另外,本发明也涉及使用化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ的混合剂来控制有害真菌的方法和化合物Ⅰ、化合物Ⅱ和化合物Ⅲ在生产该类型混合剂中的应用。
在文献(EP-A 477631)中公开了式Ⅰ化合物,它的制备方法及其对抗有害真菌的活性。同样也已知苯邻二甲酰亚胺衍生物Ⅱ和Ⅲ(US-A 2553700、2553771、2553776),它们的制备方法及其对抗有害真菌的活性。
为了减少使用频率和提高已知化合物的作用范围,本发明以混合剂为基础,降低施用活性化合物的总量,来提高对抗有害真菌的作用(协同混合剂)。
据此,已经发现了本文开始所定义的混合剂。另外,也已发现同时或分别施用化合物Ⅰ、化合物Ⅱ和化合物Ⅲ或者连续施用化合物Ⅰ和化合物Ⅱ或化合物Ⅲ比使用单一的化合物能更好地控制有害真菌。
由于C=X双键,式Ⅰ化合物可存在E或Z构型(相对于羧酸功能基)。因此,在本发明的混合剂中可使用单一的纯E异构体或纯Z异构体或者使用E/Z异构体混合物。优选使用E/Z异构体混合物或E异构体,而E异构体是最优选的。
由于NH基团的碱性,化合物Ⅰ能与无机或有机酸或者与金属离子形成盐或加合物。
无机酸的例子为氢卤酸如氢氟酸、盐酸、氢溴酸和氢碘酸、硫酸、磷酸和硝酸。
合适的有机酸,例如,甲酸、碳酸和链烷酸如乙酸、三氟乙酸、三氯乙酸和丙酸以及乙醇酸、硫氰酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、柠檬酸、苯甲酸、肉桂酸、草酸、烷基磺酸(具有1到20个碳原子的直链或支链烷基的磺酸)、芳基磺酸或二磺酸(携带有一个或两个磺酸基团的芳基如苯基和萘基)、烷基膦酸(具有1到20个碳原子的直链或支链烷基的膦酸)、芳基膦酸或二膦酸(携带有一个或两个膦酸基团的芳基如苯基和萘基)、烷基和芳基能更进一步携带取代基团如,对甲苯磺酸、水杨酸、对氨基水杨酸、2-苯氧基苯甲酸、2-乙酸基苯甲酸等。
合适的金属离子尤其是第二主族(特别是钙和镁)、第三和第四主族(特别是铝、锡和铅)以及第一到第八副族(特别是铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌及其它)元素的离子。第四周期副族元素的金属离子是特别优选的。在这种情况下,该金属能显示可使用的不同的化合价。
优选地,制备本发明混合剂使用纯的活性化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅲ,如果需要,可进一步混入对抗有害真菌或其它害虫如昆虫、蜘蛛纲的动物,或线虫的活性化合物,另一方面可混入除草或生长调节活性化合物或肥料。
化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ的混合剂和同时或分别使用化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ以其对抗广谱的植物病真菌(特别是子囊菌纲和担子菌纲)的突出活性而著称。在某些情况下,他们是通过内吸收起作用的,所以也可用作叶和土壤杀真菌剂。
他们对于控制各种作物上的多种真菌具有特别的重要性,所述的作物如棉花、蔬菜植物(如黄瓜、豆和葫芦)、大麦、青草、燕麦、咖啡树、玉米、果实植物、稻、黑麦、大豆、葡萄、小麦、观赏植物、甘蔗和各种种子。
具体来说,他们适于控制下列植物的致病真菌:各类植物上的白粉病菌、葫芦上的白粉病菌、苹果上的白粉病菌、谷类植物上的puccinia菌种、棉花和草坪上的立枯病菌、谷类植物和甘蔗上的Ustilago菌种、苹果上的黑星病菌、谷类植物上的黑腐病菌、小麦上的颖枯病菌、草莓和葡萄树上的灰霉病菌、落花生上的褐斑病菌、小麦和大麦上的Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides菌、稻上的瘟病菌、马铃薯和番茄上的晚疫病菌、葡萄树上的霜霉病菌、蔬菜和果实上的Alternaria菌以及立枯病菌和Verticillium菌。
另外,他们也用于材料的保护(如,木材保藏),例如对抗Paecilomyces Variotii菌。
可同时或分别或者接连地施用化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ,在分别施用的情况下,施用的顺序对控制的成功通常没有影响。
通常施用化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ的重量比为1∶1到1∶1000,优选1∶1到1∶500,特别是1∶3到1∶300(Ⅰ∶Ⅱ或Ⅲ)。
依据所需作用的不同,本发明混合剂的施用率为0.02到5kg/ha,优选0.05到3.5kg/ha,特别是0.1到3.5kg/ha。这样化合物Ⅰ施用率为0.005到0.5kg/ha,优选0.01到0.5kg/ha,特别是0.01到0.3kg/ha。化合物Ⅱ或化合物Ⅲ相应的施用率为0.1到5kg/ha,优选0.1到3.5kg/ha。
在处理种子时,混合剂的使用率通常为0.001到50g/kg种子,优选0.01到10g/kg,特别是0.01到5g/kg。
如果要控制植物致病的有害真菌,在植物播种前后或植物出芽前后,通过喷洒或扬撒在种子、植物或土壤上来分别或共同施用化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ或者施用化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ的混合剂。
本发明的杀真菌协同混合剂和化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ可制成例如可直接喷洒的溶液、粉未和悬浮液的形式或高百分含量的水性溶液、油性溶液或其它悬浮液、分散液、乳液、油性分散液、糊剂、粉尘组合物、播撒组合物或颗粒剂形成并通过喷洒、雾化、播撒或灌溉来施用。施用的形式取决于使用的目的;在每一情况下,都应保证本发明混合剂分散得尽可能细腻和均匀。
按本来就已知的方法制备该制剂,如通过加入溶剂和/或载体。通常也将惰性添加剂如乳化剂或分散剂加入到制剂中。
合适的表面活性物质为芳香磺酸(如,木素磺酸、酚磺酸、萘磺酸和二丁基萘磺酸)以及脂肪酸的碱金属、碱土金属和铵盐,烷基和烷基芳基磺酸盐,烷基、月桂基醚和脂肪族醇的硫酸盐,以及硫酸化的十六、十七和十八碳醇的盐或脂肪族醇乙二醇醚,磺化的萘及其衍生物与甲醛的缩合产物,萘或萘磺酸与苯酚和甲醛的缩合产物,聚氧乙烯辛基酚醚,乙氧基化的异辛基、辛基或壬基酚,烷基酚或三丁基苯基聚乙二醇醚,烷基芳基多醚醇,异十三烷醇,脂肪醇-环氧乙烷缩合物,乙氧基化的蓖麻油,聚氧乙烯或聚氧丙烯烷基醚,月桂醇聚乙二醇醚乙酸酯,脱水山梨糖醇酯,木素-亚硫酸盐废液或甲基纤维素。
通过混合或共同研磨化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ或者化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ与固体载体的混合物可制得粉剂、播撒和扬撒组合物。
通常,通过把一种活性化合物或多种活性化合物与固体载体粘合来制备颗粒剂(如,包衣的、浸透的或均匀的颗粒剂)。
所使用的填充剂或固体载体如,矿物质如硅胶、硅酸、硅酸盐,滑石、高岭土、石灰石、石灰、白垩、红玄武土、黄土、白土、白云石、硅藻土、硫酸钙和硫酸镁、氧化镁、磨细的塑料和肥料如硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、尿素和植物产物如谷粉、树皮粗粉、木粉和坚果壳粉、纤维素粉或其它固体载体。
制剂中通常包含0.1到95%(重量),优选0.5到90%(重量)的化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ或者化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ的混合剂之一。在这种情况下,所用的活性化合物的纯度为90%到100%,优选95%到100%(根据NMR谱或HPLC判定)。
通过用杀真菌活性量的混合剂或化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ(在分别施用的情况下)来处理有害真菌或保藏植物、种子、土壤、表面、材料或空间来施用化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ或Ⅰ和Ⅲ及其混合剂或相应的制剂。可在有害真菌侵袭前后进行施用。
本发明混合剂对抗有害真菌协同作用的例子。
通过以下试验可显示化合物和混合剂的杀真菌活性:
活性化合物可分别或一起制成20%浓度的包含在70%(重量)环已酮、20%(重量)的Nekanil
LN(Lutensol AP6,以乙氧基化的烷基苯酚为基础的具有乳化剂和分散剂作用的润湿剂)和10%(重量)的Emulphor
EL(Emulan EL,基于乙氧基化的脂肪醇的乳化剂)的混合物中的乳剂并用水稀释至所需浓度。

对抗灰霉病的活性
用活性化合物制剂喷洒有4-5个叶片的红辣椒秧苗(变种:Neusiedler Ideal Elite)直到湿透。干后,用灰霉病真菌的conidia混悬剂喷洒植物并在22-24℃下和在高的空气湿度下保持5天。肉眼观察进行评价。

Claims (11)
2、权利要求1的杀真菌混合剂,含有权利要求1中的式Ⅰ的肟醚甲酰胺和苯邻二甲酰亚胺衍生物Ⅱ。
3、权利要求1的杀真菌混合剂,含有权利要求1中的式Ⅰ的肟醚甲酰胺和苯邻二甲酰亚胺衍生物Ⅲ。
4、权利要求1的杀真菌混合剂,其中化合物Ⅰ和化合物Ⅱ或化合物Ⅲ的重量比为1∶1到1∶1000。
5、一种控制有害真菌的方法,它包括用权利要求1中的式Ⅰ化合物和权利要求1的式Ⅱ化合物或权利要求1的式Ⅲ化合物来处理有害真菌,保护其环境或植物、种子、土壤、表面、材料或空间。
6、权利要求5中的方法,其中权利要求1中的化合物Ⅰ和权利要求1中的化合物Ⅱ或权利要求1中的化合物Ⅲ是共同或分别或连续施用的。
7、权利要求5的方法,其中用0.005到0.5kg/ha的权利要求1的化合物Ⅰ来处理有害真菌以保护其环境或植物、种子、土壤、表面、材料或空间。
8、权利要求5的方法,其中用0.1到5kg/ha的权利要求1中的化合物Ⅱ或权利要求1中的化合物Ⅲ来处理有害真菌以保护其环境或植物、种子、土壤、表面、材料或空间。
9、用权利要求1中的化合物Ⅰ来生产权利要求1的杀真菌活性协同混合剂的方法。
10、用权利要求1中的化合物Ⅱ来生产权利要求1的杀真菌活性协同混合剂的方法。
11、用权利要求1中的化合物Ⅲ来生产权利要求1的杀真菌活性协同混合剂的方法。
