由西安汇林生物科技有限公司生产。低聚异麦芽糖:含量98%以上,聚葡萄糖:含量98%以上,AK糖:含量98%以上,浓缩苹果汁:可溶性固形物60%以上,果葡糖浆:可溶性固形物60%,其中果糖42%以上,山梨糖醇:含量98%以上,五味子酯甲:含量98%以上,五味子醇甲:含量98%以上。
将原醋、蓝莓提取物、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖、AK糖、浓缩苹果汁、果葡糖浆、山梨糖醇溶解于纯净水中,与原醋混合均匀,再加入防腐剂混合均匀,即可制得本发明保健醋饮料。

测试例1
选择门诊病人50例,其中男25例,女25例,最大年龄60岁,最小年龄20岁,临床表现为高血脂。
每天服用实施例1的保健醋饮料2次,每次1瓶,每瓶200毫升,4周为一个疗程。检查空腹血脂时,抽取空腹12小时以上的静脉血,检查的头一天晚上8点以后禁食,不禁水。收集患者治疗前后血脂数据。具体测试数据见表2。

实验证明,本发明的保健醋饮料对降低血脂具有明显的效果。
测试例2
将实施例1-4的保健醋饮料,置于25℃,相对湿度80%环境下保藏半年,采用《GB/T4789.2-2010食品卫生微生物学检验菌落总数测定》进行菌落总数测试。具体测试结果,见表3。

在添加生物防腐剂后,菌落总数明显下降,产品保质期得以大幅延长。

1.一种保健醋饮料,其特征在于:该保健醋饮料有以下重量份的原料制备而成:原醋8-10份、蓝莓提取物0.3-0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖6.0-8.0份、聚葡萄糖7-8份、AK糖0.1-0.2份、浓缩苹果汁2-4份、果葡糖浆5.0-6.0份、山梨糖醇3.0-5.0份,纯净水8-10份,防腐剂0.05-0.10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健醋饮料,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为五味子酯甲和五味子醇甲的混合物或其中任意一种;五味子酯甲,CAS号:58546-56-8;五味子醇甲,CAS号:58546-54-6;所述的五味子酯甲和五味子醇甲的混合物由40-60wt%的五味子酯甲和40-60wt%的五味子醇甲组成。
