Abstract

本发明公开了一种高温在线水性钢铁防锈剂及其制备方法,所属防锈剂由以下质量百分数的原料制成:成膜剂35‑45%,化学转换剂0.6‑2%,物理沉积剂4‑8%,助剂3‑12%,余量为水。所述的成膜剂采用石蜡、硬质酸铝、硬脂酸锌,化学转换剂为磷酸盐、硼酸酯及三乙醇胺,物理沉积剂为800‑1000目的脱水透明粉,其主要成分是二氧化硅,助剂包含分散剂、乳化剂、消泡剂和防腐剂。该防锈剂是一种可以再高温金属表面迅速形成防锈膜的水性防锈剂,可以解决室温防锈剂占用场地,人工成本高等弊端,同时也提高了金属在高温和潮湿环境下的防锈性能。

一种高温在线水性钢铁防锈剂
技术领域
本发明是一种高温水性防锈剂,适合于钢铁企业钢铁产品终轧时在线防锈处理。
背景技术
我国每年由于钢铁材料的腐蚀造成的损失数量惊人,其中钢铁材料的锈蚀是钢铁材料腐蚀的最主要的一种形式。钢铁材料锈蚀严重时,会使钢铁材料的外部直径和表面状态发生变化,直至产品报废,如圆钢的直径减少,板材及型钢等钢铁产品的厚度减薄等。
传统的钢铁产品防锈是钢铁产品从轧钢线下来后,钢铁产品冷却到室温时离线进行防锈处理,如防锈油防锈,水性或溶剂型防锈产品防锈。这种防锈处理占用更多的施工场地,使用更多的操作工人,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无毒、无环境污染的适合于高温(700°C以下)在线施工的水性防锈剂,以克服现有技术仅适用于室温,占用场地,人工成本高的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高温在线水性钢铁防锈剂,所述防锈剂各组分配比为:成膜剂35-45%,化学转换剂0.6-2%,物理沉积剂4-8%,助剂3-12%,余量为水。
所述成膜剂采用石蜡、硬质酸铝、硬脂酸锌等作为物理沉积成膜剂。其中石蜡采用大庆市德创石油化工有限公司生产的56#工业石蜡,硬脂酸铝和硬脂酸锌采用石家庄佳合成塑料助剂有限公司生产的工业级产品。
所述化学转换剂为磷酸盐、硼酸酯及三乙醇胺。磷酸盐采用河南泰和汇金粉体科技有限公司生产的工业级产品,硼酸酯是广州德旭新材料有限公司生产的,型号DX621。
所述物理沉积剂为800-1000目的脱水透明粉,由保定鑫富祥科技化工有限公司生产,其主要成分是二氧化硅等。
所述助剂包含分散剂、乳化剂、消泡剂和防腐剂等,乳化剂采用江苏海安永胜化工有限公司生产的石蜡、硬脂酸专用乳化剂,消泡剂和防腐剂采用河北衡水新光化工有限公司生产的工业级产品。
上述防锈剂的使用方法:通过在线喷洒装置,在轧钢线终轧时在线将防锈剂喷洒在钢铁产品表面。
本发明高温在线防锈处理是在轧钢线终轧时在线对钢铁产品喷淋处理,在钢铁产品表面形成一层化学转化膜层和物理沉积膜层,使得钢铁产品在储存和运输期间减少锈蚀的发生。
本发明的核心技术具有以下有益效果:
(1)在线实施,不必额外占用场地和施工人员;
(2)本发明的产品可以在700°C以下的温度直接喷淋实施,不燃、不爆、无异味、环保无害;
(3)本发明的产品在高温时不会发生分解,也不含对环境有害的甲醛、丙酮、二甲苯等有害气体,其VOC排放量低于国家标准;
(4)本发明的产品不含铬、铅、镉、钴等重金属,也不含亚硝酸钠、磷酸盐等对环境有害的物质;
(5)该发明的产品喷涂于钢铁产品表面,形成一层连续、致密、无色的保护层,防锈效果优于传统防锈方法,防锈期可达3-6月以上;
(6)操作简单,可浸泡、喷涂等;
(7)成本低廉,与离线室温防锈处理比较降低成本30%以上;
(8)可以避免因为钢材下线后未做防锈前因各种原因造成生锈而带来的经济损失。
本发明取得的技术进步:采用本发明的成分配方,在200-700°C温度范围内,硼酸盐和磷酸盐优先和钢铁表面的氧化铁、氧化亚铁、四氧化三铁反应,生成一层致密的、连续的保护膜,这一层化学转换膜层一是对钢铁起到保护作用,二是进一步增强物理沉积膜层和钢铁基体的结合力,增强了防锈剂的防锈能力。在钢铁表面生成了一层化学转换层后,石蜡、硬脂酸盐和透明粉继续在钢铁表面沉积,这些疏水沉积膜层进一步增强了本发明的防锈效果。与传统的离线室温防锈比较,本发明的产品可以在轧钢厂轧钢线上在线连续实施,防锈效果好,成本低,可以节约施工场地和操作人员,降低工作强度。避免了钢材下线后未做防锈前出现锈蚀现象造成的经济损失。本产品无毒,不挥发,属于绿色环保产品。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1:首先将0.8公斤的磷酸锌,2公斤乙醇,10公斤水加入反应釜,缓慢升温到60°C,开动搅拌器,转速100-200转/分,大约1小时后溶解均匀,再依次加入10公斤石蜡,20公斤硬脂酸锌,2公斤硬脂酸铝,20公斤水,升温到80-85°C,并将转速提高到400-800转/分,再依次加入2公斤石蜡专用乳化剂,2公斤OP-10乳化剂,2公斤分散剂,0.5公斤消泡剂,0.3公斤防腐剂,搅拌4小时后,再加入5公斤硼酸酯,2公斤三乙醇胺,5公斤透明粉,加水16.4公斤,继续搅拌1小时,冷却至室温,即得成品高温防锈剂。
使用上述配方制成的本发明产品的技术性能如下:

Claims (8)

1.一种高温在线水性钢铁防锈剂,其特征是:由以下质量百分数的原料制成:成膜剂35-45%,化学转换剂 0.6-2%,物理沉积剂4-8%,助剂 3-12%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1 所述的防锈剂,其特征是:所述成膜剂为石蜡、硬质酸铝、硬脂酸锌。
3.如权利要求1 所述的防锈剂,其特征是:所述化学转换剂为磷酸锌、硼酸酯及三乙醇胺。
4.如权利要求1 所述的防锈剂,其特征是:所述物理沉积剂800-1000目的脱水透明粉,其主要成分是二氧化硅。
5.如权利要求1 所述的防锈剂,其特征是:所述助剂为分散剂、乳化剂、消泡剂和防腐剂。
6.如权利要求1-5 任一所述的防锈剂的制备方法,其特征是:步骤如下:首先将磷酸锌、乙醇和水加入反应釜,缓慢升温到60°C,开动搅拌器,转速100-200转/分,大约1小时后溶解均匀,再依次加入1石蜡,硬脂酸锌,硬脂酸铝,水,升温到80-85°C,并将转速提高到400-800转/分,再依次加入石蜡专用乳化剂,OP-10乳化剂,分散剂,消泡剂,防腐剂,搅拌4小时后,再加入硼酸酯,三乙醇胺,透明粉,水,继续搅拌1小时,冷却至室温,即得所述的防锈剂。
7.如权利要求1-5 任一所述的防锈剂的使用方法,其特征是:将防锈剂喷洒在高温金属表面或者高温金属穿过所述防锈剂中即可。
