Centella asiatica extract
The centella asiatica is an Umbelliferae perennial herb, and has creeping, slender and rooting stems. The lamina membranacea is in the shape of grass, round, kidney or horseshoe; the palmate pulse has two raised sides and the upper part is bifurcated; the leaf stalk is 1.5-27 cm long, has no hair or soft hair on the upper part, and has transparent basal leaf sheath and membranous texture. 2-4 umbelliform inflorescence stalks gather in leaf axils; each umbelliform inflorescence has 3-4 pieces of flowers, and the aggregation is head-shaped; the petals are oval, purple red or milky white, membranous; the length of the flower column is about 0.6 mm; the filaments are shorter than the petals and are as long as the flower columns. The fruit is flat pressed on two sides, is spherical, has a base part in a shape from heart to frustum, has a plurality of longitudinal edges on each side, has obvious small transverse veins among the edges, is reticular, and has hair or smooth surface. The flower and fruit period is 4-10 months. The whole herb is used as a medicine for clearing heat and promoting diuresis, reducing swelling and detoxifying, and treating acute respiratory syndrome, abdominal pain, summer diarrhea, dysentery, damp-heat jaundice, stranguria with sand, bloody stranguria, hematemesis, hemoptysis, conjunctival congestion, throat swelling, rubella, mange, furuncle, carbuncle, toxic swelling, traumatic injury and the like. The herba Centellae extract has antioxidant, antiinflammatory, antibacterial, and wound healing effects.
Examples centella asiatica extracts, manufacturers: shanghai Xinkai medicine science and technology Limited, purity 99%, CAS number: 84696-21-9.
Mint extract
The mint is a perennial herbaceous plant, the stem is upright, a plurality of sections of slender fibrous roots and horizontal creeping rhizomes are arranged at the lower part of the mint, the mint is in a sharp four-burrow shape and has four grooves, the upper part of the mint is inverted to micro-soft hair, and the mint is only slightly soft hair and multi-branched along the burrows. The flowering period is 6-9 months, the fruit period is 10 months, the plants grow in humid areas beside water, and the altitude can reach 3500 m. It has strong adaptability to temperature, and its rhizome can survive and live through winter, and can resist low temperature of-15 deg.c. The growth of the fertilizer is optimally at 25-30 ℃, the growth is slow when the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, and the growth is accelerated when the temperature is higher than 20 ℃. At the temperature of 20-30 ℃, as long as the water and fertilizer are appropriate, the higher the temperature is, the faster the growth is; the nature is favorable to sunlight for long-day crops. The sun is long, the blooming of the mint can be promoted, and the accumulation of the mint oil and the menthol is facilitated; the requirements on the soil are not very strict, and the soil can be planted in general except for sandy loam and alluvial soil with excessive viscosity, excessive pH value and poor low-lying drainage, preferably sandy loam and alluvial soil, and the pH value of the soil is preferably 6-7.5. The mint extract is mainly used for treating: disperse wind-heat, clear head and eyes, promote eruption, and can be used for treating wind-heat type common cold, early stage of wind-heat type, headache, conjunctival congestion, pharyngitis, aphtha, rubella, measles, and chest and hypochondrium swelling and distress.
The golden chamomile extract can relieve itching, bacteria and inflammation, relieve inflammation and pain symptoms of patients, and the centella asiatica extract also has the effects of oxidation resistance, inflammation resistance, bacteria resistance, wound healing and the like. In the experimental process, the inventor does not use any chemical reagent such as preservative, is natural, safe, environment-friendly and non-irritant, can quickly relieve itching, repair, inhibit bacteria and diminish inflammation, does not have any irritant effect on eyes, skin and the like, can be applied to the skin of infants and children, and provides the healthy protection for the skin of the infants and children.
However, the inventors found that, in the present invention, a chamomile extract and a centella asiatica extract are used as main components, and the prepared itching relieving repair liquid has storage stability without adding a preservative, and the itching relieving efficacy also gradually becomes low, and particularly after 3 months, a flocculated precipitate occurs, and the stability is poor. The inventor unexpectedly finds that the mint extract with a specific dosage is added into the system, so that the skin capillary vessel is dilated, the effects of inhibiting simple scar and rash viruses, forest viruses, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus albus and the like are achieved, and the effects of enhancing the skin ventilation, absorption and itching relieving are achieved; the inventor finds that the storage stability of the itching relieving repair liquid can be effectively improved and the itching relieving effect can be improved after the mint extract is added, probably because the mint extract contains more menthol, menthone, menthol, mint and other components, and can generate physical action supporting force with more components with different electronegativities, such as madecassoside molecules and proteins, in the golden chamomile extract and the centella extract, so that attraction between molecular structures with opposite electronegativities is prevented, and the formation of flocculation precipitates is prevented. However, for infants and children, the mint extract can generate certain irritation, and the inventor finds that the golden chamomile extract, the mint extract and the centella asiatica extract which are extracted after hydrochloric acid with certain concentration is added in the extraction process are compounded with one another for use, so that the irritation problem of the mint extract can be solved, and the mint extract has very effective effects of repairing skin, relieving itching and diminishing inflammation.
In the examples, the mint extract, manufacturer: guangzhou Yuxuan Hemerocallis Biotech Co., Ltd.
Polypeptides
The polypeptide substance refers to a compound formed by connecting alpha-amino acids together by peptide bonds, and a compound formed by dehydrating and condensing two amino acid molecules is called dipeptide, and similarly, tripeptide, tetrapeptide, pentapeptide and the like are also included. Generally, a compound obtained by dehydration condensation of 10 to 100 amino acid molecules is called a polypeptide.
In one embodiment, the polypeptide is the tripeptide-1 copper.
The tripeptide-1 copper is also known as copper triside peptide and copper bluepeptide. The copper peptide and the copper compound thereof can be used as an activator and an antioxidant for tissue remodeling, and the copper peptide is also a signal peptide, so that the degradation of a large number of collagen aggregates outside the scar, the synthesis of normal collagen of the skin, the generation of elastin, proteoglycan and glucosaminan, the growth speed and migration of different cell types, inflammation resistance and antioxidant reaction are promoted. The polypeptide substance is compounded with the plant extract, so that the itching relieving, repairing and bacteriostasis are fast achieved, and simultaneously, the safety and the nonirritant are realized.
Example tripeptide-1 copper, manufacturer: doudu Yunshi chemical Co., Ltd., brand: yunshi, CAS number: 49557-75-7.
Lysozyme
The lysozyme is also called muramidase (muramidase) or N-acetylmuramidase (N-acetylmuramidase glycohydrolase), and is an alkaline enzyme capable of hydrolyzing mucopolysaccharide in pathogenic bacteria. The bacterial lysis is achieved by breaking the beta-1, 4 glycosidic bond between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine in the cell wall, breaking down the cell wall insoluble mucopolysaccharide into soluble glycopeptides, causing the contents of the broken cell wall to escape. Lysozyme can also be directly combined with virus protein with negative charge, and forms double salt with DNA, RNA and apoprotein to inactivate virus. Therefore, the enzyme has the functions of antibiosis, antiphlogosis, antivirus, etc.
Lysozyme in the examples, the manufacturer: zhengzhou yu-control biotechnology limited company, brand: space control and enzyme activity preservation rate: 98%, CAS number: 12650-88-3.
