本发明涉及一种调养身体的膏滋组合物及其制备方法。其组合：茯苓、山药、莲子、桑葚、覆盆子、酒黄精、枸杞子、玉竹、龙眼肉、鸡内金、百合、大枣、蒲公英、生山楂、黑芝麻、益智仁、桃仁、牡丹花、玫瑰花、佛手、陈皮、酸枣仁、杭白菊、官桂、阿胶、精氨酸、聚赖氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌、低聚异麦芽糖；其制备方法：(1)取茯苓等前15味加水提取浓缩；(2)另取阿胶等后5味加水烊化浓缩；另取益智仁等中9味加乙醇提取混入(1)加入(2)，保温收膏洒入聚赖氨酸，分装、密封即可。本发明相比传统膏滋食品：大复方配伍，更适于长期服用；制备方法按物性分类提取、优化火候及收膏的参数，不添加防腐剂、蜂蜜、食糖等而更适口、更长储存期。

一种调养身体的膏滋组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及药食同源类配方食品技术领域，具体涉及一种调养身体的膏滋组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
本膏滋是在多年临床经验方的基础上选取古籍临案应用广泛安全的药食两用中药材开发而成的用于长期服用调养身体，具有平补肝脾肾、通调心肺三焦的功效，特别适于调经促孕、生精种子的备孕期男女及失眠、精神不振、体虚易感邪的亚健康人群。随着社会节凑的加快及生态环境的不断恶化，亚健康人群逐渐增多并成为社会主流人群，失眠、精神不振、体虚易感邪成为大部分中青年人群的常态，频现难孕难育并低龄化，偶见各种猝死现象。这些都是由于工作压力大、时常熬夜、焦虑等情志不畅所致的五脏不调、阴阳失衡没得到及时调养而日积月累之结果。
另综合分析市面上的一些膏滋，商业多于实效，都是大量蜂蜜或食糖及几味中药材组合而成，不注重阴阳平衡、三焦通调，不适宜长期服用；长期服用易出现下述三方面共性问题：(1)长期服用高糖、高蜜膏滋食品，导致糖脂代谢紊乱；(2)长期服用高糖、高蜜及添加防腐剂膏滋食品，导致肠胃功能紊乱；(3)配方重在短期效应，重用壮阳或滋阴，长期服用导致体质偏颇。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题，提供一种可长期服用的备孕人群及亚健康人群身体调养的膏滋方便食品。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
(一)本发明组合物特征在于：阿胶3-20份、茯苓5-30份、山药5-30份、莲子5-30份、桑葚5-30份、覆盆子5-30份、酒黄精5-30份、益智仁5-30份、枸杞子5-30份、玉竹5-30份、龙眼肉5-30份、桃仁5-30份、牡丹花3-20份、玫瑰花3-20份、佛手5-30份、陈皮3-20份、鸡内金5-30份、百合5-30份、酸枣仁5-30份、大枣5-30份、蒲公英5-30份、杭白菊5-30份、官桂3-20份、生山楂5-30份、黑芝麻5-30份、精氨酸0.1-5份、聚赖氨酸0.1-5份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1-5份、低聚异麦芽糖10-60份。
其中：最优组合为阿胶10份、茯苓15份、山药20份、莲子15份、桑葚15份、覆盆子15份、酒黄精15份、益智仁10份、枸杞子12份、玉竹10份、龙眼肉15份、桃仁10份、牡丹花6份、玫瑰花6份、佛手10份、陈皮6份、鸡内金10份、百合10份、酸枣仁15份、大枣10份、蒲公英20份、杭白菊10份、官桂3份、生山楂10份、黑芝麻10份、精氨酸1份、聚赖氨酸2份、葡萄糖酸锌0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖36。
(二)本发明膏滋食品的制备方法，其特征在于包括如下实施步骤：
(1)取上述份数的茯苓、山药、莲子、桑葚、覆盆子、酒黄精、枸杞子、玉竹、龙眼肉、鸡内金、百合、大枣、蒲公英、生山楂、黑芝麻，加水6-15倍，密闭蒸汽动态提取两次，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液低温减压浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.25为备用液一；
其中：加水6-15倍，最优加水量为10倍；相对密度1.10-1.25，最优为1.20。
(2)另取阿胶、精氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌，加水4-10倍，加热烊化，加入低聚异麦芽糖，搅拌使溶解完全，浓缩至相对密度1.20-1.35为备用液二；
其中：加水4-10倍，最优加水量为6倍；相对密度1.20-1.35，最优1.25。
(3)另取益智仁、桃仁、牡丹花、玫瑰花、佛手、陈皮、酸枣仁、杭白菊、官桂，加40％-80％乙醇度的乙醇4-12倍，密闭蒸汽动态提取两次，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液作为备用液三；
其中：最优乙醇浓度为70％，最优乙醇量为6倍。
(4)取备用液三缓缓加入煮沸的备用液一中，搅拌混匀，文火加热收膏至无醇味，再取备用液二缓缓加入，搅拌混匀，文火加热收膏至相对密度为1.20-1.35，停止加热，洒入聚赖氨酸并搅拌混匀，煮沸15-45分钟，双层消毒纱布封口静置，温度降至30-80摄氏度，转移至灌装机，按最小包装规格分装、密封即可。
其中：最优相对密度为1.28，文火加热(最佳控温90度)，煮沸最优时间20分钟，降温最优温度为60摄氏度。
与传统膏滋组合物及制备方法方法相比，(一)本发明，优选长期服用安全有效的药食两用中药材按照中医治未病的调养原则配伍组成平补五脏、通调三焦，从而使气血阴阳制衡有度，三焦五脏升降有序，解决了传统膏滋长期服用容易出现身体偏颇的问题；(二)本发明在制备方法上采用分类提取、火候适度、严控收膏时间，解决了传统膏滋制备过程中有效物质溶出率和粗多糖转化率不良的问题，并确保本发明的膏滋不添加蜂蜜、食糖口感仍旧润滑适口，高血糖人群、肥胖人群也能无忧的长期服用调养；通过大量微生物试验及加速稳定性试验，优选本膏滋的最优收膏密度，确保本发明膏滋不添加防腐剂仍能长期储存，菌检合格。
具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例来详细说明本发明内容。本发明的示意性实施及说明，用来解释本发明，但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1：
本发明膏滋组合物的最优组合：阿胶10份、茯苓15份、山药20份、莲子15份、桑葚15份、覆盆子15份、酒黄精15份、益智仁10份、枸杞子12份、玉竹10份、龙眼肉15份、桃仁10份、牡丹花6份、玫瑰花6份、佛手10份、陈皮6份、鸡内金10份、百合10份、酸枣仁15份、大枣10份、蒲公英20份、杭白菊10份、官桂3份、生山楂10份、黑芝麻10份、精氨酸1份、聚赖氨酸2份、葡萄糖酸锌0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖36份。
实施例2
(1)取上述茯苓、山药、莲子、桑葚、覆盆子、酒黄精、枸杞子、玉竹、龙眼肉、鸡内金、百合、大枣、蒲公英、生山楂、黑芝麻，漂洗除尘后，加水10倍，60度温浸1小时，密闭回流提取两次，每次1小时，过200目筛，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液80度减压浓缩至相对密度1.20为备用液一；
(2)另取阿胶、精氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌，加水6倍，加热烊化溶解完全，再加入低聚异麦芽糖，搅拌使溶解完全，过120目筛，浓缩至相对密度1.25为备用液二；
(3)另取益智仁、桃仁、牡丹花、玫瑰花、佛手、陈皮、酸枣仁、杭白菊、官桂，漂洗除尘后，加70％乙醇度的乙醇6倍，40度温浸1小时，密闭回流提取两次，每次30分钟，过120目筛，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液作为备用液三；
(4)取备用液三缓缓加入煮沸的备用液一中，搅拌混匀，文火加热(恒温90度)收膏至无醇味，再取备用液二缓缓加入，搅拌混匀，文火加热(恒温90度)收膏至相对密度为1.28，停止加热，洒入聚赖氨酸并搅拌混匀，煮沸20分钟，双层消毒纱布封口静置，温度降至60度，转移至灌装机，按最小包装规格分装、密封即可。

1.一种调养身体的膏滋组合物及其制备方法，其组合物特征在于：阿胶3-20份、茯苓5-30份、山药5-30份、莲子5-30份、桑葚5-30份、覆盆子5-30份、酒黄精5-30份、益智仁5-30份、枸杞子5-30份、玉竹5-30份、龙眼肉5-30份、桃仁5-30份、牡丹花3-20份、玫瑰花3-20份、佛手5-30份、陈皮3-20份、鸡内金5-30份、百合5-30份、酸枣仁5-30份、大枣5-30份、蒲公英5-30份、杭白菊5-30份、官桂3-20份、生山楂5-30份、黑芝麻5-30份、精氨酸0.1-5份、聚赖氨酸0.1-5份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1-5份、低聚异麦芽糖10-60份。
2.一种调养身体的膏滋组合物及其制备方法，其制备方法特征在于：(1)取茯苓、山药、莲子、桑葚、覆盆子、酒黄精、枸杞子、玉竹、龙眼肉、鸡内金、百合、大枣、蒲公英、生山楂、黑芝麻，漂洗除尘后，加水6-15倍，30-80度溫浸10-60分钟，密闭回流提取两次，每次0.5-2小时，过200目筛，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液60-100度减压浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.25为备用液一；(2)另取阿胶、精氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌，加水4-10倍，加热烊化溶解完全，再加入低聚异麦芽糖，搅拌使溶解完全，过120目筛，浓缩至相对密度1.20-1.35为备用液二；(3)另取益智仁、桃仁、牡丹花、玫瑰花、佛手、陈皮、酸枣仁、杭白菊、官桂，漂洗除尘后，加40％-80％乙醇度的乙醇4-12倍，30-80度溫浸10-60分钟，密闭回流提取两次，每次20-80分钟，过120目筛，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液作为备用液三；(4)取备用液三缓缓加入煮沸的备用液一中，搅拌混匀，文火加热(恒温60-100度)收膏至无醇味，再取备用液二缓缓加入，搅拌混匀，文火加热(恒温60-100度)收膏至相对密度为1.20-1.35，停止加热，洒入聚赖氨酸并搅拌混匀，煮沸15-45分钟，双层消毒纱布封口静置，温度降至40-80度，转移至灌装机，按最小包装规格分装、密封即可。
3.根据权利要求1，其特征在于：最优组合物比例为阿胶10份、茯苓15份、山药20份、莲子15份、桑葚15份、覆盆子15份、酒黄精15份、益智仁10份、枸杞子12份、玉竹10份、龙眼肉15份、桃仁10份、牡丹花6份、玫瑰花6份、佛手10份、陈皮6份、鸡内金10份、百合10份、酸枣仁15份、大枣10份、蒲公英20份、杭白菊10份、官桂3份、生山楂10份、黑芝麻10份、精氨酸1份、聚赖氨酸2份、葡萄糖酸锌0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖36。
4.根据权利要求2中(1)所述的方案，其特征在于：最优实施方案为取茯苓、山药、莲子、桑葚、覆盆子、酒黄精、枸杞子、玉竹、龙眼肉、鸡内金、百合、大枣、蒲公英、生山楂、黑芝麻，漂洗除尘后，加水10倍，60度溫浸1小时，密闭回流提取两次，每次1小时，过200目筛，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液80度减压浓缩至相对密度1.20为备用液一。

6.根据权利要求2中(3)所述的方案，其特征在于：最优实施方案为取益智仁、桃仁、牡丹花、玫瑰花、佛手、陈皮、酸枣仁、杭白菊、官桂，漂洗除尘后，加70％乙醇度的乙醇6倍，40度溫浸1小时，密闭回流提取两次，每次30分钟，过120目筛，收集合并两次滤液，静置自然沉降，上清液作为备用液三。
7.根据权利要求2中(4)所述的方案，其特征在于：最优实施方案为取备用液三缓缓加入煮沸的备用液一中，搅拌混匀，文火加热(恒温90度)收膏至无醇味，再取备用液二缓缓加入，搅拌混匀，文火加热(恒温90度)收膏至相对密度为1.28，停止加热，洒入聚赖氨酸并搅拌混匀，煮沸20分钟，双层消毒纱布封口静置，温度降至60度，转移至灌装机，按最小包装规格分装、密封即可。
