Deep cleaning and metabolic processes activation within skin cell is carried out by means of complex cosmetic mask which forms impermeable film generating light thermal effect, softening of horny layer and comedos, pores and veins preparation to nutrition and moistening. Cosmetic mask is applied after cleaning, peeling, nutrition and moistening providing skin smoothing and face contours correcting. Mask application is followed with protective cream consolidating achieved results.

EFFECT: stable prolonged effect due to stimulation of hypodermic muscles and activation of metabolic processes within skin cell, and elimination of cosmetic defects.

The invention relates to medicine, namely medical cosmetology, and can be used to eliminate congenital or acquired cosmetic skin imperfections, rehabilitation for aging skin changes and prevention of age-related skin changes.

The goal of the cosmetic effect on the skin of the face and neck is to maintain health and beauty, especially in adulthood, when deficiencies such as wrinkles, a decrease in elasticity, porosity, swelling of the skin (especially around the eyes), a decrease in muscle tone and sagging of tissues, with face deformation, are manifested. - omission of cheeks, eyebrows, double chin, bags under the eyes, violation of the contours of the face.

There are many ways of influencing the skin in order to activate recovery processes, prevent premature aging of the skin, improve the aesthetic and functional parameters of the skin as one of the most important organs of the human body.

A known method of skin rejuvenation according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2253437, publ. 06/10/2005, according to which the skin is cleaned in several stages, including deep cleaning and exfoliation of the stratum corneum, glycolic peeling is performed for 2-5 minutes, a mask of neutralizing effect with plant extracts is applied, after which a sedative mask is applied for 10-15 minutes containing, including a complex of vitamins, plant extracts and avocado oil, completing the procedure by applying photoprotective cream. The disadvantages of this method are the high concentration of the active components of glycolic peeling, which causes redness and swelling of the skin, and is also associated with the need to limit the exposure of the skin to ultraviolet and sunlight, incompatibility with the adoption of certain light-treatment and thermal procedures.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is a method of activating restoration processes in the skin according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 22515130, publ. 01/27/05. The known method consists in sequential cleaning, exfoliation and multi-stage skin regeneration, which includes moisturizing, nourishing, restoring the barrier function of the skin and protecting against external adverse factors. The disadvantages of this method are the need to use massage as an activator of absorption of active substances, as well as the use of acid or enzyme peeling, which limits the use of the method during periods of active sun and requires the use of cosmetics with increased sun protection factor.

The objective of the invention is to develop a method of eliminating cosmetic imperfections and preventing age-related changes in the skin of the face, neck and décolleté, which would provide physiological and visual rejuvenation of the skin without injuring it and without violating its integrity, while ensuring a sustained prolonged effect from the action of therapeutic and preventive cosmetic means by biological stimulation of the subcutaneous muscles and activation of metabolic processes in skin cells, using common natural cosmetic products va.

The problem is solved in that in a method of eliminating cosmetic imperfections and preventing age-related skin changes, which includes sequential cleaning, exfoliation, nutrition, moisturizing and protecting the skin from adverse external factors, according to the invention, deep skin cleansing and activation of metabolic processes of skin cells are provided by applying a cosmetic mask complex action, which forms an impermeable film with a slight thermal effect, softening the stratum corneum of the epidermis and comedones, by preparing pores and blood vessels for nutrition and hydration, and after cleaning, exfoliating, nourishing and moisturizing, a cosmetic mask is applied that smoothes the skin and corrects the oval of the face, and a protective cream helps to consolidate the result.

The result of using the proposed method, taking into account the anatomical structure of the skin and the impact of the proposed funds on the cells of the epidermis and dermis, is a visual rejuvenation of the face after the first session. A course of 10-15 procedures for the proposed method allows to consolidate this result for a long time.

Preparing the skin for sequential procedures according to the proposed method involves preliminary cleaning of the skin from dust, dirt, sebum and dead epidermal cells with a lotion that contains glycerin, camphor alcohol, distilled water. Sage and linden have high biological activity and deliver substances close to the composition and effect of female hormones to the skin, predetermining the anti-aging effect on the skin. For pigmented skin, a parsley broth or lemon juice can be added to the cream, in the presence of inflammatory processes, a chamomile broth. Hydration cream, in addition to the function of moisturizing, performs the function of nourishing the skin, significantly improving its appearance. If it is necessary to lighten the skin, it is treated with a whitening cream, which includes lanolin, cocoa butter, sunflower oil, beeswax, perhydrol or lemon juice. In the case when small blood vessels (capillaries) are deep under the skin and make it pale, a mask with the effect of the expansion of blood vessels to improve skin color is used. The mask contains beeswax, lanolin, sunflower oil, cocoa butter.

Further, according to the proposed method, using a mask containing kaolin and sage broth (juice of cucumber, lemon, parsley broth, chamomile, aloe, etc.), skin pores are closed, swelling and wrinkles are removed, and skin tightening is performed simultaneously with the prevention of inflammatory processes. The action of the mask promotes skin rejuvenation, giving it a healthy color, strengthening turgor, partial cleaning and smoothing of the skin. The mask acts on the skin due to both mechanical tightening and deep penetration of the chemical components of the natural mineral contained in the mask. A mask for smoothing and smoothing the skin can also consist of white clay and a decoction of chamomile, or blue clay and a decoction of parsley leaves, or a decoction of dill and potato starch. For skin tightening, a mask of a decoction of linden blossom, a decoction of sage, kaolin or a decoction of dill, a decoction of parsley leaves, and blue clay can also be used.

The final stage of the proposed method is the application to the skin of a protective cream based on cocoa butter, beeswax, kaolin and zinc oxide. A 34-year-old patient complained of pallor of her face, sometimes with peeling, a constant feeling of fat on her face with a desire to get wet, open enlarged pores, gums, in places with acne, a capillary network on her cheeks, wrinkles around her eyes and deep nasolabial folds.

Visually, the skin looks dull, pale with a grayish tint, oily sheen in the T-shaped zone, open pores, gums, sometimes a pustular rash, a mesh of capillaries on the cheeks. The patient is recommended to undergo a session of 15 procedures with a frequency of once every two days. Comprehensive skin care involves simultaneously applying at home, if necessary, a nourishing cream in the evening for 30 minutes, a protective cream every morning.

The procedure for eliminating cosmetic imperfections and preventing skin aging includes the following steps.

The skin is prepared for cleaning by wiping it with a cosmetic lotion that contains (in parts by weight): water - 10 hours, glycerin - 1 hour, camphor alcohol - 0.5 hours, after which a mask is applied for 25-30 minutes complex action for warming the skin. At this stage, the skin is well prepared for whitening and an active effect on the skin vessels, for which a cream is used that contains lanolin - 2 hours, cocoa butter - 2 hours, sunflower oil - 10 hours, beeswax - 4 hours, perhydrol - 5 hours. The cream is valid for 10-15 minutes, after which it is removed with a wet gauze. Moisturizing the skin provides the composition of a hydrating cream: lanolin - 2 hours, cocoa butter - 2 hours, beeswax - 4 hours, linden broth - 1 hour, sunflower oil - 10 hours. The cream is also delicately removed with a napkin.

Alignment and skin tightening is achieved by applying for 15-25 minutes a cosmetic mask of the following composition: parsley decoction - 10 hours, blue clay - 7 hours. After complete drying, the mask is removed with a damp cloth. A protective function for the skin is performed by a cream based on zinc oxide - 0.5 hours, sunflower oil - 1 hour, cocoa butter - 1 hour, kaolin - 0.5 hours, beeswax - 1 hour. with a napkin.

After the procedure, it is recommended to reuse it once a week for a month, then once every two weeks for two months, once every 6 months and maintain a satisfactory skin condition once a year.
