发明详述
本公开的实施方案可包括以下、由以下组成以及基本上由以下组成:本文所描述的特征和/或步骤以及本文所描述的或本领域技术人员会以其它方式理解的任何另外或任选的成分、组分、步骤或限制。应理解,除非另有说明,否则本文公开的所有浓度基于组合物的总重量以重量百分比(重量%)计。适当时,提供成分/组分的INCI(化妆品成分的国际命名)名称。本文中记载的任何数值范围意欲包括归入其中的所有子范围,并且此类范围理解为包括规定范围的下限值和上限值之间的每一个数值和/或分数。
本公开涉及具有改进的防水性的防晒组合物,其包含(i)有效量的防晒活性剂;(ii)包含天然蜡的防水剂;和(iii)乳化剂或表面活性剂,其能够维持防晒活性剂和包含天然蜡的防水剂的乳液。当使用体内澳大利亚/新西兰标准2604:2012和ISO 2444(2010)四小时防水性试验进行评估时,本公开的发明组合物提供防水至多且可能超出四(4)个小时。其增加了铺展性并降低了粘性,同时对于敏感皮肤安全且不引起流泪。
(i)防晒活性剂
本发明中有用的一种或更多种防晒活性剂能够减弱紫外(“UV”)辐射的所有或部分的有害效果。另外,防晒活性剂在施用于皮肤时必需是无毒且无刺激的。通常将防晒活性剂归类为如下四组。
第一组防晒活性剂包括紫外A长波或“UVA”防晒活性剂。UVA防晒活性剂例如包括选自以下的成员:阿伏苯宗、对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠(bis-disulizole disodium)、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠(disodium phenyldibenzimidazole tetrasulfonate)、二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰己基苯甲酸酯、双-二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰苯甲酸酯、双-苯并噁唑基苯基乙基己基氨基三嗪、及其组合。
第二组防晒活性剂包括紫外B短波或“UVB”防晒活性剂。UVB防晒活性剂例如包括选自以下的成员:奥克立林、奥西诺酯、奥替柳酯、胡莫柳酯、恩索利唑、乙基己基三嗪酮、恩扎樟烯、阿米沙酯、二乙基己基丁酰氨基三嗪、亚苄基丙二酸酯聚硅氧烷、帕地马酯-O、水杨酸三乙醇胺、西诺沙酯、对-氨基苯甲酸、其衍生物、及其组合。
第三组防晒活性剂包括吸收UVA和UVB辐射两者的防晒活性剂。这些全谱UV活性剂包括选自以下的成员:例如羟苯甲酮、美拉地酯、二氧化钛、氧化锌、双-奥克三唑、贝曲嗪诺、甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、磺异苯酮、二羟苯宗、及其组合。
进一步地,反射或散射UV辐射的有用的防晒活性剂包括二氧化钛、氧化锌、经表面处理的二氧化钛、经表面处理的氧化锌、及其组合。基于矿物的防晒剂的实例为Microtitanium Dioxide MTTM、UV-titan M262TM、Parsol TXTM、JTTO-MS7TM、Z-CoteTM、ZanoTM、Zano MTM、Zano 10TM、Zano 10 plusTM、及其组合。
第四组防晒活性剂包括包封的UV过滤剂。包封的UV过滤剂包括选自以下的成员:AVOCAPTM(包封的阿伏苯宗(60%有效负载)和15%的奥克立林)、OMCCAPTM(包封的甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯(60%有效负载))、OXYCAPTM(包封的羟苯甲酮(47%有效负载)和奥克立林20%)、HOMCAPTM(包封的胡莫柳酯(60%有效负载))、OCTICAPTM(包封的奥替柳酯(60%有效负载))、ZINOCAPTM(包封的ZnO(70%有效负载))、TITANCAPTM(包封的TiO2:70%有效负载)。
按照最终产品的所需目标(即,防晒因子(SPF)、广谱防护等)作出对在本发明防晒实施方案中使用的一种或更多种防晒活性剂的选择。例如消费者经常希望全谱UV防护,以减小来自长时间阳光暴露的癌症风险以及加速的皮肤老化。一些消费者希望对UV辐射的有限暴露,以获得一些来自阳光暴露的晒黑效果,同时使灼伤的风险达到最低。
基于组合物的总重量计,防晒活性剂以下列量单独或组合地存在:约0.1wt.%~约45wt.%,优选约2wt.%~约40wt.%,且最优选约6.5wt.%~约30wt.%。
(ii)防水剂
本发明组合物的防水剂优选为可生物降解的,其包含天然蜡。防水剂的熔点低于80℃,优选低于70℃,且最优选低于60℃。可使用防水剂的组合来将混合物的熔点降低到所需范围。仅仅举例,可使用提供具有以下熔点的天然蜡的混合物:低于80℃,优选低于70℃,且最优选低于60℃。此外,可添加其它的合成蜡,以降低防水剂的熔点。
优选地,防水剂具有强机械强度,这归因于其松紧带样结构(如使用振幅扫描试验方法,通过Anton Paar MCR 301流变仪所测量的)。以10Rad/sec的恒定角频率和在37℃的恒定温度下,从0.01%至100%应变进行振幅扫描试验。在流变学图中针对剪切应变(y)绘制动态储能模量和损耗模量(G′和G″)。可如下表达阻尼因子(tanδ)(损耗模量与储能模量之比):

如果储能模量(G’)高于损耗模量(G”),且阻尼因子小于1.0,则防水剂的结构展现更具弹性的行为,然而如果储能模量(G’)低于损耗模量(G”),且阻尼因子大于1.0,则防水剂的结构展现更具粘性的行为。仅仅举例,优选的防水剂(杨梅蜡)的阻尼因子在线性粘弹性范围中小于1.0,当应变小于0.1%时。图1显示了70wt.%杨梅蜡和30wt.%甘油三酯的混合物的流变学数据。添加甘油三酯,以帮助测试性能。杨梅蜡/甘油三酯混合物显示用于本发明组合物的合意弹性。
防晒组合物中的防水剂的实例是天然的植物蜡、动物蜡、及其衍生物;例如杨梅蜡(也称为蜡果杨梅蜡)、中国蜡、蜂蜡、虫胶蜡、牛油树脂、可可脂或其组合。防水剂可进一步包括三酰基甘油、二酰基甘油和/或单酰基甘油与饱和或不饱和的脂肪酸(优选棕榈酸和肉豆蔻酸)的酯。单种防水剂可提供所需的阻尼因子或者可将多种防水剂组合以形成所需的弹性分布。
防水剂的存在量优选为0.1wt.%~30wt.%,更优选为0.5wt.%~20wt.%,且最优选为0.5wt.%~5wt.%。介于上述范围之间的任何量对于产生具有所需的防水性和皮肤感觉的令人满意的组合物而言也是可行的。
(iii)乳化剂或表面活性剂
本发明组合物进一步包括乳化剂或表面活性剂。优选地,乳化剂至少包括有效使乳液稳定的量的油包水(W/O)乳化剂和水包油(O/W)乳化剂、非离子表面活性剂、或其组合。优选地,基于组合物的总重量计,乳化剂或表面活性剂的存在量可为约0.1wt.%~约10wt.%,更优选为约1wt.%~约8wt.%,且最优选为约2wt.%~约6wt.%。
W/O乳化剂用于使乳液稳定,其中水相分散于连续油相中。优选地,W/O乳化剂具有小于6、优选为4~6的亲水-亲脂平衡(HLB)。具有小于6的HLB的油包水乳化剂的实例包括蔗糖酯,例如蔗糖二硬脂酸酯;失水山梨糖醇酯,例如油酸失水山梨糖醇酯、二油酸失水山梨糖醇酯、硬脂酸失水山梨糖醇酯;聚甘油基酯,例如聚甘油基-4异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油基二异硬脂酸酯;鲸蜡基聚乙二醇(PEG)/聚丙二醇(PPG)10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷;月桂基聚乙二醇-8(PEG-8)聚二甲基硅氧烷;硬脂酸甘油酯;或其组合。
O/W乳化剂用于使其中油相分散于连续水相中的乳液稳定。水包油乳化剂优选具有大于7、优选为7~9或10的HLB。水包油乳化剂的实例包括其它蔗糖酯,例如蔗糖硬脂酸酯、蔗糖月桂酸酯;失水山梨糖醇酯,例如月桂酸失水山梨糖醇酯;聚甘油基-3甲基葡萄糖二硬脂酸酯;或其组合。或者,乙氧基化脂肪醚和乙氧基化脂肪酯可用作具有大于8的HLB的水包油乳化剂。
用于使乳液稳定的表面活性剂可以为阴离子表面活性剂或阳离子表面活性剂。离子表面活性剂对皮肤的亲和性好于非离子表面活性剂。离子表面活性剂的实例为磷酸脂肪酯,例如磷酸二鲸蜡酯、鲸蜡醇聚醚-10磷酸酯、山萮醇聚醚-30磷酸酯、鲸蜡基磷酸二乙醇胺、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、三(鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、或其组合。其它的离子表面活性剂可包括羧酸脂肪酯,例如硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠、二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-7、或其组合。
其它成分
防晒组合物可进一步包括一种或更多种活性或非活性化妆品成分,例如但不限于化妆品方面可接受的载体;油;固醇;氨基酸;保湿剂;粉末;着色剂(包括颜料和/或染料);pH调节剂;香料;精油;化妆品活性成分;必需脂肪酸;鞘脂;自晒黑化合物,例如二羟基丙酮(DHA)和赤藓酮糖;填料;乳化剂;抗氧化剂;表面活性剂;另外的成膜剂;螯合剂;胶凝剂;增稠剂;润肤剂;润湿剂;保湿剂;矿物质;粘度和/或流变学改性剂;角质层分离剂;类维生素A;激素化合物;α-酮酸;抗分枝杆菌剂;抗真菌剂;抗微生物剂;抗病毒剂;止痛剂;抗过敏原剂;H1或H2抗组胺剂;消炎剂;抗刺激剂;抗肿瘤剂;免疫系统增强剂;免疫系统抑制剂;抗痤疮剂;麻醉剂;防腐剂;驱虫剂;皮肤冷却化合物;皮肤保护剂;皮肤渗透增强剂;去角质素;润滑剂;染色剂;消色剂;色素减退剂;防腐剂;稳定剂;药剂;光稳定剂;球形粉末;一种或更多种香料;植物提取物;吸收剂;水杨酸;α和β羟基酸;维生素,包括维生素A、C和E;视黄醇及其衍生物;或前述成分的任意组合。本领域普通技术人员可认识到并理解,该清单是非限制性的,且在本发明组合物中可使用各种其它的活性或非活性成分。
使用如下表I中所显示的本发明组合物来制备下列配制品。

实施例1是具有与市售BANANA无泪无刺痛喷雾化妆水类似的配方的喷雾化妆水。实施例2是本发明组合物,其中杨梅蜡是防水剂。实施例3是比较例,其使用常规成膜剂(例如丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸C12-22烷基酯共聚物)作为防水剂。
实施例2的发明组合物随着添加防水剂而显示改进的铺展性,以致组合物的粘度在恒定的剪切速率下不发生显著变化。图2是组合物实施例1~3的流动曲线。图2使用线性剪切斜面(2-100S-1)分段方法,以5S-1的恒定剪切速率,使用Anton Paar MCR 301流变仪绘制了粘度对剪切速率的图。低剪切速率行为可与配制品的贮存条件相关,高剪切速率行为可与配制品的分配条件相关。实施例3中的常规成膜剂显示了显著增加的组合物粘度,结果,该常规成膜剂产生不均匀的分配分布。实施例2的发明组合物随着防水剂的添加而造成十分小的组合物的粘度变化或没有变化,并因此具有均匀的分配分布。
本发明组合物还显示了意想不到的施用均匀性,这导致防晒活性剂在暴露于水之后更均匀地分布在皮肤上及粘附在皮肤上。根据ISO24443:2012中陈述的方法,通过带有预饱和的指套的手指以2mg/cm2的剂量将实施例1和2均匀施用于可商业得自IMS公司,Portland,Maine的板上。空气干燥VITRO-SKIN(例如持续约15分钟)。通过遵照制造商的推荐使VITRO-SKIN预水合。干燥之后,将样品浸渍在自来水中两(2)个小时,同时通过推进剂在30℃的温度下以150rpm的速度进行缓慢搅动。水浸渍之前和之后于UV光下的检查显示了防晒活性剂在VITRO-SKIN上的分布。图3中,左上方块是实施例1(常规组合物)在水浸没之前的照片。右上方块是实施例1在水浸没之后的照片。水浸没之后,实施例1的边缘较少界定,且施用的区域由于组合物的一些被洗掉而缩小。左下方块是实施例2(含有防水剂)在水浸没之前的照片。右下方块是实施例2在水浸没之后的照片。水浸没之前和之后的照片差异很小,这表明更均匀地施用防晒组合物而很少或没有洗掉该组合物。
本发明组合物的独特流变学分布提供了比使用合成防水剂的常规防晒组合物更好的铺展性。屈服应力是其中组合物开始断裂和流动的临界应力。其可使用Anton PaarMCR 301流变仪,以0.1~10Pa的旋转剪切应力和5S-1的恒定剪切速率,使用线性应力斜面分段方法来测量。屈服应力是重要的流变学量度,其用作配制品可在皮肤上铺展的容易度的指标。屈服应力越低,组合物的铺展性越高。如图4中所显示的,相比于含有合成防水剂的实施例3,本发明组合物对屈服应力具有十分小的影响。实施例2显示了与不含任何类型的防水剂或成膜剂的实施例1相当的屈服应力,然而实施例3的组合物具有显著更高的屈服应力。高屈服应力指示低铺展性,这是防晒组合物的不合意的特性。
使用澳大利亚/新西兰标准2604:2012和ISO 24444 2010中公开的针对四(4)个小时防水性的方法学在十(10)名受试者上测量体内防水性,其显示了本发明组合物的改进的防水性。如表II中所显示的,至少60的SPF被成功保持了至少四(4)个小时。

SPF(P3)是对照化妆水,其用于澳大利亚/新西兰规程,且表II在第2列中列出了用于对照的体内SPF。在第2列中,SPF 15是水浸没之后的对照化妆水。实施例2显示贯穿四(4)个小时试验中保持的SPF值,其中在少数受试者中水浸没之后SPF轻微下降。
还可将本发明防晒组合物配制为含有推进剂的浓缩剂,以提供连续喷雾产品。推进剂通常作为蒸汽和液体的平衡存在,并且可或者溶解于组合物中或者与能组合物混溶。合适的推进剂的实例为异丁烯、丁烷、丙烷、二甲基醚、甲醚、或其组合。基于最终组合物的总重量计,气溶胶推进剂可占约10wt.%~60wt.%。或者,可使用囊阀系统来递送防晒组合物,使用诸如空气、氮气或二氧化碳之类的压缩气体来将该组合物递送到皮肤上。

Claims (11)
1.防晒组合物,其包含:
(i)0.1wt.%~45wt.%的防晒活性剂;
(ii)0.1wt.%~10wt.%的包含一种或更多种天然蜡的防水剂,如使用以10Rad/sec的恒定角频率以及在37℃的温度下,以0.01%~100%应变进行的振幅扫描试验所计算的,所述天然蜡具有小于1.0的阻尼因子,其中所述防水剂的储能模量高于所述防水剂的损耗模量;以及
(iii)0.1wt.%~10wt.%的乳化剂或表面活性剂,
其中所述防晒组合物在水浸渍4小时之后保持其初始静态SPF的至少75%。
2.权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其中所述防晒活性剂包含以下的一种或更多种:二苯甲酰基甲烷、对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠、二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰己基苯甲酸酯、双-二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰苯甲酸酯、双-苯并噁唑基苯基乙基己基氨基三嗪、奥克立林、奥西诺酯、奥替柳酯、胡莫柳酯、恩索利唑、乙基己基三嗪酮、恩扎樟烯、阿米沙酯、二乙基己基丁酰氨基三嗪、亚苄基丙二酸酯聚硅氧烷、帕地马酯-O、水杨酸三乙醇胺、西诺沙酯、对-氨基苯甲酸、羟苯甲酮、美拉地酯、二氧化钛、氧化锌、双-奥克三唑、贝曲嗪诺、甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、磺异苯酮、二羟苯宗、包封的UV过滤剂、或其组合。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防晒组合物,其中所述防水剂的存在量为0.5wt.%~5wt.%。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防晒组合物,其中所述防水剂包含天然的植物蜡、动物蜡、及其衍生物。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防晒组合物,其中所述防水剂包含以下的一种或更多种:杨梅蜡、中国蜡、蜂蜡、虫胶蜡、牛油树脂和可可脂。

7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防晒组合物,其中所述防水剂进一步包含三酰基甘油、二酰基甘油和/或单酰基甘油与肉豆蔻酸的酯。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防晒组合物,其中所述防水剂包含倾点为30℃~65℃的一种或更多种天然蜡。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防晒组合物,其中所述乳化剂是油包水乳化剂,其包括蔗糖二硬脂酸酯、油酸失水山梨糖醇酯、二油酸失水山梨糖醇酯、聚甘油基-4异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油基二异硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂酸甘油酯、或其组合。
