背景
本公开涉及层压系统,并且具体地涉及用于将弹性材料层压至背衬材料的系统。更具体地,本公开涉及用于将弹性非织造网材层压至非织造背衬网材的系统。
概述
根据本公开,层压系统包括拉伸单元和层压机。拉伸单元拉长弹性非织造材料以在其中形成内部收缩力。层压机将弹性非织造材料结合至非织造背衬网材。
在示例性实施方案中,弹性非织造材料在拉长前被分成带。带在拉伸辊之间经过,使得带的前缘被拉动远离带的后缘以拉长带。每一个拉伸辊包括配置成至少部分地刺穿弹性非织造材料的多个间隔开的指状物。每一个指状物是弯曲的并且被布置成面向所述指状物附接的拉伸辊的旋转方向。

在图1中示出了根据本公开的层压系统10。层压系统10包括拉伸单元12和层压机14。弹性非织造材料16的网材经过拉伸单元12的切割机18以将弹性非织造物16分成带11。带11由拉伸单元12的转移辊13传送至拉伸辊15。带11在拉伸辊15之间经过以拉长带11并且基于弹性非织造材料16的弹性性质形成内部收缩力。长形带11经过层压机14以与非织造背衬网材17结合以形成层压片19。带11在层压片19中彼此间隔开并且对结合至非织造背衬网材17的层压片19赋予弹性性质。
每一个拉伸辊15包括如图2中所示的多个弯曲的指状物22。相邻的拉伸辊15彼此相比反向旋转,并且指状物22被布置成在指状物22附接的拉伸辊15的旋转方向上向外弯曲。每一个指状物22包括尖部24和用于将指状物22固定至拉伸辊15的基部26。尖部24配置成刺穿带11的至少一部分以朝拉伸辊15拉动带11。在拉伸单元12中的随后的拉伸辊15具有比先前的拉伸辊15更快的表面速度,使得当带11在拉伸辊15之间经过以拉长带11时,每一个带11的前缘被拉离带11的后缘。在一些实施方案中,随后的拉伸辊15具有比先前的拉伸辊15更大的直径并且以相似的速度旋转。在拉伸单元12中的第一拉伸辊15的指状物22将带11从转移辊13拉下,如图1中所示(尽管图1中未示出指状物22)。在一些实施方案中,特别是对于诸如弹性膜的无孔网材,转移辊13使用真空压力或静电吸附以将带保持在转移辊13上。
每一个带11向指状物22的基部26移动以阻挡带11的收缩,如图2中所示。在示例性实施方案中,每一个指状物在基部26处从拉伸辊15径向向外延伸并且在尖部24处朝拉伸辊15的旋转方向弯曲。指状物22的弯曲轮廓和定向阻挡带11的收缩,同时允许随后的拉伸辊15从先前的拉伸辊15拉下带11。多个指状物22沿每一个拉伸辊15的宽度以多排布置,如图3中假想线28所示。虽然图3中示出仅一排指状物22,但每一条假想线28均具有沿每一条假想线放置的相关排的指状物。
在示例性实施方案中,层压机14包括支撑辊32和超声波焊接机34,如图4中所示。支撑辊32包括引导销36和图案化结合表面38。引导销36从拉伸单元12中的最后的拉伸辊15拉下带11并且阻挡带11的收缩。引导销36至少部分地刺穿带11以抓住带11并且将带11引导至超声波焊接机34下。在一些实施方案中,支撑辊32比拉伸单元12中的最后的拉伸辊15旋转更快。在一些实施方案中,支撑辊32具有比拉伸单元12中的最后的拉伸辊15更大的直径并且以与最后的拉伸辊15的速度类似的速度旋转。
超声波焊接机34配置成将带11结合至非织造背衬网材17,如图4中所示。图案化结合表面38包括多个能量集中特征39,如图5中所示。能量集中特征39配置成集中来自超声波焊接机34的能量,以界定在带11与非织造背衬网材17之间局部结合的区域。在示例性实施方案中,引导销36布置成围绕支撑辊32的多个节段31,并且布置成沿两个道42、44,用于分别引导单独的带11a、11b通过层压机14。引导销36的每一个节段31包括对于每一个道42、44的引导销36的前排43和后排45以及侧缘列47、49。节段31围绕支撑辊32分布(尽管在图5中示出仅一个)。引导销36被弹性地向外偏置并且配置成至少部分地收缩进支撑辊32中以在施加来自超声波焊接机34的能量期间使对引导销36的损坏最小化。在一些实施方案中,弹簧使引导销36向外偏置。在一些实施方案中,来自支撑辊32的旋转的离心力使引导销36向外偏置。
弹性非织造物16的带11a、11b沿非织造背衬网材17的边缘旁边结合以形成层压片19,如图6中所示。在示例性实施方案中,吸收垫52结合至带11a、11b之间的非织造背衬网材17。层压片19可以被切成用于形成诸如图9中所示的尿布100的尿布的单独的尿布底片54,如假想线56所示。在一些实施方案中,非织造背衬网材17是具有接纳在其上的带11a、11ba和吸收垫52的宽度的单一网材。在一些实施方案中,非织造背衬网材17包括对齐以在共同方向上移动的多个网材并且每一个网材定位成接纳在其上的带11a、11b和吸收垫52的至少一部分。例如,多个网材可以彼此间隔开以位于带11a、11b、以及吸收垫52的端部下。
当层压片19被切成单独的尿布底片54时,条11a、11b收缩以对其中带11a、11b附接的非织造背衬网材17的节段赋予弹性性质。例如,带11a、11b形成尿布的腰带的至少一部分,例如在图9中所示的尿布100的弹性腰带102中,所述尿布的腰带拉伸以容纳不同穿戴者的各种腰部尺寸。在一些实施方案中,带11a、11b在相邻的吸收垫52之间延伸,如图6中所示。在一些实施方案中,带11a、11b在相邻的吸收垫52之间部分地延伸并且与吸收垫52间隔开,例如从假想线51延伸至假想线53。
在一个示例性实施方案中,弹性非织造带状物62、64沿相交的正弦图案与非织造背衬网材17结合,如图7中所示。带62、64的结合图案围绕腿孔66的位置延伸并且在腿孔66的位置之间相交,其中在形成尿布期间,从非织造背衬网材17中去除材料。带状物62、64形成围绕尿布的腿孔66的腿带,例如图9中所示的尿布100的弹性腿带104,所述腿带拉伸以容纳不同穿戴者的各种腿部尺寸。可以使用超声波焊接机、粘合剂材料或任何其他合适的其他结合方法将带状物62、64结合至非织造背衬网材17。在一些实施方案中,带状物62、64结合至非织造背衬网材17位于吸收垫52下。在一些实施方案中,位于腿孔66之间的带62、64的部分(例如与吸收垫52重叠的那些部分)可以被弱化以最小化或消除该位置中的弹性性质。可以例如通过施加热来实现弱化。
在另一个示例性实施方案中,弹性非织造带状物61、63沿吸收垫52的前缘和后缘与非织造背衬网材17结合,如图8中所示。带状物61、63至少部分地延伸穿过非织造背衬网材17,例如在带11a、11b之间。带状物61、63形成尿布的腿箍,例如在图9中所示的尿布100的弹性腿箍106中,所述腿箍相对于穿戴者的腿形成密封以将身体废物朝吸收垫52引导并且阻挡身体废物穿过腿孔66。可以使用超声波焊接机、粘合剂材料或任何其他合适的结合方法将带状物62、64结合至非织造背衬网材17。
在一个实例中,根据本公开的层压系统配置成接纳弹性非织造材料16的片并且将片纵向分成两个连续的带。带被连续地拉长并且以连续且不间断的方式应用于非织造背衬网材以构建层压片19。例如,在形成尿布期间,层压片切割是通常垂直于机器方向的横向方向以形成尿布底片54。每一个尿布底片的部分可以通过施加热被弱化,使得这些部分中的内部收缩力被最小化或被消除。在一个实例中,这些弱化的部分可以对应于尿布的前部分和后部分。可以通过施加热或任何其他合适的方法实现弱化。
在另一个实例中,根据本公开的层压系统配置成接纳弹性非织造材料16的片并且将所述片分成带。每一个带可以在横向切割以形成带节段。每一个带节段可以与其他带节段纵向间隔开以形成其中不存在弹性非织造物的层压片的部分。在一个实例中,这些无弹性非织造物的部分可以对应于尿布的前部分和后部分。
在图9中示出了根据本公开的尿布100的一个实施方案。使用由层压系统10生产的层压片19形成尿布100。在示例性实施方案中,带11a、11b和带11a、11b结合的非织造背衬网材17的部分沿缝合部101结合在一起,以限定腿孔66和腰开口103以形成尿布100。弹性腿带104围绕每一个腿孔66延伸,并且弹性腰带102围绕腰开口103延伸。腿箍106定位于与腿孔66相邻并且在吸收垫52旁边。在一些实施方案中,可以通过将带11a、11b折叠到自身上以在较小的区域中提供类似的收缩力来形成较窄的腰带,如假想线105所示。在一些实施方案中,在尿布100上印刷图形108。在一些实施方案中,弹性非织造材料从尿布101的一侧上的缝合部101延伸至尿布的相对侧上的缝合部101。为了避免图形108褶皱,腰带102中的弹性非织造材料的部分可以被弱化以最小化或消除在该位置的弹性性质。
在图10中示出了根据本公开的层压系统210的另一个实施方案。层压系统210与图1的层压系统10类似,并且包括拉伸单元212和层压机214。弹性非织造材料216的网材经过拉伸单元212的切割机218以将弹性非织造物216分成带211。带211由拉伸单元212的转移辊213传送至拉伸辊215。带211在拉伸辊215之间经过以拉长带211并且基于弹性非织造材料216的弹性性质形成内部收缩力。长形带211经过层压机214以与非织造背衬网材217结合,以形成层压片219(类似于以上描述的层压片19)。带211在层压片219中彼此间隔开并且对其中结合至非织造背衬网材217的层压片219赋予弹性性质。
在示例性实施方案中,层压机214包括支撑辊232、粘合剂涂布器234和结合辊235,如图10中所示。粘合剂涂布器234配置成沿其中带211将与非织造背衬网材217结合的区域将粘合剂材料涂布在非织造背衬网材217上。结合辊235和支撑辊232形成夹部以迫使带211和非织造背衬网材217一起抵靠粘合剂材料来结合。
在图11中示出了根据本公开的层压系统310的另一个实施方案。层压系统310包括拉伸单元312和层压机314。弹性非织造材料316的网材经过拉伸单元312的切割机318以将弹性非织造物316分成带311a、311b。带311a、311b由转移辊313传送至拉伸辊372、374、376、378,并且沿单独的路径通过拉伸单元312朝层压机314引导。带311a、311b在拉伸辊372、374、376、378之间经过以拉长带311a、311b并且基于弹性非织造材料316的弹性性质形成内部收缩力。长形带311a、311b经过层压机314以与非织造背衬网材317结合,以形成层压片319(类似于以上描述的层压片19)。带311a、311b在层压片319中彼此间隔开并且对其中结合至非织造背衬网材317的层压片319赋予弹性性质。
在示例性实施方案中,转移辊313与切割机318的叶片一起旋转并且接合,以将弹性非织造物316割成带311a、311b,如图11中所示。在一些实施方案中,在经过切割机318之前,可以对弹性非织造物416赋予“预拉伸”伸长量。带311b被拉伸辊374从上部转移辊313拉下。拉伸辊374的滑动表面379允许带311a被上部转移辊313传送至拉伸辊372。带311a被拉伸辊372引导至支撑辊332,并且带311b被拉伸辊374、376、378引导至支撑辊332。拉伸单元312配置成拉伸并且对齐带311a、311b用于在层压机314中与非织造背衬网材317结合。层压机314包括支撑辊332和超声波焊接机334。带311a、311b经过拉伸单元312并且以基本上相同的时间抵达层压机314,用于以层压系统310的机器方向在沿非织造背衬网材317相似的位置处与非织造背衬网材317结合。在一些实施方案中,由于每一个带311a、311b的路径长度上的差异,切割机318处产生的随后的带311a、311b以机器方向沿非织造背衬网材317抵达不同位置。例如,带311a可以与带311b同时抵达层压机314,其中当带311a由切割机318形成时,带311b已经沿拉伸辊374、376、378前进。可以在带311a之前一个步骤或多个步骤形成带311b。
拉伸单元312允许弹性非织造物316的单一进入或入口道371分成沿单独的道373、375运送至支撑辊332的带311a、311b,如图12中所示。在示例性实施方案中,转移辊313和拉伸辊372、374沿入口道371和第一带道373对齐。带311a沿第一带道373行进。拉伸辊376、378是截头圆锥形的并且沿与第一带道373间隔开的第二带道375布置以转移带311b。
在图13中示出了根据本公开的层压系统410的另一个实施方案。层压系统410包括拉伸单元412和层压机414。弹性非织造材料416的网材经过拉伸单元412的切割机418以将弹性非织造物416分成带411a、411b。在一些实施方案中,使用弹性材料的其他网材代替弹性非织造物416,弹性材料的其他网材例如网状物、有孔的或成型的膜、海绵、或例如片。带411a、411b由拉伸单元412的转移辊413传送至拉伸辊415。带411a、411b在拉伸辊413与拉伸辊415之间经过以拉长带411a、411b,并且基于弹性非织造材料416的弹性性质形成内部收缩力。长形带411a、411b经过层压机414以与非织造背衬网材417结合,以形成层压片419(类似于以上描述的层压片19)。带411在层压片419中彼此间隔开并且对其中结合至非织造背衬网材417的层压片419赋予弹性性质。在一些实施方案中,在经过切割机418之前,可以对弹性非织造物416赋予“预拉伸”伸长量。
在示例性实施方案中,层压机414包括支撑辊432、间隔开的结合站482、484和网材转向引导件486,如图13中所示。每一个结合站482、484包括粘合剂涂布器434和结合辊435。层压机414的第一结合站482配置成将带411a与非织造背衬网材417结合。
第一结合站482的粘合剂涂布器434配置成沿其中带411a将与非织造背衬网材417结合的区域将粘合剂材料涂布在非织造背衬网材417上。第一结合站482的结合辊435、以及支撑辊432形成夹部以迫使带411a和非织造背衬网材417一起抵靠粘合剂材料来结合。
由于缺少涂布至经过第一结合站482的非织造背衬网材417与带411b的重合部分的粘合剂,所以允许带411b绕过第一结合站482,如图13中所示。第二结合站484的粘合剂涂布器434配置成沿其中带411b将与非织造背衬网材417结合的区域将粘合剂材料涂布在非织造背衬网材417上。第二结合站484的结合辊435、以及支撑辊432形成夹部以迫使带411b和非织造背衬网材417一起抵靠粘合剂材料来结合。带411b布置成以与带411a基本上相同的时间经过第二结合站484,用于以层压系统410的机器方向在沿非织造背衬网材417类似的位置处与非织造背衬网材417结合。在一些实施方案中,由于每一个带411a、411b的路径长度上的差异,切割机418处产生的随后的带411a、411b以机器方向沿非织造背衬网材417抵达不同位置。例如,带411b可以与在带411b之前一个步骤或者多个步骤结合至非织造背衬网材417的带411a同时抵达第二结合站484。
层压机414允许弹性非织造带411a、411b的单一进入或入口道471沿单独的道473、475与非织造背衬网材417结合,如图14中所示。结合站482、484相对于带411a、411b的入口道471彼此分隔开。第一结合站482相对于支撑辊432布置,以使带411a与非织造背衬网材417沿第一带道473结合。网材转向引导件486引导并且对齐非织造背衬网材417,所述非织造背衬网材417具有用第二结合站484与其结合的带411a。第二结合站484相对于支撑辊432布置,以使带411b与非织造背衬网材417沿第二带道475结合以形成层压片419。在一些实施方案中,使用弹性膜代替弹性非织造物416,并且使用真空压力或静电力以在经过拉伸单元412和层压机414期间保持膜。
在示例性实施方案中,如本文描述的弹性非织造材料用于替换用于尿布的腰带、腿带和腿箍的单独的弹性线,或者用于其中需要弹性性质的其他织物应用中。在一些实施方案中,弹性非织造材料可以结合至非织造背衬网材而不使用粘合剂材料,不像使用大量粘合剂用于结合的单独的弹性线。在一些实施方案中,粘合剂材料用于将弹性非织造材料与非织造背衬网材结合,但使用比在相同的应用中用于结合单独的弹性线更少的粘合剂材料。弹性非织造材料可以折叠到自身上以增加给定区域的收缩力。与需要覆盖材料以提供与皮肤的舒适接触导致“三层压”片的并入有弹性线的层压片不同,本文公开的层压片可以形成为“双层压体”。
在示例性实施方案中,弹性非织造材料可以由许多工艺形成,例如熔喷工艺、纺粘工艺、水力缠结工艺和结合梳理网材工艺。

Claims (31)

1.层压系统,包括
拉伸单元,其包括配置成由弹性非织造材料的片形成带的切割机和位于所述切割机的下游的拉伸辊;以及
层压机,其位于所述拉伸辊的下游以及配置成接纳所述带并且使所述带与非织造背衬网材结合以形成层压片,
其中所述拉伸辊配置成拉长所述带以在所述带中形成内部收缩力,并且所述层压机配置成在所述带被拉长的同时将所述带结合至所述非织造背衬网材。
2.如权利要求1所述的层压系统,其中所述拉伸单元还包括位于所述切割机与所述拉伸辊之间并且配置成将所述带从所述切割机转移至所述拉伸辊的转移辊。
3.如权利要求1所述的层压系统,其中当结合至所述非织造背衬网材时,所述带中的第一条以与所述带中的第二条侧向间隔开的关系定位。
4.如权利要求1所述的层压系统,其中每一个拉伸辊包括辊体和联接至所述辊体以与其一起移动的多个弯曲的指状物,并且每一个弯曲的指状物布置成以所述辊体的旋转方向向外弯曲。
5.如权利要求4所述的层压系统,其中每一个指状物包括配置成将所述指状物联接至所述辊体的基部和配置成接合所述带的一部分以朝所述辊体拉所述带的一部分的尖部。
6.如权利要求5所述的层压系统,其中所述弯曲的指状物的尖部刺穿所述带的所述部分。
7.如权利要求4所述的层压系统,其中所述拉伸辊的第一拉伸辊以第一方向旋转,并且位于所述第一拉伸辊的下游的第二拉伸辊以与所述第一方向相反的第二方向旋转。
8.如权利要求7所述的层压系统,其中所述第一拉伸辊具有第一表面速度,并且所述第二拉伸辊具有大于所述第一表面速度的第二表面速度。
9.如权利要求7所述的层压系统,其中所述第一拉伸辊以第一旋转速度旋转并且具有第一直径,以及所述第二拉伸辊以第一旋转速度旋转并且具有大于所述第一直径的第二直径。
10.如权利要求4所述的层压系统,其中所述多个弯曲的指状物沿每一个辊体的宽度并且围绕每一个辊体周向彼此间隔成排布置。
11.如权利要求1所述的层压系统,其中所述层压机包括配置成接纳所述带和所述非织造背衬网材的支撑辊、以及配置成使用超声波能量将所述带联接至所述非织造背衬网材的超声波焊接机。
12.如权利要求11所述的层压系统,其中所述支撑辊包括配置成旋转的支撑辊体、联接至所述支撑辊体以与其一起移动的多个引导销、以及在所述支撑辊体上形成的图案化结合表面,所述图案化结合表面配置成与所述超声波焊接机合作以集中所述超声波能量并且将所述带结合至所述非织造背衬网材。
13.如权利要求12所述的层压系统,其中所述引导销配置成接合所述带并且从所述拉伸辊中包括的最后的拉伸辊拉下所述带以及使所述带的伸长损失最小化。
14.如权利要求13所述的层压系统,其中在超声波焊接期间,所述引导销刺穿所述带并且引导所述带。
15.如权利要求12所述的层压系统,其中所述引导销布置成围绕所述支撑辊体的多个节段,并且所述引导销的每一个节段包括前排、与所述前排周向间隔开的后排和彼此侧向间隔开并且布置成在所述前排与后排之间延伸的两个边缘列。
16.如权利要求15所述的层压系统,其中所述图案化结合表面位于所述前排、所述后排与所述两个边缘列之间界定的区域中。
17.如权利要求12所述的层压系统,其中所述引导销相对于所述支撑辊体在其中所述引导销远离所述支撑辊体的外表面向外延伸的延伸位置与其中所述引导销基本上位于所述支撑辊体的所述外表面处或位于所述支撑辊体的所述外表面下的收缩位置之间是可移动的,并且所述引导销朝所述延伸位置偏置。
