Abstract
本发明涉及一种营养补充剂。本发明涉及的营养剂特别适合于亚洲孕期妇女营养支持的肠内营养补充剂,其由碳水化合物、动植物蛋白、脂肪、维生素、膳食纤维、铁素营养、锌素营养、钙素营养等组成。本发明的营养剂富含多种维生素、矿物质,为孕期妇女提供全面、均衡营养,并且,水溶性与非水溶性纤维的合理搭配,加速了肠道蠕动、避免脂肪堆积;同时,通过添加亚麻籽油微囊粉而加入的亚麻酸能够有效促进怀孕期间婴儿脑部和视网膜发育。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种专门针对孕期的营养补充剂,特别适合亚洲孕期妇女的补充营养、恢复体能、依据美国RDA及中国营养学会推荐孕期妇女每日营养摄入标准,结合中国孕期妇女而设计的营养补充剂。
背景技术
孕期营养问题已得到了人们的广泛关注。由于胚胎、胎儿的各阶段发育对于各种营养物质的均衡需求,营养素的缺乏非常可能影响胎儿的发育。孕期妇女必需营养素的摄取直接关系到了体内的胚胎或胎儿的正常发育水平、甚至存活几率。不及时的补充营养,甚至可能使胎儿产生一些生理缺陷。
同时,妊娠对于怀孕的妇女本身也是一种非常大的消耗,在保证胎儿健康发育的同时,也要兼顾孕妇本身的健康状况和营养补充。
当前,各种孕期保健品、营养品层出不穷,让人目不暇接,有时会出现乱补、过补的现象,并且,人们常常认为“引进来”的就是好的,就是高级的,就是适合所有人的;或者,多补几样总是没坏处的。往往,这些盲目进补的理论并不会带来本来期望的应有的效果。因此,综合、均衡的配方,针对不同群体的温和补充营养的方式,才是在孕期补充营养的应选之道。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种适合孕期妇女食用,特别是能够满足亚洲孕期妇女的基本营养需求,健康安全的营养补充剂。该营养补充剂的组合物作为孕期专用营养补充剂是专为孕期妇女补充营养、恢复体能、依据美国RDA及中国营养学会推荐孕期妇女每日营养摄入标准而设计。
其中,本发明提供的营养补充剂包括以下营养物质含量(每100g):蛋白质8-15g、脂肪20.7-24g、亚麻籽油微囊粉9100-13400mg、碳水化合物40-55g、膳食纤维8-15g、维生素A 650-850μg RE、维生素D 1.3-2.0μg、维生素E 13-18mgα-TE、维生素B11.6-2.2mg、维生素B21.6-2.2mg、维生素B61.6-2.0mg、牛磺酸110-120mg、叶酸240-400μg、维生素C 100-200mg、烟酸11-25mg、钠80-120mg、铁16-22mg、锌13-18mg、钙480-800mg和卵磷脂1-5g。
本发明的营养补充剂优选包括以下营养物质含量(每100g):蛋白质10g、脂肪22.0g、亚麻籽油微囊粉12000mg、碳水化合物42.0g、膳食纤维10.0g、维生素A 800.00μgRE、维生素D 2.00μg、维生素E 16.00mgα-TE、维生素B12.00mg、维生素B22.00mg、维生素B62.00mg牛磺酸110mg、叶酸300.00μg、维生素C 100.0mg、烟酸12.0mg、钠100.00mg、铁20.00mg、锌16.00mg、钙600.00mg和卵磷脂2.00g。
其中,上述营养补充剂的原料为(按重量份计):亚麻籽油微囊粉、麦芽糊精、乳清蛋白、酪蛋白酸钠、微晶纤维素、复合矿物质(碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、葡糖糖酸锌)、复合维生素(醋酸维生素A、胆钙化醇、dl-a-醋酸生育酚、烟酸、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、牛磺酸、叶酸、L-抗坏血酸)、大豆磷脂、黄原胶、香草粉、三氯蔗糖、羧甲基纤维素钠。其中,该组合物的原料还有以下辅料:黄原胶、香草粉、三氯蔗糖和羧甲基纤维素钠。
上述营养补充剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A.按营养物质含量的所需比例称量固态的原料,机械搅拌混合5-30分钟;
B.将步骤A中获得的混合物进行过筛;
C.将步骤B中过筛后的混合物进行干燥制粒,采用沸腾干燥制粒机,设定风机频率35Hz,设定进风温度90℃,物料温度70℃,对物料进行加热,待物料实际温度到达65~70℃左右时,开启喷雾制粒程序,设定雾化压力0.2~0.3MPa,进行喷雾制粒,粘合剂为水,喷至颗粒成型均匀,停止喷雾;继续加热,设定进风温度120℃,物料温度115℃,保持30分钟后(实际物料温度在95~100℃时,开始计时),降温至物料温度30~40℃之间时出锅,即得本发明的营养补充剂。
其中,制粒过程中通过取样筒随时检查颗粒成型程度,保证整锅物料颗粒均匀,无粘结大块现象发生。
其中,本发明的上述原料均未市售可得的常规原料。
基于孕期妇女的饮食特殊性、以及亚洲妇女这一特定群体在饮食习惯上的独特性等各种因素的综合考量,设计出本申请的产品。本发明的产品不但为孕期妇女提供全面、均衡营养,并且,水溶性与非水溶性纤维的合理搭配,加速了肠道蠕动、避免脂肪堆积;同时,通过亚麻籽油微囊粉而加入的亚麻酸能够有效促进怀孕期间婴儿脑部和视网膜发育。
本发明的产品在制备过程中还采用了干红葡萄酒这一特殊的、发酵型“载体”来融合选取的各种营养物质、改变组合物中各成分的微观关联方式,使其成为更易被孕期妇女吸收并转化为易被胎儿吸收的营养形式,并且,通过浸泡的方式,使得本发明的产品还包含了一定量的干红(与其他原料结合的形式),改善了产品的口味的同时,也使孕期妇女获取一定的红酒的益处(增进食欲、促消化、防止水肿和维持体内酸碱平衡、降低血脂、软化血管、增强心血管功能和心脏活动等)。
综合地说,本发明的产品为乳白色粉末,通过特定的方法制备得到后易于冲调、易于吸收;富含多种维生素、矿物质,为孕期妇女迅速恢复身体,提供全面、均衡营养,实现“一站式”全方位的营养平衡的补充方式。

为方便本领域人员更好地理解本发明,下面将结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明目的的实现、功能特点及有益效果。现在给出本发明的具体实施方式如下。应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式进行了详细描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书所采用的这种叙述妨碍仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可进行适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其它实施方式。
实施例1
提供一种营养补充组合物,其中各营养物质含量如下表:
上述营养补充剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A.按营养物质含量的所需比例称量固态的原料,机械搅拌混合15分钟;
B.将步骤A中获得的混合物进行过筛;
C.将步骤B中过筛后的混合物进行干燥制粒:采用沸腾干燥制粒机,设定风机频率35Hz,设定进风温度90℃,物料温度70℃,对物料进行加热,待物料实际温度到达65~70℃左右时,开启喷雾制粒程序,设定雾化压力0.2MPa,进行喷雾制粒,粘合剂为水,喷至颗粒成型均匀,停止喷雾;继续加热,设定进风温度120℃,物料温度115℃,保持30分钟后(实际物料温度在95℃时,开始计时),降温至物料温度30~35℃之间时出锅,即得本发明的营养补充剂。

麦芽糊精2000份、乳清蛋白3000份、大豆水解蛋白10份、维生素A 1份、DL-a-醋酸生育酚5份、烟酰胺2份、盐酸硫胺素0.5份、核黄素0.5份、牛磺酸10份、盐酸吡哆醇0.1份、叶酸0.1份、L-抗坏血酸20份、泛酸0.5份和甘氨酸钙20份。
对比例
将实施例1-4的产品与空白对照的对比例(市售常规孕妇奶粉)分别针对50名孕期妇女(从4-8周起开始服用相应产品,并跟踪记录)进行对照实验,得到的结果具体如下:
服用方法:每日一次(45g)、饭后温水送服,两周一个周期,停一周后重复该周期。
从上表中可以看出,本发明的产品具有平衡营养、调节发育进程的均衡发展的作用,可以为孕期妇女提供全面、均衡营养。
Claims (7)
1.一种营养补充组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下营养物质(每100g)含量:蛋白质8-15g、脂肪20.7-24g、亚麻籽油微囊粉9100-13400mg、碳水化合物40-55g、膳食纤维8-15g、维生素A 650-850μg RE、维生素D 1.3-2.0μg、维生素E 13-18mgα-TE、维生素B1 1.6-2.2mg、维生素B2 1.6-2.2mg、维生素B6 1.6-2.0mg、牛磺酸110-120mg、叶酸240-400μg、维生素C 100-200mg、烟酸11-25mg、钠80-120mg、铁16-22mg、锌13-18mg、钙480-800mg和卵磷脂1-5g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养补充组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括下营养物质含量(每100g):蛋白质10g、脂肪22.0g、亚麻籽油微囊粉12000mg、碳水化合物42.0g、膳食纤维10.0g、维生素A 800.00μg RE、维生素D 2.00μg、维生素E 16.00mgα-TE、维生素B1 2.00mg、维生素B2 2.00mg、维生素B6 2.00mg牛磺酸110mg、叶酸300.00μg、维生素C 100.0mg、烟酸12.0mg、钠100.00mg、铁20.00mg、锌16.00mg、钙600.00mg和卵磷脂2.00g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的营养补充组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的原料为:亚麻籽油微囊粉、麦芽糊精、乳清蛋白、酪蛋白酸钠、微晶纤维素、复合矿物质(碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、葡糖糖酸锌)、复合维生素(醋酸维生素A、胆钙化醇、dl-a-醋酸生育酚、烟酸、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、牛磺酸、叶酸、L-抗坏血酸)、大豆磷脂、黄原胶、香草粉、三氯蔗糖、羧甲基纤维素钠。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的营养补充组合物,其特征在于,所述营养补充组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A.按营养物质含量的所需比例称量固态的原料,机械搅拌混合5-30分钟;
B.将步骤A中获得的混合物进行过筛;
C.将步骤B中过筛后的混合物进行干燥制粒,即得所述营养补充组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的营养补充组合物,其特征在于,步骤D中的干燥制粒具体步骤为:采用沸腾干燥制粒机,设定风机频率35Hz,设定进风温度90℃,物料温度70℃,对物料进行加热,待物料实际温度到达65~70℃左右时,开启喷雾制粒程序,设定雾化压力0.2~0.3MPa,进行喷雾制粒,粘合剂为水,喷至颗粒成型均匀,停止喷雾;继续加热,设定进风温度120℃,物料温度115℃,保持30分钟后(实际物料温度在95~100℃时,开始计时),降温至物料温度30~40℃之间时出锅。
