Abstract
本发明涉及一种超强抗紫外特效彩色压克力板的制备方法,基材超强抗紫外透明压克力板层上UV固化一层以上彩色层,基材超强抗紫外透明压克力板层由预聚MMA浆料、受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类的抗氧剂,苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、PR25紫外线吸收剂、偶氮类中温引发剂、偶氮类低温引发剂组成;彩色层由按质量配比使用色浆、184光固化剂、PR25紫外线吸收剂,偶氮类低温引发剂、预聚MMA组成。该板材使用寿命长,加工制作方便、成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于有机玻璃制备的技术领域,涉及制备彩色压克力板及制品的方法。
背景介绍
PMMA 是具有优异的综合性能的透明材料,它具有极好的透光性,全光线透光率可达到92% ,表观光泽度好。彩色压克力板多用于标牌标识、展览展示、灯饰灯箱、家居卫浴等各个领域,现阶段本体聚合制备彩色压克力板材的一般方法是:直接将一定比例的色浆和预聚好的MMA浆料混合搅拌,然后再浇铸成型彩色压克力。制备彩色压克力制品的方法是:先用传统方法生产彩色压克力板,然后再进行雕刻或吸塑等等其他后续加工形成彩色的压克力灯箱、彩色压克力发光字等等制品,这样的彩色压克力板或制品制备方法会消耗大量的色浆,且是订制化的产品,不能提交备货,只能接单生产,制备时间就会比较长,不能迅速响应市场需求,而且使用过程中只要表面的颜色褪去就失去了原有的色泽感。且整体添加颜色,根据不同的厚度的聚合时间从2小时至400小时左右,制作周期长、成本较高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种工艺简单、有利于缩短制作周期、降低成本,延长板材使用寿命的超强抗紫外特效彩色压克力板的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种超强抗紫外特效彩色压克力板的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)基材超强抗紫外透明压克力板制作:按质量比使用98.75%-99.75%预聚MMA浆料、0.1%~0.3%受阻酚类抗氧剂、0.1‰~3‰的亚磷酸酯类的抗氧剂,0.1%~0.3%苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、0.1‰~3‰的PR25紫外线吸收剂、0.01‰~0.05‰的偶氮类中温引发剂预聚成浆料,加入0.004‰~0.4‰偶氮类低温引发剂进行搅拌,真空过滤后浇铸制板,48℃~60℃水池聚合,并115℃~130℃高温处理后形成超强抗紫外的通用型透明压克力板;
2)彩色浆料集中配制系统:根据彩色压克力板需求进行色彩设计,按质量配比使用0.2%-5%的色浆、0.04%-0.4%的184光固化剂、0.1%~0.3%的PR25紫外线吸收剂,0.004‰~0.4‰偶氮类低温引发剂、94.26%-99.66%的预聚MMA浆料搅拌均匀,真空过滤待用;
3)浆料涂布:将彩色浆料由动力泵注入涂布设备存料腔中,彩色浆料均匀布置于滚涂筒表面,涂布厚度0.05-0.5mm,不同厚度透明压克力板需要调整滚涂筒与压克力接触间距,设备运行后彩色浆料自动涂于清洁后透明压克力板的表面;
4)本体聚合:将已涂布好彩色料浆的透明压克力板进入UV固化设备进行UV固化和高温一体式本体聚合或UV固化本体聚合,根据需要的彩色色彩效果及透光率要求重复多次上述涂布及聚合至喷涂色彩达到0.1-1mm。
本发明中的基材透明抗紫外线压克力板的制备通过配方设计使用复配的紫外线吸收剂及抗氧剂,加入偶氮类中温引发剂预聚成浆料,通过集中配料系统加入偶氮类低温引发剂进行搅拌,真空过滤后制板,水池聚合并高温处理后形成超强抗紫外的透明压克力板。
本发明中的彩色压克力板制备利用压克力浆料通过集中配料系统投入合适色料按比例进行配制、搅拌、真空过滤,再利用动力输送系统匀速将浆料涂布于透明板材表面,经过快速UV固化或UV固化和热固化共用的方式本体聚合成水晶效果抗紫外彩色压克力板。
本方法制作彩色压克力板先将所需彩色浆料按比例进行配制、搅拌、真空过滤,再根据色彩设计需求通过集中配料装置进行配料和涂布,涂布后进入带有UV灯的设备内或带有强热量UV固化设备进行本体聚合,如此可反复多次,达到所需彩色板遮光和色彩效果。后期使用过程中透明压克力板为使用面,增强了彩色板的水晶般的质感及抗紫外效果。
本发明颠覆了传统直接浇铸生产彩色压克力板和使用传统方法生产出来的彩色压克力板再次加工成彩色压克力制品的方法,解决了彩色板颜色暗淡、成型聚合时间长、不耐老化的缺点;解决了彩色压克力制品颜色暗淡、制作周期长、不耐老化的缺点。同时解决客户小批量多品种的定制化需求,在压克力或制品表面覆盖不同颜色的压克力浆料,此方法制作色板固化速度快,可以任意设计,由于透明压克力板与彩色料浆是本体材料聚合,后期加工无影响,能快速响应市场各类彩色板需求。能有效节约能耗、缩短生产周期、降低生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种超强抗紫外特效彩色压克力板的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)基材超强抗紫外透明压克力板制作:按质量比使用98.75%预聚MMA浆料、0.3%受阻酚类抗氧剂、3‰的亚磷酸酯类的抗氧剂,0.3%苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、3‰的PR25紫外线吸收剂、0.05‰的偶氮类中温引发剂预聚成浆料,加入0.4‰偶氮类低温引发剂进行搅拌,真空过滤后浇铸制板,48℃水池聚合,并115℃高温处理后形成超强抗紫外的通用型透明压克力板;
2)彩色浆料集中配制系统:根据彩色压克力板需求进行色彩设计,按质量配比使用5%的色浆、0.4%的184光固化剂、0.3%的PR25紫外线吸收剂,0.4‰偶氮类低温引发剂、94.26%的预聚MMA浆料搅拌均匀,真空过滤待用;
3)浆料涂布:将彩色浆料由动力泵注入涂布设备存料腔中,彩色浆料均匀布置于滚涂筒表面,涂布厚度0.05-0.5mm,不同厚度透明压克力板需要调整滚涂筒与压克力接触间距,设备运行后彩色浆料自动涂于清洁后透明压克力板的表面;
4)本体聚合:将已涂布好彩色料浆的透明压克力板进入UV固化设备进行UV固化和高温一体式本体聚合或UV固化本体聚合,根据需要的彩色色彩效果及透光率要求重复多次上述涂布及聚合至喷涂色彩达到0.1-1mm。

一种超强抗紫外特效彩色压克力板的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)基材超强抗紫外透明压克力板制作:按质量比使用99.75%预聚MMA浆料、0.1%受阻酚类抗氧剂、0.1‰的亚磷酸酯类的抗氧剂,0.1%苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、0.1‰的PR25紫外线吸收剂、0.01‰的偶氮类中温引发剂预聚成浆料,加入0.004‰偶氮类低温引发剂进行搅拌,真空过滤后浇铸制板, 60℃水池聚合,并130℃高温处理后形成超强抗紫外的通用型透明压克力板;
2)彩色浆料集中配制系统:根据彩色压克力板需求进行色彩设计,按质量配比使用0.2%的色浆、0.04%的184光固化剂、0.1%的PR25紫外线吸收剂,0.004‰偶氮类低温引发剂、99.66%的预聚MMA浆料搅拌均匀,真空过滤待用;
3)浆料涂布:将彩色浆料由动力泵注入涂布设备存料腔中,彩色浆料均匀布置于滚涂筒表面,涂布厚度0.05-0.5mm,不同厚度透明压克力板需要调整滚涂筒与压克力接触间距,设备运行后彩色浆料自动涂于清洁后透明压克力板的表面;
4)本体聚合:将已涂布好彩色料浆的透明压克力板进入UV固化设备进行UV固化和高温一体式本体聚合或UV固化本体聚合,根据需要的彩色色彩效果及透光率要求重复多次上述涂布及聚合至喷涂色彩达到0.1-1mm。

1)基材超强抗紫外透明压克力板制作:按质量比使用99.5%预聚MMA浆料、0.25%受阻酚类抗氧剂、0.18‰的亚磷酸酯类的抗氧剂,0.15%苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、0.2‰的PR25紫外线吸收剂、0.03‰的偶氮类中温引发剂预聚成浆料,加入0.1‰偶氮类低温引发剂进行搅拌,真空过滤后浇铸制板,50℃水池聚合,并120℃高温处理后形成超强抗紫外的通用型透明压克力板;
2)彩色浆料集中配制系统:根据彩色压克力板需求进行色彩设计,按质量配比使用3%的色浆、0.2%的184光固化剂、0.2%的PR25紫外线吸收剂,0.1‰偶氮类低温引发剂、97.5%的预聚MMA浆料搅拌均匀,真空过滤待用;
3)浆料涂布:将彩色浆料由动力泵注入涂布设备存料腔中,彩色浆料均匀布置于滚涂筒表面,涂布厚度0.05-0.5mm,不同厚度透明压克力板需要调整滚涂筒与压克力接触间距,设备运行后彩色浆料自动涂于清洁后透明压克力板的表面;
