Description

本发明涉及一种用于制造其上带有一个具有形如手风琴状皱折的滤清材料的滤清器嵌件的方法,首先,在第一步骤中压出折边,然后,用带有喷胶嘴的喷胶装置在滤清材料的表面上喷涂两列胶珠,最后进行打折。本发明还涉及一种用该方法制造的滤清器嵌件。
德国专利文件DE-AS        12        99        534中公开了一种由皱折着的滤清材料构成的滤清器嵌件。该滤清器嵌件上有沿着垂直于折边方向延伸的胶质材料。该胶质材料被用作垫片。
已知的这种用在汽车发动机上的滤清器也用胶质材料或胶珠作为垫片。同时,在制造过程中这种胶珠也被无间断地喷涂在滤清材料的侧面上。在将滤清材料折成手风琴状的过程中,这些胶珠构成了滤清器嵌件的横向密封件。
上述类型的滤清器嵌件已由诸如        FILTERWERK    MANN        &        HUMMEL        GMBH公司制造并在C        34        109/1的指定下出售。这些所谓的矩形滤清器在安装条件容许安装这样的滤清器的情况下具有一定的优越性。矩形滤清器的容许的尺寸变化范围最大,而且容量也最大。
随着汽车结构日新月异的发展以及人们对微型汽车的不断追求,在汽车发动机室内为空气滤清器提供的空间越来越小。该空间常常不足以安装一个传统的矩形滤芯。所以有时将两个滤清器或两个滤芯放置在不同的部位上。
本发明的目的是提供一种制造滤清器嵌件的方法及该滤清器嵌件,其目标是滤清嵌件可最好地适于给定空间条件。
本发明的上述目的是通过如下措施获得的:第一步先压出折边,然后,用带有喷胶嘴的喷胶装置在滤清材料的表面上喷涂两列胶珠,最后打折,其特征在于,至少使一个喷胶装置沿着垂直于输送滤清材料的方向而移动。
本发明的优点是,采用该方法可获得任意结构的滤清器嵌件。其原因是,可以产生滤清器嵌件的横向边界和横向密封喷胶装置可沿着垂直于滤清材料输送方向的方向移动。结果,滤清器嵌件可以制成具有诸如梯形或三角形外廓的形状。
在德国专利文件DE-PS        28        07        546        中公开了圆盘形的滤清材料坯料。该坯料是通过对一个滤清材料板冲压得到的。不过这种冲压方法的缺点是材料浪费率高以及被冲压的滤清材料坯料的周缘上没有密封件。该密封件只能通过以后的涂敷工艺完成,因而造价较高。
在本发明的一个最佳实施例中,喷胶装置上安装了两个喷胶嘴,因而可以产生两列相互平行的胶珠列。两胶珠列之间有一定间隔、例如相隔3至5mm,在这两列胶珠之间即形成两个滤清器嵌件的分割线。因此,这种方法的特点是几乎可100%的利用滤清材料。
在本发明的另一实施例中,两喷胶嘴沿着送料方向相互错开一距离。由于喷胶嘴的直径大至10mm,所以错开一些可获得两列相互平行的胶珠,并使得喷胶嘴直径所容许的间隔远小于在喷嘴并排设置的情况下所容许的间隔。
在本发明的一个最好的实施例中,设置了另一个喷胶装置,该装置可沿着垂直于送料方向的方向移动。在这种情况下,两喷胶嘴也可设置成沿送料方向相互错开一定距离。
采用两个喷胶装置,可以进一步提高生产滤清器嵌件的生产率,其中,总有一个喷胶装置交替地工作,而另一喷胶装置则回到其初始位置上。
本发明的又一实施例中采用了一种切割装置,该装置将带有胶珠的、已折叠好的滤清材料切割成各个滤清材料的坯料。该切割装置沿着垂直于输送装置的方向将滤清材料切断。控制切割工作的信号由一个传感器触发,该传感器可感应到胶珠列的终止位置或起始位置或在滤清材料上的某测点,并响应于该信号产生一个控制脉冲信号。
根据本发明的另一实施例,所设置的喷胶装置可沿着送料方向移动。这意味着,喷胶装置可安装在一个可沿XY方向移动的托架上,从而可制造出具有任意外廓的滤清器的嵌件。
用本发明的方法制造出的滤清器具有如下优点,其外廓可最好地适应于已有的空间,而其一个侧面或两个侧面可以弯出一定角度。而且,也可以在一个端面的部分区域内制成弯角状,以使滤清器嵌件的外廓可适应滤清器壳的形状。

图1a所示的滤清器嵌件包括一个折叠成手风琴状的(之字形)滤清元件(10)。滤清材料坯料可以采用诸如一个滤纸。滤清器嵌件(11)上带有环绕四周的滤清泡沫密封件(12)。上表面(13)沿着垂直于折缝的方向延伸,面(14)沿着倾斜方向延伸,以便于装入壳体(图中未示)之中。
图1b所示的滤清器的侧视图中表示了在上表面(13)之上有一层胶珠(15)。该胶珠将面(13)上的滤清器嵌件完全密封。在面(14)上也可以看到一层连续的胶珠(16),其将该面上的滤清器嵌件完全密封,因而从上方看去形成了滤清器套。在图1a的顶视图中,胶层被滤清泡沫密封件(12)挡住了,故而看不到该胶层。
图2a中表示了实施制造图1所示的滤清器嵌件的方法的设备。首先,从转鼓(17)上取下滤清件或滤纸并被夹在一个上压辊和一个下压辊(18)之间,受其导向移动。图中看不到下压辊。该压辊处于压辊(18)的正下方。通过这两个压辊压出各个折边(19),从而形成滤清件。此外,也可以压出细皱纹、加强边或格架。接下来,在滤清材料(20)上施以所需要的胶珠。为此设置了用于施加胶珠的装置(21)、(22)。上述装置上各有一个芯轴(23)、(24),托架头(25)、(26)即支撑在该芯轴上。在各托架头上设置有两个喷撒胶水的喷嘴(27)、(28)、(29)、(30)。在滤清材料(20)沿着箭头(31)的方向从喷撒胶水装置(21)、(22)下方通过时,喷撒胶珠(32)、(33)、(34)、(35)。在此情况下,芯轴(23)、(24)也相应地转动,从而使托架头(25)、(26)进行横向移动。在图示的情况下,托架头(26)处于工作状态,即喷撒胶水的喷嘴(29)、(30)打开,从而在由此经过的滤清材料(20)上喷撒两排胶珠。而此时托架头(25)已经移回到其起始位置、也就是左边的位置上。喷胶嘴(27)、(28)仍然处于关闭状态。
托架(25)、(26)也可以借助于皮带或带齿的皮带来移动。特别是,若采用带齿的皮带,可以以很高的精度对托架头定位。
此外,在采用皮带或带齿的皮带的情况下,所采用的调整速度略高于在采用螺旋输送芯轴的情况下的速度。
一旦胶珠(34)、(35)滴完,托架头(25)将进入工作状态,而托架头(26)则由右端位置移动到左端的起始位置。这样就可以保证总是有一个喷胶装置在工作着。
当然,也可以仅用一个喷胶装置制造滤清器嵌件或实施方法。不过,若采用这种方式,喷胶装置必须以极快的速度从端部位置移到起始位置上,以防喷胶嘴万一没有关闭时将胶水喷到较长的传送件上。喷涂胶水延至两或三个垂直于移动方向的折缝尚可接受,但喷涂到更多折缝上,该传送件就不能使用了,从而造成了不必要的浪费。
此外,还采用两个喷胶装置(32)、(33)在两个表面上喷撒胶珠。在喷撒完所有胶珠后,用打折装置(36)将滤清材料折成手风琴式的形状。
随后,滤清材料进入一个固化炉(图中未示)中。待固化之后,用切割装置(37)将滤清材料切成所需要的长度。然后,用一个位于两胶珠(32)、(33)之间的适当的切割装置、如一个锯或分割装置切成矩形滤清材料。于是,一个初具其产品形状的滤清件毛坯(38)、(39)被制成。然后,在这些毛坯上提供如图1所示的滤清器泡沫密封件。
图2b以更详尽的视图表示了胶珠(32)至(35)的产生过程。由图中可以看出,两列胶珠在一定的区域内重叠。在该区域(40)上将滤清材料坯料坯料割断。

Claims (12)

2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,沿横向移动的喷胶装置21上设置有一个托架头(26),在该托架头(26)上设有一个第一喷胶嘴(29)和另一个喷胶嘴(30),由此产生两列相互平行的胶珠列(34)、(35)。
3、如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,喷胶嘴(29)、(30)设置在沿着送料方向相互偏离一定距离的位置上。
