本发明公开了一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法及其产品,保护膜包括基材、离型膜,在基材和离型膜之间还设有至少一层防静电层和PU胶层,所述保护膜的排气性在5s以内/80mm样片,所述基材为透光率>91%、雾度<1.5%的PET、PI、PEN、COP、PPS、PC光学薄膜,在所述基材一面涂覆有防静电层,和/或所述离型膜的单面或双面涂覆有防静电层;所述PU胶层涂覆于基材的另一面,厚度为15—100μm,厚度公差在5μm以内并覆盖离型膜。本发明OLED显示屏幕用保护膜有足够厚的胶层,能填贴覆OLED表面线路造成的高度差,贴覆后剥离力攀升低的特点;而且保护膜的防静电处理,可防止使用层吸灰等不良影响。

Description

一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法及其产品
技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜领域,具体是涉及一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法及其产品。
背景技术
柔性显示面板是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性的可挠性印刷电路板,由于其具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄等优点,应用越来越广泛。
OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二级管)很薄,可以装在塑料或金属箔片等柔性材料上,制作成OLED柔性显示面板。OLED柔性显示面板采用塑料基板,而非常见的玻璃基板,其借助薄膜封装技术,并在显示面板背面粘贴复合保护膜,粘贴复合保护膜能够使面板变得更易弯曲,不易折断。
OLED柔性显示面板具有显示区与PAD区(外围引线区),柔性显示屏制作过程中,在封装时需要将贴于外围引线区的复合保护膜剥离去除,然而去除复合保护膜过程中,因受力或热影响很容易将位于柔性显示面板显示区的TFE (Thin Film Encapsulation,薄膜封装)层和阻挡层一起剥落,造成柔性显示面板损伤,进而引起水气进入显示面板内部,污染OLED器件,造成器件不良。
现有的过程膜技术,如:
实用新型专利号:ZL201420369939.0涉及保护膜领域,尤其涉及一种UV减粘保护膜。该UV减粘保护膜包括PET基材层、设于PET基材层上方的UV减粘粘胶剂层以及设于UV减粘粘胶剂层上方的PET离型膜层。该UV减粘保护膜具有UV光照射前超高粘性,UV光照射后超低粘性的优良性能,降低产品的成本,并且具有较高的制程良率,在半导体晶圆切割、打磨表面保护、触控屏OGS二次强化耐酸膜等产品方面得到广泛应用。
申请号:201810105862.9涉及保护膜技术领域,尤其是涉及一种UV减粘组合物、UV减粘膜及其制备方法。所述UV减粘组合物主要由按重量百分比计的如下原料制成:丙烯酸酯压敏胶树脂20%-50%、多官能度低聚物和/或多官能度单体1%-30%、交联剂0.3%-2%、热引发剂0.1%-5%、光引发剂0.5%-5%和溶剂25%-60%。所述UV减粘膜包括依次贴合的基材层、UV减粘层和离型膜层,其中,所述UV减粘层是由所述UV减粘组合物涂布于基材层表面,烘干熟化得到的。所述UV减粘组合物,具有优异的粘合力,UV照射前具有高粘合力,剥离力高,UV照射后具有低粘合力,UV剥离力低,并且长时间储存后不留残胶。
申请号:201710242271.1提供了一种耐热型UV减粘膜,依次包括基材层、UV光敏胶黏剂层和离型膜层。还提供了一种所述UV光敏胶黏剂层的制备方法,按重量百分比计包括组分:30-50%溶剂型耐高温聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂、1-25%低分子混合添加剂、0.1-3%双官能团或多官能团特殊添加剂、0.1-1.5%光引发剂、0.5-2%硬化剂、35-60%溶剂。还提供了一种所述耐热型UV减粘膜的制备方法。本发明不仅提高了UV光敏胶黏剂对电晕PET基材的密着性和耐高温性能,且减少了底涂层处理技术,优化了产品结构。
但是,目前市面上的保护膜普遍厚度在10-20μm之间,无法适用于这种高台阶差的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于:提供一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法。
本发明的再一目的在于:提供一种上述生产方法获得的产品。
本发明目的通过下述方案实现:一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法,保护膜包括:基材、离型膜,在基材和离型膜之间还设有至少一层防静电层和PU胶层,所述保护膜的排气性在5s以内/80mm样片,其中,
所述基材为透光率>91%、雾度<1.5%的PET、PI、PEN、COP、PPS、PC等光学薄膜,在所述基材一面涂覆有防静电层,和/或所述离型膜的单面或双面涂覆有防静电层;
所述PU胶层涂覆于基材的另一面,所述PU胶层的成分为聚氨酯树脂,厚度为15—100μm,厚度公差在5μm以内并覆盖离型膜。
本发明中,所述基材对防静电层和PU胶层有良好的附着性能,必要时可做电晕或表面涂层处理,但不能影响其平整度和洁净度,以免对OLED屏幕产生硌伤、凹凸不平等不良影响。
在上述方案基础上,所述PU胶层的表面电阻为108-1011Ω/□,剥离力为0-3g/25mm,在长期高温高湿下剥离力不会攀升至5g/25mm以上,不会对屏幕产生残胶等污染。
在上述方案基础上,所述的防静电层的成分为PEDOT或硅氧烷类化合物等导电物质,所述防静电层的厚度为50-500nm,电阻在104-1011Ω/£之间,并且涂覆后不会对基材和离型膜的雾度、透光率产生不良影响。
所述防静电层可根据情况选择,如在单基材膜面、基材膜面和离型膜的离型面、基材膜面和离型膜背面、基材膜面和离型膜的双面等,视客户使用情况和具体要求,可以去掉部分防静电层,以节省成本。
在上述方案基础上,所述基材为厚度为25-100μm平整及洁净的膜。所述基材的平整度及洁净度优良,不能有凹凸不平和点状异物等问题。
在上述方案基础上,所述离型膜为平整度及洁净度优良且厚度25—100um的PET离型膜,所述离型膜可以双面防静电处理,其离型面的电阻在105-1011Ω/□,离型膜背面电阻在105-1011Ω/□。所述离型膜的平整度及洁净度优良,不能有凹凸不平和点状异物等问题。
本发明还提供了一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜,根据上述的生产方法得到的。
本发明的优越性在于:本发明方法得到的一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜首先胶层足够厚,能够填覆OLED表面线路造成的高度差,并且具有污染小,贴覆后剥离力攀升低的特点,可以保证不会因胶层残留而影响OLED屏幕的下一步制程,同时在撕取的过程中不会因剥离力太大而对屏幕本身产生损害;而且保护膜的4面均进行了防静电处理,以防止离型膜撕取及使用层使用时产生静电而导致吸灰等不良影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明生产方法作进一步详细说明。
一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜,如图1所示,保护膜包括:基材1、离型膜3,在基材1和离型膜3之间还设有防静电层和PU胶层2,按以下步骤得到:
(a)在基材1选择透光率>91%、雾度<1.5%的PET、PI、PEN、COP、PPS、PC光学薄膜,在所述基材1一面涂覆有防静电层一41,在所述离型膜3的双面涂覆了防静电层二、三42、43;
(b)在基材1的另一面涂布PU胶层2,PU胶层2厚度为15—100μm,厚度公差在5μm以内并覆盖离型膜3;
(c)在PU胶层2上复合双面防静电层的离型膜3,制得的该保护膜的排气性在5s以内/80mm样片;
(d)将生产完成的成品进行分切、包装、发货等处理。
其中,所述PU胶层2的主要成份为聚氨酯胶粘层,表面电阻为108-1011Ω/□,剥离力为0-3g/25mm,在长期高温高湿下剥离力不会攀升至5g/25mm以上。
所述的防静电层一、二、三41、42、43的成分相同,均为PEDOT或硅氧烷类化合物导电材料,厚度为50-500nm,电阻在104-1011Ω/£之间,并且涂覆后不会对基材1和离型膜3的雾度、透光率产生不良影响。
所述基材为厚度为25-100μm平整及洁净的膜。
所述离型膜为平整度及洁净度优良且厚度25—100um的PET离型膜,其离型面的电阻和离型膜背面电阻相同,都在105-1011Ω/□范围内。
本实施例所提供的OLED显示屏幕用保护膜可保证贴合的过程中,能够有效的填充线路的高低差,起到充分保护的作用,也不会对被贴物本身产生污染和难撕离等影响,同时各面都进行了防静电处理,可保证使用过程中不会因静电过大而对使用产生影响。

1.一种OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法,保护膜包括:基材、离型膜,其特征在于,在基材和离型膜之间还设有至少一层防静电层和PU胶层,所述保护膜的排气性在5s以内/80mm样片,其中,
所述基材为透光率>91%、雾度<1.5%的PET、PI、PEN、COP、PPS、PC光学薄膜,在所述基材一面涂覆有防静电层,和/或所述离型膜的单面或双面涂覆有防静电层;
所述PU胶层涂覆于基材的另一面,厚度为15—100μm,厚度公差在5μm以内并覆盖离型膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的OLED显示屏幕用保护膜,其特征在于:所述PU胶层的表面电阻为108-1011Ω/□,剥离力为0-3g/25mm,在长期高温高湿下剥离力不会攀升至5g/25mm以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法,其特征在于,所述的防静电层的成分为PEDOT或硅氧烷类化合物,厚度为50-500nm,电阻在104-1011Ω/£之间,并且涂覆后不会对基材和离型膜的雾度、透光率产生不良影响。
4.如权利要求1所述的OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法,其特征在于,所述基材为厚度为25-100μm平整及洁净的膜。
5.如权利要求1所述的OLED显示屏幕用保护膜生产方法,其特征在于,所述离型膜为平整度及洁净度优良且厚度25—100um的PET离型膜,其离型面的电阻在105-1011Ω/□,离型膜背面电阻在105-1011Ω/□。
