Abstract
本发明提供了一种绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,由以下原料组成:山楂 18‑22份、枳实 13‑17份、当归 13‑17份、使君子 18‑22份、卖麻藤 13‑17份、益母草 13‑17份、鸡血藤 8‑12份、马齿觅 8‑12份、甘草 6‑8份、常山 8‑10份、松针粉 6‑8份、五味子 7‑9份、黄芪 17‑23份、艾叶 6‑10份和复合维生素 0.5‑0.7份。采用本发明的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂喂养奶牛,奶牛的抗病能力明显增强,产奶量提高了10‑15%,同时乳蛋白含量和乳脂肪含量增长了5‑8%左右,明显改善了牛奶质量,产品无残留、无污染,利于绿色无污染高品质牛奶的生产。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及奶牛养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种可以提高牛奶产量、改善牛奶质量、 利于绿色无污染高品质牛奶生产的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂。
背景技术
[0002] 随着现代社会的快速发展与人民生活水平的不断提高,牛奶已经成为每个家庭必 不可少的蛋白质来源,人们对鲜乳的需求也与日倶增,在带动奶牛养殖业繁荣的同时,奶牛 精饲料生产厂家也越来越多。随着现代养殖业的不断发展,饲料添加剂几乎应用于各种畜 类的养殖。添加剂的使用对提高畜类营养效率和生长速度具有很大的提升,但是目前市面 上的饲料添加剂大部分以化学合成药物、抗生素或激素类药物为主要成分,长时间使用添 加剂易残留在畜类体内,并具有一定的耐药性,甚至在畜类的肉、奶等产品中也有药物和毒 素的残留,人类食用后残留的药物和毒素进入人体,危害人类健康。
[0003] 中草药饲料添加剂是指应用我国传统的中兽医理论和中草药的物性,在饲料中加 入一些异味小、适口性好、消食开胃、补气养血、易于消化吸收的中草药。中草药饲料添加剂 含有多种维生素、氨基酸等物质,能增强机体免疫机能、提高动物抗应激、抗疾病能力、改善 动物生产性能,且具有无残留、不易产生耐药性等优点,是近年来国际动物营养学研究的一 大热点。我国是世界上中草药应用最广泛、药源最丰富的国家,自古就有中草药拌入饲料抗 病的记载。我国中草药的品种和数量以及畜禽养殖规模都处于世界领先水平,据《中国中药 资源志要》记载,我国的中草药品种有12807种,分布广泛,各地均有适合种植的药材,如能 更好地利用和开发我国的中草药资源,必将对畜牧业生产发挥更重要的作用。
[0004] 中草药的抑菌机理不同于抗生素。抗生素是直接作用于细菌而将其杀灭,由于长 期大量的使用,使病原微生物产生耐药性,对动物产生一定的副作用;而中草药是通过抗菌 物质和免疫活性物质的作用,清热燥湿,提高免疫力,提高机体的抗病力,通过扶正祛邪的 调理作用,干扰病原微生物的代谢,从而有效地抑制、杀灭病菌。中草药饲料添加剂畜禽防 治疾病的作用,采取健脾开胃,补气活血,调节胃肠内的pH值,防止有害细菌的繁殖和提高 酶的活性,促进新陈代谢,达到防病治病的作用,从而提高营养物质的利用率,促进动物生 产性能的发挥。
[0005] 中草药一般都含有糖、蛋白质、矿物质、维生素等多种营养成分,虽然含量比较低, 但是可以弥补日粮中营养物质的不足。这些营养物质可增加动物的营养摄取弥补日粮中营 养成分的不足,从而提高饲料转化率、增加饲养效益。
[0006] 很多中草药都具有抗菌和抗病毒作用。用黄连、紫草、连翘、艾叶、夏枯草、大青叶、 黄柏、菊花等进行体外抑菌试验发现,其对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抗菌活性,某些中草药 能有效地抑制大肠杆菌产生肠毒素,抑制肠黏膜上皮细胞水和电解质的排出,并可调节机 体器官的生理功能。同时,这些中草药还能扩张血管,刺激机体造血机能,增加血流量,改善 血液循环,增加血红蛋白及红细胞总数,加快机体获得营养物质的速度,促进细胞新生,从 而增强自身免疫功能,提高抗病能力和饲料利用率及其生产性能。
[0007] 中草药能提高机体免疫力,并调节机体器官的生理功能,使之向有利于健康的方 向发展,从而提高动物的生产性能。某些中草药中含有生物活性多糖,具有促进胸腺反应、 刺激巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,能够促进动物的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。如苦豆草中分离出 来的总生物碱能明显增强体液与细胞免疫功能,刺激巨噬细胞吞噬功能;黄芪中含有的生 物活性成分可刺激细胞产生干扰素。
[0008] 中草药可解决长期困扰畜牧业发展的抗生素残留问题,提高生产率,减少畜牧业 对环境的污染,发展绿色畜牧业,满足人民的食品安全需求,缩小我国畜牧业与发达国家的 差距,增强我国畜产品在国际市场的竞争力,具有重要的经济意义和社会效益。
发明内容
[0009] 本发明的目的是提供一种可以提高牛奶产量、改善牛奶质量、利于绿色无污染高 品质牛奶的生产的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂。采用本饲料添加剂,可有效地替代抗生素、激 素类饲料添加剂的使用,安全环保无污染。
[0010] 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案解决的: 一种绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:山楂18-22份、枳 实13-17份、当归13-17份、使君子18-22份、卖麻藤13-17份、益母草13-17份、鸡血藤 8-12份、马齿觅8-12份、甘草6-8份、常山8-10份、松针粉6-8份、五味子7-9份、黄芪 17-23份、艾叶6-10份、复合维生素0.5-0.7份; 所述的复合维生素的原料按重量份包括:维生素A 25-35份、维生素D 4-6份、维生素E 8-12份、维生素K 3-4份。
[0011] 在奶牛不见光、少见光圈养条件或青绿饲料饲喂量不足1/3时,所述的复合维生素 的添加重量份加倍,即复合维生素1.0-1.4份,其它原料重量份不变。
[0012] 所述的奶牛饲料添加剂是将原材料山楂、枳实、当归、使君子、卖麻藤、益母草、鸡 血藤、马齿觅、甘草、常山、松针粉、五味子、黄芪和艾叶晒干后粉碎成200-260目细粉后与复 合维生素混合而成。
[0013] 所述的奶牛饲料添加剂是常规饲料中添加比例为3%_4.5%,施用前用等量的温水 将饲料添加剂搅拌成糊状,然后拌入常规饲料中施用。
[0014] 所述的温水的温度范围为50-80 °C。
[0015] 本发明相比现有技术有如下优点: 本发明的一种绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,其中添加的山楂、枳实富含维生素C、维生素 B、胡萝卜素及多种有机酸,口服能增加胃中消化酶的分泌,对胃肠道有缓和刺激作用,有利 于积气排除,具有理气消食、健胃健脾的功效;君子遇热产生具有芳香性气味的物质,可以 开胃、提高奶牛食欲;当归和益母草、鸡血藤具有活血化疲、旺盛气血的功效;马齿觅、甘草、 常山是优良的清热解毒、杀菌抗病中草药;松针粉和五味子能促使奶牛安神熟睡,加快生 长,提高饲料利用率;黄芪和艾叶不仅可以补气养血,还提高机体免疫力,增强抗病能力。
[0016] 本发明的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂中的中草药均具有营养和药物的双重作用,除 含有机体所需的营养成分之外,是按照中国传统医药理论进行合理组合,使物质作用相协 同,并使之产生全方位的协调作用和对机体有利因子的整体调动作用,最终达到了奶牛增 产、抗病的效果,这是化学合成物所不可比拟的。
[0017] 采用本发明的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂喂养奶牛进行生产试验发现,奶牛的抗病 能力明显增强,产奶量提高了 10-15%,同时乳蛋白含量和乳脂肪含量增长了5-8%左右,明显 改善了牛奶质量,而且产品无残留、无污染,利于绿色无污染高品质牛奶的生产。

[0021] 所述的奶牛饲料添加剂是常规饲料中添加比例为3%-4.5%,施用前用等量50-80 °C 范围内的温水将饲料添加剂搅拌成糊状,然后拌入常规饲料中施用。
[0022] 实施例2 选择市售的北京优利保生物技术有限公司生产的英美尔5%奶牛一多奶宝进行对比试 验。
[0023] 实施例3 不添加任何饲料添加剂作为对照试验。
[0024] 2015年在山东省临沂市正大养殖场进行实施例1-3的奶牛饲喂试验,养殖奶牛品 种选择中国荷斯坦牛,每个组选择40头26-28月龄的产过一胎的奶牛进行奶牛饲喂试验,3 个实施例均不施用抗生素和激素类药物,其它饲养条件一致,养殖场常规圈养管理,发现奶 牛生病后及时隔离并进行治疗,统计发病次数,生病奶牛不再进行取奶调查,调查不同实施 例的奶牛平均日泌乳量、鲜奶乳蛋白含量和鲜奶乳脂肪含量,统计结果如下表1。
[0025]由表1可以发现,采用本发明的奶牛饲料添加剂进行奶牛饲喂可以显著提高奶牛 的抗病能力,奶牛的发病率显著降低,而且饲喂奶牛牛奶的泌乳量、鲜奶乳蛋白和乳脂肪含 量也有了显著的提高;与市售的英美尔5%奶牛一多奶宝相比较,饲喂本发明的奶牛饲料添 加剂的奶牛虽然平均日泌乳量稍有降低,但是奶牛抗病能力的提高是多奶宝所远远不及 的,而且生产的鲜奶乳蛋白和乳脂肪含量较饲喂多奶宝饲料添加剂的奶牛生产的鲜奶具有 显著的提高,所以牛奶的品质具有较大的提升。
[0026]综上所述,采用本发明的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂喂养奶牛,奶牛的抗病能力明 显增强,产奶量提高了 10-15%,同时乳蛋白含量和乳脂肪含量增长了5-8%左右,明显改善了 牛奶质量,产品无残留、无污染,利于绿色无污染高品质牛奶的生产。

1. 一种绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:山楂18-22份、 枳实13-17份、当归13-17份、使君子18-22份、卖麻藤13-17份、益母草13-17份、鸡血藤 8-12份、马齿觅8-12份、甘草6-8份、常山8-10份、松针粉6-8份、五味子7-9份、黄芪 17-23份、艾叶6-10份、复合维生素0.5-0.7份; 所述的复合维生素的原料按重量份包括:维生素 A 25-35份、维生素 D 4-6份、维生素 E 8-12份、维生素 K 3-4份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,其特征在于,在奶牛不见光、少见 光圈养条件或青绿饲料饲喂量不足1/3时,所述的复合维生素的添加重量份加倍,即复合维 生素1.0-1.4份,其它原料重量份不变。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的奶牛饲料添加 剂是将原材料山楂、枳实、当归、使君子、卖麻藤、益母草、鸡血藤、马齿觅、甘草、常山、松针 粉、五味子、黄芪和艾叶晒干后粉碎成200-260目细粉后与复合维生素混合而成。
4. 根据权利要求1-3所述的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的奶牛饲料添 加剂是常规饲料中添加比例为3%_4.5%,施用前用等量的温水将饲料添加剂搅拌成糊状,然 后拌入常规饲料中施用。
5. 根据权利要求5所述的绿色环保奶牛饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的温水的温度范 围为 50-80 °C。
