树莓即中药覆盆子,是经过野生树种,多代优化,选育,培育而成的一种果大、味美的高档保健水果。其良种已经在全国推广栽培,发展前景极好,该果保健价值极高,具有补益肝肾,固精、黑发、明目的功效。随着树莓产量的增加,消费市场的限制,对树莓进行深加工,势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗肾气不固的保健饮液。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
a、树莓汁的制取:选用成熟鲜红的树莓鲜果,洗净,去杂质,采用不锈钢榨汁机,榨取树莓纯果汁,过滤,弃渣,果汁脱气,杀菌,5℃低温封存,备用。
b、刺梨汁的制取:选用橙黄色,无霉烂,无病虫害,七八成熟的果实,洗净,去杂质,将其破碎为3-5mm果块,送入不锈钢榨汁机中进行榨汁,出汁率达50%以下,榨得的刺梨汁液中,有较多的果肉粗纤维,种子碎片等杂质,用100目滤网除掉,得纯果原汁,然后进行澄清过滤,刺梨汁中含有一定量的单宁类物质,会使涩味重,口感差,并使产品的色泽不稳定,会发生严重的褐变,失去商品价值。可采用0.5%食用明胶,配成10%的明胶溶液,在充分搅拌下,慢慢加入所处理的刺梨汁中,同时加入0.2%硅藻土,于15℃条件下静置24h以上,取上清液,用硅藻土过滤机过滤,可得到无涩味、有清凉感、清彻透明的刺梨汁。
c、产品配方:取树莓原汁50%、刺梨汁20%、白砂糖5%、苹果酸0.5%、柠檬酸1.3%、柠檬酸纳1.3%、阿斯巴甜0.06%、乙基麦芽酚0.06%,清甜素0.12%、纯净水100%。
d、调配:取c步骤的配料和配比量,置入配料锅,开动搅拌器充分搅匀,然后用真空脱气机在真空度9×104-10×104Pa,果汁温度25℃以下进行脱气,排出果汁中的空气,可避免产品中VC氧化和色泽、风味劣变。之后将混合果汁立即入高温瞬时杀菌机在95-100℃下杀菌30S,并在无菌灌装条件下装入洗净并消毒的玻璃瓶或易拉罐中封盖。杀菌后,采用分段冷却,抽检合格,贴上标签即可出厂。
本发明的积极效果在于:树莓(即覆盆子),味甘、酸,性微温,归脾、胃、肺经,甘温而补,酸收敛,故有补肝肾,固精作用,并且有黑发明目功效。中医用于肾虚不固、遗精、滑精、遗尿、尿频等证。《别录》:“益气轻身,令发不白。”《药性论》:“男子肾精虚竭阴痿,能令坚长,女子食之有子。”《本草图经》:“强肾无燥热之偏,固精无凝涩之害,”覆盆子还含有似雌激素样作用,其饮料很适合女性饮用。含丰富的维生素A和有机酸如枸橼酸、苹果酸等和糖类以及β-谷甾醇等。刺梨,味酸甜,含极其丰富的营养物质,含12种维生素,其中VC平均含量为2087.80/100g,为水果之首,含有18种无机盐和微量元素及超氧化歧化酶(SOD),还含有原儿茶酸,β-谷甾醇和多种三萜类化合物等。甜味浓,可溶性固形物在10%以上。因此刺梨果实有“果实营养库”的美称,有很高的营养保健价值。
