Abstract
本发明公开一种南瓜明日叶酵素的配制方法,它由马齿苋粉、明目叶粉、南瓜粉、魔芋粉、火麻仁粉、核桃粉、菊叶薯蓣粉、苦荞麦粉、玉米粉,经酶解,产生低聚果糖后,又用其低聚果糖促进各味果蔬相互自然发酵。本产品具有净化血液、活化细胞、抗HIV、抗氧化活性、肿瘤活性、炎症活性、各种病菌活性等,是一种多功能的保健食品。

本发明涉及一种南瓜明日叶酵素的配制方法,更具体地说,本发明是关于一种以马齿苋粉、明目叶粉、南瓜粉、魔芋粉、火麻仁粉、核桃粉、菊叶薯蓣粉、苦荞麦粉、玉米粉为原料的新型果蔬酵素固体饮料及其生产方法。
背景技术
本发明是将果蔬粉,通过发酵后产生的低聚果糖。然后又通过其低聚果糖,促进味果蔬粉自然互相发酵成为一种果蔬酵素及其以马齿苋粉,明日叶粉、南瓜粉、火麻仁粉、核桃粉、菊叶薯蓣粉、苦荞麦粉、玉米粉的配制方法生产的果蔬酵素,目前尚未见过报道和面市。
发明内容
本发明是克服现有的技术不足,提供一种以马齿苋粉、明日叶粉、南瓜粉、火麻粉、核桃粉、菊叶薯蓣粉、苦荞麦粉、玉米粉为原料的新一代的功效性食品。
本发明的目的,将通过下述技术方案予以实现。
1、本发明各组分组成比例为:
马齿苋粉5%、明日叶粉5%、南瓜粉5%、魔芋粉3%、火麻仁粉3%、核桃粉3%、菊叶薯蓣粉5%、玉米粉30%、苦荞麦粉10%、酵母0.4%、纯净40℃温水25%;
2、本发明的生产方法为:
步骤一:预处理
①马齿苋:精选——洗净——晒干或烘干——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
②明日叶粉:精选——水洗干净——晒干或(30-40℃)烘干——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
③南瓜粉:南瓜——精选——切片——去籽——晒干或(30-40℃)烘干——打粉(过80目-100目筛)
④魔芋粉:魔芋——精选——脱皮——切片——脱毒——晒干或烘干——打粉(过100目-200目筛)
⑤火麻仁粉:精选——磨成细粉
⑥核桃粉:核桃——精选——脱壳——磨成细粉
⑦菊叶薯蓣粉:薯蓣——精选——脱皮——切片——晒干(或30-40℃烘干)——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
⑧玉米粉:玉米粒——精选——蒸半熟——晒干(或40-50℃烘干)——打粉(过80目-100目筛)
⑨苦荞麦粉:苦荞麦粒——精选——蒸半熟——晒干(或40-50℃烘干)——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
步骤二:
将上述的马齿苋粉、明日叶粉、南瓜粉、魔芋粉、火麻仁粉、核桃粉、菊叶薯蓣粉、苦荞麦粉、玉米粉混合,加40℃温水搅匀,接入甜酒曲、搅拌,然后放进发酵缸封好,在25-30℃下发酵48小时,出甜酒液后,然后用30-40℃低温烘至80%干,然后再放回缸,密封缸口,再自然发酵2-3个月后取出烘干至95%,打碎即制一种南瓜明日叶酵素粉产品。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明各组分中:
①马齿苋:性寒、味酸,有清热解毒、止泻痢、除肠垢,益气补虚功效。实践证明:1、利水消肿,降低血压。马齿苋所含的钾离子还直接作用于血管壁上,使血管扩张、阻止动脉增厚,从而起到降低血压的作用。2、除尘毒;消除尘毒,防止吞噬细胞变性和坏死,还可以防止淋巴管发炎和阻止纤维性变化,杜绝矽结节形成,对白癜风也有一定的疗效。3、杀菌消炎,素有“天然抗生素”之称。4、防治心脏病,马齿苋中含有一种丰富的Y-3脂肪酸,它能抑制人体内血清胆固醇和甘油三酯酸的形成,帮助血管内皮细胞合成的前列腺素增多,抑制血小板形成血栓,使血粘度下降,促进血管扩张,可以预防血小板聚集,冠状动脉痉挛和血栓形成,从而起到防治心脏病的作用。现代研究,马齿苋含有丰富的SL3脂肪酸及维生素A样物质。SL3脂肪是形成细胞膜,尤其是脑细胞与眼细胞膜所必需的物质,维生素A样特质能维持上皮组织,如皮肤、角膜及结合膜的正常机能,参与视紫质的合成,增强视网膜感光性能,也参与体内许多过氧化过程。
②明日叶:含有丰富的查尔酮和天然有机锗,学者研究发现其含量高于名贵的人参、灵芝,也高于大枣和大蒜。众所周知,锗具有净化血液、活化细胞和防癌的作用,明日叶还含有多种人体所需要的氨基酸及黄酮、泣酸、芸香甙等活性物质,还能抗活性氧;主要包括羟基自由基、超氧自由基和过氧化氢,在细胞或组织的正常生活代谢过程中会产生活氧性,同时一些环境因素,例如,紫外线照射、吸烟、环境污染等也可以诱导活性氧的产生,活性氧产生后,可以导致细胞内脂,蛋白和DNA等的氧化损伤,诱发氧化应激,继而导致各种肿瘤、动脉粥化硬化、风湿性关节炎、糖尿病、肝损伤,以及中枢神经系统病等。以外还能抗:1、抗肿癌活性,2、抗氧化活性,3、抗HIV作用,4、抗溃疡作用,5、抗炎活性,6、抗菌活性。
③南瓜:含维生素和果胶,果胶有很好的吸附性,能粘结和消除体内细菌毒素和其他有害物质,如重金属中的铅、汞和放射性元素,能在起到解毒的作用;所含果胶还可以保护胃肠道粘膜,免受粗糙食品刺激,促进溃疡愈合,适宜于胃病患者;南瓜所含成分能促进胆汁分泌,加强胃肠蠕动,帮助食物消化。南瓜含有丰富的铅,能活跃人体的新陈代谢,促进造血功能,并参与人体内维生素B12的合成,是人体胰岛细胞所必需的激量元素,对防治糖尿病,降低血糖有特殊的疗效。南瓜能消除致癌物质亚硝胺的突变作用,有防癌功效,并能够帮助肝、肾功能的恢复,增强肝、肾细胞的再生能力。南瓜中含有丰富的锌、参与人体核酸、蛋白质的合成,是肾上腺皮质激素的固有成分,为人体生长发育的重要物质。
④魔芋:淀粉含量高达60%-70%,但由于不含有人体可吸收的糖,所以其热量很低,100克魔芋粉的热量只有15千焦,而且其淀粉中含有果胶、葡萄甘露聚糖和17种人体所需的氨基酸以及矿物质和蛋白质、纤维素、粗脂肪等,特别是人体所需的葡萄甘露聚糖含量达45%以上,能有效吸收胆固醇和胆汁酸,有水肿、散毒、化痰、通脉、健胃等功能,常食魔芋制品能清洁肠胃,增加血液中的胰岛素,降低胆固醇,有防止高血压、糖尿病、消化系统疾病和肥胖症等多种功效,还有降血脂、血清胆醇及消肿攻毒之药效。

⑥核桃:具有补肾通脑,有益智慧。核桃不仅是最好的健脑食物,又是神经衰弱的治疗剂。对患有头晕、失眠、心悸、健忘、食俗不振、腰膝酸软、全身无力等症状,即可起到滋补治疗作用。核桃还对其它病具有较高的医疗效果,补气补血、润臊化痰、温肺润肠、散肿消毒。
⑦菊叶薯蓣:含有丰富的粘液蛋白,薯蓣皂甙,薯蓣皂甙配基等活性物质。主要为:1、粘液蛋白:可以减少糖份吸收,降低血糖;2、皂甙:预防糖尿病、心脑血管并发症有显署作用;3、皂甙配基:是性激素的总体物质,在抗衰,预防和改善骨质疏松,改善男女更年期,强身健体,改善糖尿病虚弱乏力和提高性生活质量方面都具有重要作用。改善胰岛素抵抗作用。
⑧玉米:中医认为,玉米性平、味甘,有开胃、健脾、除湿、利尿等作用,主治腹泻、消化不良、水肿等。根据营养分析,玉米含有糖类、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、黄体素、玉米黄质、磷、镁、钾、锌等。具有防癌作用,玉米植物纤维素能加速致癌物质和其他毒物的排出;天然维生素E则有促进细胞分裂、延缓衰老、降低血清胆固醇、防止皮肤病变功能,还能减轻动脉硬化和脑功能衰退,增强人的脑力和记忆力。
上述八味果蔬叠加,经酵母发酵和自然发酵后,生产出的一种果蔬酵素,其含有丰富的氨基酸,具有特殊的生物活性等。据科学家分析认为,酵素就是维持机体正常功能消化食物,修复组织等生命活动的一种必需物质。酵素几乎参与所有生命活动:思考问题、运动、睡眠、呼吸、愤怒、哭泣或者荷尔蒙分泌等都是以酵素为中心的活动结果。没有酵素就没有生命,酵素也就是催化剂样的催化作用带动机体的生化反应,保证生命现象的进行,若没有酵素,生化反应将无法进行,五大营养素(碳水化合物、类脂质、蛋白质、维生素矿物质)都将变对机体毫无用处,生命现将会停止。因此酵素对生命的重要性不言而喻。
Claims (2)
1.一种南瓜明日叶酵素的配制方法及其加工方法,组成为:马齿苋粉、明日叶粉、南瓜粉、魔芋粉、火麻仁粉、核桃粉、菊叶薯蓣粉、苦荞麦粉、玉米粉,其特征是南瓜明日叶酵素各组分组成比例为;马齿苋粉5%、明日叶粉5%、南瓜粉5%、魔芋粉3%、火麻仁粉3%、核桃粉3%、菊叶薯蓣粉5%、玉米粉30%、苦荞麦粉10%、酵母0.4%、纯净40℃温水25%。
2.根据权利要求“1”所述的一种南瓜明日叶酵素的配制方法及其生产方法,其特征是所述的生产方法为;
步骤一:预处理
①马齿苋:精选——洗净——晒干或烘干——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
②明日叶粉:精选——水洗干净——晒干或(30-40℃)烘干——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
③南瓜粉:南瓜——精选——切片——去籽——晒干或(30-40℃)烘干——打粉(过80目-100目筛)
④魔芋粉:魔芋——精选——脱皮——切片——脱毒——晒干或烘干——打粉(过100目-200目筛)
⑤火麻仁粉:精选——磨成细粉
⑥核桃粉:核桃——精选——脱壳——磨成细粉
⑦菊叶薯蓣粉:薯蓣——精选——脱皮——切片——晒干(或30-40℃烘干)——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
⑧玉米粉:玉米粒——精选——蒸半熟——晒干(或40-50℃烘干)——打粉(过80目-100目筛)
⑨苦荞麦粉:苦荞麦粒——精选——蒸半熟——晒干(或40-50℃烘干)——打粉(过100目-150目筛)
步骤二:
将上述的马齿苋粉、明日叶粉、南瓜粉、魔芋粉、火麻仁粉、核桃粉、菊叶薯蓣粉、苦荞麦粉、玉米粉混合,加40℃温水搅匀,接入甜酒曲、搅拌,然后放进发酵缸封好,在25-30℃下发酵48小时,出甜酒液后,然后用30-40℃低温烘至80%干,然后再放回缸,密封缸口,再自然发酵2-3个月后取出烘干至95%,打碎即制一种南瓜明日叶酵素粉产品。
