According to the invention, the waterproof and breathable net structure is formed under the action of the platinum catalyst only after the siloxane face cream is uniformly smeared on the facial skin, so that the skin can be instantly tensioned, the sagging can be eliminated, and wrinkles can disappear unconsciously.
