面条作为传统食品深受许多人的喜爱,市场上也出现了许多营养和保健功能的面条,如鸡蛋面、香菇面,甚至还有冬虫夏草面等。但是,作为能预防和降“三高”的面条,在市场上尚未出现。

本发明的目的是提供既可日常食用,又具有保健作用的一种预防和降“三高”的面条及其制作方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种预防和降“三高”的面条,其特征在于按质量份计包括:洋葱粉5~15份,苦瓜粉5~15份,玉米须粉或芹菜粉或玉米须粉、芹菜粉的混合物5~15份,面粉40~80份和水5~15份。
采用本发明,食用时不仅郁郁葱香,味甘,且其中的洋葱粉、苦瓜粉、玉米须粉或芹菜粉具有预防和降“三高”的功能,能适应各种人群,是人们理想的美味佳肴和保健食品。
