技术领域
本发明涉及便携式电子设备。
背景技术
一般来说,在电子设备中,为了与外部设备等连接而使用各种各样的连接器。在这里,在专利文献1中,公开有用于连接用于在电子设备间进行数据通信的连接电缆的外部接口连接器,该外部接口连接器即使连接引脚增加,也不使连接端子的间距变细而能够小型化。
更详细来说,该外部接口连接器被分割为安装于电路基板的表面一侧的第1接口连接器、与安装于背面一侧的第2接口连接器这两部分,通过该第1接口连接器与第2接口连接器安装于电路基板而构成为一个外部接口连接器。
另外,在该外部接口连接器中,上述第1接口连接器由金属制的外壳盖与树脂制的支架构成,通过使外壳盖接于电路基板的地线而使其具有屏蔽的作用(即,屏蔽外部接口连接器)。

然而,近年来,例如在便携式信息通信终端等便携式电子设备中,伴随着设备的小型化、轻薄化、高速驱动化等,从便携式电子设备内的数字电路产生的噪声经由天线混入接收电路,而使接收灵敏度劣化的现象,即所谓自体中毒成为问题。特别是,例如在像连接器与天线接近而配设这样的情况下,存在从连接器(连接器引脚)放射的噪声经由天线混入接收电路,而使接收灵敏度劣化的担忧。因此,希望进一步提高遮蔽从连接器(连接器引脚)放射的噪声的屏蔽效果。
发明内容
本发明是为了消除上述问题点而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能够进一步提高连接器(连接器引脚)的屏蔽效果的便携式电子设备。
本发明的便携式电子设备的特征在于,具备:布线基板,形成有接地图案;连接器,具有连接器引脚,且安装于布线基板;壳体,收纳安装有连接器的布线基板,且具有导电性;第1屏蔽部件,具有导电性,覆盖构成连接器的连接器引脚的至少一部分,且与布线基板的接地图案电连接;以及第2屏蔽部件,具有导电性,不与第1屏蔽部件接触地配设,以包含未被第1屏蔽部件覆盖的范围的方式覆盖多个连接器引脚,且与壳体电连接。
根据本发明,能够进一步提高搭载于便携式电子设备的连接器的屏蔽效果。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,对本发明的优选的实施方式详细地进行说明。应予说明,在各图中,对同一构件标记同一附图标记而省略重复的说明。
首先,一并使用图1~图3,对实施方式的连接器2的屏蔽构造进行说明。图1是示出应用了连接器2的屏蔽构造的便携式电子设备(便携式信息通信终端)1的立体图。图2是示出连接器2的屏蔽构造的剖视图(沿图1的II-II线的剖视图),(a)为基板安装前的剖视图,(b)为基板安装后的剖视图。同样地,图3是示出连接器2的屏蔽构造的剖视图(沿图1的III-III线的剖视图),(a)为基板安装前的剖视图,(b)为基板安装后的剖视图。应予说明,在本实施方式中,作为便携式电子设备1,以便携式信息通信终端(智能手机)为例进行说明。
便携式信息通信终端1(相当于发明方案中记载的便携式电子设备)例如是具有通话功能、电子邮件收发功能、网络(互联网)浏览功能、图像(静止图像、视频)浏览功能、音乐播放功能、以及拍摄(照相机)功能等的信息终端。如图1所示,便携式信息通信终端1具有薄型的大致长方体形状,在其前表面重叠安装有片状的液晶面板(LCD显示器)11与触摸面板12。液晶面板11例如显示文字信息、图像信息、以及输入操作画面等。触摸面板12检测由手(手指)进行的触摸操作(输入操作)。在触摸操作的检测中,例如能够采用静电电容方式、电阻膜方式等。
在便携式信息通信终端1设置有用于在与外部设备(例如基站等)之间通过无线通信来收发上述信息的无线通信天线13、以及用于在与外部设备之间通过有线通信来收发信息的连接器(插座)2。此外,详细内容在后叙述。
便携式信息通信终端1的壳体10例如由金属等具有导电性的材料构成,形成为薄型的大致长方体状。在这里,壳体10也可以是壳体本身由金属等具有导电性的材料形成,例如也可以是通过在树脂等不具有导电性的材料上粘贴具有导电性的薄膜或者施加具有导电性的涂层来形成。
在液晶面板11的背面侧(壳体10的内部侧)设置有图2、3示出的内盖14。另外,在内盖14的端部安装有收发上述的电波的天线13。此外,天线13例如为LTE(Long TermEvolution,长期演进)天线,连接于布线基板30。在内盖14的背面侧(壳体10的内部侧)收纳安装有连接器2的布线基板30、电池组(省略图示)等。
布线基板30例如层叠形成有布线图案(接地图案、电源图案、信号图案)的多个绝缘层而构成。绝缘层例如是由FR-4(Flame Retardant Type4)形成的矩形的薄板。布线图案例如由铜箔等形成。
在布线基板30例如安装有具有基带处理器而进行通信处理的电子电路、以及具有应用处理器而处理(执行)各种应用软件的电子电路等。
在布线基板30的端部安装有连接器(插座)2使得插头插入口在壳体10的下侧的侧面开口。因此,连接器2与天线13接近而配设为相对于便携式信息通信终端1的厚度方向在上下重合。
连接器2例如是USB Type-C连接器。连接器(插座)2具有:划分插头插入空间的大致方管状连接器外壳20、配置于插头插入空间的插头引导片21、设置于插头引导片21而能够与插头侧端子导通的多个连接器引脚(连接端子)22。
连接器外壳20具有大致方管状的外壳主体20a、以及从外壳主体20a向侧方(与布线基板30平行地)突出的安装片20b。通过将安装片20b焊接于布线基板30,连接器外壳20(连接器2)安装于布线基板30。另外,如图3所示,多个连接器引脚22各自的一端(基端)连接于布线基板30。对连接器外壳20(外壳主体20a)而言,例如将冲裁为大致矩形状的一片导电性的金属板折叠而形成为大致方管状。
连接器2具备能够进一步提高屏蔽效果的构造。接下来,对该连接器2的屏蔽构造详细地进行说明。连接器2的屏蔽构造主要来说,具备作为第1屏蔽部件发挥功能的连接器外壳20、绝缘部件35、以及第2屏蔽部件40。像这样,在本实施方式中,作为第1屏蔽部件利用了(兼用了)构成连接器2的连接器外壳20。
连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20如上述的那样具有导电性,覆盖构成连接器2的多个连接器引脚22的至少一部分。更具体而言,连接器外壳20从侧方覆盖多个连接器引脚22的除了基端部(后端部)以外的前端部以及中央部。此外,也可以是连接器外壳20全面地覆盖多个连接器引脚22(除了开口部)。另外,如上述的那样,连接器外壳20与布线基板30的接地图案31(基板地线)电连接。
第2屏蔽部件40例如由具有导电性的金属箔(铜箔等)形成。第2屏蔽部件40与壳体10(框架地线)电连接(详细内容在后叙述)。此外,壳体10(框架地线)例如在任意的一点与布线基板30的接地图案31(基板地线)电连接。
第2屏蔽部件40不与连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20接触而分离配设。另外,第2屏蔽部件40配设为整体上覆盖连接器外壳20。在这里,在连接器外壳20与第2屏蔽部件40之间,为了可靠地防止连接器外壳20与第2屏蔽部件40接触而夹设有由片状(薄膜状)的绝缘体构成的绝缘部件35。
第2屏蔽部件40设置为以包含不被连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20覆盖的范围(例如后端部)的方式,即以比连接器外壳20广的范围覆盖多个连接器引脚22。因此,连接器引脚22除了供插头插入的开口端以外,被连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20以及第2屏蔽部件40全面地覆盖。
第2屏蔽部件40通过隔着绝缘部件35而被夹在连接器外壳20与壳体10之间而与壳体10(框架地线)压接,从而与壳体10(框架地线)电连接。此外,在本实施方式中,使用绝缘涂装过的金属制的内盖14来施加压力,使第2屏蔽部件40与壳体10紧贴。
接着,使用图4~7,对本实施方式的连接器2的屏蔽构造、以及用于比较的屏蔽构造(第1比较例、第2比较例)各自的噪声减少效果示出测定结果而进行说明。在这里,作为用于比较的屏蔽构造(第1比较例),使用图6示出的仅由连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20构成的屏蔽构造,即不具备第2屏蔽部件40的屏蔽构造。另外,作为用于比较的屏蔽构造(第2比较例),使用图7示出的第2屏蔽部件40连接于布线基板30的接地图案31(基板地线)(而不是壳体10(框架地线))的屏蔽构造。
之后,评价了因第2屏蔽部件40的有无、以及第2屏蔽部件40所连接的地线的不同(基板地线还是框架地线)而导致的噪声等级(耦合于天线13的噪声等级)的不同,即连接器2的屏蔽效果。在这里,以LTE天线13为对象,评价了耦合的噪声等级。图4是示出本实施方式的连接器2的屏蔽构造、第1比较例以及第2比较例的屏蔽构造各自的耦合于LTE天线13的噪声等级的测定结果的图表。另外,图5是示出耦合于LTE天线13的噪声等级的测定系统(测定系统)100的图。
首先,一边参照图5,一边对耦合于天线13的噪声等级的测定系统(测定系统)100进行说明。如同图所示,在屏蔽室101之中,设置有具有LTE天线13的便携式信息通信终端1(EUT)。便携式信息通信终端1与放置于屏蔽室101之外的个人计算机(PC)102通过USBType-C电缆103连接。另一方面,便携式信息通信终端1的LTE天线13通过安装有铁氧体线圈104的同轴电缆105而连接于频谱分析仪106。
之后,评价了在以USB3.1 Gen1与个人计算机(PC)102通信时的耦合于LTE天线13的噪声等级。此外,有因设置第2屏蔽部件40,而LTE天线13的放射特性变化(例如共振频率偏离)的情况。因此,在设置第2屏蔽部件40的情况下,重新调整为未设置第2屏蔽部件40时的天线特性(即,将共振频率等特性设为相同)而测定了噪声等级。
在图4示出使用上述的测定系统100测定到的分别使用本实施方式的连接器2的屏蔽构造、以及用于比较的屏蔽构造(第1比较例、第2比较例)的情况下的噪声等级的测定结果。在图4示出的图表的横轴为频率(MHz),纵轴为噪声等级(dBm)。
如图4所示,确认到本实施方式的连接器2的屏蔽构造2与比较例(第1比较例、第2比较例)相比较,在400~1000(MHz)的频率区域,噪声等级减少10(dBm)以上。这是因为,通过连接器引脚22(连接器2)被连接于几乎呈零电位的壳体10(框架地线)的第2屏蔽部件40屏蔽,从连接器引脚22(连接器2)放射的噪声变得不耦合于接近配置的LTE天线13。
此外,与第1比较例相比,第2比较例的噪声等级更加恶化。认为其理由是,由于便携式信息通信终端1的基板地线不是大地地线电位(完全的零电位),因此从连接器引脚22放射的噪声传导至基板地线,噪声从基板地线的图案放射。
根据本实施方式,除了具备具有导电性,覆盖构成连接器2的多个连接器引脚22的至少一部分(例如前端部以及中央部的侧方),与布线基板30的接地图案31电连接的连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20之外,还具备具有导电性,不与连接器外壳20接触地配设,以包含不被连接器外壳20覆盖的范围(例如后端部)的方式覆盖多个连接器引脚22,并且与地线电位比布线基板30的接地图案31(基板地线)稳定的壳体10(框架地线)电连接的第2屏蔽部件40。因此,即使在连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20附着有噪声,也由于噪声被第2屏蔽部件40屏蔽,而能够更有效地屏蔽从连接器引脚22(连接器2)释放出的噪声(电磁噪声)。其结果是,能够进一步提高连接器2的屏蔽效果。
特别是,通过应用上述的连接器2的屏蔽构造,能够在布线基板30的接地图案31不与大地接地(即以悬浮的状态)而使用的便携式信息通信终端1中,进一步提高连接器2的屏蔽效果,例如能够有效地消除自体中毒问题。
根据本实施方式,配设为连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20覆盖一端连接于布线基板30的多个连接器引脚22,第2屏蔽部件40覆盖连接器外壳20。因此,能够更容易地连接连接器外壳20与布线基板30的接地图案31,并且,能够更容易地连接第2屏蔽部件40与壳体10(框架地线)。
根据本实施方式,由于在连接器外壳(第1屏蔽部件)20与第2屏蔽部件40之间夹设有片状的绝缘部件35,因此能够可靠地防止连接器外壳20与第2屏蔽部件40接触。
根据本实施方式,由于将构成连接器2的连接器外壳20作为第1屏蔽部件使用,因此不需要另外(专门地)设置第1屏蔽部件。
根据本实施方式,第2屏蔽部件40通过隔着绝缘部件35而被夹在连接器外壳20壳体10之间,而与壳体10压接。因此,在连接第2屏蔽部件40与壳体10时,不需要螺钉连接、焊接等,例如能够实现成本的减少、制造工序的减少、部件数的减少、防水性能的提高等。另外,与螺钉连接等相比较,能够使第2屏蔽部件40与壳体10以更广的面积接触,因此能够进一步提高屏蔽效果。
根据本实施方式,能够防止从连接器2(连接器引脚22)释放出的噪声被接近配设的天线13接收(防止耦合)。因此,能够有效地防止从连接器2(连接器引脚22)放射的噪声经由天线13混入接收电路,而使接收灵敏度劣化(自体中毒)。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不限定于上述实施方式而能够进行各种的变形。例如,在上述实施方式中,通过将第2屏蔽部件40隔着绝缘部件35被夹在连接器外壳20与壳体10之间,而压接(连接)于壳体10(框架地线),但例如也可以成为使用金属垫圈、屏蔽簧片等而使双方接触的构成。另外,例如也可以成为使用弹簧、板簧等而将第2屏蔽部件40(布线基板30)按压到壳体10侧的结构。
在上述实施方式中,设为第2屏蔽部件40覆盖第1屏蔽部件(连接器外壳)20的结构,但也可以成为第1屏蔽部件20覆盖第2屏蔽部件40的结构。
在上述实施方式中,将本发明的连接器2的屏蔽构造应用于便携式信息通信终端(智能手机),但也可以应用于便携式信息通信终端以外的便携式电子设备。另外,连接器2不限于USB Type-C连接器,也可以是其他类型的连接器。

Claims (6)

1.一种便携式电子设备,其特征在于,具备:
布线基板,形成有接地图案;
连接器,具有连接器引脚,该连接器安装于上述布线基板;
壳体,收纳安装有上述连接器的上述布线基板,该壳体具有导电性;
第1屏蔽部件,具有导电性,该第1屏蔽部件覆盖构成上述连接器的连接器引脚的至少一部分,且与上述布线基板的接地图案电连接;以及
第2屏蔽部件,具有导电性,该第2屏蔽部件不与上述第1屏蔽部件接触地配设,以包含不被上述第1屏蔽部件覆盖的范围的方式覆盖多个上述连接器引脚,且与上述壳体电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
上述第1屏蔽部件覆盖一端被连接于上述布线基板的多个上述连接器引脚的至少一部分,
上述第2屏蔽部件配设为覆盖上述第1屏蔽部件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
具备绝缘部件,该绝缘部件夹设于上述第1屏蔽部件与上述第2屏蔽部件之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
上述第1屏蔽部件是构成上述连接器的连接器外壳。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
上述第2屏蔽部件通过隔着上述绝缘部件而被夹在上述连接器外壳与上述壳体之间,而与上述壳体压接。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
还具有收发电波的天线,
在上述布线基板连接有上述天线。
