Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating beriberi and bromhidrosis, a preparation method thereof, and a medicine containing the same.
Background
Dermatophytosis, also known as tinea pedis, is a foot dermatosis caused by fungal infection, which causes foot erosion, blisters or squash corners and the like, and generates peculiar smell or odor. The sweat gland of the skin of the foot of a person is rich, the sweat gland is more sweaty, the sweat contains moisture, salt, lactic acid, urea and the like, and the air circulation is poor, and the local part is moist and warm, so that an environment suitable for growth of filamentous fungi is generated, and mass propagation of the fungi is promoted. In addition, the skin stratum corneum of the sole part is thicker, and keratin in the stratum corneum is rich in nutrients of fungi and is further beneficial to the growth of the fungi. Various products of the decomposition of sweat and keratin can produce various off-flavors or odors.
At present, fungi inhibiting medicines are adopted for treating beriberi, most of the medicines belong to chemical hormone medicines, and can only temporarily inhibit bacteria and relieve itching to cause the false impression of improvement of beriberi, but the symptoms are treated, the root cause is not treated, beriberi can be relapsed after stopping the medicines for a period of time, dependence and side effects are easy to generate on the medicines after long-time use, and pathogenic bacteria can also generate drug resistance on the medicines.
Bromhidrosis, also known as bromhidrosis, hyperhidrosis, and bromhidrosis, is a special unpleasant odor caused by secretion of apocrine gland (apocrine gland) distributed on the surface of skin, such as underarm, perineum, and upper back. The secretion of the apocrine sweat gland contains protein, lipid, glucose and other components, has no smell immediately after secretion, and is decomposed by bacteria after being discharged to the skin surface to generate decomposition products such as unsaturated fatty acid, aldehyde, ketone and the like, thereby emitting peculiar smell. The abundant apocrine glands in the armpit are the most major sites for the generation of the odor. The bromhidrosis can seriously affect interpersonal interaction due to the odor emitted by the bromhidrosis, so that great psychological stress is caused, and daily life and work are affected. The apocrine sweat gland is exuberant in puberty, so that the apocrine sweat gland is mostly seen in young and strong years, the apocrine sweat gland is gradually degenerated and the symptoms can be relieved or disappeared along with the aging of a human body, and the elderly patients with bromhidrosis rarely have family genetic history, and most of the patients have family genetic history.
Regarding the treatment of bromhidrosis, no thorough radical treatment method is found at present, symptomatic treatment is usually carried out but not caused treatment, the treatment comprises external medicine rubbing, A type botulinum toxin injection, laser burning, operation removal of apocrine sweat gland and the like, the methods cannot completely ensure the curative effect, and the defects of incomplete treatment, easy relapse, great damage to the body and the like exist.
The emergence of a drug that is effective in treating both of these diseases is currently in great demand.
