优选地,软管状的密封区段在其横截面形状上偏离圆形并且尤其是利用软管壁角部抵靠车身支柱。后者确保了高的面压力,并且因此确保了可靠的密封。不言而喻,软管壁角部应理解为具有相对小的圆角半径的壁走向。
在本发明的进一步的设计方案中,软管状的密封区段包括两个在形成软管壁角部的情况下成锐角地会聚的软管壁区段。通过该横截面几何结构实现了在密封区段与车身支柱之间特别高的面压力。
软管壁区段可以与密封元件的芯部件间隔开距离地相对于彼此延伸。
优选,芯部件由相对于密封元件的其余部分的材料更硬的材料制成、例如由热塑性塑料制成,尤其是由聚丙烯(PP)制成。对于其余的、用于形成密封区段的材料考虑弹性体、尤其是热塑性的弹性体。

适宜地,抵靠窗玻璃的软管壁区段包括滑动层,所述滑动层优选围绕软管壁角部延伸。围绕角部的延伸部在车门经常开闭的情况下引起明显的磨损降低。

具体实施方式
在图1中以水平剖视图示出的密封组件包括各一个挤出的密封元件1或1',所述密封元件与车门的窗框边腿2或2'连接。所述密封元件1、1'分别抵靠到车门的可竖直运动的窗玻璃3或3'上。
在车门之间设置的、经常称为B柱的车身支柱4具有外面5,该外面在车门的关闭状态中(如所示的那样)与窗玻璃3、3'的外面齐平。在车身支柱4和窗玻璃3、3'的朝向车身支柱的边缘侧之间形成的间隙6或6'通过密封元件1或1'附加地密封。在车门的关闭状态中,窗框边腿2或2'通过密封元件7或7'相对于车身的门框件29密封。

所述密封元件1、1'(还有密封元件24)通过多重挤出形成,其中,首先挤出芯部件8。在第二挤出步骤中将密封条1或1'的所有由较软的材料制成的区段一体成型到芯部件8上。在第三挤出步骤中完成卡锁弓形件19的挤出以及卡锁弓形件与软管壁区段16以及延长部21的连接。备选地,芯部件8和卡锁弓形件19也可以同时挤出并且由较软的材料制成的区段紧接着通过挤出来一体成型。
在车窗的关闭状态中,舌状的密封区段9、10利用其端部并且软管状的密封区段11利用其软管壁区段15密封地抵靠在窗玻璃3或3'上。
在车门的关闭状态中,软管壁区段15密封在窗玻璃3或3'的相关的边缘侧与车身支柱4之间的间隙6或6',其方式为,软管状的密封区段11利用其软管壁角部17抵靠车身支柱4。软管状的密封区段11的几何结构连同彼此会聚的软管壁区段15、16确保适合的挤压力。
Claims (12)
1.一种密封组件,包括密封元件(1、1'),所述密封元件具有用于相对于车门的竖直的窗框边腿(2、2')密封车门的可竖直运动的窗玻璃(3、3')的至少一个密封区段(9、10),其特征在于,所述密封元件(1、1')此外具有用于密封间隙(6、6')的密封区段(11),其中,所述间隙(6、6')在邻接于车门的车身支柱(4)和窗玻璃(3、3')的竖直的、朝向车身支柱(4)的边缘侧之间形成。
