背景技术
竹鼠(学名:Rhizomyidae),是属竹鼠科、竹鼠属的一种动物,又名竹狸,亦称冬毛鼠、芒洞老鼠,以竹子、芒草、植物茎秆等为食,因吃竹而得名,此野生物种十分珍贵,全世界共计有3属6种。竹鼠体内含粗蛋白质57.78%、粗脂肪20.54%、粗灰分17.36%、粗纤维0.84%、胆固醇0.05%,还富含磷、铁、钙、维生素E及氨基酸、甾类,其中赖氨酸、亮氨酸、蛋氨酸的含量比鸡鸭鹅、猪牛羊、鱼虾蟹的都要高。竹鼠肉质细腻、鲜美可口,是一种营养价值高、低脂肪、低胆固醇的野味,也是改善人们食物构成的一大补品。《本草纲目》:“竹鼠肉甘,平,无毒。补中益气,解毒”。竹鼠还具有很高的药用价值。现代医学证明,竹鼠肉具有促进人体白血球和毛发生长,增强肝功能和防止血管硬化等功效,对抗衰老、延缓青春期有良好效果,是天然美容和强身佳品。竹鼠的胆、肝、心、脑、睾丸、肾均可入药。中华竹鼠的油可治烫伤、烧伤等病。
野生竹鼠的数量已经远远不能满足市场需求,现阶段竹鼠已被大规模养殖,成为具有经济效益的养殖产业之一。目前在我国驯养成功的竹鼠较多,特别是南方已有较多且有一定规模的竹鼠养殖基地,竹鼠养殖已成为养殖致富的又一新项目。现阶段的竹鼠饲养中,为了快速增肥、控制疾病、提高成活率、获得经济效益,养殖业大多在饲料和饮用水中添加激素、抗生素、化学药物等物质,这些物质不仅使竹鼠的风味和口感变差,而且残留在竹鼠中会损害人的身体健康;另外,竹鼠各生长阶段饲喂的饲料营养搭配不当,影响竹鼠的成活率和生长状况。因此,有必要研究出一种健康、高效、生态的竹鼠养殖方法。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种竹鼠的养殖方法,包括修建养殖场地、选种、种鼠饲养、产仔期管理、仔鼠饲养、成鼠饲养和日常饲养管理,对不同时期的竹鼠采用不同的饲料进行饲养,符合竹鼠的生长特点,能够满足竹鼠各时期的生长需求,有效提高了竹鼠的抗病力,使竹鼠养殖的发病率和死亡率显著降低,而且竹鼠肉质更加细腻、鲜美可口。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种竹鼠的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)修建养殖场地:选择安静、阴凉的养殖场地,对圈出的养殖范围修建隔离墙,在靠近隔离墙位置修建饲养池和繁殖池,并在饲养池和繁殖池上方搭建遮挡棚,控制饲养池和繁殖池内环境温度为18-28℃,相对湿度为50-65%;
(2)选种:选健壮、毛光亮、体重为1.2-2公斤的竹鼠做种鼠,控制雌雄种鼠比例为1:2-3,将种鼠置于繁殖池中进行饲养;
(3)种鼠饲养:每日早晚投喂种鼠饲料两次,所述种鼠饲料包括青料10-20份、精料Ⅰ5-10份和发酵料5-10份;所述精料Ⅰ的组成,按照重量份数计为:玉米粉10-15份、麦麸8-10份、米糠35-40份、蚯蚓粉3-5份、骨粉3-5份、桑叶粉1-3份、莲子粉1-3份、矿物质0.3-0.8份、维生素0.3-0.8份、亚硝酸钠0.3-0.8份、硒0.3-0.8份;
(4)产仔期管理:在产仔期及产仔期前后两周,对母鼠供给葡萄糖水10-20ml,并在上述投喂的种鼠饲料中加入通草粉1-3份、木瓜粉1-3份;对产仔期吃仔、弃仔或少产仔的体质差的母鼠或公鼠淘汰掉;
(5)仔鼠饲养:将产后40-50天的仔鼠转移至饲养池,每日早晚投喂仔鼠饲料两次,所述仔鼠饲料包括青料3-5份,精料Ⅱ5-8份;所述精料Ⅱ的组成,按照重量份数计为:竹粉30-40份,玉米粉10-20份,奶粉5-10份,米糠5-10份,黄豆粉5-10份,蚯蚓粉5-10份,骨粉1-2份,磷酸氢钙0.1-0.5份,狗脚迹粉1-3份,食盐0.1-0.5份,赖氨酸0.5-1份,蛋氨酸0.5-1份,维生素0.5-1份;
(6)成鼠饲养:仔鼠长至45-60天后按成鼠饲养,每日早晚投喂成鼠饲料两次,所述成鼠饲料包括青料10-20份、精料Ⅲ5-10份和发酵料5-10份,选择成长到2.3-2.7公斤的竹鼠出栏;所述精料Ⅲ的组成,按照重量份数计为:玉米粉10-15份、麦麸8-10份、米糠40-50份、蚯蚓粉3-5份、骨粉3-5份、淡竹叶1-3份、田基黄1-3份、桑叶1-3份、矿物质0.3-0.8份、维生素0.3-0.8份、益新爱可0.3-0.8份、果聚糖0.3-0.8份;
所述发酵料为将10-20份作物秸秆、5-10份澳洲坚果壳、5-10份椰子壳和1-3份酵母在30-35℃下密封发酵5-7天得到的;
(7)日常饲养管理:竹鼠生长过程中及时清洁饲养池,防病、防伤、防蚊虫鼠害;每只竹鼠每日供应足量多汁青粗料。足量是指每日供应的多汁青粗料能够满足竹鼠的食用需要,这是本领域的技术人员可以根据饲养经验确定的。
作为技术方案的优选,选种时,种公鼠要求发育良好,体重1.5-2.0kg,背平直,健壮,睾丸显著,性欲旺盛,耐粗饲,不打斗;种母鼠要求产仔率高,母性强,奶头大而均匀,采食力强,体重1.2-2.0kg。
作为技术方案的优选,选种时间为春、秋两个季节。
作为技术方案的优选,饲料投喂时间为上午9:00投喂一次,冬季下午18:00或夏季19:00投喂一次。
作为技术方案的优选,将饲料投喂到长形的食盘中,所述食盘固定放在饲养池或繁殖池中央。

莲子:睡莲科水生草本植物莲的种子,含多量的淀粉和棉子糖,蛋白质16.6%,脂肪2.0%,碳水化物62%,钙0.089%,磷0.285%,铁0.0064%,亦含有β-谷甾醇、β-谷甾醇脂肪酸酯,也含丰富的维生素C、葡萄糖、叶绿素、棕榈酸及谷胱甘肽等。莲子味甘,性微凉,无毒。入脾、肾、心经。清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目、补中养神,健脾补胃,止泻固精,益肾涩精止带,滋补元气。
通草:五加科植物通脱木的茎髓,归肺、胃经,清势利水;通乳,用于淋症涩痛;小便不利;水肿;黄疸;湿温病;小便短赤;产后乳少;经闭;带下。
木瓜:木瓜中含有大量水分、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及氨基酸,可增强机体的抗病能力;木瓜中的凝乳酶有通乳作用。
狗脚迹:性苦、凉入心、大肠、膀胱经;清湿热,解毒消积,治腹泻下痢,五淋白浊,小儿积热,小儿烂头疮;皮肤湿毒,疥疮,祛风利湿,清热解毒。
淡竹叶:禾本科,淡竹叶属多年生草本植物,根状茎。其性味甘淡,能清心、利尿、祛烦躁,对于牙龈肿痛、口腔炎等有良好的疗效。
田基黄:藤黄科植物地耳草的全草,对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、牛型结核杆菌、肺炎球菌、猪霍乱杆菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,主治:清热利湿;凉血活血;解毒消肿。主黄疸;泻痢;目赤;吐血;血淋;白带;崩漏;痛经;闭经;咽喉肿痛;痈肿疮毒;流火。
桑叶:桑科植物桑的干燥叶,有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功效;且有治疗风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花的作用。桑叶中含有丰富的氨基酸、纤维素、维生素、矿物质以及多种生理活性物质,还含有芸香苷、槲皮素、异槲皮素、香豆素、氯原酸等抗菌、抗炎成分,对大多数革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌以及部分酵母菌有良好的抑制生长作用。
益新爱可,一种畜禽用免疫调节剂,具有极强的免疫增效作用,同时,还具有黏膜修复、抗应激和排毒解毒等作用。
果聚糖,β-D-呋喃果糖的多聚体,是由果糖聚合而生成的多糖的总称。
本发明的原料均可以在市场上购买得到,无需特别制备。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明对不同时期的竹鼠采用不同的饲料进行饲养,符合竹鼠的生长特点,能够满足竹鼠各时期的生长需求,有效提高了竹鼠的抗病力,种鼠的发病率为10%以下,死亡率为7%以下;仔鼠的发病率为15%以下,死亡率为11%以下;成鼠的发病率为12%以下,死亡率为8%以下,使竹鼠养殖的发病率和死亡率显著降低,而且竹鼠肉质更加细腻、鲜美可口。
(2)本发明的种鼠饲料包括青料、精料Ⅰ和发酵料,精料Ⅰ由玉米粉、麦麸、米糠、蚯蚓粉、骨粉、桑叶粉、莲子粉、矿物质、维生素、亚硝酸钠和硒组成,富含营养成分,能够满足种鼠对营养物质的旺盛需求,桑叶粉具有很好的抑菌作用,能够增强种鼠的免疫力,亚硝酸钠和硒可促进母鼠的生殖机能,提高母鼠的怀孕率,也能改善雄鼠体质;往产仔期母鼠的饲料中加入通草粉和木瓜粉,有利于母鼠通乳及产后恢复;仔鼠饲料包括青料和精料Ⅱ,精料Ⅱ由竹粉、玉米粉、奶粉、米糠、黄豆粉、蚯蚓粉、骨粉、磷酸氢钙、狗脚迹粉、食盐、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素组成,营养丰富,易于消化吸收,适合仔鼠食用,狗脚迹粉具有清热解毒的作用,能够提高仔鼠的抗病力;成鼠饲料包括青料、精料Ⅲ和发酵料,精料Ⅲ由玉米粉、麦麸、米糠、蚯蚓粉、骨粉、淡竹叶、田基黄、桑叶、矿物质、维生素、益新爱可和果聚糖组成,不仅营养丰富,适口性好,能够提高成鼠的食欲,而且淡竹叶、田基黄和桑叶的加入能够提高竹鼠的免疫力,大大减少竹鼠的发病率和死亡率,有利于竹鼠肉质的改善和产量的提高。
(3)本发明的发酵料为经过发酵的作物秸秆、澳洲坚果壳和椰子壳,韧性好,营养丰富,不仅能够契合种鼠和成鼠喜爱磨牙的特性,而且能使其在磨牙的过程中能够汲取到丰富的营养物质,有利于提高其生长速度。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明进一步详细说明,但不限于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种竹鼠的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)修建养殖场地:选择安静、阴凉的养殖场地,对圈出的养殖范围修建隔离墙,在靠近隔离墙位置修建饲养池和繁殖池,并在饲养池和繁殖池上方搭建遮挡棚,控制饲养池和繁殖池内环境温度为18-28℃,相对湿度为50-65%。
(2)选种:选种时间为春天,选种时,种公鼠要求发育良好,体重1.5-2.0kg,背平直,健壮,睾丸显著,性欲旺盛,耐粗饲,不打斗;种母鼠要求产仔率高,母性强,奶头大而均匀,采食力强,体重1.2-2.0kg;控制雌雄种鼠比例为1:2.5,将种鼠置于繁殖池中进行饲养。
(3)种鼠饲养:每日早晚投喂种鼠饲料两次,投喂时间为上午9:00投喂一次,冬季下午18:00或夏季19:00投喂一次,将饲料投喂到长形的食盘中,将食盘固定放在繁殖池中央。投喂的种鼠饲料包括青料17份、精料Ⅰ7份和发酵料8份;其中精料Ⅰ的组成,按照重量份数计为:玉米粉13份、麦麸9.5份、米糠37份、蚯蚓粉4份、骨粉3.5份、桑叶粉2.5份、莲子粉1.5份、矿物质0.5份、维生素0.6份、亚硝酸钠0.7份、硒0.4份。
(4)产仔期管理:在产仔期及产仔期前后两周,对母鼠供给葡萄糖水10-20ml,并在投喂的种鼠饲料中加入通草粉1.5份、木瓜粉2.5份;对产仔期吃仔、弃仔或少产仔的体质差的母鼠或公鼠淘汰掉。
(5)仔鼠饲养:将产后45天的仔鼠转移至饲养池,每日早晚投喂仔鼠饲料两次,投喂时间为上午9:00投喂一次,冬季下午18:00或夏季19:00投喂一次,将饲料投喂到长形的食盘中,将食盘固定放在饲养池中央。投喂的仔鼠饲料包括青料4份,精料Ⅱ7份;其中精料Ⅱ的组成,按照重量份数计为:竹粉35份,玉米粉15份,奶粉7份,米糠8份,黄豆粉8份,蚯蚓粉7份,骨粉1.5份,磷酸氢钙0.3份,狗脚迹粉2.5份,食盐0.3份,赖氨酸0.8份,蛋氨酸0.7份,维生素0.8份。
(6)成鼠饲养:仔鼠长至50天后按成鼠饲养,每日早晚投喂成鼠饲料两次,投喂时间为上午9:00投喂一次,冬季下午18:00或夏季19:00投喂一次,将饲料投喂到长形的食盘中,将食盘固定放在饲养池中央。投喂的成鼠饲料包括青料15份、精料Ⅲ7份和发酵料8份,选择成长到2.3-2.7公斤的竹鼠出栏;其中精料Ⅲ的组成,按照重量份数计为:玉米粉14份、麦麸8.5份、米糠42份、蚯蚓粉3.5份、骨粉4.5份、淡竹叶2.5份、田基黄1.5份、桑叶2.5份、矿物质0.6份、维生素0.7份、益新爱可0.5份、果聚糖0.4份。
所用的发酵料为将15份作物秸秆、8份澳洲坚果壳、7份椰子壳和2份酵母在30-35℃下密封发酵6天得到的。
所用的青料为玉米秸秆、皇竹草、木薯秸秆、高粱秸秆、甘蔗和新鲜稻草按照重量比为2:1:2:2:2:1的混合物,也可采用其他的任意配比。
(7)日常饲养管理:竹鼠生长过程中及时清洁饲养池,防病、防伤、防蚊虫鼠害;每只竹鼠每日供应足量多汁青粗料。
实施例2

在广西大学竹鼠人工驯养科研基地,按照实施例1-4的方法进行竹鼠养殖,对竹鼠的发病率和死亡率进行统计,结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明养殖的竹鼠,种鼠的发病率为10%以下,死亡率为7%以下;仔鼠的发病率为15%以下,死亡率为11%以下;成鼠的发病率为12%以下,死亡率为8%以下。可见,本发明有效提高了竹鼠的抗病力,使竹鼠养殖的发病率和死亡率显著降低。
Claims (4)
1.一种竹鼠的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)修建养殖场地:选择安静、阴凉的养殖场地,对圈出的养殖范围修建隔离墙,在靠近隔离墙位置修建饲养池和繁殖池,并在饲养池和繁殖池上方搭建遮挡棚,控制饲养池和繁殖池内环境温度为18-28℃,相对湿度为50-65%;
(2)选种:选健壮、毛光亮、体重为1.2-2公斤的竹鼠做种鼠,控制雌雄种鼠比例为1:2-3,将种鼠置于繁殖池中进行饲养;
(3)种鼠饲养:每日早晚投喂种鼠饲料两次,所述种鼠饲料包括青料10-20份、精料Ⅰ5-10份和发酵料5-10份;所述精料Ⅰ的组成,按照重量份数计为:玉米粉10-15份、麦麸8-10份、米糠35-40份、蚯蚓粉3-5份、骨粉3-5份、桑叶粉1-3份、莲子粉1-3份、矿物质0.3-0.8份、维生素0.3-0.8份、亚硝酸钠0.3-0.8份、硒0.3-0.8份;
(4)产仔期管理:在产仔期及产仔期前后两周,对母鼠供给葡萄糖水10-20ml,并在上述投喂的种鼠饲料中加入通草粉1-3份、木瓜粉1-3份;对产仔期吃仔、弃仔或少产仔的体质差的母鼠或公鼠淘汰掉;
(5)仔鼠饲养:将产后40-50天的仔鼠转移至饲养池,每日早晚投喂仔鼠饲料两次,所述仔鼠饲料包括青料3-5份,精料Ⅱ5-8份;所述精料Ⅱ的组成,按照重量份数计为:竹粉30-40份,玉米粉10-20份,奶粉5-10份,米糠5-10份,黄豆粉5-10份,蚯蚓粉5-10份,骨粉1-2份,磷酸氢钙0.1-0.5份,狗脚迹粉1-3份,食盐0.1-0.5份,赖氨酸0.5-1份,蛋氨酸0.5-1份,维生素0.5-1份;
(6)成鼠饲养:仔鼠长至45-60天后按成鼠饲养,每日早晚投喂成鼠饲料两次,所述成鼠饲料包括青料10-20份、精料Ⅲ5-10份和发酵料5-10份,选择成长到2.3-2.7公斤的竹鼠出栏;所述精料Ⅲ的组成,按照重量份数计为:玉米粉10-15份、麦麸8-10份、米糠40-50份、蚯蚓粉3-5份、骨粉3-5份、淡竹叶1-3份、田基黄1-3份、桑叶1-3份、矿物质0.3-0.8份、维生素0.3-0.8份、益新爱可0.3-0.8份、果聚糖0.3-0.8份;
所述发酵料为将10-20份作物秸秆、5-10份澳洲坚果壳、5-10份椰子壳和1-3份酵母在30-35℃下密封发酵5-7天得到的;
所述青料为玉米秸秆、皇竹草、木薯秸秆、高粱秸秆、甘蔗、新鲜稻草中的三种或三种以上;
饲料投喂时间为上午9:00投喂一次,冬季下午18:00或夏季19:00投喂一次;
(7)日常饲养管理:竹鼠生长过程中及时清洁饲养池,防病、防伤、防蚊虫鼠害;每只竹鼠每日供应足量多汁青粗料。
