Description

Postoperative maintenance liquid for dental implant and postoperative maintenance method for dental implant
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oral health care, and particularly relates to a post-dental implant maintenance liquid and a post-dental implant maintenance method.
Background
Tooth allergy, tooth decay, loose and falling of old teeth and tooth swelling and pain become large enemies harmful to human health, which directly affect normal life and work of human and bring great pain to patients. In recent years, dental implants are favored by patients because of their stability, safety and long life span. The implanted teeth can not be fallen off like the common movable false teeth when eating or speaking, which causes the danger of blocking the trachea or the esophagus. In addition, the artificial tooth root is deeply implanted in the alveolar bone, has functional stimulation to the alveolar bone, and can protect the alveolar bone structure and avoid atrophy of the alveolar bone structure. While healthy teeth can be completely retained without the need to grind away adjacent healthy teeth. The implant denture fixes the upper denture through the retention device on the foundation pile, has good retention and stabilization effects, can increase comfortable sensation, and has good chewing force. The artificial tooth implant can have a long life. In addition, the appearance is attractive, the appearance is similar to that of natural teeth, the facial expression is natural as before when the user speaks, and the confidence of the user is increased.
However, the wound surface after dental implant operation has local red and swollen, bleeding and even complications in severe cases. Therefore, post-implant care and care is of great importance. The invention patent with application number 201610637772.5 discloses a preparation method of an anti-allergy combined medicament in a tooth implantation process, and belongs to the technical field of oral health care preparations. The combined medicament comprises a substance for treating tooth sensitivity, a substance for reducing tooth sensitivity pain, a pH value regulator, a stabilizer, a flavoring agent and deionized water; the composition can be directly applied to the surface of teeth or applied to the surface of teeth by using a dental tray, thereby immediately relieving the symptoms of tooth hypersensitivity and pain caused by hypersensitivity. However, there is no patent to disclose a post-operative dental implant care solution and a post-operative dental implant care method.

The patients have no significant difference in sex, age, disease condition, etc. (P >0.05), and are comparable. After being gargled for 3 minutes, the dental implant care solution of examples 1-7 is applied to 7 groups of patients for 2 times a day, 15mL of the care solution is used each time, and the patients are spit to be clean and continuously used for 2 weeks.

The data show that the invention adopts infrared radiation as a heat source to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, the extraction time is short, and the extraction efficiency is high. Because the plant traditional Chinese medicine cell wall is composed of cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin and the like, certain obstacle is caused to the release of the effective components of the Chinese herbal medicine. Example 2 an infrared-assisted enzymolysis method is used to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and pectinase acts on cell walls to break the structural integrity of the cell walls, so that the plant active ingredients have higher extraction efficiency. Example 3 the use of aqueous non-ionic surfactant solutions instead of distilled water for extraction of traditional Chinese medicines, the non-ionic surfactant swells the plant material, can diffuse more thoroughly into the solid matrix, increasing the mass transfer coefficient of the soluble components from the plant matrix to the water. In addition, the intramolecular heating effect of infrared rays facilitates the interaction between the effective ingredients in the Chinese herbal medicine and the surfactant solution. The difference between the therapeutic effect and bacteriostatic effect of example 3 and example 4 was not significant, because the difference between the contents of active ingredients in the whole leaf juice of aloe and the gel juice of aloe was not much, mainly the content of polysaccharides. However, the whole leaf juice of aloe of example 3 has a higher solid content than the whole leaf juice of aloe gel of example 4, which may cause precipitation after heating due to some unstable components contained in the whole leaf juice of aloe, which may be cellulose, soluble hemicellulose and soluble protein that are not thoroughly centrifuged during the raw material preparation process. The therapeutic and bacteriostatic effects of example 5 were superior to those of example 4, probably because the aloe vera gel pulp, after being impregnated with mannan, enhanced the bacteriostatic effect thereof while preventing the active ingredient of aloe vera from being damaged during the juicing process.
