本发明提供了一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物及其制备方法与应用。所述中药组合物，其中制成活性成分的中药原料组成为下列重量百分配比：金钱白花蛇25％～45％、湖蛙25％～45％、阿纳其根2.5％～4.5％、蛤蚧1％～3％、水菖蒲5％～7％、全蝎2.5％～4.5％、乳香4％～7％、制马钱子2.5％～3.5％、司卡摩尼亚脂0.5％～1.5％、芦荟0.5％～1.5％、西红花0.1％～0.4％。本发明的中药组合物具有清理浊血，理气止痛等功效。是主治白癜风(白热斯)的纯中药制剂，无不良反应和毒副作用，有较大的临床应用价值。本发明制备方法简单，宜于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药，具体涉及中药制剂，尤其涉及一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
白癜风是一种常见的原发性疾病，导致皮肤局部或泛发性色素脱失，其主要由皮肤和(或)毛囊的功能性黑素细胞的减少或丧失引起。该病的患病率约为0.5％～1％，虽然基本不影响患者的身体健康和生理活动，但是由本病造成的皮肤损害直接影响患者的外观容貌，对大部分患者的生活、学习、工作、交际等方面带来负面因素，从而影响患者的生活质量。现代医学对白癜风的治疗方法主要有光化学疗法、激光治疗以及外用卡泊三醇、前列腺素E2、他克莫司等药物；另外，还可采用表皮皮片移植、钻孔移植、负压吸疱法表皮移植和自体黑素细胞体外培养后的皮片移植等外科治疗法。长期的临床实践比较，发现维吾尔族医药(维医)应用的治疗白癜风(维医称为白热斯)方法有其特色优势。本发明人根据维吾尔医药理论与长期实践，研发了一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物并对其制备方法进行研究。
维吾尔医理论认为，人在自然界中受四大物质，即:“火、气、水、土”的影响，这个影响是外来的,而人体中四种津液即：“血津、痰津、胆津、黑胆津”的平衡是保持身体健康的内在因素，内在因素又往往受外因素的影响，内外因素又因自然界或人为的各种其他复杂因素的影响,相互协同，又相互排斥,或相互反应转化，使体内津液平衡身体表现健康或津液异常，使身体不适。当体内津液由量到质发生性变时，可导致身体局部或某组织器官病变。尚若津液因长期变异且在体内积蓄,影响了体内正常养分的输疏，而极度恶化或称毒化，则可感染严重的疾病。驱白马日白热斯丸可吞噬败毒之气，清血、化浊、行气通滞、消炎、消肿、解毒，达到治病。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服不足之处，研究设计质量稳定，疗效确切，无毒副作用和不良反应的治疗白癜风(白热斯)的中药制剂。
本发明提供了一种治疗白癜风(白热斯)的中药组合物。
本发明所述治疗白癜风的中药组合物由金钱白花蛇、湖蛙、阿纳其根、蛤蚧、水菖蒲、全蝎、乳香、制马钱子、司卡摩尼亚脂、芦荟、西红花共十一味中药组成。

本发明所述治疗白癜风的中药组合物，方中金钱白花蛇和湖蛙以毒攻毒为原则破化浊气；配水菖蒲、阿纳其根、司卡摩尼亚脂、芦荟等，协同增效和降低药物的副作用，同时具有净血、清血、开通阻滞、泻浊津液的作用；乳香在方中起载体作用，可增强药物的渗透和吸收，使药效发挥更佳。
本发明的另一目的是提供了上述一种治疗白癜风(白热斯)的中药组合物的制备方法。
(1)斯卡摩尼亚脂、芦荟、西红花分别粉碎成细粉，过100目筛；
(2)金钱白花蛇、湖蛙、阿纳其根、蛤蚧、水菖蒲、全蝎、乳香、制马钱子混合后粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，与上述细粉混匀。
(3)取阿育魏果(金钱白花蛇用量的70％)，加入六倍量水，于96～98℃下加热蒸馏6小时，收集蒸馏液，得阿育魏果露。
(4)取步骤(2)的粉末，加入步骤(3)所得阿育魏果露泛丸，70±5℃干燥，制成水丸剂型；
(5)或将步骤(2)的粉末加95％乙醇制粒，干燥后，过24目筛，装入胶囊制成胶囊剂；
(6)或用步骤(2)的粉末，每l00g粉末加炼蜜100g—120g制成蜜丸；
(7)或用步骤(2)的粉末，每100g粉末用炼蜜35g～50g加适量的水泛丸，70±5℃干燥，制成水蜜丸。
本发明的又一目的是提供了上述一种治疗白癜风(白热斯)的中药组合物在制备治疗白癜风药物中的应用。
本发明所述一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物为水丸剂、胶囊剂、蜜丸或水蜜丸剂型。
本发明是主治白癜风的纯中药制剂。本发明中药组合物组方科学合理，通过药物的互补作用，治疗效果明显，疗效确切，能提高患者生存质量，且为纯天然制品，无不良反应和毒副作用，易于推广，有较大的临床应用价值。本发明制备方法简单，宜于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1 制备治疗白癜风的中药组合物(水丸剂型)。
配方：
制备方法：
(1)斯卡摩尼亚脂、芦荟、西红花分别粉碎成细粉，过100目筛；
(2)金钱白花蛇、湖蛙、阿纳其根、蛤蚧、水菖蒲、全蝎、乳香、制马钱子混合后粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，与上述细粉混匀。
(3)取阿育魏果(金田白花蛇用量的70％)，加入六倍量水，于96～98℃下加热蒸馏6小时，收集蒸馏液，得阿育魏果露。
(4)取步骤(2)的粉末，加入步骤(3)所得阿育魏果露泛丸，70±5℃干燥，制成水丸剂型；
实施例2 制备治疗白癜风的中药组合物(胶囊)
制备方法：与实施例1相同方法制得的步骤(2)的粉末，加95％乙醇制粒，干燥后，过24目筛，灌装胶囊，制得1000粒，每粒重0.2g。
实施例3 制备治疗白癜风的中药组合物(蜜丸剂型)
制备方法：
与实施例1相同方法制得的步骤(3)粉末，每100克粉末加炼蜜100g，在全自动速控制丸机中制成小蜜丸，每丸重0.3g。
实施例4 制备治疗白癜风的中药组合物(水蜜丸剂型)
制备方法：
与实施例1相同方法制得的步骤(2)粉末，每100g粉末用炼蜜30g加水，在全自动速控制丸机中泛丸，70±5℃干燥干燥，制成水蜜丸，每丸重0.2g。
本发明一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物药物，按照中国《中药新药研究指南》(2005年版)的要求进行了本药物临床方面的试验研究。
一、临床试验研究：
将实施例1制得的水丸进行治疗白癜风的临床疗效及安全性观察，由中国人民解放军三二三医院、大荔县中医医院、浦城县中医院进行了临床研究试验。
1、试验设计：参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》(2005年版)中Ⅲ期临床试验的有关要求，采用随机、阳性药平行对照、多中心试验的研究方法，按3:1对照原则设计本临床试验方案。
2、试验用药及方法：
(1)病例分组：白癜风患者男女不限，20-60岁，随机分成2组，治疗组300例，对照组100例。
(2)试验用药：
对照组：采用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗仪照射皮损，光照与皮损距离为10～20cm，波长为310～315nm，初次剂量0.5mJ·cm-2，逐渐递增20％，每周2次；卡泊三醇软膏(达力士，爱尔兰利奥制药有限公司)外用，早晚各1次，30天为1个疗程。
治疗组：实施例1制得水丸(驱白马日白热斯丸)，一日1次，晚间服，第一次服5粒(0.2g/粒)，以后每天加服一粒，15天后每天减1粒，至首次用量，30天为一个疗程。
3、结果数据见下表。

注:与对照组比较，*P＜0.05
共纳入统计分析病例400例，治疗组300例，总有效率为82.3％，对照组100例，总有效率为61.0％。其中治疗组痊愈56例(18.7％)，显效134例(44.7％)，有效57例(19.0％)，无效53例(17.6％).经统计学处理，P<0.05，说明本发明治疗白癜风的中药组合物药物对白癜风治疗有显著疗效，并优于现有技术的治疗。
Claims (9)
1.一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物，其中制成活性成分的中药原料组成为下列重量百分配比：
通过下列方法制得：该方法包括下列步骤：
(1)斯卡摩尼亚脂、芦荟、西红花分别粉碎成细粉，过100目筛；
(2)金钱白花蛇、湖蛙、阿纳其根、蛤蚧、水菖蒲、全蝎、乳香、制马钱子混合后粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，与上述细粉混匀；
(3)取阿育魏果，加入六倍量水，于96～98℃下加热蒸馏6小时，收集蒸馏液，得阿育魏果露；所述取阿育魏果用量为金钱白花蛇用量的70％；
(4)取步骤(2)的粉末，加入步骤(3)所得阿育魏果露泛丸，70±5℃干燥，制成水丸剂型；
(5)或将步骤(2)的粉末加95％乙醇制粒，干燥后，过24目筛，装入胶囊制成胶囊剂；
(6)或用步骤(2)的粉末，每l00g粉末加炼蜜100g—120g制成蜜丸；
(7)或用步骤(2)的粉末，每100g粉末用炼蜜
加适量的水泛丸，70±5℃干燥，制成水蜜丸。
2.一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物，其中制成活性成分的中药原料组成为下列重量百分配比：
该方法包括下列步骤：
(1)斯卡摩尼亚脂、芦荟、西红花分别粉碎成细粉，过100目筛；
(2)金钱白花蛇、湖蛙、阿纳其根、蛤蚧、水菖蒲、全蝎、乳香、制马钱子混合后粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，与上述细粉混匀；
(3)取阿育魏果，加入六倍量水，于96～98℃下加热蒸馏6小时，收集蒸馏液，得阿育魏果露；所述取阿育魏果用量为金钱白花蛇用量的70％；
(4)取步骤(2)的粉末，加入步骤(3)所得阿育魏果露泛丸，70±5℃干燥，制成水丸剂型；
(5)或将步骤(2)的粉末加95％乙醇制粒，干燥后，过24目筛，装入胶囊制成胶囊剂；

3.如权利要求1或2所述一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，该方法包括下列步骤：
(1)斯卡摩尼亚脂、芦荟、西红花分别粉碎成细粉，过100目筛；
(2)金钱白花蛇、湖蛙、阿纳其根、蛤蚧、水菖蒲、全蝎、乳香、制马钱子混合后粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，与上述细粉混匀；
(3)取阿育魏果，加入六倍量水，于96～98℃下加热蒸馏6小时，收集蒸馏液，得阿育魏果露；所述取阿育魏果用量为金钱白花蛇用量的70％；

4.如权利要求1所述一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物在制备治疗白癜风药物中的应用。
5.如权利要求2所述一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物在制备治疗白癜风药物中的应用。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的应用，其特征在于，所述中药组合物为丸剂或胶囊剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用，其特征在于，所述丸剂为蜜丸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用，其特征在于，所述蜜丸为水蜜丸。
9.根据权利要求6所述的应用，其特征在于，所述丸剂为水丸剂。
