Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating beriberi and bromhidrosis, preparation method thereof and medicine containing traditional Chinese medicine composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating beriberi and bromhidrosis, a preparation method thereof, and a medicine containing the same.
Background
Dermatophytosis, also known as tinea pedis, is a foot dermatosis caused by fungal infection, which causes foot erosion, blisters or squash corners and the like, and generates peculiar smell or odor. The sweat gland of the skin of the foot of a person is rich, the sweat gland is more sweaty, the sweat contains moisture, salt, lactic acid, urea and the like, and the air circulation is poor, and the local part is moist and warm, so that an environment suitable for growth of filamentous fungi is generated, and mass propagation of the fungi is promoted. In addition, the skin stratum corneum of the sole part is thicker, and keratin in the stratum corneum is rich in nutrients of fungi and is further beneficial to the growth of the fungi. Various products of the decomposition of sweat and keratin can produce various off-flavors or odors.
At present, fungi inhibiting medicines are adopted for treating beriberi, most of the medicines belong to chemical hormone medicines, and can only temporarily inhibit bacteria and relieve itching to cause the false impression of improvement of beriberi, but the symptoms are treated, the root cause is not treated, beriberi can be relapsed after stopping the medicines for a period of time, dependence and side effects are easy to generate on the medicines after long-time use, and pathogenic bacteria can also generate drug resistance on the medicines.
Bromhidrosis, also known as bromhidrosis, hyperhidrosis, and bromhidrosis, is a special unpleasant odor caused by secretion of apocrine gland (apocrine gland) distributed on the surface of skin, such as underarm, perineum, and upper back. The secretion of the apocrine sweat gland contains protein, lipid, glucose and other components, has no smell immediately after secretion, and is decomposed by bacteria after being discharged to the skin surface to generate decomposition products such as unsaturated fatty acid, aldehyde, ketone and the like, thereby emitting peculiar smell. The abundant apocrine glands in the armpit are the most major sites for the generation of the odor. The bromhidrosis can seriously affect interpersonal interaction due to the odor emitted by the bromhidrosis, so that great psychological stress is caused, and daily life and work are affected. The apocrine sweat gland is exuberant in puberty, so that the apocrine sweat gland is mostly seen in young and strong years, the apocrine sweat gland is gradually degenerated and the symptoms can be relieved or disappeared along with the aging of a human body, and the elderly patients with bromhidrosis rarely have family genetic history, and most of the patients have family genetic history.
Regarding the treatment of bromhidrosis, no thorough radical treatment method is found at present, symptomatic treatment is usually carried out but not caused treatment, the treatment comprises external medicine rubbing, A type botulinum toxin injection, laser burning, operation removal of apocrine sweat gland and the like, the methods cannot completely ensure the curative effect, and the defects of incomplete treatment, easy relapse, great damage to the body and the like exist.
The emergence of a drug that is effective in treating both of these diseases is currently in great demand.

The microscopic examination result shows that a large amount of fungal hyphae and spores are found in the examined materials of patients before treatment, so that the beriberi is caused by the mass propagation of the fungi; in contrast, according to the results shown in table 1, the samples from patients who had the corresponding therapeutic effects showed no presence of hyphae or spores both immediately after stopping the drug and after continuing to stop the drug for 15 days, while the samples from patients who had no therapeutic effects and had recurred showed a small amount of hyphae and/or spores, indicating that no complete cure was obtained, but the growth and proliferation of the fungi were also inhibited to some extent.
(2) Culture of fungi
Extracting a small amount of scurf at the diseased position of the patient after stopping the medicine on the 7 th day and continuing stopping the medicine for 15 days respectively, adding 70% ethanol for soaking for 2-3 minutes to kill other mixed bacteria, then inoculating the mixture onto a sand protection culture medium containing antibiotics, culturing for 48 hours in a constant temperature box at 37 ℃, and observing whether fungal colonies are generated.
The culture results showed that, according to the results in table 1, fungal colonies did not successfully grow in the petri dishes of the test materials immediately after the patient who had received the corresponding therapeutic effect was inoculated and after the patient continuously stopped the drug for 15 days, and fungal colonies grew in the petri dishes of the test materials of the patient who had received no therapeutic effect and had relapsed, indicating that cure was not completely obtained.
In addition, 20g of the Chinese medicinal composition according to embodiments 1 to 8 of the present invention can be added into 2L of warm water of 35 to 50 ℃ to soak feet for more than 20 minutes to treat beriberi, and similar effects to the above can be obtained, which will not be described herein again.
Experimental example 2: evaluation of therapeutic Effect of bromhidrosis
A total of 120 patients suffering from bromhidrosis (with unlimited nature and age between 10 and 70 years) are selected and divided into eight groups with equal number of people (15 people in each group), and after the armpits on both sides are cleaned every day, the underarm skin is coated with the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared according to the embodiments 1 to 8 of the invention respectively, and the treatment course is 1 treatment course for 15 days continuously.
The number of people who adopt the traditional Chinese medicine composition to obtain the corresponding curative effect is counted by adopting the following judgment standards: the treated patients were allowed to sit still at room temperature of 25 ℃ for 15 minutes, and then two judges were allowed to approach the patients from both sides to their armpits, and no unpleasant body odor was smelled within 5 cm. The number of patients who obtained therapeutic effect when they were stopped on day 15 and the number of patients who had no recurrence of bromhidrosis after continuing to stop the medication for 60 days were counted, and the results are shown in table 2 below.
[ Table 2]
