Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其中对沙发面料进行阻燃整理工艺的制剂按重量百分比计算分别为:醋丙酸乳液20%‑25%,环保三氧化二锑5%‑10%,六溴环十三烷15%‑20%,增稠剂,稳定剂,其余为纯净水。本发明主要是针对沙发用面料的一种阻燃整理剂涂层冷压处理工艺,使得沙发面料在长期使用过程中,具有优越的阻燃功能,且该功能不易丧失,耐久性高,可以减少家庭及公共场合中的火灾发生,保障家庭安全,且所使用的阻燃整理剂环保无污染,绿色环保。

一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法。
背景技术
沙发面料在沙发制造过程中所用到的各种主体覆盖物的统称或者简称,英文称为sofa fabric。现有的沙发面料在家居使用的过程中仍然存在一些不合理的因素,现有的沙发面料在制作过程,程序较为繁琐,一种阻燃剂可能用多种面料,较少考虑其具体用途,因此在市场上出现阻燃性能过关,但会损害面料本身的结构及性能,或是本身阻燃性能不合格。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种阻燃沙发面料,本发明描述了一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,解决现在市场上阻燃面料工艺繁琐的问题,且在长久使用过程中发挥织物的性能。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
步骤一:将聚酯纤维与天然棉纤维混纺,织造出沙发用面料布;
步骤二:将醋丙酸乳液,环保三氧化二锑,六溴环十三烷,增稠剂,稳定剂以及纯净水混合得阻燃涂层制剂;
步骤三:将步骤一中的面料布进行上浆工艺处理;
步骤四:将步骤三中浸泡后的面料布通过风干机干燥10-15分钟;
步骤五:将步骤四中所得到的风干后的面料布用步骤二中得到的阻燃涂层制剂与上胶涂层的胶质进行混合,而后进行冷压上胶整理;
步骤六:将步骤五中冷压后的面料布裁剪一部分,进行阻燃实验;
步骤七:将达标后的沙发面料布收卷封装好即得。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述阻燃整理剂的重量成分比为:醋丙酸乳液20%-25%,环保三氧化二锑5%-10%,六溴环十三烷15%-20%。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述增稠剂是聚丙烯酸钠。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述增稠剂的重量比例为2%-5%。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述所使用的稳定剂为高氯酸钾。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述稳定剂的重量比例为0.3%-0.5%。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述上胶涂层的胶体为PU白胶。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过对沙发用面料对阻燃涂层冷压工艺的处理,可以提高沙发面料在使用过程中的阻燃性能,安全放心。

实施例一
本发明提供了一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,所述制作方法如下:
步骤一:将聚酯纤维与天然棉纤维混纺,织造出沙发用面料布;
步骤二:将醋丙酸乳液,环保三氧化二锑,六溴环十三烷,增稠剂,稳定剂以及纯净水混合得阻燃涂层制剂;
步骤三:将步骤一中的面料布进行上浆工艺处理;
步骤四:将步骤三中浸泡后的面料布通过风干机干燥10-15分钟;
步骤五:将步骤四中所得到的风干后的面料布用步骤二中得到的阻燃涂层制剂与上胶涂层的胶质进行混合,而后进行冷压上胶整理;
步骤六:将步骤五中冷压后的面料布裁剪一部分,进行阻燃实验;
步骤七:将达标后的沙发面料布收卷封装好即得。

实施例二:
本发明提供了一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,所述制作方法如下:

步骤二:将醋丙酸乳液,环保三氧化二锑,六溴环十三烷,增稠剂,稳定剂以及纯净水混合得阻燃涂层制剂;
步骤三:将步骤一中的面料布进行上浆工艺处理;
步骤四:将步骤三中浸泡后的面料布通过风干机干燥10-15分钟;
步骤五:将步骤四中所得到的风干后的面料布用步骤二中得到的阻燃涂层制剂与上胶涂层的胶质进行混合,而后进行冷压上胶整理;
步骤六:将步骤五中冷压后的面料布裁剪一部分,进行阻燃实验;
步骤七:将达标后的沙发面料布收卷封装好即得。
其中,阻燃涂层制剂的成分按重量百分比计算分别为:醋丙酸乳液23%,环保三氧化二锑7%,六溴环十三烷17%,增稠剂3.5%,稳定剂0.4%,其余为纯净水,上胶胶体为PU白胶。
实施例三:
本发明提供了一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,所述制作方法如下:
步骤一:将聚酯纤维与天然棉纤维混纺,织造出沙发用面料布;
步骤二:将醋丙酸乳液,环保三氧化二锑,六溴环十三烷,增稠剂,稳定剂以及纯净水混合得阻燃涂层制剂;
步骤三:将步骤一中的面料布进行上浆工艺处理;
步骤四:将步骤三中浸泡后的面料布通过风干机干燥10-15分钟;
步骤五:将步骤四中所得到的风干后的面料布用步骤二中得到的阻燃涂层制剂与上胶涂层的胶质进行混合,而后进行冷压上胶整理;
步骤六:将步骤五中冷压后的面料布裁剪一部分,进行阻燃实验;
步骤七:将达标后的沙发面料布收卷封装好即得。
其中,阻燃涂层制剂的成分按重量百分比计算分别为:醋丙酸乳液25%,环保三氧化二锑10%,六溴环十三烷20%,增稠剂5%,稳定剂0.5%,其余为纯净水,上胶胶体为PU白胶。
通过对上述实施例中多得到的面料,取样测试,得到如下数据:

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制作方法如下:
步骤一:将聚酯纤维与天然棉纤维进行混纺,织造出沙发用面料布;
步骤二:将准备好的醋丙酸乳液,环保三氧化二锑,六溴环十三烷,增稠剂,稳定剂以及纯净水混合得阻燃涂层制剂;
步骤三:将步骤一中的面料布进行上浆工艺处理;
步骤四:将步骤三中浸泡后的面料布通过风干机干燥10-15分钟;
步骤五:将步骤四中所得到的风干后的面料布用步骤二中得到的阻燃涂层制剂与上胶涂层的胶质进行混合,而后进行冷压上胶整理;
步骤六:将步骤五中冷压后的面料布裁剪一部分,进行燃烧实验;
步骤七:将达标后的沙发面料布收卷封装好即得。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其特征在于,阻燃整理剂的重量百分比为:醋丙酸乳液20%-25%,环保三氧化二锑5%-10%;溴环十三烷15%-20%。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述增稠剂是聚丙烯酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述增稠剂重量比例为2%-5%。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为高氯酸钾。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述稳定剂重量比例为0.3%-0.5%。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的一种阻燃沙发面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中的胶体为PU白胶涂层。
