蜂花粉是蜜蜂从蜜源植物中采集的花粉粒加上蜜蜂自身的腺上分泌物、唾液和花蜜形成的不规则扁圆形团状物,被誉为天然微型营养库、完全营养食品之称。其主要食疗成分是:蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、蜂花粉素、微量元素、活性酶、黄酮类化合物、脂类、核酸、芸苔素、植酸等。因蜜蜂所采集的蜜源植物不同,其所含营养成分及主要功能存在微妙变化。
随着经济快速增长,人们生活压力逐渐增大,不能按时进食,且利用快速食品代替主食的人大有存在,因此人体营养不全、营养缺乏已成为人类亚健康疾病的主要因素。针对此现象本发明结合食用花卉及蜂花粉提供一种能够补充人体营养的新型食品。目前,未见与本发明相同的产品配方的公开报道与专利,更未见在市场流通,为独家首创。
发明内容
基于背景技术所提出问题,本发明利用食用花卉富含花青素、多酚、黄酮、有机酸等功能因子的优势,结合营养丰富的蜂花粉混合提取物,配以辅料,采用特殊的加工工艺,提供一种补充人体营养且具有调节女性经期功能的系列营养食品,涉及其配方与加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
所述的蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:蜂花粉30-45%、鲜花提取物25-35%、天然植物提取物20-25%、辅料6-10%。
进一步的,蜂花粉包括益母草蜂花粉、荷花蜂花粉、茶花蜂花粉、野玫瑰蜂花粉;鲜花包括红花、芍药花、重瓣红玫瑰中的一种或多种;天然植物提取物包括生姜、奇蒿、当归、益母草、中的一种或多种;辅料包括蜂胶、蜂蜜、红糖、秋葵果胶提取物、柠檬提取物、白花酸木瓜提取物;其中,秋葵果胶提取物作为天然增稠剂,柠檬提取物、白花酸木瓜提取物作为天然酸味调节剂。
进一步的,按重量百分比计,蜂花粉包括益母草蜂花粉35%、荷花蜂花粉20%、茶花蜂花粉15%、野玫瑰蜂花粉30%;天然植物提取物包括生姜25%、奇蒿40%、当归15%、益母草20%。
所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)蜂花粉提取物的制备:将益母草蜂花粉、荷花蜂花粉、茶花蜂花粉、野玫瑰蜂花粉按重量百分比35%:20%:15%:30%的比例均匀混合,用超微粉碎机粉碎为1000目破壁粉末,将粉末与饮用水按料液比1:15的比例混合后,进行超临界二氧化碳破壁处理,处理条件为:CO2温度35℃,压力45MPa,处理时间10min;再经双酶法进行酶解;
2)鲜花提取物的制备:利用低温萃取及超声组合浸提法有效提取鲜花中的花青素及其他功能成分,浸提条件为:温度50℃、时间30min;再经包埋法除去鲜花中含有的苦涩味及特有异味,然后经旋转蒸馏浓缩、离心、过滤,旋转蒸馏浓缩条件为:温度55℃、转速75 r/min、时间1.5小时,离心条件为:1800r/min,时间5min;
3)天然植物提取物制备:将生姜、奇蒿、当归、益母草、川芎、菟丝子、黄芪、党参中的一种或多种,经初步破碎处理,利用超声辅助浸提法及酶解法提取有效成分混合液,然后进行真空浓缩处理,使可溶性固形物在55%以上;
4)天然酸味调节剂包括柠檬、白花酸木瓜的混合提取液,具有增加维生素C含量及辅助增香的效果;
A.柠檬提取液的制备:青柠檬通过去皮、除核、鲜榨、过滤,得到柠檬提取液;
B.白花酸木瓜提取液的制备:将白花酸木瓜进行去皮去核处理,切分小块,按1:5的料液比加入饮用水,进行榨汁,利用6%的纤维素酶作酶解处理,酶解时间为1h,过滤即得白花酸木瓜提取液;
C.将柠檬提取液与白花酸木瓜提取液按2:3的比例混合后即得天然酸味调节剂;
5)秋葵果胶提取物,增稠效果佳,色泽透明不影响产品色泽;秋葵果胶提取物的制备:选取新鲜红秋葵,切成2cm小块,在-28℃的温度、真空条件为6.5Pa的环境中进行真空冷冻干燥,取出后经超微粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛,按1:2的料液比加入去离子水,超声恒温浸提,3800r/min离心20min,取上清液旋转浓缩,Sevag法脱蛋白2次,进行透析处理,透析时间48h,每隔6h换一次去离子水,再将透析液进行冷冻干燥,获得秋葵果胶提取物;
6)将蜂花粉提取物、鲜花提取物、天然植物提取物、天然酸味调节剂、秋葵果胶提取物、蜂胶、蜂蜜、红糖按比例混合,使营养品可溶性固形物在45-65%范围内;
进一步的,步骤1)中,双酶法酶解所选酶为:5%纤维素酶、10%碱性蛋白酶。
进一步的,步骤6)中,按重量百分比计,蜂花粉提取物30-45%、鲜花提取物25-35%、天然植物提取物20-25%、天然酸味调节剂1-3%、秋葵果胶提取物1-3%、蜂胶1%、蜂蜜2%、红糖1%。
所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品剂型可为营养口服液、营养膏、营养粉、营养含片。四种不同剂型的具体加工方法与配方见实施例。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种具有调节女性生理期及缓解经期疼痛的营养食品,以蜂花粉、鲜花、生姜、奇蒿、当归、益母草为主要原材料,特选用益母草蜂花粉、荷花蜂花粉、茶花蜂花粉、野玫瑰蜂花粉四种蜂花粉结合红花提取物、芍药花提取物及重瓣红玫瑰提取物,以秋葵、蜂胶、蜂蜜、红糖、柠檬、白花酸木瓜为辅助材料,该营养食品口感适宜、风味特殊,其中多种成分具有双重作用,使该系列产品整体效果达到最佳,能调节女性经期异常、痛经等现象的优点,达到暖宫调节的理想效果。
本发明采用自主研发的加工方法与配方,使营养成分优势互补,提供了一种能够补充人体营养的新型食品。在加工过程中,分别采用多种方法结合对蜂花粉、鲜花、天然植物进行充分提取,使有效成分最大程度析出。所添加辅料均不添加任何化学添加剂,遵循天然食品原则。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果更加清楚,下面将对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的说明,以方便技术人员理解。
实施例1:蜂花粉复合鲜花营养口服液
10KG产品的制备方法:
1)混合蜂花粉提取物的制备:将35%益母草蜂花粉、20%荷花蜂花粉、15%茶花蜂花粉、30%野玫瑰蜂花粉均匀混合,用超微粉碎机粉碎为1000目破壁粉末,将粉末与饮用水按料液比1:15的比例混合后,在CO2温度35℃,压力45MPa的条件下进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,时间为10min,取出后放入容器,加入5%的纤维素酶、10%的碱性蛋白酶和25%的纯净水,搅拌均匀,静置30min,让其充分酶解,最后75-80℃水浴条件下进行灭酶,即得混合蜂花粉提取物。
2)鲜花提取物的制备:将所选鲜花进行初步筛选及剪碎处理,按55%红花、25%芍药花、20%重瓣红玫瑰的比例进行混合,以重量比为1:2的比例加入纯净水,在温度50℃的超声水浴中,浸提30min再经包埋法除去鲜花中含有的苦涩味及特有异味,然后经旋转蒸馏浓缩、离心、过滤,即得鲜花提取物。注:旋转蒸馏浓缩条件为:温度55℃、转速75 r/min、时间1.5小时,离心条件为:1800r/min,时间5min。
3)天然植物提取物的制备:选取25%生姜、40%奇蒿、15%当归、20%益母草,分别进行初步破碎处理,利用特殊提取方法提取有效成分混合液,在不改变其有效成分活性的条件下进行浓缩处理,使可溶性固形物在55%以上;
4)成品工艺步骤:(1)取上述3.5kg混合蜂花粉提取物、3kg鲜花提取物、2kg天然植物提取物充分混匀;(2)将0.2kg蜂胶、0.2kg蜂蜜、0.1kg红糖、0.7kg天然凝固剂、0.3kg天然酸味剂充分溶解并混合均匀;(3)将(1)和(2)混匀后,将可溶性固形物调至10-15%调至口感适宜,浓度与香气进行适量调整,达到口服液的相关要求,经均质机均质12-15min,均质1-2次,均质压力为13.7-16.9MPa,均质温度为50-65℃;均质所得混合液通过巴氏消毒法进行灭菌处理及包装。注:巴氏消毒法条件:温度80℃、时间15min。
实施例2:蜂花粉复合鲜花营养膏
10KG产品的制备方法:
混合蜂花粉提取物的制备、鲜花提取物的制备、天然植物提取物的制备:同实施例1。
成品工艺步骤:基本工艺步骤及参数同实施例1,取实施例1中灭菌前口服液加入0.3kg天然凝固剂,将可溶性固形物调至10-15%调至口感适宜,浓度与香气进行适量调整,达到营养膏的相关要求,用搅拌机搅拌8-10min,所得营养膏初成品通过巴氏消毒法进行灭菌处理及灌装。注:巴氏消毒法条件:温度80℃、时间15min。
实施例3:蜂花粉复合鲜花营养粉
10KG产品的制备方法:
混合蜂花粉制备:将1.225kg益母草蜂花粉、0.7kg荷花蜂花粉、0.525茶花蜂花粉、1.05kg野玫瑰蜂花粉均匀混合,用超微粉碎机粉碎为1000目破壁粉末,即得混合蜂花粉;
鲜花提取物的制备、天然植物提取物的制备:同实施例1;
成品工艺步骤:(1)取3kg鲜花提取物、2kg天然植物提取物充分混匀;(2)将0.2kg蜂胶、0.2kg蜂蜜、0.1kg红糖、0.7kg天然凝固剂、0.3kg天然酸味剂充分溶解并混合均匀;(3)将(1)和(2)混匀后,在-35℃的温度、真空条件为7,5Pa的环境中进行真空冷冻干燥;(4)将(3)与3.5kg混合蜂花粉充分混匀,将可溶性固形物调至10-15%调至口感适宜,浓度与香气进行适量调整,达到营养粉的相关要求,即得蜂花粉复合鲜花营养粉。
实施例4:蜂花粉复合鲜花营养含片
10KG产品的制备方法:
混合蜂花粉制备:同实施例3;
鲜花提取物的制备、天然植物提取物的制备:同实施例1;
成品工艺步骤:(1)按实施例3中成品工艺步骤制备的蜂花粉复合鲜花营养粉,再经压片、包装即得蜂花粉复合鲜花营养含片。
近年来,女性生理期异常、痛经已成大部分女性生活常态。生理期异常主要表现为月经提前或者推后、月经量过多或者过少、月经结块等,痛经主要出现在月经来前或来时疼痛,在月经快结束时疼痛才会慢慢缓解。针对此情况,本发明提供一种具有调节女性生理期及缓解经期疼痛的营养食品,以蜂花粉、鲜花、生姜、奇蒿、当归、益母草为主要原材料,特选用益母草蜂花粉、荷花蜂花粉、茶花蜂花粉、野玫瑰蜂花粉四种蜂花粉结合红花提取物、芍药花提取物及重瓣红玫瑰提取物,以秋葵、蜂胶、蜂蜜、红糖、柠檬、白花酸木瓜为辅助材料,该营养食品口感适宜、风味特殊、具有暖宫调经功能。
该营养食品不使用任何人工合成添加剂,主要营养成分来源于蜂花粉、蜂蜜、红糖,具有提供全面营养的特征,以红花、芍药花、重瓣红玫瑰、生姜、红糖、奇蒿、当归、益母草、川芎、菟丝子、黄芪、党参及其提取物赋予该营养食品暖宫调经的功能,以芍药花、重瓣红玫瑰所具有的天然花青素及香味调节该营养食品的色泽及香味,利用秋葵、蜂胶、蜂蜜、红糖、柠檬、白花酸木瓜或其提取物,调节该营养食品的滋味和形态,使该系列产品整体效果达到最佳,其中多种成分具有双重作用。
通过以上特殊技术及工艺参数的组合,分别对蜂花粉、鲜花、天然植物等进行充分提取,使有效成分最大程度析出,获得的不同剂型的暖宫调经营养食品口感适宜、风味特殊且营养丰富,且能调节女性经期异常、痛经等现象的优点,达到暖宫调节的理想效果。
最后说明的是,以上优选实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管通过上述优选实施例已经对本发明进行了详细的描述,但本领域技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离本发明权利要求书所限定的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:蜂花粉提取物30-45%、鲜花提取物25-35%、天然植物提取物20-25%、辅料6-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品,其特征在于:所选蜂花粉原料包括益母草蜂花粉、荷花蜂花粉、茶花蜂花粉、野玫瑰蜂花粉;所选鲜花包括红花、芍药花、重瓣红玫瑰中的一种或多种;天然植物包括生姜、奇蒿、当归、益母草中的一种或多种;辅料包括蜂胶、蜂蜜、红糖、秋葵果胶提取物、柠檬提取物、白花酸木瓜提取物。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,蜂花粉原料包括益母草蜂花粉35%、荷花蜂花粉20%、茶花蜂花粉15%、野玫瑰蜂花粉30%;天然植物提取物包括生姜提取物25%、奇蒿提取物40%、当归提取物15%、益母草提取物20%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)蜂花粉提取物的制备:将益母草蜂花粉、荷花蜂花粉、茶花蜂花粉、野玫瑰蜂花粉按35%:20%:15%:30%的比例均匀混合,用超微粉碎机粉碎为1000目破壁粉末,将粉末与饮用水按料液比1:15的比例混合后,进行超临界二氧化碳破壁处理,处理条件为:CO2温度35℃,压力45MPa,处理时间10min;再经双酶法进行酶解;

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,双酶法酶解所选酶为:5%纤维素酶、10%碱性蛋白酶。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤6)中,按重量百分比计,蜂花粉提取物30-45%、鲜花提取物25-35%、天然植物提取物20-25%、天然酸味调节剂1-3%、秋葵果胶提取物1-3%、蜂胶1%、蜂蜜2%、红糖1%。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种蜂花粉复合鲜花暖宫调经营养品,其特征在于:该营养品剂型可为营养口服液、营养膏、营养粉、营养含片。
