Abstract
本发明公开了一种低压储气装置。该装置包括水平放置的筒体和筒体左右两端的通过配装的端盖卡环和连接螺栓固定的端盖,筒体内还安装有活塞,活塞上安装有导向耐磨环和活塞O型圈,端盖上安装有端盖O型圈,左侧的端盖上开有左充放气孔,右侧的端盖上开有右充放气孔。本发明的低压储气装置可用于不同充气压力的低压储气,能够方便的进行充气、放气,存储的工作介质基本可以放尽。本发明的低压储气装置经久耐用,还可户外使用。

技术领域
本发明属于超高速风洞试验技术领域,具体涉及一种低压储气装置。
背景技术
在超高速风洞试验中,需要将试验尾气先储存于气囊中,然后再将其进行纯化。气囊一般为橡胶制品,可以方便的充气、放气,具有充气压力低,气体基本可以放尽的优点,但是也存在漏率较大,橡胶容易老化,需存放在室内且要做好防护等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的一个技术问题是提供一种低压储气装置。
本发明的低压储气装置,其特点是:所述的低压储气装置包括水平放置的筒体和筒体左右两端的通过配装的端盖卡环和连接螺栓固定的端盖,筒体内还安装有活塞,活塞上安装有导向耐磨环和活塞O型圈,端盖上安装有端盖O型圈,左侧的端盖上开有左充放气孔,右侧的端盖上开有右充放气孔;
左充放气孔:工作介质的充入与排出;
端盖:与筒体一起组成储气罐,端盖左右各有一个;
连接螺栓:用于连接端盖与端盖卡环;
端盖卡环:与筒体通过螺纹连接后与端盖连接组成储气罐罐体;
筒体:与端盖一起组成储气罐罐体;
活塞:置于筒体内,通过活塞O型圈进行密封,将储气罐分为左右两部分;
活塞O型圈:用于活塞与筒体之间密封,为保障密封效果,采用2道密封;
导向耐磨环:活塞的支撑环,用于活塞的导向、支撑;
右充放气孔:用于充气、放空或抽空,通过充气、放空或抽空来控制活塞左右移动;
端盖O型圈:用于端盖与筒体的密封。
所述的活塞上安装有牵引装置,牵引装置固定右侧的端盖上,牵引装置驱动活塞向右移动。
所述的筒体的左右两侧安装有温度传感器及用于显示的温度显示器。
所述的筒体的左右两侧安装有压力传感器及用于显示的压力显示器。
本发明的低压储气装置中活塞将筒体分成左右两部分,由于活塞O型圈的密封作用,左右两部分是不会串气的。储气装置左充放气孔连接工作介质,工作介质由左充放气孔充入或排出。储气装置右充放气孔用于抽真空或充气、放气,空气由右充放气孔充入或排出。在储气装置储气时,工作介质由左充放气孔进入,这时通过右充放气孔抽真空或放气,使活塞向右侧移动,直到活塞抵紧右侧的端盖。在低压储气装置排气时,通过右充放气孔充入空气,使活塞向左侧移动,直到活塞抵住左侧的端盖。如果低压储气装置储气压力很低,不足以推动活塞向右移动,可使用牵引装置对活塞进行牵引,驱动活塞向右移动。
本发明的低压储气装置可用于不同充气压力的低压储气,能够方便的进行充气、放气,存储的工作介质基本可以放尽。本发明的低压储气装置经久耐用,还可户外使用。

以下实例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的低压储气装置包括水平放置的筒体5和筒体5左右两端的通过配装的端盖卡环4和连接螺栓3固定的端盖2,筒体5内还安装有活塞6,活塞6上安装有导向耐磨环8和活塞O型圈7,端盖2上安装有端盖O型圈10,左侧的端盖2上开有左充放气孔1,右侧的端盖2上开有右充放气孔9;
左充放气孔1:工作介质的充入与排出;
端盖2:与筒体5一起组成储气罐,端盖2左右各有一个;
连接螺栓3:用于连接端盖2与端盖卡环4;
端盖卡环4:与筒体5通过螺纹连接后与端盖2连接组成储气罐罐体;
筒体5:与端盖2一起组成储气罐罐体;
活塞6:置于筒体5内,通过活塞O型圈7进行密封,将储气罐分为左右两部分;
活塞O型圈7:用于活塞6与筒体5之间密封,为保障密封效果,采用2道密封;
导向耐磨环8:活塞6的支撑环,用于活塞6的导向、支撑;
右充放气孔9:用于充气、放空或抽空,通过充气、放空或抽空来控制活塞6左右移动;
端盖O型圈10:用于端盖2与筒体5的密封。
所述的活塞6上安装有牵引装置,牵引装置固定右侧的端盖2上,牵引装置驱动活塞向右移动。
所述的筒体5的左右两侧安装有温度传感器及用于显示的温度显示器
所述的筒体5的左右两侧安装有压力传感器及用于显示的压力显示器。
实施例1
本实施例的具体工作过程如下:
1.低压储气装置的左充放气孔1连接工作介质,工作介质可由左充放气孔1充入或排出。低压储气装置的右充放气孔9连接空气,用于抽真空或充气、放气。
2.低压储气装置储气时,工作介质由左充放气孔1进入,同时通过右充放气孔9抽真空或放气,使活塞向右侧移动,直到抵紧右侧端盖。如果低压储气装置左侧的储气压力很低,不足以推动活塞向右移动,使用牵引装置对活塞进行牵引,牵引装置驱动活塞向右移动。
3.低压储气装置排气时,右充放气孔9充入空气,活塞向左侧移动,直到活塞停于左侧端盖。

1.一种低压储气装置,其特征在于:所述的储气装置包括水平放置的筒体(5)和筒体(5)左右两端的通过配装的端盖卡环(4)和连接螺栓(3)固定的端盖(2),筒体(5)内还安装有活塞(6),活塞(6)上安装有导向耐磨环(8)和活塞O型圈(7),端盖(2)上安装有端盖O型圈(10),左侧的端盖(2)上开有左充放气孔(1),右侧的端盖(2)上开有右充放气孔(9);
左充放气孔(1):工作介质的充入与排出;
端盖(2):与筒体(5)一起组成储气罐,端盖(2)左右各有一个;
连接螺栓(3):用于连接端盖(2)与端盖卡环(4);
端盖卡环(4):与筒体(5)通过螺纹连接后与端盖(2)连接组成储气罐罐体;
筒体(5):与端盖(2)一起组成储气罐罐体;
活塞(6):置于筒体(5)内,通过活塞O型圈(7)进行密封,将储气罐分为左右两部分;
活塞O型圈(7):用于活塞(6)与筒体(5)之间密封,为保障密封效果,采用2道密封;
