Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of antimalarial and mosquito-repellent spray, and particularly relates to a sweet wormwood spray with antimalarial, mosquito-repellent, itching-relieving and repairing functions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When summer comes, mosquito bites become a big problem which troubles people, once the mosquito bites, red, swollen, wrapped and itching are things which are not normal, some people even have no specific reason for peculiar itching, the positions which are caught by the body are scars, yellow water and inflammation, particularly infants and children, the skin is very delicate, and the situation after the mosquito bites is more serious. The harm to people caused by mosquito bites is not only red, swollen, painful and itchy skin after being bitten and affects sleep, but also the most dangerous condition is that diseases can be transmitted. After mosquitoes bite people or livestock with pathogens, the mosquitoes become long-term storage hosts of the pathogens, and then the pathogens can be transmitted to healthy people when people bite the mosquitoes. Diseases such as malaria, filariasis, epidemic encephalitis B and dengue fever can be widely spread in the human population by mosquito bites. After a mosquito with plasmodium bites a human body, the human body is injected with the plasmodium, the disease can be caused after 10 to 20 days, the mosquito is mostly seen in south areas of Huaihe river in China, the clinical characteristics are intermittent chills, high fever and a large amount of sweating, the malaria is particularly prevalent in some areas of Africa, and the main transmission source of the areas is the mosquito. For people who are already bitten by mosquitoes, in order to prevent uncomfortable symptoms and disease transmission after the mosquitoes bite, the treatment of the bite wounds becomes more important, and a quick and effective medicine for relieving swelling and itching is needed.
For a long time, people have sought various methods to control mosquitoes. Some mosquito repellent products have good mosquito control effect and long duration, play a role in controlling mosquito-mediated diseases in many areas, and play an important role in daily life of people. The mosquito repellent product mainly comprises essential oil, a mosquito repellent bracelet, mosquito repellent toilet water and the like, the mosquito repellent toilet water is most popular mainly because the mosquito repellent toilet water can repel mosquitoes and remove body odor to emit fragrance, and the general mosquito repellent toilet water in the market is mainly prepared from chemical components such as alcohol, a synthetic mosquito repellent antipruritic, a humectant for delaying volatilization, essence and the like, and the synthetic mosquito repellent antipruritic is frequently used on the skin and can cause certain damage to the health of a human body. With the use of the organic synthetic insecticide in a large amount, the drug resistance of mosquitoes is stronger and stronger, so that the quantity of the mosquitoes is increased and decreased. In recent years, plant extracts such as artemisia oil, wild chrysanthemum, clove oil and the like are reported as mosquito-repellent antipruritic agents, but a single plant extract has short mosquito-repellent time, poor antipruritic effect and no effects of repairing and preventing malaria, so that the preparation which is safe to environment, safe to human body, easy to degrade and capable of repelling mosquitoes, preventing malaria and relieving itching is required to be paid attention.

The inventor finds that when the organic solvent is ethanol and isopropyl myristate through long-time research, the sweet wormwood spray has a good spraying effect and can cool and relieve itching for a long time. The possible reason is that if ethanol is used as a solvent alone, the volatilization of the ethanol can bring away the effective substances in the spray at the same time, accelerate the volatilization of the effective substances and cannot exert the drug effect durably, and if the ethanol and the isopropyl palmitate are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.3-0.5) when mixed, not only solves the problem that ethanol volatilizes and takes away effective substances, but also enhances the permeability of the effective substances, so that the effective substances can be kept for a long time, and the spraying agent can cool, scent and relieve itching for a long time, thereby further improving the repair function of the spraying agent.
Centella asiatica extract
The centella extract contains various triterpenes, the main components of the centella extract are asiaticoside and madecassoside, the asiaticoside is brown yellow to white fine powder in appearance, and the centella extract tastes slightly bitter. Has excellent effects on treating damp-heat jaundice, heatstroke diarrhea, sand stranguria with bloody stranguria, carbuncle, swelling, sore and traumatic injury. The centella asiatica extract can tighten the connecting part of the epidermis and the dermis, can soften the skin, is beneficial to solving the problem of skin relaxation, and enables the skin to be smooth and elastic; the collagen in the dermis is promoted to be formed, the fibrin is regenerated and is connected again, and the skin achieves the effects of tightening and smoothing. Can also help the injured tissue to heal and compact the skin. Can promote the close connection between the epidermis and the dermis, inhibit the increase of fat cells, and prevent skin edema and obesity.
Artemisia annua extract
The sweet wormwood extract is a substance extracted from sweet wormwood. Herba Artemisiae Annuae is the whole herb of Artemisia annua L of Compositae, and is named as herba Artemisiae Annuae, and herba Artemisiae Annuae. Is an annual herb, has a height of 1.5m, is yellow green and smelly. The stem is upright with longitudinal stripes and the upper part is branched. Withering basal and lower leaves in flowering period, middle leaves are oval, 4.5-7cm long, 2-3 plump deep cleft, and small lobe line shape with width of about 0.3mm, sharp tip, dark green surface, light back, no hair or slightly fine soft hair, and stalk; the upper leaves are gradually smaller without stalks. Most of head-shaped inflorescences are spherical, the diameter is about 2mm, and the head-shaped inflorescences are soft and short stalks and are arranged into a cone shape; 2-3 layers of involucre; the flower is tubular, the length of a female flower is about 0.5mm, the length of an amphoteric flower is about 1mm, and the flower is yellow; the tip of the anther is pointed and caudate, and the base is round and blunt; the column cap 2 is cracked, and the tip of the cracked piece is in the shape of a painting brush. The slim fruit is oval and about 0.6mm long. The flowering period is 8-10 months, and the fruit period is 10-11 months. It is produced in hillside, forest edge and wasteland all over the country. The sweet wormwood contains biological active substances such as anti-inflammatory substances, immunosuppression substances and the like, is used for Chinese herbal medicines in China, and can also be used for extracting spices; more importantly, the artemisinin can be separated from the sweet wormwood herb. The artemisinin is a sesquiterpene lactone compound with a peroxide bridge extracted and separated from artemisia apiacea leaves in 1971 by pharmaceutical workers in China, is an internationally recognized antimalarial specific drug which is autonomously developed in China, is a drug with the fastest effect, the best curative effect and the lowest toxicity in all antimalarial drugs known at present, has more prominent curative effect on cerebral malaria and chloroquine-resistant malignant malaria, and is more expensive, and the related drug resistance of the artemisinin drugs is not reported yet. In addition, the sweet wormwood herb extract has skin care activity on the skin of mammals, which has remarkable benefits of cornification promotion, pigmentation inhibition, scar formation inhibition, skin aging delay, skin elasticity maintenance, red swelling and hot pain elimination, skin demodex killing and the like.
Lavender extract
The lavender extract disclosed by the invention has activity against various bacteria, and linalool is an antibacterial main component of the lavender extract, can inhibit the growth of 17 bacteria and 10 fungi, and has certain antifungal activity. The lavender extracts 1% and 10% can inhibit conidium germination and spore growth of Botrytis cinerea, and inhibit spore growth more effectively than hyphae. Its action is through raising intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate level and work.
Extract of fructus Tribuli
The tribulus fruit extract is extracted from tribulus fruit and contains abundant chemical components such as tribulus polysaccharide, alkaloid, flavone, amino acid, steroid saponin and the like, and the tribulus saponin in the tribulus fruit extract has the effects of reducing blood pressure, reducing blood fat, resisting arteriosclerosis, inhibiting bacteria, resisting aging and strengthening. The peroxide catabolic enzyme contained in the composition has obvious anti-aging effect and can improve the immunity of the human body.
The inventor finds that the fructus tribuli extract is added into the sweet wormwood spray to obviously improve the lasting cooling, refreshing, fragrance-releasing, bacteriostatic, itching-relieving and repairing functions. The possible reason is that the combination of the tribulus fruit extract and the artemisia apiacea extract can maintain a neutral environment, so that the stability of triterpenoid saponin serving as an effective component in the centella asiatica extract is ensured, and the effective component in the lavender extract is stabilized, so that the long-term cooling, refreshing and repairing functions are realized. In addition, the steroid saponin and the polysaccharide substance in the tribulus fruit extract can ensure the stable release of the effective substances in the artemisia apiacea extract, and the steroid saponin and the triterpenoid saponin have the synergistic effect, so that the artemisia apiacea spray has obvious bacteriostatic effect and repair function.
Mosquito-repellent antipruritic
The mosquito-repellent antipruritic agent is selected from a pure natural plant source, and no preservative or essence is added; the mosquito repellent effect is obvious, and the repellent time is equivalent to that of deet; has broad-spectrum repellent effect; the common pathogenic bacteria carried by mosquitoes are effectively inhibited; safe, mild and non-irritating.
In one embodiment, the mosquito repellent antipruritic comprises an extract of eucalyptus citriodora leaves, an extract of mint leaves.
The Eucalyptus citriodora leaf extract is a substance extracted from the leaves of Eucalyptus citriodora. Eucalyptus citriodora is an evergreen big tree, an important fast-growing tree species and a good aromatic oil tree species in the south. It is rich in aromatic substances. Dried leaves are oblong (young leaves) or ovoid in shape (old leaves) and yellow-green. The upper surface of the young leaves and the petioles have brown stabbing hair, more spots of the wood plugs are rough, and the fragrance is stronger. The old leaves are smooth and hairless, and the fragrance is slightly inferior to that of the young leaves. Contains volatile oil 0.5-2.0%, wherein the main ingredients are citronellal, citronellol, geraniol, isopulegol, 1, 8-cineole and guaiol. It also contains rutin, quercitrin, quercetin, shikimic acid, quinic acid, glutaric acid, succinic acid, malic acid, citric acid and eucalyptol, and may be derivatives of coumarin, and has high astringency, and can be used for dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, and treating malaria, rubella, eczema, intractable tinea, scald due to hot water and fire, and bullet wound.
