技术领域
本发明涉及生物制药技术领域,尤其是涉及一种杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法。
背景技术
带状疱疹是成人、老年人或有免疫缺陷和免疫抑制患者常见的一种疾病,由潜伏病毒被激活所致。曾患过水痘的病人,少量病毒潜伏于脊髓后根神经节或颅神经的感觉神经节中。外伤、发热等因素能激活潜伏在神经节内的病毒,活化的病毒经感觉神经纤维轴突下行至所支配的皮肤区,增殖后引起带状疱疹。初期局部皮肤有异常感,搔痒、疼痛,进而出现红疹、疱疹,串连成带状,以躯干和面额部为多见,呈单侧分布,病程约3周左右,少数可达数月之久。并发症有脑脊髓炎和眼结膜炎等。
少数病例临床表现不典型,常见有:
1、不全型带状疱疹(顿挫型),仅出现红斑、丘疹、不发生典型水泡。
2、大疱型带状疱疹,可形成豌豆至樱桃大的水泡。
3、出血性带状疱疹,疱内容诶血性。
4、坏疽型带状疱疹,皮疹中心发生坏疽,结成黑色痂皮不易剥离,愈后遗留疤痕。
5、播散型带状疱疹,在恶性肿-瘤或年老体弱的患者,在局部发疹数日内,全身出现类似水痘痒发疹,常伴有有高热,可并发肺、脑损害,病性严重,可致死亡。
除上述非典型性带状疱疹外,临床上尚可见到某些特殊部位或特殊类型的带状疱疹。目前的治疗方式均是采用抗生素,但是大量的使用抗生素会对人体产生很大的副作用,并且会使人体产生耐药性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法,该方法是运用传统的中医理论和现代的生物细胞工程技术相结合,获取的一种新型活性小分子肽物质,能够有效杀灭和抑制人体带状疱疹病毒,治疗人体带状疱疹疾病,且无副作用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将新鲜洋葱、生姜去皮洗净,混合破碎至10-20目;
S2:按1:1的质量比例,向S1制得的混合物中加入食用陈醋,置于酶解容器中,加淀粉蛋白酶,每天搅拌1次,每次高速旋转搅拌20-30分钟,并连续搅拌5-6天;
S3:再向S2的酶解物中加入细胞融合酶,静止30-40天;
S4:常温下进行分离提纯,将提取物沉清过滤200目,按1:0.25的质量比例,加入羧甲基纤维素钠混合即可。
上述羧甲基纤维素钠为该植物细胞酶解物的促形剂。
进一步地,S2中,用于酶解洋葱、生姜的食用陈醋的溶液浓度为30%,酶解温度不高于30℃。

其中,所述细胞融合酶为壳寡糖细胞融合酶,且壳寡糖细胞融合酶投放比例为酶解容器中总量的1.5%。
S4:常温下进行分离提纯,将提取物沉清过滤200目,按1:0.25的质量比例,加入羧甲基纤维素钠混合即可。
实施例2
本实施例的杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将新鲜生姜、洋葱去皮洗净,混合破碎至20目筛后得混合物备用;
S2:按1:1的质量比例,向制得的混合物中加入食用陈醋,置于酶解容器中,加淀粉蛋白酶,高速旋转搅拌20分钟,每天搅拌1次,并连续搅拌6天;
其中,用于酶解生姜、洋葱的食用陈醋的溶液浓度为30%,酶解温度为25℃。用于酶解生姜、洋葱的淀粉蛋白酶的投放比例为酶解容器中总量的10%。
S3:再向S2中加入细胞融合酶,静止35天;
其中,所述细胞融合酶为壳寡糖细胞融合酶,且壳寡糖细胞融合酶投放比例为酶解容器中总量的1.5%。
S4:常温下进行分离提纯,将提取物沉清过滤200目,按1:0.25的质量比例,加入羧甲基纤维素钠混合即可。
本发明选用生姜、洋葱植物细胞优化融合,通过10%淀粉蛋白酶及1.5%壳寡糖细胞融合酶的两次作用下,分泌出的小分子肽活性物质,并且使生姜、洋葱植物细胞相互融合30-40天,且该酶解物需在浓度为30%的陈醋中进行。
病例1:某男,58岁,主诉:腋下神经疼痛,不可穿衣已1周,考虑带状疱疹病毒感染。次日疼痛,且周边开始起疱疹、发热、疼痛、红肿,体温38.1度。医院检验报告显示,带状疱疹病毒感染。
采用本发明的生姜、洋葱植物细胞酶解物进行治疗,局部涂抹该生姜、洋葱酶解液一日三次,三天后疱疹消失,疼痛减轻、体温37度,退红。五天完全修复并不留疤痕。
病例2:某女,60岁,医院诊断带状疱疹1个月,用过很多抗病毒药,都没明显效果。
采用本发明的生姜、洋葱植物细胞酶解物进行治疗,局部涂抹该生姜、洋葱酶解液一日三次,五天后全愈。

Claims (4)
1.一种杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将新鲜洋葱、生姜去皮洗净,混合破碎至10-20目;
S2:按1:1的质量比例,向S1制得的混合物中加入食用陈醋,置于酶解容器中,加淀粉蛋白酶,每天搅拌1次,每次高速旋转搅拌20-30分钟,并连续搅拌5-6天;
S3:再向S2的酶解物中加入细胞融合酶,静止30-40天;
S4:常温下进行分离提纯,将提取物沉清过滤200目,按1:0.25的质量比例,加入羧甲基纤维素钠混合即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,用于酶解洋葱、生姜的食用陈醋的溶液浓度为30%,酶解温度不高于30℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,用于酶解洋葱、生姜的淀粉蛋白酶的投放比例为酶解容器中总量的10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述杀灭人体带状疱疹病毒的植物细胞酶解物的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,所述细胞融合酶为壳寡糖细胞融合酶,且壳寡糖细胞融合酶投放比例为酶解容器中总量的1.5%。
