本发明公开了一种天丝纤维织造用绿色环保型油剂,包括如下成分组成:平滑剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂、集束剂、防腐剂、渗透剂、表面活性剂和去离子水,各成分质量分数为:平滑剂22~30%,乳化剂5~10%,抗静电剂5~10%,集束剂10~15%,防腐剂0.01~3%,渗透剂0.05~1%,表面活性剂15~30%,余量的去离子水。本发明中,生产出的油剂在上油天丝纤维后,可以将天丝纤维原纤之间很好的抱合集束在一起,增加了天丝纤维的集束性,从而避免了现有天丝纤维原纤集束差,受机械摩擦断裂的情况发生,且本油剂在生产制备以及使用后均不产生危害元素,是绿色环保型油剂。

本发明属于纺织油剂制备技术领域,具体为一种天丝纤维织造用绿色环保型油剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
天丝是一种木浆纤维,原料为天然材质,经过物理处理过程。保留了棉的透气、化纤的强度、真丝的光泽。具有柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿、素雅光泽,防螨抗静电、耐用性强、弹性好、不易起皱、便于打理洗涤等优点。适宜春夏秋多雨季节选用,它有棉的舒适性、涤纶的“强度”、毛织物的“豪华美感”和真丝的“独特触感”及“柔软垂坠”,无论在干或湿的状态下,均极具韧性,迎合了现代消费者的需求。但天丝纤维仍存在原纤之间结合较弱,受到机械摩擦时,纤维外层会发生断裂产生毛茸,严重时会缠结成棉粒,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有天丝纤维油剂对天丝结合能力弱、受机械摩擦出现断裂,保护天丝纤维效果不足的问题,提供一种天丝纤维织造用绿色环保型油剂及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种天丝纤维织造用绿色环保型油剂,包括如下成分组成:平滑剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂、集束剂、防腐剂、渗透剂、表面活性剂和去离子水,各成分质量分数为:平滑剂22~30%,乳化剂5~10%,抗静电剂5~10%,集束剂10~15%,防腐剂0.01~3%,渗透剂0.05~1%,表面活性剂15~30%,余量的去离子水。
其中,所述平滑剂包括矿物油、油酸脂、动物脂肪酸酯、植物脂肪酸酯中的任意一种或几种。
其中,所述乳化剂包括聚丙烯酰胺、脂肪胺盐、聚甘油酯中的任意一种或几种。
其中,所述抗静电剂为十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐、烷基胺与环氧乙烷浓缩物中的任意一种与β-烷基磺酸盐、高碳醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐中任意一种的混合。
其中,所述表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂选用Tween 80,阴离子表面活性剂选用烷基苯磺酸盐。
其中,所述的一种天丝纤维织造用绿色环保型油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将平滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂和渗透剂以及三分之二分量的去离子水加入反应釜中,升温至50~60℃,加压20~26Pa,进行搅拌30~42min;
步骤2:将步骤1产物进行泄压降温至室温后,加入乳化剂、集束剂和防腐剂以及剩余分量的去离子水,常压状态下,降温至5~8℃,搅拌混合,混合后静置10~13min,匀速增压至30~32Pa,再搅拌,搅拌速度180~220r/min,搅拌时间35~45min,静置12~15min,然后再降温搅拌和增压搅拌循环两次;
步骤3:测试步骤2产物的pH值,并使用pH调节剂,调节至5~7,然后检查油剂是否合格;
步骤4:油剂冷却后,灌装油桶内即完成制备。
其中,所述检查油剂是否合格,具体为,加热油剂至80~90℃,轻微搅拌,查看是否有泡沫产生以及是否油剂变稠,是则为不合格,空冷后降温至-2~-3℃,轻微搅拌,查看油剂是否有凝结现象以及是否有析出物,有则为不合格。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,生产出的油剂在上油天丝纤维后,可以将天丝纤维原纤之间很好的抱合集束在一起,增加了天丝纤维的集束性,从而避免了现有天丝纤维原纤集束差,受机械摩擦断裂的情况发生,且本油剂在生产制备以及使用后均不产生危害元素,是绿色环保型油剂。
2、本发明中,提供的纺丝油剂各项性能较好,与现有的纺丝油剂相比断裂伸长率增大,断裂伸长率变异系数降低,弹性回复率升高, 沸水收缩率降低,性能与现有纺丝油剂相比有了明显提高。
3、本发明中,油剂的制备方法工艺简单易操作,原料易得,生产过程安全可靠,生产过程中挥发损失少,适合工业化大量生产。

步骤2:将步骤1产物进行泄压降温至室温后,加入乳化剂、集束剂和防腐剂以及剩余分量的去离子水,常压状态下,降温至8℃,搅拌混合,混合后静置10min,匀速增压至32Pa,再搅拌,搅拌速度180r/min,搅拌时间45min,静置12min,然后再降温搅拌和增压搅拌循环两次;
步骤3:测试步骤2产物的pH值,并使用pH调节剂,调节至7,然后检查油剂是否合格;
步骤4:油剂冷却后,灌装油桶内即完成制备。

步骤3:测试步骤2产物的pH值,并使用pH调节剂,调节至7,然后检查油剂是否合格;
步骤4:油剂冷却后,灌装油桶内即完成制备。
检查油剂是否合格,具体为,加热油剂至87℃,轻微搅拌,查看是否有泡沫产生以及是否油剂变稠,是则为不合格,空冷后降温至-2℃,轻微搅拌,查看油剂是否有凝结现象以及是否有析出物,有则为不合格。

步骤1:将平滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂和渗透剂以及三分之二分量的去离子水加入反应釜中,升温至50~60℃,加压20~26Pa,进行搅拌30~42min;
步骤2:将步骤1产物进行泄压降温至室温后,加入乳化剂、集束剂和防腐剂以及剩余分量的去离子水,常压状态下,降温至5~8℃,搅拌混合,混合后静置10~13min,匀速增压至30~32Pa,再搅拌,搅拌速度180~220r/min,搅拌时间35~45min,静置12~15min,然后再降温搅拌和增压搅拌循环两次;
步骤3:测试步骤2产物的pH值,并使用pH调节剂,调节至5~7,然后检查油剂是否合格;
步骤4:油剂冷却后,灌装油桶内即完成制备。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种天丝纤维织造用绿色环保型油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述检查油剂是否合格,具体为,加热油剂至80~90℃,轻微搅拌,查看是否有泡沫产生以及是否油剂变稠,是则为不合格,空冷后降温至-2~-3℃,轻微搅拌,查看油剂是否有凝结现象以及是否有析出物,有则为不合格。
